Lauren was a god send to my daughters wedding prep! She did hair and makeup for the bride, mother of bride, and grandmother of bride and I can't say enough how excellent everything turned out! She made us look more beautiful and feel more special for the most special of days. 5 stars!

Look no further. Duality Artistry team is the only place to go for your hair and makeup needs for your special wedding day! Becca and Nelly were assigned to my wedding and they were truly a gift! Their talents speak for themselves, but beyond their talent they were amazing humans to have around on the big day! They took care of me, my mom and sister creating looks that elevated our features making us feel like royalty! Their fun personalities fit right into the crazy fun we were all having. I felt so beautiful

Juliana and Gabby made me feel so beautiful on my wedding day. If there was something I felt needed adjusting, they did it no question and made me feel heard. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to have the best wedding day experience!

Blown away by Duality Artistry

Dani and the Duality team are the absolute best — extremely professional, talented, calm, and fun to be around. My mom and I did a hair and makeup trial back in November and we had the best time hanging out with Dani, Lina (hair), and Carly (makeup). They were super accommodating and were able to show me 3 different hairstyles during my trial period. Dani did an excellent job walking us through the whole process and kept things very organized up until my wedding day in February. On my wedding day, the Duality team nailed everyone’s looks ahead of schedule. I tend to be more low maintenance and don’t wear a ton of makeup or do much to my hair. Carly and Lina made me feel so confident and beautiful while still feeling natural and like myself. I can’t recommend Duality Artistry enough!

Dream come true! Superior service, adaptable, flexible, and affordable!

Duality was an absolute highlight of my wedding weekend. From start to finish, the duality artists and staff took amazing care of me. Dani was there to help with every detail from the moment we started - she made a schedule, helped get my whole vendor team organized, communicated with me extremely efficiently, and was an absolute saint! I had 18 people doing hair and makeup and we were done by 1:30pm and didn’t even have to start until 9am. Incredible!

Kristen and Gabby did my rehearsal dinner makeup and hair and were by my side every moment of the wedding day. Despite the rain during my weekend they kept a positive attitude and it really felt like I was hanging with my besties all day. They were so patient, funny, and (it goes without saying) they were of course incredibly talented. I will never forget all they did to keep me looking amazing and feeling my best all day during a stressful weather situation!!!

Exceptional and flexible!

Duality did an exceptional job for the makeup for myself, my mother, and 7 bridesmaids. I hired them about before my wedding due to another vendor not working out and they fit me in for a trial right away! They were professional, fast, and everyone looked incredible!

Amazing experience with Duality

My kindest vendors of the day

They were so kind - the morning of my wedding was a bit hectic and I was blessed to spend the morning with two understanding women who wanted to help me look my best, and have fun. I was so blessed to work with such a great team, and I looked beautiful which was a nice bonus :)

Amazing Beauty Team!

Duality is an amazing hair and makeup team! Nela did my hair and Traci did my makeup. Everything was absolutely perfect. I gave them some inspo photos but was not too picky. Nela created a style based on my inspo but even better!

When I show people photos, the first thing they mention is how amazing my hair looked. My bridesmaids said their hair that day was better than for their own weddings!

Game Changer - Book Them!

My wife and I booked Duality for our wedding hair and makeup and were so thankful we did. Our artists were amazing and really listened to us about what we wanted. Even after the trial we had changes and they listened and were open to making those changes which allowed us to relax and feel at ease on our wedding day. Dani came to do our touchups and stayed with us until we walked down the aisle. She was succcchhhh a calming force and my wife and I are so grateful for that. We keep saying how she was so amazing to have around as we were both so nervous. We both highly recommend booking duality - you won't regret it!!

Best HMU in the area

I used Duality for my engagement photos, trial, rehearsal dinner and the wedding. Dani and 3 others did hair and makeup for 15 of us at our hotel. Very punctual. Everyone loved their look and felt natural. Very convenient downtown studio as well. Would highly recommend!! Gabby was a magician with my hair!

