Simply put, the team at Eagle Glen Golf Course cares completely about you and your wedding day!
Upon arriving at your appointment you get the clear sense that the extraordinary individuals who work there have their heart completely connected to what they do.
Raul guided us through every step of our process and was incredibly easy to communicate with and had our best interest top of mind. He not only supplied us with the vendor list to secure the very best services but he would assist us with making sure we were being economically sound when we needed to be. He greeted us with a smile and such a positive attitude whenever we stopped by for a meeting or simply to walk the beautiful ceremony, reception and gorgeous photo spots of Eagle Glen. His communication was always clear, concise and thorough, exactly what you need!
Madison was a gem to work with and she was with us the first 2 hours of our reception moving us throughout the vast golf course to help our photographer capture the perfect photo. She provided the most seamless menu tasting experience and took our notes to heart - even when we jokingly said that we would be happy eating chicken nuggets at our reception she made sure they were delivered to our sweetheart table! Her and Raul make the perfect team!
We are indebted to their kindness and expertise and truly miss communicating with them and seeing them! Book them now! -

The quality of their work was truly exceptional - the venue was bright, clean, and set the perfect tone for our special day. From start to finish, our experience was absolutely incredible!
Raul, Madison, and the entire staff were AMAZING on the day of our wedding. Everything ran so smoothly, and we truly felt taken care of every single moment. Throughout the whole planning process, Raul and Madison made everything so much easier for me — they were responsive, organized, patient, and always one step ahead. They went above and beyond for us and genuinely made us feel like VIPs.

From the very beginning, every interaction we’ve had at your venue has been perfect. Your kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail have always stood out—and our wedding day was no exception. The venue looked absolutely stunning, and everything ran so smoothly. We truly had no issues from day one, all the way to coming back day after to pick up the cake!
Please pass along our heartfelt thanks to your entire team. The serving staff, the bartender—everyone was phenomenal. Our guests had such an amazing time and couldn’t stop raving about how wonderful everything was. The service was top-tier, and the atmosphere was everything we dreamed of. The venue had so much to offer like a whole three tier cake included in the price, golf cart service for us and guest, both bridal and grooms room for the bridal party, and so much more. One of the BIGGEST part was the help from Madison! She was just icing on the cake through the whole process and the sweetest!
Also, a special thank you from my dad—he is beyond thrilled that he gets to enjoy some free time to golf on his birthday. That little detail made an even bigger difference for him, and we really appreciate it.
We will absolutely be using your venue again for future events like anniversaries, and we’ll be highly recommending you to all of our family, friends, and loved ones who are looking for the perfect space for their celebrations. My whole group who attended the wedding STILL are talking about it all these months later how amazing the venue and wedding was!

TL;DR: BOOK THIS VENUE FOR YOUR WEDDING!!! The team and the views were absolutely incredible — we would choose this venue again in a heartbeat!!!
Now for the details — Raul and his team are amazing! We worked almost exclusively with Raul, and we truly cannot say enough great things about him. Throughout the entire booking process, he was quick to respond to emails and calls, always available to accommodate the many changes we made, and consistently offered thoughtful advice — all before the wedding even happened.
His attention to detail and budget-conscious recommendations helped make our wedding as incredible as it was. One of the biggest things we appreciated was the transparency around pricing. At other venues, we often felt overwhelmed by costly "upgrades," but at Eagle Glen, we found that:
a) there wasn’t much that needed upgrading because everything was already beautiful, and
b) many upgrades were already included in the base package.
On the wedding day:
The photos at this venue turned out stunning. We did have an unexpected guest — the wind (you are in the canyons!) — but it was totally manageable. And honestly, when it wasn’t too strong, it made my veil look incredible in the photos.
Raul and his team were phenomenal on the day of the wedding. They kept everything running smoothly and made sure that both my husband and I were well-fed and hydrated — with both drinks and alcohol!
The value we got for the price was unbeatable, and we have zero regrets. We chose to do outside catering (yes, Eagle Glen allows it!), so we can’t comment on the in-house food, but the bar service and drinks were fantastic.
We loved having our ceremony outside and the reception indoors. The transition was seamless, thanks to Raul and his team. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how beautiful the area was and how stunning both the ceremony site and the venue looked.
We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We are beyond grateful for the care, attention, and effort Raul and his team put into our special day.

