We had the most incredible experience at Eagle Oaks Country Club for our wedding on 6/28/2025! From start to finish, the entire team went above and beyond to make our day perfect. Elizabeth, our events manager, made the planning process seamless—she was organized, responsive, and cared about every detail (even details I didn't think of!) Sue, our Maître d’, was a total pro the entire night, keeping everything running flawlessly. Mollie, my bridal attendant, was a lifesaver—always one step ahead with whatever I needed. Melissa, the head waitress, was also amazing and made sure our families and bridal party were always taken care of.
Every single staff member was so accommodating and helpful. Truly, there is no need to hire a day-of coordinator here—the venue has so many incredible people on staff that you feel completely supported from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious, and our guests are still raving about it. The atrium during cocktail hour was stunning and created the perfect atmosphere to kick off the celebration. One of our favorite details was our dog-themed ice sculpture—people are still talking about it!
Also, we stayed at the Savannah House on property! It was totally worth it! Highly suggest doing so.
We couldn’t have asked for a better team or a better venue. If you’re considering getting married here—do it. You’ll be in the best hands!

Eagle Oaks Country Club was such a beautiful venue. Such stunning grounds, perfectly kept and so picturesque. Our guests could not stop talking about it! It was everything we imagined and more. The food was absolutely delicious - the chef did an amazing job! The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. The event planner Gina was outstanding. She couldn't have done a better job - everything was perfect. She also responded immediately to all my questions (even on her days off). I would highly recommend Eagle Oaks Golf & Country Club for a wedding. Thank you to the entire staff! -

We joined Eagle Oaks a few months before we got engaged, so when it came to finding a venue, we looked no further. Their hospitality is unmatched. Gina guided us through the entire planning process with complete kindness and professionalism. When it came to the big day, it was a dream come true. The entire staff tended to us from beginning to end with anything we needed. We could not be happier and now as members we are lucky enough to spend forever here reliving our wedding day. -

Eagle Oaks Golf and Country Club was the perfect venue for our daughter's wedding. The venue was absolutely gorgeous. The staff and service was off the charts. The food was beyond delicious. From the start of planning the wedding there until the day of it was a wonderful experience. No wedding planner was hired or needed. They have it perfected down to every detail. I can't recommend this venue enough. -

Everything at Eagle Oaks is absolutely WONDERFUL!! The entire staff is extremely warm, welcoming and helpful. I had to best experience getting married there in June. Our experience was both pleasant and professional. Elizabeth and the EO team made the booking process seamless. My advice to those who want to book an event anywhere is to be organized and know what you want. Often people just "wing it" and if expectations aren't met the venue takes the hit. We came with our very long detailed list and Elizabeth took the time to offer her opinion as well as listen to our ideas and she made sure our event was perfectly curated. The venue worked within our budget, and we were extremely happy with the extras and finishing touches they made to make our day perfect. -

We had the most perfect wedding at Eagle Oaks in October. Elizabeth made everything so easy- she was always quick to answer and so on top of things. And George, the maitre d, was so helpful the day off, he kept everything running smoothly. My bridesmaids and I got ready in the bridal suite which was beautiful, it was recently redone and was so perfect for large groups getting ready. Both my hairstylist and makeup artist loved the spot as well. Our ceremony was in the conservatory, which was breathtaking (the second we walked into the conservatory for the first time we knew we had to get married there). And our ceremony was in the ballroom. We had a huge band (10 people) which they were graciously able to accommodate and the large dance floor was perfect. The food (both cocktail hour and reception) was to die for. We are still getting compliments from guests, months later. If you are considering Eagle Oaks for your wedding venue I would highly recommend choosing them! -

