My husband and I got married here in October and I am truly so grateful. Our first meeting here we were between a few venues but honestly Nicole (the catering and even sales manager) was what sold the venue to us. From the beginning she truly was why we chose to have our wedding here. She made everything feel possible and didnt make me feel silly for any issues or requests I had. During the planning stages she really helped me figure out a lot and even helped recommend other vendors. On the actual wedding day her and Alex were incredible. It rained on my wedding day but she knew how bad I wanted to be married outside and she kept track of the weather and made it work for me down to the last second when we had to make a decision (and even supported me when I chose to still get married outside). During the actual event they set up everything and even had it packed nicely for us to pick up the next day. I really am so grateful for this team, they worked miracles and were so kind all the way through. We also had a huge bridal party and they were very accomidating with that all the way through.
The only thing I would recommend to other brides is getting ready offsite, just due to lighting in the locker rooms they had availble for us to get ready in. Outside of that I have no complaints about the venue at all.
The only reason I took this long to post was because we had a horendous time with our photographer, (Ivory Photo Weddings no longer exists; but if it comes back don't use them) I truly wish he took more advantage of the venues beauty.
The key point of this review is the team here is great. I think even though the venue is gorgeous, Nicole and Alex are what truly sells this venue, especially not having a wedding planner I don't know what I would've done without them. -

From the moment I called Eagles Creek and spoke with Nicole, I knew this would be a wonderful experience. Nicole and Alex made my entire wedding journey so smooth and stress-free. Communication was excellent from start to finish—any questions I had were answered in a timely manner, and Nicole was incredibly sweet and accommodating when scheduling meetings.
On the day of the wedding, Nicole and Alex were truly phenomenal. They took great care of my guests and ensured everything ran seamlessly, from the timeline to décor setup and guest direction. I felt completely supported and at ease knowing they were handling everything so professionally.
I highly recommend Eagles Creek to anyone hosting a wedding, baby shower, or any special event. Nicole and Alex, you both are amazing. Thank you so much for hosting our wedding! ☺️ -

Daughter's Quinceanera
I recommend Eagle Creek to anyone who wants to throw an amazing and fun party! I hosted my daughter Sofie's Quinceanera there and everyone complimented on how great it was. Their flexibility and willingness to accommodate and make sure they helped us in anyway they could was just beyond our expectation. Words are not enough for me to express how much I loved every single thing about the venue! -

The best venue with amazing staff! So much was included in the price of the venue that took a lot of stress away. The venue itself is so pretty on its own it doesn't even need much decorations, in my opinion. Working with Ashley and Jennifer was a breeze and they made planning easy as well as all the help they gave the day of the wedding, it went perfectly. The staff that worked the event was also amazing and the food was so good!
You won't regret having your wedding here, we sure didn't! We would do it all over again ❤️

Dreams Do Come True
My husband (Levi) and I had the most amazing experience. From the first email to the day of our wedding, Ashley Poulin was incredible. She was so attentive, caring, and my whole family loved her including us. She made me feel comfortable and when things needed to be done on the day of the wedding she made sure everything went according to our plan. The food was delicious, the venue was beautiful, and the staff was very friendly. We highly recommend Eagle Creek Golf Course and Ashley.

A once in a lifetime experience!
Eagle Creek is the dream location for a wedding. We had an amazing experience planning our big event and going through all the preparations. Ashley, our wedding planner at Eagle Creek, was well prepared with many options for us to choose from. We chose to have our ceremony outside at the pergola. This venue gives you many options for the ceremony and this was the right choice for us. The weather was perfect. Our cocktail hour was also outside at the rear clubhouse entrance. For the reception we chose a plated dinner which we selected based on sampling a number of dishes some weeks before.
What can I say... it all came together perfectly! Love was in the air and it was a great start to what will be a long and happy marriage! -

Holy smokes! Where do I begin? From the moment I stepped into Eaglecreek, Ashley was a breath of fresh air; she was friendly, knowledgeable, and had this spunk about her. She had an answer to every one of my questions and was ready to accommodate any of my bizarre requests. She was patient and kind as I changed my mind from month to month, and never, not once made me feel like a burden, or annoying (this was important to me, and I will never forget it). The planning process, which was definitely overwhelming at times, was made easy when all I had to do was reach out to Ashley, and there she was with an answer, recommendation, or sometimes a much needed honest opinion. The day of was easy, breezy and as stress-free as you could expect. ANY TIME ANY THING came up, Ashley was there. I never needed to search for her; she was involved in EVERY SINGLE STEP of the day/night (from lunch snacks, to room set-up, to line-up, to photos, to food service, food clean-up, cake serving.... the list goes on - My father was very impressed with her, especially.) The weather was a fairytale (so blessed), and the pictures are amazing. My husband still isn't sure if we chose this location because of its beautiful property and ballroom, or Ashley. One may never know. :) -

