Perfect wedding attire
We had a great experience using DuBois for the groom, groomsmen, and fathers' attire for our wedding. They had many great options for suits and ties so we were able to match the look we were hoping for. Would recommend using DuBois for any wedding attire needs!

Loved DuBois!
DuBois Formalwear was absolutely phenomenal for our wedding. Not only were they our tuxedo provider for our groomsmen, they also provided tuxedos for all of our male guests. Everything was smooth - from choosing tuxedos to picking them up and dropping them off. I can’t thank DuBois enough for all the hard work they did to make this day possible. Clearly I am biased but really, it was the most perfect day, largely because of how well they did with all of the tuxedos. Amazing work, 11/10.

Loved DuBois for our bridal party!
Du Bois Formalwear in Brookfield is an absolute gem! We’ve heard too many horror stories from other tux rental spots and after also renting from Du Bois for another friend’s wedding we said “Hey, let’s go with them for ours!” The price was the most reasonable we found anywhere in the area or online and their staff on-site (especially Megan) was extremely helpful for all fittings. The fit of my tux was PERFECT and overall we couldn’t recommend them more. Check them out if you need any formalwear any time soon and they will get you sorted!

Great Rental Company
My husband had a great experience with DuBois! We were worried with his broad shoulders and slim frame that his rental wouldn’t fit correctly, but the store worked with him to get the right fit. All of our groomsmen and dads had a great experience as well. They made sure all of the pieces were there and fit correctly. They all looked amazing!

Easy Process, Handsome End Result!
We had a great experience renting suits from DuBois for our wedding. The suits we were very stylish and the ordering process was very easy! We did do a trial run for the groom to make sure we liked the look and fit of his suit, but the best man didn't do that and it still fit perfectly. Everyone was very easy to work with - pickup and dropoff were a breeze. Great company and staff!

We knew we wanted to avoid the big-box vendors for the tuxes at our wedding. My Groom didn't want to be overwhelmed with choices, and DuBois struck the perfect balance of providing options while guiding us with their expertise. We had a LOT of boys in our bridal party, and they were able to give us awesome pricing and great service at their Brookfield Shop. We got exactly what we needed for each person, and we got it at an awesome price. Thank you DuBois!

Great value and service
DuBois was amazing to work with. I chose to go with them over men’s warehouse and other places for a few reasons. They had a better selection of navy suits and were the best price. I was also able to bring in color swatches from the bridesmaid dresses and they had perfect colors to match for ties and pocket squares. They also were very accommodating for our bridal party. Only 1 of 9 guys in the bridal party was from the area, the rest were out of town/state. Thankfully that wasn’t an issue. Everyone was able to send in their measurements online. Once everyone got into town the day before the wedding, they picked up their suits at the downtown Green Bay location. Since it’s their main warehouse, they were able to easily switch out and alter anything that didn’t fit the guys for no extra charge. My dad also needed a matching ivory shirt last minute and was able to pick it up the morning of. Great people to work with and would definitely recommend!

Great service and flexible!
We had a couple groomsmen bow out at the last minute and DuBois was great with accommodating our needs and getting suits for our new groomsmen with little notice! The suits themselves were a medium grey and looked great, exactly what we wanted. My husband even got his suit rental for free since the groomsmen rented theirs from DuBois as well.

Everyone that I worked with at DuBois was amazing. I worked mostly with Randy and I can't say enough great things. He was kind and willing to always answer my questions and go over color schemes with me as many times as needed. He made sure my men were all dressed and they all look dang good that day. He was very professional, kind, and willing to help us in any way that he could. He was absolutely phenomenal to work with. There was a minor hiccup and he handled it professionally and quickly to make sure that it was taken care of. I couldn't thank DuBois and Randy enough for making my day so great and easy. They were so great to work with!!

Excellent Tuxes at Great Prices
We used DuBois for renting tuxes for our wedding and we highly recommend them. They were way more flexible and helpful than Men's Warehouse, and at a much lower price. Everything showed up exactly as ordered for all grooms men, ushers, and fathers without any issues. Everything was ready several days early too and they gave us an extra day to return free of charge. They were very easy to work with and you can't beat their prices!

We chose Du Bois and as they have multiple locations, it was easy for all our groomsmen to get fitted when it was convenient for them. As I picked my dress from Tie the Knot in Green Bay, we received deals on our tuxedo rentals including a free rental for the groom and a discount on all the remaining tuxes. Very satisfied with Du Bois!