A hidden gem in New Jersey!
I cannot recommend Eagle Oaks Golf and Country Club enough! New Jersey is saturated with wedding venues and I felt like I kept seeing the same 10 venues over and over in my search. When I finally stumbled on Eagle Oaks I knew I had found my winner! A gorgeous indoor ceremony space meant I didn't have to worry about weather at all. Their gorgeous, newly renovated bridal suite was perfect for getting ready-spacious, beautiful and our bridal attendant Tori was incredible! I even opted to stay on site both the night before and the night of our wedding which was truly a game changer! Elizabeth, our event manager, was incredibly responsive the entire planning period. I could ask a million questions and she would reply quickly and thoroughly! The grounds are absolutely beautiful and allowed for some really gorgeous photos! My guests are still raving about the food, both cocktail hour and the reception were delicious. Seriously, look no further than Eagle Oaks-you won't regret it! -

Eagle Oaks was the best venue I could have imagined for my September 2024 wedding. We worked with Amanda who was very responsive to communication via email and in person while planning, which made everything stress free and flow smoothly.
The venue is upscale looking and gorgeous, the space itself sets the scene for a grand wedding. Everything is very well kept from the bathrooms, to the outdoor landscaping and grounds, to all the separate rooms including conservatory, cocktail hour rooms, and ballroom.
The staff goes above and beyond to make you comfortable, and especially for us as the bride and groom they truly made sure we didn’t go without anything we needed. Serving us our own signature drinks and a whole array of our cocktail hour food in private so my new husband and I could have a quiet moment to ourselves was a very sweet gesture.
They helped keep us on timeline on the wedding day and were always ready to help where needed.
The food was fantastic, we heard nothing but raving reviews from our guests, especially for the cocktail hour. I only wish I get to return as a guest so I can experience another Eagle Oaks wedding!

We can’t say enough great things about Eagle Oaks Country Club! From the moment we toured the venue, we were sold—the space is stunning, and the conservatory is absolutely breathtaking. Elizabeth was our main point of contact, and she made sure everything was flawless from start to finish. She was so organized, responsive, and genuinely cared about making our day perfect. The food was incredible (our guests are still raving about the cocktail hour!), and every detail was handled with so much care. We would recommend Eagle Oaks a thousand times over! -

Eagle Oaks came highly recommended to us while we were searching for a venue to host our big day. We could not have asked for anything more. From the service, to the food our expectations were far exceeded.
We met Amanda in the very beginning stages of choosing Eagle Oaks. She was there through it all to help answer any and all questions we had, and make sure we were truly settled on all ends from planning to decision making, everything. She was extremely attentive and constantly checking in to ensure there was as little stress as possible. At our final details meeting, she sat and ran through the entire night with me so we knew our wedding would be exactly what we wanted.
We met Melissa at our tasting last fall. She was amazing from the start. Her attitude was so positive, kind, and warm. My husband and I knew we would be in good hands immediately. She checked on us throughout our tasting, making sure we understood how everything would work on the big day, as well as ensuring we were happy with everything.
Fast forward to the wedding, Melissa was nothing short of amazing once again. From the very moment my bridal party and I arrived, she came in to check in on us throughout the afternoon and evening with a beaming smile every time, again ensuring everyone was happy and enjoying themselves.
My parents and I were introduced to George at our final details meeting. He too had a fantastic attitude to the point that even after only speaking with him for a few moments, I knew we would not have anything to worry or stress about.
The night of our rehearsal, George made us feel very comfortable that everything would go off without a hitch Friday evening (which it did). George spent ample time explaining to the bridal party, our families, and officiant, exactly how everything would work for the ceremony. Checking in to see if anyone had any questions or concerns, and made suggestions on how to improve aspects such as the bridal party entrance and exit so that it would look as seamless as possible. He took extra time to explain how everything else for the day would work for my husband, Chris, and I.
When we returned Friday afternoon, George promptly greeted myself, the bridal party, and my parents. He and Melissa walked us to the bridal suite and made sure we had absolutely everything we needed.
After the ceremony, George led Chris and I back to the bridal suite, making sure we had a chance to eat and have some alone time as newlyweds before the party started. All night, he was by our side making sure everything went smoothly and stayed on schedule.
Donna was also incredible. She too checked in on me in the bridal suite several times throughout the night. We had some great conversation! Just like Melissa and George, she too had a wonderful personality.
One thing I can say for certain is that Eagle Oaks has an amazing, attentive, caring and truly kind staff. Another is that the food is just absolutely beyond words, and the service is excellent. I will be recommending the venue any and every chance I get.
We could not have imagined or asked for a more beautiful special day. -

