We truly cannot say enough incredible things about this venue and especially our wedding coordinator, Vanessa. From the very beginning, everything was handled with such care, professionalism, and attention to detail, but what really made our experience unforgettable was Vanessa.
Vanessa went above and beyond for us in every possible way. She made the entire planning process feel so much less stressful, always being there to answer questions, offer guidance, and make sure every detail was thought through. On the day of our wedding, she was absolutely amazing—everything ran so smoothly, and we genuinely did not have to worry about a single thing. She handled everything behind the scenes so effortlessly, allowing us to be fully present and enjoy every moment of our day.
The entire staff was also incredible—so kind, organized, and attentive. You could tell everyone truly cared about making our day special, and it showed in how seamless everything felt from start to finish.
Vanessa is truly one of a kind. Her dedication, calm presence, and genuine care for her couples make such a difference, and we are beyond grateful to have had her by our side. She made our wedding day everything we dreamed of and more.
If you are considering this venue, do it—you will be in the best hands. We can’t recommend Vanessa and this team enough! 💛

Our wedding at Eagle Harbor Golf Club was nothing short of perfect, and a huge part of that was due to Nathalie, the event coordinator at Eagle Harbor. From the moment we met, she made us feel like we were her top priority. Nathalie’s attention to detail, organization and calm demeanor made our day run perfectly. She was always available to answer questions, offer guidance and solutions when we needed them.
The venue itself was stunning & made for perfect photos! The food was incredible! Our guests are still talking about how delicious everything was, and the staff was equally fantastic. They were attentive & professional! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend Eagle Harbor Golf Club, Nathalie, and the entire team to anyone planning a wedding! -

Professionalism- Nathalie was amazing. She knows her stuff and didn't miss a single detail (including the ones WE missed). She coordinated so well with vendors and the staff on site for dining. As the MOB, I did nothing the entire night but enjoy the wedding. We knew every detail was taken care of. The bride and groom were treated SO well by the staff there. The wedding guests were complimenting us the entire night on how well everything was going. We toured so many venues and just couldn't accept the cost for what we would receive.
Nathalie kept us informed from day one throughout the process of planning. If we had questions, she answered them quickly. She understands every single bit of the timelines, vendor needs, and everything in between. This was by far the least stressful wedding planning we've ever experienced. Did not stress one bit. It was so refreshing.
We did in-house catering. Food was great! We expected average but it exceeded our expectations.
Photo opportunities were also great. We were worried about golfers in pictures but the venue blocks off any areas that may intrude on the wedding so they were nowhere to be seen.
I recommend renting the full back patio. With beautiful weather, the guests enjoyed spending time outside under the string lights at night.
The bridal suite was very charming. It has two salon-style seating areas for hair and makeup to take care of the party. Couches, bathroom, fridge, and fun touches to make it enjoyable during preparation.
Eagle Harbor is the perfect blend of reasonably price and amazing service. Save yourself thousands of dollars and go with Eagle Harbor.

Nathalie was amazing throughout the entire process. Even while we were still looking around at other venues, she stayed in touch and provided us with quality information in a timely manner. Her communication is what made us go with Eagle Harbor in the first place! The venue is perfect for a small-medium amount of guests. The chef was very good and invested in his craft. The entire crew was nice and helpful. The only problem we had was that there is only a bridal suite, no space for the groom to get ready on site so keep that in mind. Otherwise, no problems at all! Great staff, great wedding venue! -

We have a great experience with Eagle Harbor. Whithey work with us and walk us through the wedding planning. The wedding was great and she did an excellent job with the timelines and make sure that every guest and family were having a god time. The price was reasonable, the venue include all the facilities for the ceremony, the cocktail hour, meals and beverages. We re very happy with Eagle Harbor. -

Beautiful wedding at Eagle Harbor
We had a beautiful wedding at Eagle Harbor. Whitney was professional, fabulous and a complete pro. She guided us through the entire process making it so easy for us. The venue was beautiful, the food was delicious. We couldn’t have been more pleased. Everyone commented what a perfect wedding it was. Thank you Whitney! -

The venue is so pretty and they work with you for everything and there is so many options to choose from. AThey include a lot as well. They are so nice. 10/10 recommend can’t wait for the wedding day! Pictures are from when we viewed it. -

Wendy Sent on 08/15/2018We had a baby shower in the Wine Room and are pleased we selected Talons. Working with Whitney was a pleasure in every aspect. She was knowledgeable, accommodating, and flexible with the menu for our small group. All questions and requests were handled in a timely manner and on the day of the shower, the staff was awesome and the food was wonderful. We will be back!