We had an excellent experience renting tuxes for our wedding from DuBois Formalwear. Despite the store being very busy, the manager was extremely attentive and helped us select each piece of our tux style. When it came to pick-up, expectations had been made very clear via e-mail a few weeks prior. The fittings went smoothly, and when one groomsman's tux was WAY too big, the manager quickly pulled an alternative size from the back room. I was amazed by the ease of the on-site alterations process. She was shortening and lengthening pant legs and jacket sleeves in under 10 minutes! I highly recommend!

We had a GREAT experience with Du Bois and all the staff we worked with there. They are all friendly and helpful and through the process they called multiple times to go over our order (we never had to call them). We had 7 groomsmen, my stepson, my father and father in law (10 people) and we couldn't all get there at once and they were so accommodating, some of the guys said they just stopped in without an apt and were seen right away! They require the suits to be returned the next day or there is an additional fee, however my parents were hosting a gift opening the next day so my dad was busy getting ready for that and they told him Monday would be fine! This is the place to go, as a bride Du Bois was absolutely stress free to work with!

Thanks to Kaitlyn and Theresa at the Green Bay Tie the Knot location for the excellent service provided for our wedding, from finding the perfect tuxes and colors for us all the way through our wedding date.
Our wedding was out-of-state, where several members of the bridal party lived, so naturally it was a concern should any of the tuxedo pieces not fit. No worries, they provided a few extra shirts and pants to take with us to make sure everything fit just right.

I worked with Wendy at the Greendale location and she was great. We only had a few tuxes to rent but everything worked out perfectly. They do parties big and small (someone had a 19 person party that rented on the same day as our 3 person party). They were great to work with and the men looked very handsome!

First off, we worked with the location in Oak Creek but still I did have a few groomsmen who used the GB location. Everyone looked AMAZING! The company made sure to measure everyone, made sure their shoes fit, and that they were able to move before making any final decisions on measurements. They had plenty of time to pick up their tuxes and make sure they fit before the wedding and everyone looked fantastic. We had no issues and even if we did, we felt very reassured that this company would follow through with any problems (but luckily there were none). We also had enough time to drop off the tuxes the next day. All our friends have used this company and we were no different. I am sure we will not be the last of our friends to use them and there's no question as to why, they're awesome and easy and affordable!

We had an excellent experience with DuBois. We had a great selection of tuxes from which to choose, and we found the perfect one for our wedding. We received several compliments from our guests on the groom and groomsmen appearance, and the groomsmen stated their tuxes were very comfortable.
The team at the Military Avenue location was great to work with - in person, by phone and by email. We appreciate all of their help in getting the measurements in.
We had a couple of tuxes that were slightly off the day before the wedding, but Dubois made the adjustments quickly, and everyone looked great!! Thank you, Du Bois. We will certainly recommed you!

Everything went really well. I loved the Tux my husband wore and he looked amazing. Because he had a certain number of guys getting a tux he got his for free. If you go to the Broadway Dubois you don't have to have the Tux returned until Monday morning because they are closed on Sunday. We were very glad we chose this place.

We had so much fun picking out our tuxes at DuBois! The sales associate was willing to dress and undress the mannequin with exactly the vests and coats we were choosing from to give us the best visual possible. Du Bois Military location has been AMAZING to work with! My father located in Michigan is a cancer survivor and consequently has a hernia around his mid section which makes suit coat fitting a challenge.
I will be delivering suits to the wedding site as we are having a destination wedding in Northern Wisconsin and everyone is traveling in. Du Bois has been AMAZING helping my Dad find a coat that fits and is comfortable for him. In fact, they shipped coats direct to his home in Michigan for him to try in advance to help ensure he is comfortable day of. I cannot say enough about the service and help we've received...they truly are the BEST in town!!!

DuBois was great! We actually were at Men's Wearhouse and got all of the tuxes picked out, but the price was unreal and the girl helping us was horrible and I think she just tried talking us into what we didn't want so she could make a sale! We left there and drove directly to DuBois, who were so helpful and made everything easy and the tuxes were beautiful! They worked with us! I cancelled everything at Men's Wearhouse right away, which they were not happy about, but I was! My husband has been in so many weddings, and he always says he loves it when the tuxes are from DuBois because they are so nice their. They guys looked so great, and when we went to get my husbands tux and he walked out in it, I started craying, he looked so good!