Had my wedding here in June 2023 and it was the night of our dreams. I cannot recommend Eagle Oaks enough.
Elizabeth, Gina, and George specifically went above and beyond to ensure the night ran as planned and were professional, kind, helpful, and just an overall joy to work with. Everyone's attention to detail is unprecedented.
The grounds are beautiful and photos come out unreal. The food is phenomenal and abundant. The new glass conservatory is STUNNING.
Our immediate also stayed in the Savannah house (4 rooms on the grounds) that were beautiful, spacious, and clean. -

Where do I start with Eagle Oaks?? This was the last venue we toured. My daughter and her fiancé really wanted to have their wedding down the shore. The wedding ceremony was at St. Catharine’s in Spring Lake, so we were looking at venues in the area. We weren’t thrilled with the choices. My mother’s neighbor told her about EO, so we went to check it out. Wow, what a find! I didn’t even know that it existed. It is tucked away in Farmingdale, but what a gem it is! The venue and grounds are gorgeous. My daughter got engaged in 2021 and we booked with EO that summer for a 2023 wedding. Jim O’Neil was our events manager for the first 18 months of the engagement and then Amanda DeSarno took over when Jim retired. Both were incredible. Everything was wonderful. The food was outstanding! From the cocktail hour to the dinner to dessert. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We also booked the 4 suites at the Savannah House for 2 nights. It was great to have the bridal party stay together the night before the wedding. The accommodations were top notch. I can’t say enough about EO. We are so grateful that we found them. My daughter and SIL had a beautiful wedding. A day we will never forget! Thank you EO!! -

We had our wedding in October 2022 at EOGCC and it was the absolutely best day of our lives. Jim was amazing and answered all of my questions, offered to have meetings with me when needed, and helped make all of my vendors (preferred and non preferred) come together seamlessly. I am forever thankful for the amazing staff at EOGCC for making our day so perfect. They took care of everything and helped us relax and enjoy our day and night! Mother of the Bride Review - Eagle Oaks Golf & Country Club - Spectacular!
Being from Northern, NJ and the mother of the Bride, I can not say enough about Eagle Oaks Golf & Country Club, Farmingdale, NJ! Where do I even begin..... The kindness and professionalism from the minute I walked into this venue with my daughter and her fiancee were only the beginning of a future dream come true. While shopping for other wedding venues the same day, we immediately put this as #1 top of our list. In fact, we were ready to stop looking and cancel all other venue appointments upon our visit. Needless to say we continued on with our same day appointments, and unenthusiastic about any other venues, immediately booked this venue the same day. The date was set and it was a planned COVID 2020 summer wedding, but with ease we seamlessly rescheduled to August 2021! I want to comment how the change in dates due to the pandemic was simple, no extra fees, and a personable and most compassionate experience in every way. I want to thank our main contact, Event Sales Planner Helena Perri for her kindness, the best experience, her patience, and most outstanding service. We literally did nothing, due to the utmost guidance, flexibility, and greatest service along the way. Any contact by email and phone calls, and follow ups, were all addressed promptly and were all pleasurable in every way. I also want give a big shout out to Melissa and Sue and their staff on our special day. We were treated with respect and kindness and basically told to worry about nothing and enjoy our day! Also want to add Joe O'Neill who was always available to answer any questions if staff was not available on a particular workday. From the grounds, the views, the interior design of the venue, the cleanliness, the tasting, the rehearsal, all staff from servers to bartenders, the chef, made the day a perfect dream come true. The outdoor ceremony, the outdoors during the cocktail hour as well as throughout the main event were breathtaking in every way! The photo opportunities outstanding! The incredible FOOD, the cocktail hour, the ice sculpture, champagne sparkler toast event, the ballroom, the main course, desserts, the Savannah house suites, were all perfect and amazing. Our families and friends still rave about this wonderful day and we could not have done it without EOCC venue and their staff. The many outstanding reviews, on top of our own due diligence shopping for venues solidified this perfect venue. As the mother of the bride, I relaxed and enjoyed every minute! Can't wait to visit again! -

