First Dress Tried On!
I absolutely loved my experience at Dublin Bridal. I had three appointments in one day because my mom flew in from Florida, and Dublin Bridal was my very first appointment. I was a bit nervous because I didn't know what to expect. As soon as I got there, I was greeted by Susan. I brought my mom and my best friend/matron of honor and they had a cute little waiting area, right outside of the dressing room. Before my appointment, I had found three dresses that I really liked and when I walked into the dressing room, they were there waiting for me! Before trying on the dresses, Susan asked about my budget and went through the details of each dress. Luckily for me, all of the dresses I picked were in my budget! When I tried on the first dress, I absolutely LOVED it. After trying on the other two dresses, I had to try the first one on and still loved it. Which then caused me to be quite conflicted because I never expected to get the very first dress I tried on! There was one other dress that I really loved, online, but it was at the place that my second appointment was at. So, I asked Susan if we could put the dress to the side, so I could go try on the other dress and make my decision. After trying the other dress on, I knew I wanted that very first dress. So, I called Susan and asked if I could still come back, try it on one more time, and purchase it. We got back to Dublin Bridal and she had it waiting for me in the dressing room, we put it on and put all of the accessories on. I was in LOVE with the dress and it was so me!! So I bought it! The process of sizing and ordering was super smooth and the communication was great from ordering through being delivered. Which, luckily for me, the dress came in just in time. The day before I moved to North Carolina, I got the text that it was delivered and was able to pick it up!! Susan was absolutely fantastic!! She talked through everything with me and made me feel very comfortable when trying on the dresses, which I know can be nerve wracking for some people, including me. I can't say enough great things about the whole experience. I would 100% recommend going to Dublin Bridal! I have attached a couple photos of the dress from my wedding day! -

Best Environment
I am so happy with my dress, definitely worth every penny. I had such a good time, I brought a good friend along with me that just so happened to be in the area along with me. I loved all the options I had to choose from within my price range, and wasn't pushed to go outside of it which is huge because I had previously gone to David's bridal and felt like I was being pushed to go out of my comfort zone on my budget, and on top of that David's made me feel rushed. Dublin Bridal did not rush any of my choices and I felt like they genuinely wanted me to love my dress! I had such a a positive experience. -

I had such an amazing experience! This was my first time ever dress shopping, this place was great and I couldn’t recommend enough! Very accommodating to me, I emailed them a few times to ask questions and they responded within a day or so. The stylists were very welcoming of me and my family!
Kali was amazing, she helped me, and was very patient and kind throughout the whole process. She made me feel comfortable! She also respected my budget which is something I loved. I came home with my beautiful dress and I owe my thanks to Dublin Bridal and Kali, my stylist!

Perfect experience
From the first call to the end of my appointment, dublin bridal was nothing but accommodating! Coming in from out of town I really wanted to find my dress in one stop and with the amazing help of Susan I was able to do that. Susan had a great eye for what would look good on me and maybe what we should avoid! She was a fun, knowledgeable associate and I’m so lucky to have had her working with me! -

Great Experience
I found my dress at Dublin Bridal! I had gone to a few other places first but something told me to go here and I found my dress! I found my dress when they were in their original location, and wow the new location is beautiful and definitely more bridal! Susan and Sarah Marie helped me during the process. I found my dream dress at Dublin Bridal! We had been to a few other shops and the experience just didn't feel right, and we couldn’t find the dress that felt right. However, everything changed when we met Susan, she created a seamless and delightful wedding dress shopping experience. Susan's expertise and dedication shone through in every aspect of the day. Dublin Bridal showcases a curated collection of stunning gowns to choose from. After I found the dress the team at Dublin Bridal helped me to schedule all my alterations and even had my dress ready before expected! I can't recommend Dublin Bridal and their staff enough for making my bridal experience truly special. -

Best Dress Experience!!
I had the best experience at Dublin Bridal I went in once with my maid of honor and tried on different dresses then once I found the one I came back in with my mom,sister,mother in law and 3 kids to show them the one I was picking it’s so perfect the staff was amazing and I loved everything about our visits! I’m so happy I chose to go here and found my dress! -

Great selection and great service!
I purchased my wedding dress from here after the recommendation from one of my best friends that was also wedding planning. The staff was amazing, and the selection is so varied - you really can find something for every budget and every style. I also got my alterations done with them and it turned out perfectly. -