The staff from Duality Artistry were AMAZING! We worked with Amy and Claudia and they were both so wonderful and kind! Amy did my hair and made all my bridal hair dreams come true! I was so sad when the wedding was over and I had to take my perfect braid apart haha working with them was such a fun experience! Would definitely recommend :)

Oh my goodness.... where do I even begin! Dani, Lauren, and Kristen are QUEENS! This team is truly the best in the business. Their incredible talent, professionalism, and positive energy helped set the tone for such an enjoyable wedding weekend. I had my hair and makeup done by Dani and Lauren for engagement photos, a 2nd trial, my rehearsal dinner and wedding day- I'm currently trying to come up with an excuse to have them do it again! Kristen was also a fantastic addition to the team on the day of the wedding. Amazing Team of Hair and Makeup Artists

Dani and her team were wonderful to work with. We did a trial prior to my wedding and not only did they do a great job, they were so easy to communicate with. I had previously done a different trial, and wasn't feeling confident with that team. My wedding planner recommended Duality... and I am so happy she did! There are so many moving pieces during a wedding and Dani & team were flexible and understanding (i.e., when the number of bridesmaids increased). Moreover, on my actual wedding day AJ was so lovely when I went in a completely different direction with my hair than previously discussed and gave me a phenomenal look that I couldn't have been more happy with. Highly recommend!!

Lauren from duality will make your hair dreams come true!

I used Lauren Michelle for my bridal hair services and I cannot recommend her enough!!! My hair was absolutely stunning on my wedding day, so much more than I could ever have dreamed possible. I am from Toronto so I had to book vendors based off of online reviews only and I just want to say absolutely book Lauren via Duality Artistry ASAP. Lauren did a mix of timeless updo's for the moms, a beautiful half/up half down style for me (bride) and stunning hollywood waves for my sister and MOH. Lauren has a heart of gold, she is such a kind, funny and caring person who LOVES to make people feel special on their wedding day. BOOK ASAP!!!!

Hair Queen!!!

Lauren was absolutely incredible - she worked with me start to finish deciding on my wedding day hair, changing a few styles from trial to day of, hyped me up to feel absolutely incredible, and made my entire party feel stunning as well! My mom has never looked so beautiful and most importantly she FELT so beautiful!!! My hair lasted ALL NIGHT in curls and with my hair down - how is that even possible!? Lauren came prepared with a fun playlist to listen to all morning getting ready, and felt like a friend I've known for years! THANK YOU LAUREN & DUALITY!!!

Let’s do it again!

We hired Dani for makeup and Gabby for hair on our La Playa Beach and Golf resort wedding (Nov 5, 2021) and WOW! It was so fun to have them for our day and they did an incredible job. We scheduled a few trials when we were in town leading up to the wedding “just because” LOL! Dani and Gabby both listen and make the magic come to life! All my girls were impressed and even one showed a picture of her makeup/hair to her current vendor she contracted for her wedding (out of state) and said to copy what Dani and Gabby did! They were flexible with the 2x wedding date change and accommodated our large party perfectly! Thank you again Danny and Gabby!

Traci to the Rescue!!

I am so eternally grateful to Traci and the Duality team for stepping in last minute and saving my bridal party from a hair disaster the day of the wedding. The original hairdresser we had lined up backed out last minute and we were scrambling to find someone that could replace her. Thankfully, my coordinator was able to reach out to several people and Duality was available. Traci did such a great job and the girls looked beautiful!

Absolutely love!

Loved my hair with Gabby and make up with AJ! It was an extremely windy day and the hair stayed in tact all day outside and with changing outfits twice. I also last minute decided to do my hair a bit different so it wouldn't be in my face in all the photos with the wind and Gabby was flexible and it looked great. I also loved the 2 lip colors I used - I use them for date nights now, which is a fun keepsake from the day! Dani is also super responsive and easy to work with!

LOVED working with them!

Amazing Talent....Amazing Women!!