Most Amazing Wedding Experience!
My Wife and I recently got married at Eagle Glen in May 2025. I am being 200% honest when I say Eagle Glen provided the most amazing wedding experience for us and our guest. From the very beginning of the planning process, all the way down to the end of the reception, their team made this process simple and easy while providing a beautiful experience. Everything was all inclusive, from the food, drinks, wedding cake, etc. We already booked in 2024, but Eagle Glen renovated the ceremony area earlier this year and we were able to have our ceremony at the newly renovated site which was a big enhancement to the space.
We worked with Raul for all communication, site visits, questions, etc. He made us feel more than welcomed at Eagle Glen from the very first visit. He made the process much more simple for us as he provided a list of their preferred vendors that have had experience doing weddings at that venue and would need minimal direction. During the site visits, the whole staff was very hospitable. We interacted with the Food and Beverage staff Fabian and Raul Sr at the bar during most of our visit, and they always made us feel at home.
Madison was the Day-of Coordinator and she was GREAT! She made sure that everything went smoothly the way that we planned it and took ALOT of stress off of us with her organizing and keeping the program running as planned.
We are forever grateful to the whole Eagle Glen team that was a part of making our wedding experience the most memorable experience of our lives. We would highly recommend that you consider Eagle Glen if you are looking for a quality venue for your wedding.Eagle Glen Golf Club's reply:

From the beginning, Eagle Glen was friendly and caring to all of us. We felt welcomed everytime we visited.
On our wedding day, the entire Eagle Glen staff was friendly, attentive and caring. They made sure to ask how we were feeling and if we needed anything. I hadn’t eaten since I was so nervous. However, Raul made sure I had something to eat before shortly walking down the aisle. Both Raul and Madison were a huge help in making sure we had the best day ever.

My now husband and I have done so much research in trying to find the perfect wedding venue for our wedding this past October. I was set on another venue prior but I am so happy my husband changed my mind! He found this venue off searching on Google and we made an appointment to meet up with the manager of the venue, Raul. I don't know about you all, but I have never met someone who is so happy and eager ALL OF THE TIME. Keep in mind, we booked our venue about 1-2 years before our wedding date, so we've always kept in touch with Raul (whether it be texting or through email). Raul is one of the most delightful people to be around. He is ALWAYS happy and ALWAYS positive no matter what. I also appreciated all the happy faces he responds to us with through email and text. He made the whole process extremely easy and was very accessible whenever we had any questions (and trust me, I had A LOT). There were a few occasions where I wanted to show up to see the venue with my family, and he didn't give us any trouble, even if he was busy!
At this time, I truly could not imagine having our wedding with any other venue. Being the bride already comes with lots and lots of stress; but I honestly felt Raul and his team showed up and helped so much that I was not running around with my head cut off. All I did was show up to our wedding and everything was taken care of, and I didn't even have a wedding planner!
This venue provided a day of coordinator for us, Madison, and let me just say, she is an amazing coordinator! She helped us with the food tasting before the wedding and also was there for us until the end of the wedding! She didn't have to stay with us but decided to, just to help make our day even more special. My husband and I also had so much fun with Madison during our photoshoot after the ceremony :)
I couldn't have done it without this amazing team! I mean look at our photos! I've had guests tell us they haven't been to a wedding this beautiful. It makes me so happy to relive my wedding looking through the beautiful photos/ videos. I cannot say thank you enough for everything they have done for us. My experience was even better than I could ever hope for, and that's thanks to this wonderful, hardworking team here at Eagle Glen!

Beautiful venue
I got married here in September 2024 and let me tell you that it was the best day ever. Everything went smoothly and as planned during our wedding and we couldn’t have asked for better coordinators. Amazing venue, service and picturesque views!
We had our daughter’s quinceañera at Eagle Glen in September 2023. From the first consultation to the day of the event, Raul the Manager was so helpful, gave great suggestions, was flexible, and went above and beyond. All the things you would want in a wedding or quinceañera planner, he exceeded. The venue itself is beautiful and kept up very well at a very reasonable price. The staff are friendly and were also very helpful in making our day run smoothly. We chose the plated option of filet and chicken and our guests loved it. We couldn’t be more happier with how everything turned out, we would definitely have another event at Eagle Glen and recommend it to all our family and friends!Eagle Glen Golf Club's reply:

Want a stressless wedding, with beautiful wedding photos this is your place!
Raul and Madison were so amazing. They made this experience go from good to great. Any question we had they were ready to answer and always available to answer any questions. My husband and I both have difficult schedules, and they were able to accommodate always. Our vow renewal was a full wedding style, 150 guest and everyone looked it. We did not feel overwhelmed at all trying to make our vison happen. We had an amazing photographer, and we definitely took advantage of the beautiful scenery, beautiful photos without even trying. plenty of parking space, very clean and most importantly you will have great help from Raul and Maddison.Eagle Glen Golf Club's reply:

I was a bride with a budget and we looked at over ten venues within a month. They were okay but I wanted more elegance in a venue. My father in law found this venue on wedding wire and we met with them the next week. When I walk into the venue there is tiling through out and past the lobby you walk outside and gorgeous green hills surround the venue. I knew immediately this was the place! They had fresh light grey carpet recently put in, beautiful silver seating, and windows for days in the ballroom that was enormous in size! The coordinator for the site is Raul was so helpful and gave us an amazing deal! His calm demeanor and wanting to work with us was such a blessing. We are forever grateful for him. This venue is perfect if you want a classy wedding. -

Where to even begin?!
First, we just want to thank Madison and Raul, on site coordinators. They've both been very helpful, communicative, nice, and incredibly flexible to allow us execute our vision for our wedding reception! Thank you both!
The venue: Absolutely breathtaking. The mountains and valley as a backdrop is just gorgeous and looks a canvas. The pictures/videos does not do it justice. All of our guests loved the beautiful scenery! All took pictures and complimented us on our decision to have the reception here. The lobby, bathrooms, grooms suite, and bridal sweet were all very clean, and elegant looking! Just overall nice and pretty! The way up to the venue is amazing too. 11/10!
Food: Food was great! We initially had some reservations about the poblano chicken during the tasting and communicated this to Madison and she let the chef know and they were able to address it and it turned out delicious. We got lots of compliments for the Au Gratin Potatoes, veggies, Poblano chicken, and appetizers (beef skewers and southwest chipotle spring rolls)! Portion sizes were great, too. Very filling for everybody!
Banquet Hall: While you see pictures with draping, we opted out of having any draping. And the banquet hall was just as beautiful without the drapes! New carpet, and the set up with tables, chairs, and linen went smoothly and looked great.
Staff and Service: Very seamless. The Bartenders were very accommodating, nice and provided great services. The servers also did amazing too! No complaints.
Shoutout to Cameron!! He was so helpful in leading the charge to set the hall up and addressing any issues or last minute changes!
Value $$: This is where everything comes together perfectly. We spent hours looking, researching, and visiting countless venues in the IE, and this one just takes the cake! There was another golf course/venue in the area that was doublethe price. Insane! With Eagle Glen, you get the best bang for your buck, hands downs. There were others that were much more expensive that offered a lot less! It's just a great deal, that it's worth waiting for to book!
We had guests come from different parts of the country and all were stunned with the views, service, and venue!
Our expectations were exceeded. It was just an amazing and beautiful day for us! Highly recommend, worth the money! -

I never imagined that I would have my "dream" wedding come to life in such a short amount of time. It went beyond my dreams. The location itself is absolutely mesmerizing. The hall is gorgeous and there is so much you can do! Raul and Madison are amazing! They are sooo helpful and genuine. We walked into this not knowing how to plan a wedding but we had a vision. They assisted us every step of the way and built a wonderful bond with us. I truly recommend this venue because of the location, the people, and the hall. I promise you will be in great hands! -

Eagle Glen gold club.
This place is beautiful. The pictures you come across on the Internet, do absolutely zero justice for how breath taking this venue really is. I had the pleasure of working with Raul. He was friendly, professional and just well rounded. He’s very clear about what the venue includes or doesn’t. Straight forward with prices and packages. Most importantly he always responds!! Even if he’s busy, he will assure that someone else will get to you in a timely manner. Madison (his assistant) was even better. Lol jk Raul. But she was a huge part the actual day of the wedding. shes the cutest! I Actually tried to pawn her off to one of my uncles, just to keep her in my family.(she’s taken) lol
Anyways point is… look no further. Our wedding was everything we dreamed of and more. No doubt you will walk away feeling the same. -