I rented my tux here and thought the service was spectacular. I visited the Ashwaubenon location and found their tuxedo selection to be smaller than a place like Men's Warehouse, but a better selection.
They let me pick up early...they let me drop off casually. They were very laid back and I appreciated that while dealing with the stress leading up to the big day.

Good Quality Suits!
Lia helped us from start to finish as we planned our wedding events. She was so knowledgable about colors, styles, and what to have everyone wear so everyone looked good for our June 2020 wedding and May 2021 reception (Thanks, Covid!) Let me start by saying that we had to reschedule our event 3 times this year due to the pandemic. Lia was the one we worked each time to make sure our orders were moved and adjusted. We had one hiccup the morning of the reception when the order was not entered in correctly and our groomsmen all seemed to have the wrong tie and the dads were missing their jackets. We immediately called Lia and she responded quickly and professionally to make sure we had what we needed for the guys. She was even ready to drive across town to snag an extra tie from another location if needed! She went above and beyond for us and fixed everything to help us have the perfect day! The guys all looked stunning! Thank you!!

We went with one of the cheapest tuxs they had but they turned out great! Our boys looked sharp with the prices being so affordable. The people that helped us with our order were so helpful and easy to get ahold of. Any questions I had they fixed, no questions asked. Very pleased with our experience. Was great to work with. Though some of the measurements were off and the guys had to get remeasured a couple days before the wedding, it helped that they had a wearhouse close by were we could actually go and pick up the tuxes and get fitted all in one day. Also was great when one of my groomsmens wife's became ill and wasn't able to attend the wedding. He got a full refund of his tux. Thats what you call good customer service!

We worked with the Racine store and loved the staff there! We specifically worked with Kim and she made sure our needs were met, listened to what we wanted, and offered valuable suggestions for looking our best on our special day. We had a few sizing issues with our specific style, the dark gray jacket/pants, but Kim was very proactive by having back-up stock already in store for each member of the wedding party. Even though we had a few hiccups, each guy was able to leave the store with a complete tux for the wedding...much appreciated! With everything else to worry about, getting the guys outfitted in their formal attire was easy. Thank you Racine DuBois!!!

Good Tux Rental
DuBois Formalwear has a large variety of tuxedo and suit options for any formal event. The rental was reasonable though not the cheapest. However, the tuxes were of good quality and there were very few issues in terms of sizing the week of. These were promptly handled in the store at pick up. For a large group, pickup and return of the tuxes went very smoothly. Would recommend!

We had a couple of our guys need changes on their tuxes the day before. Some of the fittings could have been done a bit better to avoid changes. Shoes had some scuffs on them. Overall we got a good deal on our tuxes though. Dropping off the tuxes at other Du Bois locations made returning them much easier.

Booking the tuxes was fairly easy. We picked out the tux and vests we wanted and the guys were able to submit measurements online or over the phone. We chose DuBois because their warehouse is in GB and if there were any fit issues, we would be able to fix them easily. This was a good thing because one of your groomsmen put the wrong location for pickup on the order. When we went to get his tux, there was not one there for him. The manager had to go to the warehouse and get one, which was above and beyond expectations. Unfortunately though, another one of the groomsmen had a sleeve that was hemed literally at his elbow. Before the ceremony we had to rip out the seam and duck tape it in place. This would have ruined pictures if it hadn't been caught that early. This happened after DuBois adjusted the length of the sleeves and it only affected one sleeve. Above all, make sure your guys try on their tuxes at the store, before and after adjustments.

I was having a really hard time finding a dress that I liked. I had an idea of what I wanted, but couldn't find it out on the floor. The salewoman who was helping me thought she might have something upstairs from the previous season that matched what I was looking for. She found the perfect dress (only I wanted sleeveless, so I had to get the sleeves removed) along with a matching veil. The store also carried a matching flower girl dress. I paid under $300 for both the dress and the veil. We got our tuxes from there also and they were a great deal.

Overall Pretty Good
We used DuBois to rent tuxedos for our wedding earlier this year.
We had a large group (10+ groom / groomsmen / ring bearer). Dubois made it pretty easy for us - almost the entire wedding party was from out-of-state, but we were able to submit measurements online remotely. There were a few bumps with this (e.g. a few people submitted measurements online but they weren't received and we had to call them in a second time, etc.) but overall it was helpful.
On the wedding weekend, they accommodated a 3-hour appointment to allow all of the groomsmen to try on their tuxes, make alterations if needed and even pull new sizes off the rack if it was clear something wasn't going to fit even if it was altered.
We were happy with the way the group looked. Overall, a good experience and would recommend them to others.