Let me start by telling you....I am a 53 year old first time bride who never wanted a wedding. I opened with this when I contacted Dani for the first time and from her first response (which was lightening quick) she couldn't have been more supportive, encouraging, and kind. I met with Gabi for a hair trial a few weeks before the wedding...perfection! These ladies are as beautiful as they are talented, as supportive as they are kind, and as professional as they are inviting and excited for my day! I, my best friend, step-daughter, mom, and aunt all had makeup and hair done...all were beautiful, individually tailored, and age appropriate. Dani was with me through three wedding dates in 2020 and was always so responsive and accommodating to the ever changing plans. Dani made me feel like the MOST beautiful bride!

When planning for my wedding my biggest stressor and insecurity was how I would look on my wedding day. As a woman who has always struggled with self-confidence, I knew I wanted a beauty team that I completely trusted to make me feel my absolute best! Dani did my makeup as well as my mom’s and we were both so glad we chose her! Of course she uses the best quality products, but her techniques and skill are incomparable. I can guarantee you your makeup will last you all day and then some!!!! My makeup was done 6.5 hours before my ceremony and I still looked so fresh throughout the entire night! It endured all of tears, sweat, and cake frosting and never budged!

When I had my trial with Dani I only had a general idea in mind of what I wanted for my bridal glam. I showed her some inspirational photos and briefly described to her what I had in mind and she nailed it!!! Absolute perfection every way, I honestly had never felt more beautiful ever! It was one of those moments when I truly felt like a bride!

On my wedding day, Dani came to my house and did makeup for my mom and I. She was so personable with us, my entire family and bridesmaids. She is so genuine and truly cares about you and your special day. Dani was a constant encouragement and calming presence, just talking with me and celebrating with me as I was getting ready. I had moments where I would randomly start to cry or get stressed out and she showed up as a friend in those little moments. Yes, she is a phenomenal makeup artist, but she is an even more incredible person with a beautiful heart. She is the perfect balance of professional, fun and friend!

Dani genuinely wants you to look your absolute best but also feel like the most beautiful bride. She will provide you with the best experience that will have you singing her praises every time you look back on your wedding day! HMU Dream Team

This is the second time my family has used Duality for a wedding! Dani did my sister’s makeup a few years ago and did mine for my wedding on 2/21/21. Not only did I LOVE my makeup and hair, Dani was so fun and easy to work with! She took my inspo photos and created the perfect natural beach wedding look. My hair came out amazing as well. Duality is AMAZING! Dani and Gabby were SO easy and nice to work with. I went through 3 different hair trials before finding Duality. I was so disappointed with my previous trials and almost flew my hair dresser from Chicago to Florida with me for my hair! Luckily, I listened to my wedding coordinator and read all the reviews on Duality and decided to book a trial. GABBY is so talented and SO sweet and easy to work with. From Natural look to high glam, this team has it all

I've had the Duality team at countless events. There's a reason for this: Each of the artists is as talented as the next. They always arrive on time and finish on time. Their level of professionalism on wedding day is exactly what I expect (and I have high standards). They dress the part, act the part and make sure that bridal parties have the best experience before the walk down the aisle. That part of the day can be stressful and I never worry about what's going on in the "getting ready room" when the Duality team is on board. Oh, and yes, they make you look beautiful and make sure that you don't end up raccoon eyes. Ha!

The very best in on-site Hair & Makeup!

Duality Artistry (Dani & Team,) are the very best in on site hair and makeup! My sister and I have our own business in Chicago and I was a bride that was planning a wedding in Florida so I was nervous to choose someone other than us. While my sister still did my makeup, Dani & Team from Duality took care of the rest of my bridal party plus all of our hair. We are BEYOND impressed. I was so confident in their work, passion, and vision that I did not even need a hair trial! My bridesmaids and Mom looked INCREDIBLE! The makeup was so beautiful and Dani accommodated lashes and even had their lipstick on site if they wanted to purchase. Aside from professionalism, Dani & Lauren Palumbo were an incredible duo that made us all feel like we were handing out with our girlfriends. As we danced to our bridal room getting ready tunes, these ladies chatted pop culture with us and were dancing themselves. It made for such a fun morning & afternoon. Wedding @ Port Royal

My wedding planner recommended Duality Artistry for my wedding in Naples, FL at the Port Royal Club. She connected me to Dani from Duality Artistry, who set me up for my trial with hair and makeup. My first trial went smoothly for my makeup, but I unfortunately did not like my hair. When Dani heard that I didn't like my hair, she immediately reached out and recommended a second trial run. It was clear that she wanted me to be comfortable and worry-free about hair and makeup on wedding day.