We can’t say enough good things about Eagle Oaks! We worked with Jim and he was so nice to work with. He always responded right away, made planning a wedding as easy as possible, and he was so flexible. We chose to postpone our wedding due to the pandemic and he was so nice about it and made it such an easy process. He and his whole staff were so nice, easy going and also professional. When our wedding day came, it was more perfect than we imaged. The venue has beautiful grounds, incredible food (all of our guests raved about this) and great staff, so we knew it’d be great, but their attention to detail was above and beyond what we expected. We didn’t have to worry about anything on our wedding day aside from enjoying ourselves. The feedback from all of our guests was also SO positive. I can not recommend Eagle Oaks enough! -

A Wedding Dream Come True
When it came time to select our venue, we knew we had to choose Eagle Oaks. Simply put: the professionalism, the grounds and the level of detail and care that were put into our wedding day were impeccable. The level of service we received was outstanding and we worked hand in hand with Jim O’Neill throughout the entire process. While the pandemic certainly impacted our original plans set for Fall of 2020, Jim was completely understanding when we chose to cancel and worked closely with us to book our new date which was in August of 2021. Jim was incredibly responsive via email and phone and was very open to meeting with us in person when we were in the area – needless to say, Jim was very accommodating and an absolute true pleasure to work with! We would not have changed one thing about our wedding day (or leading up to it) and we still have friends and family who talk about the food, service and grounds. Sending a heartfelt thank you to Jim, Sue, Melissa and the entire staff at Eagle Oaks for making our wedding nothing short of memorable! -

We have nothing but amazing things to to say about the entire team over at Eagle Oaks. From the moment we walked on site and started talking with Jim, one of the wedding coordinators, we knew we’d be in great hands. We initially chose this venue back in the Fall of 2019 and Jim made the planning process incredibly stress-free. He made sure we were at ease with the plan for our big day and was incredibly responsive whenever we had any questions. Our original date was September of 2020, so when COVID came around he was very understanding and flexible around our plans to reschedule for the same weekend in 2021. When it came time to finalize plans for our reception this year, he was very flexible around some requests that we had and handled everything leading up to our date.
The execution day-of was nothing short of spectacular. Throughout the day the entire team (Katelyn, Sue, Oscar & Melissa) made sure that we had everything that we needed and got everything set up for us behind the scenes. 30 minutes before our ceremony was set to start, and a storm front moved in way faster than expected, they turned on a dime to set up the ceremony inside and ensure that we still had the setup we wanted! The rest of the reception was great; the food was on-point, they did a great job with out cocktail hour, and they ensured we were well fed throughout.
Overall, we couldn’t recommend Eagle Oaks enough! -

Best Night of Our Lives
We had our wedding at Eagle Oaks in July 2021. We were lucky enough to work with Jim O’Neil who was absolutely INCREDIBLE! Though we originally planned to have our wedding in June 2020, Jim and Eagle Oaks were supportive and flexible as we navigated the ongoing pandemic. They always kept in touch and kept us updated to any changes. Jim was so responsive and made this process so much easier.
The grounds are absolutely gorgeous! We had a perfect July evening, and Jim and the entire staff kept the night running smoothly and seamlessly. The food and presentation was phenomenal - we are still getting guests gushing about it! They were also very flexible when we needed to move our ceremony on-site. The bar was always packed and everything exceed our highest possible expectations! Also huge shout out to the amazing chef who made the best sea bass anyone has ever had! And another shout out to Jordan, who was the perfect bridal/groom attendant and assisted our photographer with the best locations and with keeping us on schedule!
We could not imagine celebrating anywhere else and we cannot recommend enough having your special day here! -

