  Best Jeweler in San Jose, Hands down.

  My family has been going to Dynasty Jewelers for decades. This place is absolutely amazing. Jorge and Steve do an amazing job on every piece they put out. The customer service is top notch, these guys truly want you to be happy. I never felt rushed, I felt like family. The ring they built for me was beautiful and built to last. Can’t thank these guys enough.

  I came to Dynasty Jewelers and was pleasantly surprised at how amazing the service was! Some of you may have been to a few jewelers like myself and know firsthand that most work off of commission and don't really care about you, only their paycheck. Walking into Dynasty I was immediately greeted by a genuine smile and an eagerness to help me. I felt very comfortable with Jorge and he not once made me feel as though I was wasting his time!! I came in just asking for an estimate and he patiently showed me a variety of diamonds while making sure to stay within my budget. He never once showed me something I wasn't comfortable purchasing. He told me they could do any custom design bridal set I wanted and he sure made it happen. A few days later I sent him the picture of the design and within two weeks I had it finished. I was so happy when I received my ring. Dynasty Jewelers was so amazing and I got my engagement & wedding ring set made! Not only do you get top notch service, but their quality in diamonds and work are equally spectacular! Highly recommend coming here first.

  We love our rings from Dynasty! Steve is so friendly and helped us to find the perfect rings for us for a reasonable price. We still go see Steve just to say hi and get our rings cleaned and they always do an excellent job.

  Rare to find folks really interested in getting you the best fit for your needs... not pushy at all. They worked with us to create a custom design for her ring and that too with a time constraint.

  First off, I am a VERY VERY picky person. I need everything to be exactly how I want it, no if ands or buts! So, naturally, I went around to at least 15 different jewelers all around the bay area on the hunt for the perfect ring! After a few weeks or hunting, I realized that the ring I wanted didn't exist. I had to get it custom made. It's hard to find a rose gold ring, with pear-shaped diamonds in a "Future Present Past" setting. AND have an infinity style band. AND have side stones and crazy unique design.
  
  After getting a few quotes from mainstream jewelers, I wasn't too happy about pricing, attention to detail, timelines, etc. Especially seeing the quality of diamonds they would offer to go along with my center diamond.
  
  Btw i had already purchased my own Center diamond which is an IF, F clarity, Cushion (excellent cut) diamond. So naturally, I want the best diamonds to complement it.
  
  I finally ran into Steve at Dynasty Jewelers. And from day one they treated me like family. Him and his father gave me lots of sound advice. They showed me a few examples of their previous work and it was amazing. They assured me that they would only put the best diamonds to complement the center diamond. They listened to what I wanted, advised on what would look good and helped me through the whole process.
  
  The entire process took a little longer than expected but that was because I kept making changes and adding on things and they obliged each time and did not hesitate to satisfy me. They sent me updates with AutoCAD pictures of my ring everytime a change was made.
  
  In the End, The ring was made just in time for my proposal. I got the MOST beautifully crafted, stunning, detailed and unique ring that rivaled rings that cost 3-4 times its price. But that's not the point. The point is, I got what I wanted, which was something unique and brilliant for the most important person in my life and for the most