For my second trial, she set me up with Allison for my hair, who perfectly imitated my inspirational photos.

On my rehearsal and wedding day, Allison (hair stylist) and Brittany (makeup artist) over exceeded my expectations on the outcome. I received numerous compliments on my hair and makeup, with multiple people noting that my hair looked "beachy" and my makeup looked "light and airy". These were the exact looks that I was going for.

Lindsay is the absolute best!

Lindsay did my hair for my wedding and she was absolutely incredible-of all the people I worked with over the last 9 months for my whole wedding-she is far and away my favorite!
All the girls who got ready with my made a point to say how amazing she was after the wedding. She’s really listens and is so talented. And just plain nice-which is undervalued if you ask me!
I felt really comfortable saying what I wanted and she checked in often-She was open to hearing how I wanted things and not offended if I asked for something different-I think a lot of stylists take it personally but I could tell she didn’t and really just wanted me to feel my best on my wedding-and I really did! Dani and her team were incredible. They were listed on the preferred vendor list of the resort that we got married at and I quickly realized why. On top of being so talented and thorough, Dani was very responsive and catered to my every ask. I was a very organized bride and had a lot of questions which Dani was quick to and more than happy to answer. Love Dani and Megan!!

I had Dani as my makeup artist and Megan as the hair stylist and they were the best! They definitely know how to prep for Florida weather and keep you as shine free as possible in the heat. My hair lasted all day and I loved the design Megan did. Dani was the absolute best, she stayed with the bridal party after first look and photos and did touch ups, hung out with us, and just kept her cool in what is a total frenzy of a day. I absolutely loved my makeup and looking at the pictures months later I know I picked the right team!! Talented, friendly, great to work with!!

Duality is a MUST HAVE for your wedding!!

Truly one of the best decisions I made for my wedding. Dani and her team were nothing but professional and excellent at what they do. From the trial to the day of the wedding - it was clear I was in good hands. We had the team come to our home which I also highly recommend.

They made all of us look stunning and did so with a calm attitude that kept our nerves in check while we were getting ready for the ceremony. Plus they have their own line of wonderful lip colors you get to try out :)

My Bride Bouncer

Lauren was a savor - not just because she made me look the best I've ever (and probably will ever) look!! :) But she recognized I was getting a little overwhelmed in the bridal suite with so many people around and she took care of ME. She asked to play a little calming music, suggested we clear out some of the extra people and just take a few moments to relax. I also just got the photos back today from my wedding and I must say - DAMN! I look flawless! I can only say that here b/c I get to boast about Lauren's work! I was nervous my makeup wouldn't hold up - but I have to say, it stayed until I scrubbed it off at 1 am. (So, more than 12 hours of staying!) :) So grateful I had Dual Artistry for my wedding.

Best In Beauty!

I had an amazing experience with Duality Artistry for my Naples wedding. We had a destination wedding and Dani was so easy to work with and quick to respond to any questions! Dani and Lauren were able to schedule my hair trial during one of my only pre-wedding planning trips, helped my mom find a colorist for a last minute touch up before the wedding and created gorgeous looks for all my bridesmaids (with all different hair types) on the big day. For a relatively modest fee, they came to my wedding venue and took care of us on site. Incredible!

