Our wedding day was a dream come true, and a huge part of that was thanks to Dubsdread Catering at 1 of their venues: Dubsdread Taproom. Peighton and the rest of the staff there gave us outstanding service and delicious food!
Choosing the breakfast buffet was one of the best decisions we made. Breakfast food is our favorite! The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented, our guests filled up their plates. We knew we were in good hands from the very start, especially after the delightful free tasting where we eagerly devoured every dish. They boxed up meals for us to enjoy more of our wedding food later, we enjoyed eating it on our honeymoon that weekend. I can't get over the potatoes and the quiches, so good!
Peighton's kindness and professionalism throughout the entire process was the best. She guided us through every step with patience and care, giving great ideas and ensuring that every detail was tailored to our vision. The seamless coordination on our wedding day made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable.
On the big day, Dubsdread Catering's staff went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. They kept us on schedule, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the joy of the moment while they took care of the rest. They setup our wedding decor exactly as we wanted, and their dedication was evident in every aspect.

Everyone loved the venue! Bonny and the staff did an amazing job at setting up everything the way I wanted it. They also packed up and had everything ready for me to take at the end of the night. That was super helpful and appreciated. Definitely recommend this venue for the peace of mind that it will give you. -

Would 100% recommend Dubstread. Delicious food and the price wasn’t so bad compared to others that had poorer quality. We also had a wonderful coordinator who helped to event set up and she was attentive to email and other communication. We sat down and had a tasting, and it was so nice. Day of the wedding we had a personal server for the sweetheart table even though we chose to do a buffet. Also, the personal server let my husband and I take home food and wrapped up the cake for us. Overall, would hire again if we needed to! -

From beginning to end, dubsdread was NOTHING but accommodating. I'll give my negatives first because everything else was positive. Deposits and such are all non-refundable, I noted on my account to not speak to anyone but me due to security issues and that was not honored, when you visit in person and go through the ballroom side often you'll find yourself waiting for someone to greet you. The "holding area" is small so you need to get ready elsewhere. And the bottom tier of food isn't that great, I found food quality differed everytime I ate it so I paid to upgrade.
Now to ALL of the positive. I had David as my day of coordinator and David as my day of butler. They were AMAZING. I gave David everything needed the day before to setup and it looked EXACTLY like I asked. It was raining on the day of, like, monsoon. David waited until the VERY last minute and I was able to walk down the isle that I wanted, and get married infront of the tree that I wanted, to my now husband. I did a first look with my dad and they block off everything to make sure noone sees me until the ceremony. Can I talk about my butler?! He followed me around with my mojito, and my husband's drink on a tray with apps and LITERALLY put the straw in my mouth for me. Like, he was a dream to have. The food the day of was so good, I HIGHLY recommend the salmon and the borsin stuff chicken with risotto. SO delicious. I'm glad we spent the extra. They fill your plate up huge. Even though it was buffet style it was still so formal. If I went back in time, I'd still pick this venue. The drinks were amazing. The bartender apparently did a amazing job, my family loved it. Thank you dubsdread for making our day special and our dreams come true. Please pick this venue, i don't know how I would have done it without them. -

Emma went above and beyond to make our big day special, and as a wedding day-of coordinator, Emma was the best, and we couldn’t have imagined having anyone else. She was responsive, helpful, knowledgeable, and organized. Not to mention how much fun it was working with her for months to make our wedding perfect. Emma coordinated everything in multiple meetings, the rehearsal, our ceremony, and the entire reception in coordination with the rest of our vendors, and we had no worry the whole time.
Dubsdread Catering’s staff was also amazing, and extremely attentive and courteous to guests, and their food was outstanding. There wasn’t one guest that didn’t tell us this food was the best they’ve ever had at a wedding. From our cocktail hour appetizers to our buffet-style dinner with what seemed like unlimited choices, everything was delicious. And the late-night snack fried Oreos were a huge hit and disappeared quickly. -

wife and I had the pleasure of working with her for
our wedding at Dubsdread Catering at the
Highland Manor in Apopka, FL. Bonny was very
attentive, had everything we needed, Bobby pins
for fall outs, bandaids, anything that you could
think of! Bonny helped our wedding day go
completely flawless. We couldn't have asked for a
better coordinator than Bonny. Thank you so so so
so much, Bonny you are and were more than
appreciated and we cannot wait to share our

Dubsdread Catering is the best catering company with the best venues you'll find for your big day, HANDS DOWN (and I searched from Miami to North Florida to find what we were looking for). We had initially put a deposit down for a large wedding booked a year and a half out after falling in love with the Historic Dubsdread Ballroom, but decided to reschedule for a more intimate ceremony with just close friends and family with just 6-months notice. The staff was so willing to accommodate this change and our experience was incomparable to any wedding I've been a part of. I thought there was a chance the day might feel "down-played" or like it wasn't as much of a priorty since we only had 25 guests, but that was not at all the case. David, our wedding coordinator, made my "Pinterest" dreams come true, and Bob, our personal butler, never let our drinks get empty. The venue is so reasonably priced for everything that is included, and the packages have options for everyone, no matter how big or small. Not only is the venue jaw-droppingly gorgeous, but the services included (i.e. wedding coordinator and personal butler) made the day effortlessly perfect, ensuring all of our needs and the needs of our guests were met from the initial planning meeting to the bubble send-off. The entire staff was incredibly accommodating, so kind, and demonstrated excellent communication throughout the entire process. Naturally, I find myself wishing I could relive that day a million times over, and I would choose Dubsdread every time. -