I had an bridal appointment with Susan, and she was INCREDIBLE! We looked at a couple of dresses and she asked and listened to what I liked about them and what I was looking for. We tried on a couple before I saw one that was pretty similar to the dress in my mind. It was a ball gown, and when I said it was not quite what I was looking for, she found a similar dress in an A-line style, which perfectly matched what I was interested in.
She was very fun, friendly and professional and the dresses were all gorgeous. I went into the appointment nervous, but as soon as I met Susan, all my nerves went away. She was very fun, friendly and professional and the dresses were all gorgeous. She made it very simple and enjoyable. My wedding isn't until June 2024, which will give me plenty of time to get the dress in and allow for alterations.
I am looking forward to working with Dublin Bridal through the whole process. -

I am a "mature" bride and was a little stressed out about finding the right gown for my wedding. I actually had a gown in mind that really did like a lot, but Sarah Marie suggested another couple "just to see." You guessed it! I fell in love with one of the other gowns. It was absolutely perfect. I received many compliments on it and felt super confident in it. I only needed slight alterations and they were done expertly. I would recommend Dublin Bridal over and over. The new showroom is gorgeous, too!! Five out of five stars all the way around. -

I highly recommend Dublin Bridal! I am a plus size bride and I felt there were a lot of beautiful dresses to choose from! From past dress experiences, I was very relieved to see there was a lot for me to try on! It made me feel so much better. This was my very first bridal appointment, and I was nervous. I had the sweetest consultant, Susan. She made me feel wonderful, cared for, and was so patient with me. I tried on many dresses and still picked the first I tried on! I didn't feel pressured or rushed. I was treated so kindly, and she was wonderful. I can't wait to see her again and pick up my dress! I'm so glad I had Susan for my consultant. I'd love for my bridesmaids to potentially look for dresses there as well. I'm so excited to wear my beautiful dress on my wedding day. -

When I first went into Dublin Bridal, the staff was very nice and helpful. They gave me exactly the dresses I wanted to try on and were very nice! After I found my dream dress I was gifted a nice little gift bag with slippers, a cute “future Mrs” shot glass and a bottle of wine. They were very quick to get my dress in and also helped me set up my alterations appointment. I would highly recommend going to Dublin Bridal for shopping for your wedding dress! You won’t be disappointed! -

There was plenty of room for my Mom, Sister & future sister-in-law to sit while I changed behind the curtain. They are set up with a great pedestal and even have some cool lighting tricks to play with. I had tried on a dress out of state and was wishing I could try it on again. The manager Igor went above and beyond offering to get it in a sample for me. When I was questioning which color he said he would buy two samples, one in each color if I would guarantee him I would order my size. I ended up not needing them to order the sample so he ordered me the dress and beat the out of state price by $50. I couldn’t have asked for them to be any more accommodating and helpful! Thank you! -

My experience with Dublin Bridal was amazing! I purchased my wedding dress from Dublin Bridal for an out of state wedding in Colorado. The whole process was great from start to finish. From trying on dresses and picking the one to dropping the dress off for preservation after the wedding, the staff at Dublin Bridal were friendly and engaging to talk to. The dress was beautiful too!! I absolutely loved it. Great experience and wonderful results – highly recommend! -

I don’t even know where to start with Dublin Bridal. We purchased a bridal gown and bridesmaid dresses from this shop. I had an amazing first bridal appt with them and found my dream dress. That’s where my positive experience with them ended. They made me pay over $50 shipping for my gown to ship to their shop, but suits and bridesmaid dresses did not cost anything for shipping. They also never told us before purchasing that they did not offer custom length on any dresses (despite their sales agreement stating that they did do custom length and taking all necessary measurements at the appointment) and that alterations were always required if we wanted the dresses to fit properly. These were misleading business practices and would have affected me and my girls purchasing from their shop had they been transparent. This ended up causing ALL five dresses to be incorrect sizes, made me and my bridesmaids have to pay additional money for alterations to make them fit correctly and made us have to scramble to get them ready in time. I am glad I looked elsewhere for alterations also because Dublin Bridal wanted to charge me $800 for alterations to fix their mistake, while another shop did it for $200. It was a disrespectful waste of everyone’s time and the shop owners knew this was their practice and were perfectly content with letting this be our experience. I found out afterwards that I was not the only customer dealing with this and my husband filed a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General’s Office because it was that bad. 0/10, do not recommend. I love the dress (once another shop fixed it for me), but nothing is worth that kind of service. Please pass this review on so that we can hopefully save other girls from having to experience this during a time in their lives that should be fun and exciting. I wanted to shop local, but I don’t support shady business practices, price gouging and owners/managers that will never take accountability.