Reasonably priced suits to rent
We rented suits through DuBois for our wedding - groom, 3 groomsmen, and 1 dad. The price seemed reasonable compared to what we were told at Men's Warehouse. Husband got his suit for just a small rental fee because we had 4 other rentals. Suits turned out good after some work. My husband's pants were more like capris the first time he went in, so he had to get new pants. My dad was measured at a size smaller for pants than what he always wears, and he expressed that. Sure enough, his pants were too tight when he came in and he had to go back the next day to get better fitting ones.
We loved working with Lia in the Green Bay - Broadway St location (which is also the warehouse, so if you have issues they have other sizes right there). They were flexible in allowing us to pick up and drop off at other locations if we told them ahead of time, but with sizing issues it didn't help that much.
Overall a good vendor and would probably use them again, but be ready to do some running and hassling to get your suits right if you go with them.

The first lady we had when we went to the store on Military in Green Bay was not all that friendly and she had a name tag that said store manager, however the lady the guys had the day they went to get measured was awesome. The tuxes were in great shape and looked sharp on the men!

The tuxes were great. We were able to pick them up plenty early. However, they told me I had to pay a 30 dollar security deposit. I asked if this was refunded upon return and the lady said yes. When I dropped them off they informed me this was not refunded. They said it reserved the tuxes. I said that doesn't everyone paying for their tuxes reserve them. She just laughed and said all txt shops does this. Just a way to make more money!

Despite the good value, I was very disapointed with the service we received at the Brookfield Square location. We had a Friday wedding in Door County, and from the beginning a Friday wedding seemed to be an issue for them. Initially we were told tuxes would not be available until Thursday after 3pm which was an issue because of it being a destination wedding. They later told us the groom's and father's tuxes would all be available Wednesday after 3pm. (We had no groomsmen). I brought my fiancee and future father in law along to try on the tuxes on Wednesday before the wedding. My father in law's pants needed to be exchanged so we were told we could exchange them at the Broadway location in Green Bay on our way to Door County. It was only then that Vince mentioned in an "oh by the way" manner that my father's tux had not shipped and was not available for pickup. We were leaving the following morning and could not wait for it to arrive with the Thursday shipment. He seemed more concerned about the way it made him look than any inconveniece for us. Luckily, for him, we were already heading that direction, but the fact that he waited until 30 minutes into the appointment to casually mention that my father's tux was not there, was what really upset me. All turned out fine and we were able to get my father's tux and exchange the pants. When I returned the tuxes, I ask how something like that can happen, and Vince said, "well it just didn't ship". Never was there an I'm sorry for the inconvenience, or how can I compensate you for the extra time and effort. Just more of an "oh well" sort of attitude.
My impression all along with the service was that it was more our issue that we were having a Friday wedding instead of a traditional Saturday one. We weren't working with their schedule, rather than accomodating our schedule, as the paying customer. I plan to write a letter to the corporate office as well to express my disappointment.

This review is just on the experience that we had when we went in to pick out our tuxes. We went into the Racine store and the young saleswoman was working alone. I gave her the postcard that I received in the mail that had their special offers and guarantees. She read the whole card and handed it back to me saying, “Yeah, this card doesn’t tell me anything I don’t already know!” I thought that was a bit abrupt but I didn’t worry about it. She was young so I just took it as she sees theses postcards all the time and she knows what’s up. Well she didn’t! She didn’t spell anyone’s name right even though we spelled them out for her. She didn’t know about the free rental or free suit for the groom with 4 or more rentals. (We have 6 GM and 2 ushers) When I asked for something without satin she kept pointing to ones in the catalog that had satin. In the pictures in the catalog it might be sort of hard to tell but the written description tells you. We asked to see the vest we picked out so we could see the pattern on a larger scale to get an idea of what it would look like. They didn’t have the color we were getting so we picked a similar color as it was just to see the pattern. But then she kept going back to the incorrect color when it was time to pick out the vest. I was getting nervous that she was going to write down the incorrect color. All of that was okay until it was time sign our order and pay our registration deposit. My Fiance told me the groomsmen total was a little more expensive than Men’s Warehouse tuxes he had to rent in the past. That reminded me that I had a $40 off coupon for each tux from Men’s Warehouse. I gave her the coupon and her response was, “ That’s a Men’s Warehouse coupon, this is DuBois!” That was the last straw! Are you kidding me! I politely told her that the postcard (that didn’t tell her anything she didn’t already know) states that “DuBois will beat all competitor pricing, and we honor all competitor coupons & deposits”!