We got married at Eagle Creek Golf Club on Saturday, November 9, 2019. This was a year in the making. From the date we set foot on property, Ashley Poulin was pure magic! My now husband and I work full time and have been dealing with my health issues. To plan a wedding on top of all that is a HUGE task! WELL, Ashley & her team made that HUGE task beyond simple! Every single part of the planning process was handled with creativity, dedication, fun and passion! Ashley laughed with us, cried with us, supported us and ultimately has set up shop in our hearts! I was an event planner for 15 years so my standards of service were high. Ashley FAR exceeded every expectation we had. For example, we had vegan guests. Ashley made sure we got to meet Chef Justin (PHENOMENAL). He created a culinary masterpiece for our guests! The day of team was exceptional! Jennifer made us feel like ROYALTY! The guests came back to us raving about the food, decor and SERVICE! My husband and I were worried we wouldn't be able to have the wedding of our dreams because we were paying for it ourselves. Eagle Creek makes it happen! Ashley Poulin is a true gift to the industry! A wedding day can be extremely stressful so if you want your wedding or special event to be handled as if a loved one was doing it for you.........Make sure you check out Eagle Creek! The ceremony site, reception space, food, decor and most of all service will leave an unforgettable memory! A++++ in our book!!! We LOVE you Ashley! Jessica Sent on 12/28/2017We got married on October 20th, 2017 at Eagle Creek and it truly was the best day ever thanks to Eagle Creek. The venue was not only beautiful and unique for our wedding but fulfilled our love for golf and amazing sunset pictures. Eagle Creek offered us a rain out location which many venues here in Florida did not offer to us. Eagle Creek also offered us an inside or an outside venue set up depending on our guest list size. Heather helped us along the way with all questions we had in our 15 month planning and also offered so many ideas and details to add to our wedding decor. She was very responsive to each of our calls and emails. We had so many wedding guests from out of town that were amazed at how beautiful "a golf course" wedding could be. Eagle Creek not only made our wedding vision come to life but they exceeded our expectations. We look forward to golfing at our wedding venue for future anniversaries and seeing the Eagle Creek staff again! -

We just got married there last weekend and the evening was absolutely perfect, which we owe everything to the EC staff and their amazing team and trusted vendors!! From the very first meeting with Heather Parks who stayed by my side for 6 months (answering EVERY countless email) to help plan and facilitate every detail and vendor, to meetings with chef Kim who spoiled us with delicious food from tasting to the night of ( i keep getting comments about how we had “the best food we’ve ever tasted especially at a wedding!”) to the personable and professional bar staff and finally to Jennifer who made sure the entire night went off BEAUTIFULLY without a hitch, i could not be more pleased! If you’re looking for an intimate venue with great grounds and views, awesome staff (/emotional bride support included in site Fee lol) , great food and bar - you should 1000000% call Heather at EC - best decision i made for our Orlando wedding !!
PS - my husband went golfing there the day before the wedding and said that was great too ;)

Her genuine personilty was the icing on the cake when it came to making my decision of booking the venue. The food was mouthwatering, service was superb and the venue looked as beautiful as ever that day even after Irma had passed the week before. I can honestly say that I was one extremely happy bride that day. Thanks again Heather and to your team at Eagle Creek for making this day perfect and for giving us memories that will last a lifetime! Love you guys!!