Our Daughter and Son in law had their Wedding here 3 weeks ago. It was BEAUTIFUL to say the least, We had ZERO complaints. From the beginning, rehearsal dinner and Wedding Day, the whole Eagle Glen Team was Fabulous. Raul, Anissa, Paulie, Gina and can't forget our Bartender Hugo. Perfect Wedding
My husband and I got married this past February 2020 at Eagle Glen Golf Club. This review is in large part due to Raul Tovar. I don't even know where to begin since there's so much to say. But I'll try to be helpful and factual. For starters, my husband and I are both very busy individuals and currently we do not even live in California. Due to our crazy schedules we really had to begin wedding planning long before the date since we could only afford to plan in random increments in a year. I was specifically looking for a scenic venue that would also make life easy for me in terms of planning. My husband didn't understand the extent of planning that would be involved and cared simply about a beautiful venue with good food. I had narrowed down our venue choices to just a handful in California. And right away, my husband and I fell in love with Eagle Glen. Here are some reasons why:
-Raul Tovar. He made the whole process so much easier and stress free. He is attentive to details, creative, knowledgeable about the wedding industry, reliable, and friendly. He was always kind to offer suggestions, even if it meant more work for him. He just wanted to make sure we had the party of our dreams. I can't justify in words just how great Raul was during this whole process, and my family and I are all so grateful for his help. He really made our day special and perfect. Throughout the whole process, he was there for us every step of the way. And on the day of, he made sure the day went seamlessly. We had no need for a wedding planner because of him. The money saved from having to get a wedding planner meant more money for food and alcohol and other things guests would appreciate. We can't imagine the day going as flawlessly as it did without him.
-The venue. It's gorgeous. With the Californian sunlight bathing the layers of emerald and azure mountains hugging the green slopes, it's magical. If you're lucky, you'll get some clouds. And you get to drive right into it after the ceremony for pictures. My husband said it was like being in Jurassic Park. The indoors are gorgeous too. The ballroom and entrance is nice and rustic and homey if you're into that kind of thing. If you're looking for a venue that is cold/contemporary or over the top glamorous, this won't be it. If you're looking for a beautiful, simple, yet elegant venue, this is it.
-Planning. Again this is tied to Raul, but Eagle Glen is connected to so many great vendors. This really made the process easier. And the package includes food for the cocktail hour and dinner as well as cake. So many other vendors (flowers/deco, alcohol, photographers, etc) are familiar with Eagle Glen, which makes life easier. Due to our crazy schedule, I was pretty bad and left some big things for last minute, including flowers/decorations. But because they had direct connections with Eagle Glen, it didn't seem to be a problem, and thing still went smoothly. This made communication between vendors easy. The package deal plus the tied in vendors really made planning not as complicated for me. And we didn't even go with all the vendors suggested, so it's not like you have to go with their list.
-Food. A lot of wedding venues don't have delicious food. To me, often times unless you're going to a restaurant, food just isn't amazing. Much to my surprise, I had guests ranting and raving to me how much they loved their dinners that night. I didn't really believe them until my husband and I got back home and got to try some of the foods we didn't get to eat since we were so busy. The food was even better than from our food tasting. All the suggestions/requests we had made from our food tastings actually were taken note of, and the food showed. The cake that we got was also apart of the packaged deal, and we chose Tasteful Cakes. Again, we had guests telling us how delicious the cake was. We went with the Corona Sunset, which was delicious.
If had to be perfectly honest and try to come up with cons, I really can't think of any at the moment. I wouldn't change any thing that we did, and I'd do it all again. Thank you Eagle Glen. I'm excited for all other couples that plan to get married at Eagle Glen. -

I haven't had my wedding here yet. My fiance and I booked this venue this past weekend. We were impressed by the service and attentiveness demonstrated by the sales manager, Arturo. The venue it self is beautiful and I believe the value is unmatched.Eagle Glen Golf Club's reply:

Went in to look at the venue and ended up booking my wedding Raul is making it easy. I was bummed when I found out they don't carry Mike's hard lemonade so Raul said they will go to the store and buy some to make sure they have it for me very happy so farEagle Glen Golf Club's reply:

Angie Sent on 05/01/2018I had my daughter's Sweet 15 (Quinceanera) at the Eagle Glen Golf Course this past April 28, 2018, and everything was just incredibly amazing! Raul is truly beyond amazing! He was always very responsive and very willing to help me out in any way he could. The venue is beyond gorgeous! And the food was incredible! All the staff was excellent and very attentive to all our needs that night. I was beyond impressed with the quality of service provided! Truly an excellent venue! They exceeded all my expectations! Thank you so much for everything Raul! You are beyond amazing!