Dani and team were wonderful to work with for my wedding. Dani is very organized and attentive, which made scheduling and setting day-of-timeline with my wedding planner a breeze. Carly did makeup and Lindsay did hair for myself, my mom, my mother-in-law and my bridesmaids. We all felt beautiful! My friends have all been in lots of weddings and said this was their favorite hair & makeup by far! Carly and Lindsay worked with me on my trial and also on some items I changed my mind on afterward. I live out of state, so coming back for another trial was not an option, but they communicated well and I had just the look I had hoped for. They came on-site to do my rehearsal hair and make-up, incredibly helpful to start relaxing the day before the big day, on-site on the wedding day and returned that evening to the reception venue for touch-ups for photos and freshening up myself and my bridesmaids before dinner and dancing. I felt so RELAXED on my wedding day, which brides do not often say, and the Duality Artistry team helped me feel this way.

Simply elegant

I’m not a big make-up wearer, all over face or eye. With that as a backdrop, Dani made me look and feel beautiful while still “being comfortable in my skin”. She also made the whole experience feel so much like a day at the spa that my mom fell asleep in the chair while getting her makeup done! ;)

Flexible and Reliable

Duality Artistry provided hair services for my my wedding party. They were flexible when I was second guessing my hair trial by booking another one for me. They were flexible about traveling to my location even though they only styled four people. Other hair vendors were not flexible about traveling and required a minimum amount or minimum number of people. Our hair looked modern, gorgeous, and held up all day and night! If I didn't already have a good friend that provides make-up services, I would've booked with Duality too!

I have had my makeup done by several different people and I have to say WOW at Dani's work. I was completely blown away by how stunning Duality Artistry made me, my wedding party, and some other guests at the wedding! I loved the makeup Dani used, it felt so light and fresh on my face. It lasted all night and through the beach day the next day (and yes I did get in the water). The false eyelashes they use are great quality that make you forget you are even wearing them!

Duality Artistry was very responsive and great to work with. Always answered all my questions right away. They really went above and beyond. Plus Dani and her team are so much fun to be around!

We had such a great experience working with Dani and her team for our November 2017 wedding at LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort in Naples. Dani herself was booked for another wedding on our date, but we loved working with Mary and Sara for makeup and Megan and Allison for hair! I had my trial a few months before the wedding with Mary and Megan, but Dani was there, as well, making sure everything went smoothly and helping me finalize our plans for the wedding day. We loved the whole team, and my bridesmaids, mom, and mother-in-law, all looked beautiful and were so happy with the way they looked.

Also, since we did a first look a couple hours before our ceremony, we added on pre-ceremony hair touch-up, and I also changed my hair into an updo for the reception. Megan (hair) came back TWICE to do those two things. She was so sweet and felt like a friend on our special day. She also did my hair for our rehearsal, and Sara did my makeup - they came to my suite for the rehearsal and wedding day, which made everything super easy and carefree. Dani, thanks for building such an awesome, talented team, that really goes above and beyond!

Dani and Lauren were amazing!!! I was unable to do a trial run with them as I was planning my destination wedding from afar but I sent them inspirational pictures of the look I was aiming for. Hair and make up were the two things I was most nervous about on our big day. I've heard horror stories, but we could not have been in better hands than with Dani and her team. The looks that they gave each girl were both on trend, but classic in all of our photos. I'm not someone who spends a lot of time on hair and make-up, so they worked one-on-one with me to do a trial run before the wedding. Unlike other hair and beauty teams they didn't just say "it's good enough" they tried multiple styles until we found the perfect look. Not only that, but the make-up stayed in place in the 90+ degree heat and the hair didn't move, but still looked effortless. So perfect!