Jim O'Neill and his team are incredible! They made the planning process seamless and really catered to what we wanted for our wedding. They were flexible and always had an open line of communication. The service was very professional. Brian and Melissa were like ninjas - always making sure my husband and our families had everything they needed. The food - outstanding! Our guests raved how every detail was spot on. The venue is elegant, modern, and clean! The grounds are perfect for photos and provide spacious outdoor event space with amazing venues of the golf course. It's a no-brainer to have your wedding here - it was pure perfection. -

Eagle Oaks was a hidden gem for us. We weren't super familiar with it when we began our venue search but WOW more people should know about it! The venue by itself is breathtaking and so well-maintained we instantly pictured our wedding taking place there and the photos we've gotten back so far prove us right. Helena was our coordinator and from the beginning she was extremely responsive to every email we sent her way (which was a lot!) and had an answer for every question. When I dropped off all of the stuff for my wedding, I didn't have a doubt in my mind that they would be able to set it up the way I envisioned it and it was beyond what I expected. They truly brought our wedding vision to life! We plan to become members just so we never have to stop visiting their beautiful club. -

I can't say enough good about this place. I could never imagine having my wedding elsewhere. EVERYTHING start to finish was amazing. Our first tour- amazing, second with families- amazing, food tasting- amazing, rehearsal- amazing, wedding- out of this world. People are still talking about my wedding and how wonderful and beautiful it was. They are still talking about the quality and quantity of food (like so much food- it was the best thing ever). I worked with Helena to coordinate our wedding- she was EXCELLENT. It is so apparently that she knows exactly what she is doing and boy does she do it well. I am a control freak and I completely trusted her to help make my vision come to life on my wedding day. Day off we had Bryan as our maitre'd- what a rockstar he was. Such a nice guy- I literally never went a second without a glass of champagne in my hand. Did I want something else to eat or drink? You would think it was magic- I had it in like 30 seconds. He was so much fun to ride around the golf course with to take pictures. He knew exactly where to take us for the best pictures and told golf goers that they would need to wait a few minutes for us to finish up- like hello??? How nice was that? We told him we wanted to eat- they brought us plates of food from cocktail hour so we could enjoy some of that and yes, we actually did sit down and eat our dinners. Why were we able to do this? Because Bryan was tending to everything to make sure the whole night went seamlessly. The food was TO DIE FOR- absolutely delicious. The venue is BEAUTIFUL. Our waitress was amazing- she was available whenever we needed her and made sure our parents and families were taken care of as well. I can't say enough good about this place- I think it really is a hidden gem that you will fall in love with as soon as you step foot on their grounds. Don't hesitate- book a tour of this beautiful place, go to one of their wedding shows- whatever it takes- get there and meet the amazing staff and look at this incredible venue. You won't regret it! -

It was the perfect venue! Their ballroom is simply stunning with large chandeliers and a new dance floor. The outdoor area is perfect for cocktail hour and for an outdoor ceremony. We were very impressed with the service and help. Not to mention, the food was delicious and plentiful! -

Helena (Wedding Planner) was so easy and stressless to work with. She responded to every email I sent in a timely manor, which helped keep me on schedule for all of my vendors, and made the week of my wedding very smooth!
Helena and Brian (Banquet Manager) were the first people to greet my husband and I once we arrived on EOGCC property. (It was a cold day, they met us with hot chocolate! We're not coffee drinkers! They read our notes and surprised us!)
Brian runs a very tight ship, every part of service was absolute seamless. Brian and his staff guided my husband, and I through the night, making sure that we got to try ALL of the food that was being served!! (That was very important to us!)
Chef Dean is an absolute perfectionist in the kitchen. Every meal was prepared for each guest. When my Mom ordered her sirloin well done from the server, she was given a well done sirloin. (I know my mom was not the only one with a request like that, my guests were so impressed!)
I knew once we signed our contract with EOGCC that we were signing with experienced professionals, incredible food, a gorgeous venue and well manicured property that was perfect for taking pictures at. I literally had nothing to worry about, and I have Helena to thank for making it all happen. -