Melissa Sent on 07/27/2016Eagle Creek!! Where to start!!! Heather and Jourdan are AMAZING!! I cannot thank them enough for all that day did to help me out with my wedding. Planning your own wedding can be very stressful but when your even coordinator is that awesome, your biggest problem turns into nothing. From my church messing up and booking us on the wrong day causing me to have to transfer my date and Eagle Creek to my maid of honor possibly not being able to make it Heather had my back every time. She always reassured me and told me everything would be alright and she was right. Both Heather and Jourdan are wonderful to work with, they both helped me with so many details that I was really clueless or confused about. Not once did they ignore my emails or phone calls. I bugged Heather so much this past year that when the wedding was over I missed her lol. Talking to her had become the norm for me, and that is why I am grateful I picked Eagle Creek. Heather and her entire staff genuinely care!! Jourdan worked that reception so wonderfully, always asking if I needed anything or if the guests were ok. I was a bit nervous reading some reviews about the food, but after the food tasting I was convinced I made the right decision!! My guests are still talking about how great it was!! Thank you Heather, Jourdan and the Eagle Creek staff for making my day AMAZING!! You are truly appreciated!!! -

They offered a beautiful outdoor ceremony space, an intimate outdoor patio for cocktails and a lovely reception space with beautiful large windows with exquisite views of the golf course. Heather was our event coordinator. She made time to meet with us, our wedding planner, and family and friends several times during our wedding planning process. She was always responsive to any question or concern we had about our rehearsal and wedding day selections. Eagle Creek Golf Club’s menu selection was excellent. We choose the BBQ Brisket for our wedding rehearsal dinner. It was amazing. All guests went back for seconds. For our wedding we had the Port Wine Braised Beef with Roasted Cippolini Onions and Tortellini Alfredo with Chicken. We cannot recommend them highly enough. -

Eagle Creek was everything I needed for my tent wedding! I worked with Ashley very closely every day. She is very responsive and she LISTENS. She was attentive the day of the wedding even saving the night with exit sparklers (since my original idea didn’t work). I was worried about the food but it turned out great, better than the tastings! We did buffet style since it was outside the beef tenderloin option & the grouper turned out amazing. I would definitely recommend this venue for outside weddings, the view is wonderful and the price is reasonable for good quality. I’m glad I went with the best golf view in Nona. -

My husband and I knew we wanted to get married on a golf course. This is one of the most beautiful golf courses in Orlando! It's so close to a bunch of amenities and easy to access. Ashley was great to work with. She helped a lot with our indecisiveness. The day went perfectly and I'm so grateful to all of the staff that helped pull it off!! We love Eaglw Creek! -

Eagle Creek Golf Club was the host location for our 8th year wedding/ Vow Renewal. Planning this would not have been easy without the help of Ashley Poulin from Eagle Creek sales/catering dept. She was also my day of Coordinator. The Chef, kitchen, dining staff and bartender did a great job. My guests are still talking about their experience, the food was flavorful as requested ( herbs and spices) and served hot! Our signature drink was also perfect. We are born and raised Caribbeanians so flavor in our food is essential.
Eagle Creek Golf club was our location of choice 8 years ago when we opted out of having a big wedding then...8 years later you were still our number one choice and you did not disappoint. Can't wait to have our next event with you, hmmm future babyshower?!! 🤔🤣

Only minor complaint is that food tasted different than the tasting. I am not sure if it was because quantity was larger, but I felt that food was gourmet at tasting and "OK wedding food" on day of event. -

We chose Eagle Creek for our baby shower, and it was fantastic! They did all the hard work and made everything super easy for us. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, giving us exactly what we wanted and needed. We had a social hour with a beautiful fruit and cheese tray, free soft drinks they provided, and an optional cash bar for guests. Then for lunch, we built a custom menu for the buffet, which was great. They even cut and served our cake for us (which Nicole took and decorated for me)! The prices were also very reasonable for the entire event. We wish we would have discovered this place for our wedding! -

Graduation Party
I wanted to thank you and your staff for planning and setting up my graduation party. Also, thank the chef for me, everyone enjoyed the delicious food. I especially loved the pizza and mocktails with the flowers they looked so cute! Most importantly all the guests went home happy. Thank you again; I appreciate it! If I ever have another event to plan in the future I would love to plan it again with you guys. -

Kyla Sent on 12/17/2013This venue had the appeal and the glitz and the whole "show", but when it came down to actually doing business after signing the contract, things went south. Our point of contact changed a couple months before the wedding, the new person had no idea what was going on, and that incident created an entire unnecessary drama, especially for someone planning their wedding. Unfortunately, the trouble did not end there, it has been a week since my wedding and I am still trying to get resolution on the issues that happened DURING and after my wedding. This establishment is not too proficient in professionalism and only seems to consider their customers' concerns in writing. I even have a very expensive cake topper that is now broken as a reminder of how "great" their service is. I will never recommend this venue to another bride, if anything, I will warn against using them.