Hands down the BEST food I have ever had! All of our guests have commented about the quality of the food for our wedding! For couples with food allergies and/or restrictions, I HIGHLY recommend Dubsdread Catering! I cannot have gluten/wheat and the Catering team was able to make the ENTIRE wedding menu Gluten Free (something I did not know could be accomplished?!). We had other guests that had food allergies, and the catering staff and chefs were able to ensure safe and delicious food. I cannot recommend them enough! -

Couldn’t imagine getting married any where else!
-The venue itself is stunning! We met in Louisiana and loved how the Spanish moss on the trees in the courtyard reminded us of home. The ballroom is dark and romantic but not too dark, with a perfect balance of rustic and elegant vibes.
-The food is MOUTH WATERING! When we hired our other vendors/professionals, they got so excited when they heard we were using Dubsdread because they love the food! They even gave us recommendations on their favorites. Thankfully they also have a restaurant (the Tap Room) so we can continue to eat there!
-David was FANTASTIC! As someone who is constantly worrying about small details and every little thing, I was so relieved that I didn’t have to do any of that because David had everything under control. Our day ran so smoothly and was so fun and it was all thanks to David!
-Pricing was very reasonable. They offer several different ceremony/catering packages to choose from so they can make pretty much any budget work! Shanna was extremely helpful with explaining all of this to us at the very beginning.
For us, the venue was pretty much THE most important thing and we could not have dreamed of a better venue. Dubsdread checked all of our boxes and then went above and beyond our expectations on our actual wedding day. I’d give 10 stars if I could! -

Everything went off without a hitch. David and the team with Dubsdread went smoothly. The food was delicious and was all anyone could talk about that night and the next day. Some of the best wedding food I’ve ever had. The beef empanadas are delicious. The lobster rolls were so much better than the ones I got at a restaurant earlier in the week. Cannot recommend enough -

Just Phenomenal
There’s not enough words to describe how incredible Dubsdread catering is. They are nothing short of PROFESSIONALS! Our wedding went off WITHOUT A HITCH despite a 90% rain forecast. Our coordinator David was incredible along with every single person in the rest of the staff. They even had a personal bride and groom butler upon arrival all the way through the end of the night. Food - top of the line. Just wow wow wow! -

I don't even know where to begin! How can I say enough good things about Dubsdread? We booked Historic Dubsdread Ballroom as our venue. From beginning to end, the experience we had was incredible. From the very beginning of the planning process, we were met with such a welcoming feel from all the staff. After touring the venue, we immediately knew that this was where we wanted to have our big day. From the gorgeous outdoor ceremony courtyard right off the golf course with big, beautiful trees and cafe lights, to the indoor reception area with the rustic wooden beams and fireplace, the venue itself is breathtaking. We were paired with coordinator David who was wonderful from day one with not only communication but also making my husband and I feel at ease through the entire process. David was prompt with his responses and was always available when I had questions or ideas. Our original wedding date was in April, but due to Covid-19, we unfortunately had to postpone. The day we found out we reached out to David and he made the process effortless, even in such uncharted territories. We were able to postpone to a new date within a few hours. On the day of the wedding, David and the staff made us feel like royalty. We had our own personal butler, Juan, who waited on us hand and feet. Every time I turned around he had my drink of choice and food (which was wonderful for a bride who has enough to worry about and needs to eat!). Speaking of food, our friends and family are still raving about dinner! We did buffet style that included parmesan crusted chicken, salmon and a pasta bar. My entire day was stress free because I knew David and his team had it under control at all times. If I could give Dubsdread more stars I would. If you are comparing venues, take this as your sign. Dubsdread gave us the best day of our lives and we will forever cherish how beautiful it was. -

It was so amazing to have my wedding at Dubsdread! It was so beautiful and all my guests loved it! The staff was absolutely fantastic as well! They were so responsive and helpful even in the beginning prior to booking. David was my wedding coordinator and I can’t thank him enough! He was really helpful and patient with me as I can be indecisive, and definitely part of the reason we had such a wonderful day! Ramon was our butler and he went above and beyond! It was a super windy day and he was amazing at helping with my train and chapel length veil. Everyone was so much fun to work with and the food was amazing! I highly recommend it! Our pictures turned out so well! -

Front the perfect outdoor terrace for our perfect outdoor fall wedding ceremony, to every single ,quite specific, request we had was met with open arms and understanding. Dubsdread offers a group tasting for couples getting married and everything we tried made it a more difficult decision. The quesadilla station was such a fun addition and a huge hit!! Our guests LOVED the food we choose and the variety available. Don't even get me started on the late night snacks they offer too. We ended up using one of the appetizers as our late night snack - SO YUMMY. Very customizable menu which will suit anyone's palate! Seriously. Everything is delicious, whatever you choose you won't be disappointed. -

We cannot even begin to describe how amazing the staff at Dubsdread Catering was in helping us have the wedding of our dreams at Highland Manor! Michelle was with us every step of the way and we could not have asked for a better wedding coordinator! The day of staff took care of everything and made the day run so smoothly for us and our guests. Our brunch menu was a hit for everyone and we loved the mimosas. We had a brunch and this was by far the best breakfast I have ever had! The pancakes were perfect and the eggs benedict was excellent. Everyone loves it. Thank you guys so much for taking such a simple meal and taking it above and beyond.