Dani and Lauren were absolute angels! My mom was assigned to the task of booking hair and make-up. After every call with Dani she would call me and tell me how much she loved her and that she knew I would be so happy with her. Dani came highly recommended from both my wedding planner and photographer and I am so happy she did! Dani and Lauren did a trial run with me, where we discovered my hair was just not going to hold curls, but I had always envisioned that I would have my hair down as I walked down the aisle. After talking to Dani about the issue she informed me, that her and Lauren had already thought about and together we all decided I would schedule an extra hour of touch ups. I cannot even begin to tell you how happy I am that we did this, I HIGHLY recommend this to every Florida bride, what an absolute life saver this was!! Lauren stayed with me until after the ceremony to put my hair up for the rest of the night and I still don’t know how she pulled off two absolutely incredible hair duos, one in nearly no time at all, but she did it and she nailed it! I would not hesitate to use either Lauren or Dani again, they were an absolute joy to work with- they put me at such ease and made sure I felt beautiful. You truly don’t need to look any further than these two magnificent ladies.

Dani and her assistant did the make up for my wedding and it was absolutely flawless! Not only did all my bridesmaids look stunning (not that they all aren't beautiful to begin with), but also she was so fun to have around while we were all getting ready.

Many of my girls were scarred from previous bridesmaid makeup disasters. Dani took all this fear away. The make up was so natural and glowing, giving everyone the beachy bronzed look I wanted. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Instead of heading out when they were finished they made sure to touch up anyone who might have needed it. Dani and Gabby were amazing!! They made everyone in my bridal party and our mothers look beautiful and I loved my hair and makeup. Since I had a destination wedding, I had my trial hair and make up months before the actual day and everything was just as great (if not better!) on the big day. They were so great to work with and made the morning fun and relaxed. I'd highly recommend Dani and her team!

I used Duality Artistry recently for wedding hair/makeup for a group of 8. I was somewhat apprehensive going in because I am very picky about my makeup and usually dislike the result when someone else does it, but Dani made me feel perfectly at ease and really listened to what I wanted. The results were fantastic!! I felt like a "bridal" version of myself, but still looked like "me," which was very important to me. The makeup lasted all day and night, and the hair held up as well as it could have given the more-humid-than-normal beachy weather. Everyone looked amazing in the informal photos -- we can't wait for the professional ones!

Dani is super talented and such a kind and calming force -- exactly the type of person you'd want to be around on such an important and potentially stressful day. Her team is perfectly coordinated and very skilled. Duality was truly a pleasure to work with, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Brandi from Duality did an AMAZING job- I've never felt so beautiful in my entire life and she was a pleasure to work with! All of my bridesmaids loved her and she was incredibly professional (all of us were ready with time to spare!).

Dani did my makeup for both my engagement pictures and my wedding day. Dani and her team are so amazing, and so fun to be around. The makeup for myself and my bridal party was so perfect, and everyone looked so beautiful. My makeup literally lasted all day with no touch ups and still looked perfect at the end of the evening! LOVE - would definitely recommend.

Dani was an absolute dream to work with for my wedding. She was professional and awesome right out of the gate. She created the exact look that I was hoping for, making sure that I (and the bridesmaids) looked both flawless and natural. Not to mention that at 1am, after an entire day/night of crying and enduring the Florida heat, our makeup looked impeccable. It was amazing.
Dani went above and beyond in every respect to make sure we all looked and felt perfect. I could not recommend her services enough!!

I am so happy that I picked Dani and her team for hair and make-up. Our wedding is not until October, but we had a trial in June and we could not have been happier. She gave me exactly the look I envisioned for my day. I can't wait to see it all come together!

Dani and Lauren were such a fun and special part of my big day! Their calming presence was so important on the big day and they made me look just how I envisioned. Dani's make-up for me and my bridesmaids was flawless. It complimented everyone and stayed true to our looks and personalities. Lauren was excellent at styling everyone's hair and helped add the perfect finishing touches to our flower girl's look at the last minute. All the way around, they are the best!

Couldn't have asked for a better glam squad!
They were patient, listened and did an amazing job! My bridal party and some of my guests might be flying them out to their weddings too now.
My favorite part about the team is that they are FUN! We loved hanging out with all of them and Dani felt like an additional part of my bridal party.
I will miss hanging out with them!

Dani is the BEST! She not only did an amazing job on mine and my bridesmaids makeup but she is was so fun to spend the day with! She nailed the look I wanted and made me feel super comfortable the whole day!
