Passionate people who really care about thier clients
Our wedding was captured so beautifully by this husband/wife team. We had 2 ceremonies; a traditional tea ceremony in the morning and a church wedding in the late afternoon and reception to follow. It was a very long day, so long that everything was a blur. We are so grateful to have videos that we can reflect on for generations to come. We received our edited videos within a few months after the wedding and was in constant communication with the videographers about things we wanted changed and rearranged. They were more than helpful in making sure we were satisfied with our finished product. Something that they were able to do for us that my married friends are jealous of was give us 3 BEAUTIFUL magnetic DVD cases that hold our memories. They even used pictures from our photographer for the front back and face of the DVD. We had some trouble with spelling of my name on the case, we notified them and they fixed the problem within a week. We also have a usb that is in the shape of a credit card with one of our pictures on it that is metal. The usb is hidden and pops in and out. The coolest thing I have ever seen. I recommend/ would recommend this company to everyone that I come in contact with who are searching for a videographer because they are truly in a business that they have a passion for and their finished production show it. -

My husband and I got married April 6, 2018 and Rachel with Dusted Wings made our wedding video and we could not have been happier! Everyone was so lovely and helpful! I requested a drone be used and it was a very windy day yet they still made it work! So professional and so nice! I would highly recommend going with this company exspecially if you’re on a budget! Their prices and amazing as well. Thanks again Rachel, you made our wedding day something we can re watch over and over again and we could not have been more pleased ♥️ -

Rachel was patient and truly has an eye to capture the perfect moment. The finished product left me speechless.

Her price was very reasonable and she was willing to work with our budget. She has such positive energy and has no problems working in the background and capturing everything, even when you don't fully know your plans yourself. She captured so many moments that touched our hearts that normally wouldn't be captured that I can't wait to see the final product.
Overall I highly recommend giving her your business. She made our wedding day something truly to remember! -

I loved the way our video turned out! Rachel really listened to exactly what I wanted and made the process super easy. She updated me every step of the way. I originally was not considering getting a videographer but, I am so glad we did! Now we will have this memory from our wedding whenever we want to look back and remember our special day! -

The day of the wedding went great! However, afterwards it took about 11 months to get a completed video of our wedding. We only agreed to the final product because we were fed up with sending it back for corrections. The corrections we sent back would get halfway fixed and other changes would be made to the video and that would have to be fixed. Specifically, we continually asked for a song not to be in our video and asked to go by the songs we requested. However the final product has the song we didn’t want on there. Also, there is a part in the video that people are giving us a special message but the audio is muted and can’t hear what they are saying. Again we went back and forth with mistakes like this for almost a year and got fed up with it. We wanted our video before our first anniversary and it wasn’t going to happen if we didn’t accept the video with the mistakes. There would also be times where we didn’t receive an email or call back for a couple months and would have to reach out to her again to check on our video. If we could do it over again, we would have chosen a different videographer.

The videographer reached out to us after this was posted and wanted to make it right. The videographer redid the video and sent a new one out to us. It was an overall long process however it had a good outcome. The determination of the videographer to make it right is why I would recommend this vendor.