My husbands vest, who was the groom was not in good shape and they let him leave the store with it. At the reception it looked terrible when he took his jacket off. Otherwise, they were OK to work with. They said they would call us after the honeymoon for a partial refund but never called us, but also his tux was free anyways because we had so many others renting tuxes. I would look around a little more before going with this vendor.

We went with Du Bois for the tux rental of my groom and the groomsmen. I went along to the first appointment and was disappointed - we made an appointment and were shoved off to the side so the reps could wait on the people who just walked-in, it took about 2 hours to get 3 guys measured for their tuxes. I also was disappointed with the quality of the vests. We had several men in our party who were around 6 feet tall and their vests were too short! They looked goofy when they took their jackets off. Overall service wasn't that great, the girls working took more interest in flirting with my groomsmen than with the taking measurements.

The top button of my husbands jacket came off right before the ceremony. When I returned the tux I told them about it and they said there was nothing they could do and they wouldn't give me any money back. We had to safety pin the jacket so our pictures looked good.

I was really looking forward to working with DuBois. They seemed very helpful in the beginning. We got the measurements in 2 months ahead of time. When the boys went in to pick up their suits, every suit was in the wrong size. The woman accused the guys of sending in the wrong sizes in, but when they checked the sheet she realized she was wrong. The suits were baggy and not all fitted like they described. Over all very disappointing experience.

picked up my tux. today and was not happy with the service or the tux. the shoes were not shined and to small. the coat sleeves did not have cress just rolled under to the correct length and came lose when trying it on. The shirt sleeve where way to short and neck fit to tight. Now when I asked about getting it altered was told it could be done but it would take a day, which would not work because the wedding was the next day in a different town. Overall the service sucked, cost was to high and the tux fit like shit.

All of the tuxedos looked completely different on each of the groomsmen. Some had the worst fit in the pants and were very baggy - including my new husband. When he was at the final fitting to pick up his tux, he pointed out how baggy the pants were and he was told that's how they were supposed to be. He looks like a slob in most of our photos and videos. One of our best men was with him at the fitting and his pants looked nothing like the grooms! However, his jacket sleeves were much too short on his arms. There was no consistency when it came to measuring, which ended up being extremely disappointing.

Everything leading up to the wedding weekend went really well with Dubois, or so we thought. Lucky for us, our wedding party started picking up tuxes 3 days before the wedding and our wedding was in Green Bay, near the Dubois warehouse. This became beneficial because of time we had to waste with returns. We rented a total of 13 tuxes, and 12 out of the 13 ended up with something wrong. The only tux that fit correctly, was actually fitted by a formalwear company other than Dubois. We had things wrong from pants too small, pants with legs sewn shut, vests so short that they ended above belly buttons, blood on shirts, shirts two sizes too big, wrong shoe sizes, coats too small—the list goes on and on. One thing that Dubois did try to do was give us a $50 gift card to right their wrong, but $50 is nothing compared to the time and energy almost our entire wedding party had to endure. (Plus they never sent the gift card) My husband even tried to contact corporate with no response. The only response he got out of this issue was from the local Dubois where over half of our tuxes were fitted. We have multiple groomsmen who are getting married in the upcoming months and are now not going with Dubois due to the experience. If we were to do the wedding process all over again, we would steer clear of Dubois!

Absolute awful experience with DuBois in our recent wedding. Vest didn’t match, buttons fell off, was delivered the wrong size vest twice while the photographer waited an hour for the groomsmen to have proper attire. The service was awful and 4 days later we are still waiting to hear back from the “District Manager” who apparently been in meeting for 3 days straight. What a joke!!!! Two of the groomsmen in our wedding getting married this fall are now going to Men’s Warehouse for their tuxes due this dreadful experience.

Terrible customer service.
Unprofessional.
The groom and father of the brides tux did not come in on time.
Best man's suit coat was stained.
Almost all of them the tux didn't fit right and looked bad or had to wait additional time to be hemmed.
Don't waste your time, especially when time is very valuable the days before your wedding.