Eagle Oak Golf and Country Club provided the most beautiful wedding experience for my daughter and her husband. Working with Jim O’Neill was easy and pressure free. I should let you know Jim put this beautiful event together in 3 months. My son in law received notice that he is being deployed and they wanted to get married before he deployed. Jim made this happen. Our guests were amazed at the reception. Many were impressed, saying they had been to weddings that were years in planning that weren’t as well done as this. Oh, and did I mention the food was delicious from the fantastic cocktail hour to the hot pretzels given as a departure snack. Give Eagle Oak Golf and Country Club a look. You will not look any further. -

Wedding of my dreams!
Jim and Brian were so accommodating during the planning process and on the day of! They listened to every detail that I wanted at the venue. They made me feel welcomed and special! The food was amazing (the chef even modified the menu for us)! The venue is gorgeous, the grounds are well maintained and the ballroom is breathtaking with all the crystal chandeliers and the high ceilings! It was a dream come true and I want to relive it all over again!! -

Romantic Fall Wedding Dream Come True
I got married in November 2018 and Eagle Oaks was everything I dreamed it would be. The venue has new decor and set up for its cocktail hour and we were one of the first weddings to experience it. The room was transformed. We took advantage of the gorgeous chandeliers in the ballroom to bring our dark / moody / romantic fall aesthetic to life. The golf course has the coolest trees that my husband was obsessed with and we made it back just in time for a stunning sunset shoot. My florist and designer brought the venue's best assets front and center and the staff (Brian, Melissa my bridal attendant, Jim & Helena) just made everything SO easy. My bridal party and I got ready in the guest suites (highly recommend booking the entire guest house) and it was like one big brunch party. The FOOD - my goodness, the FOOD was so good. All of our friends and family thought the cocktail hour was dinner! The only regret I have is not eating more but we made a point to sit and eat dinner together (we had the sea bass/filet duet) and it was perfect. The Viennese hour and our cake was everything we dreamed of. We wanted the wedding to feel like a 19th century banquet and Eagle Oaks' catering team sure made that happen. We got married in a church so when we came back and saw the room for the first time, my jaw dropped and I teared up. Collectives By Diana and Ivie Joy Flowers put on such a show. Thanks to the entire team at Eagle Oaks for letting me run with this crazy vision!!! (You can see some of our pictures here on their site actually !!). We also had an after party because we didn't want the night to end - I highly recommend adding this package on. It was so fun to just hang out with everyone that stayed well into the night. I could finally relax and catch up. I wish I could live the night over and over again. The biggest heartfelt thanks to this amazing staff and most spectacular beautiful club which is more like a resort than anything else. It's heaven. Until next time, Eagle Oaks! -

Pam Sent on 08/21/2018The most magical evening we could ever imagine! Our daughters wedding was so fabulous and the feedback from friends and family “best wedding I’ve been to In years”. The entire staff was unbelievable. Jim You truly gave us the wedding of a lifetime. Brian, Sue and Melissa catered to every need for the entire bridal party. The food was so delicious as was the presentation. All waite staff and bartenders were fantastic. The venue was breathtaking! Thank you all for a fabulous evening. Yvonne Sent on 07/11/2018Eagle Oaks Country Club was an amazing place. From start to finish they were attentive to all of our needs and all requests were met. The flow from the outside garden to the cocktail hour to the reception was seamless. Plenty of seating for the cocktail hour and the food was delicious. My guests only had positive comments. I would have another function there. Marquis florals by Kim were gorgeous and JS studios photography gave us some unique photos as well as great pictures. Mother of the bride.

Vanessa Sent on 05/21/2018Eagle oak offered a beautiful venue The entire staff was extremely helpful and made the planning effortless they were extremely accommodating and worked very well with all of the vendors it was a perfect day thanks to Jim and Brian and the entire staff the cocktail hour had so much to offer and the duet for dinner was a big hit! Our guests loved the vast selection of deserts and the soft pretzels and cookies!

Helena was so helpful and flexible with every question we had and every detail of our planning. We had a pretty large wedding and they handled it with ease and with every detail thought out. All of our guests commented how pampered they felt and how beautiful the rooms were. Thank you Eagle Oaks! All of my wedding dreams were made true because of everyone involved!
