I cannot say enough good things about this team!! We had 11 total for hair and makeup on my wedding day. Everyone was absolutely stunning by the end of it. Hair stayed put all night and makeup never smudged. They are kind, fun, efficient, and get you ready to go for your big day! I would definitely use again and will recommend to everyone I know!! -

We recently got married at the Resort at Longboat Key Club and had the best experience with DS Hair and Makeup! I did a hair and makeup trial a couple months before the wedding, and then the morning of our wedding was incredibly smooth and easy! Me and all my bridesmaids were done with our hair and makeup early so they left enough room for touch-ups and made everyone look and feel so stunning! Dagmara provided hair services for myself (the bride), my mom, my sister (MOH) and two nieces (flower girls), and we cannot imagine having had a better experience. Dagmara traveled to my home in Venice. She was timely and highly professional. She has a great personality for doing wedding hair - efficient while keeping things fun. Everyone's hair looked absolutely stunning. She was so patient and kind with the flower girls. I cannot recommend DS Hair & Makeup Creations enough! She was a big part of what made our wedding day so fun. -

I am from New Jersey, and had a friend’s wedding down in Florida. I did not know any salons/stylists/makeup artists in the area. So, I took a gamble on Dagmara and Paula’s services based solely on reviews and photos. I was not just happy with the outcome - but completely blown away! They were both so friendly, personable, and professional. & they were so quick! We could not believe how efficiently they were able to do all of our hair and makeup. Getting married in a different state means you have to put in major faith and prayers that you pick a good makeup stylist and hairstylist. I blindly picked them from just photos I've seen!!! And I'm beyond grateful, thrilled, amazed and all the above. Not only did they perform miracles on us all, they were honest, they were good company, fun, and make sure no one needed touched up before leaving. I can't say enough about how much I loved my hair and makeup. My hair stayed through a beach wedding, and an outfit change during the reception. My makeup even took cake to the face and still looked nice afterwards. Highest praise to them both. You made us look absolutely beautiful on that beautiful day!!!! Thank you -

A hair and makeup duo you need!!!
Dagmara and Paula were such a dream to work with for my wedding last weekend. They did beautiful hair and makeup for seven of us! The makeup and the hair styles lasted all night even in the 87 degree heat. My bridal consultation earlier in the year was perfect - Dagmara and Paula took my inspiration photos and turned me into a masterpiece! We had a wonderful time with them. Our wedding party looked absolutely radiant. -

DS Hair & Makeup Creations was awesome! Dagmara, the owner, was extremely professional. She was punctual with emails and any questions I had. I could count on her to reply the day I sent the email. Her prices were very reasonable. Even though she is based in Nokomis area, she was willing to travel to my wedding location in Naples. When it came to the day of the wedding, she was amazing!! She was willing to do the hairstyles that I wanted for the bridesmaids with enthusiasm. Paula, our makeup artist who is also part of DS Hair & Makeup, did a fantastic job with makeup. Our hair and makeup held up all night--including the outdoor beach ceremony! Dagmara and Paula had great energy and were so kind to all of us in the bridal suite. They helped set the tone for the rest of the day. I will be recommending Dagmara and her team to my friends for sure! -

I am extremely grateful for this company! Dagmara is quick to respond to any concerns throughout the planning process. She made the hair and makeup portion of my wedding stress-free! Cindy was my hair and makeup stylist and also did all 6 of my bridal team's hair on the day of the wedding. The only thing I regret is not hiring this company sooner. Because I waited too long, I had to hire another company to do my bridal team's makeup; they did not come close to the extraordinary job Cindy did for me. We had an amazing time working with Dagmara and Paula! They were incredible from the trial all the way to our wedding day. My hair and makeup was beyond expectations and I truly felt like a princess. My bridal party also all looked incredible- they handled 8 ladies including mother of bride, aunt of bride, sister of bride and bridal party, all within a short window (1 of which was not even planned). Not only did they do amazing work, but they also kept me in high spirits and positive despite some stresses on the big day from bad weather and logistical set up of our ceremony. I can’t thank them enough. I highly recommend this dynamic dream team duo for your big day or hair and makeup needs! -

Extremely happy bride!!
Dagmara and Paula are absolutely amazing! I was looking for hair and makeup that would come on location to do me, my bridesmaids and the mothers on the morning of my wedding. I felt totally at ease, Dagmara was attentive when communicating. They showed up early and helped my bridesmaids pick updos and makeup that looked stunning on them. We all looked and felt glamorous! Our hair and makeup held up the whole night after some crazy dancing. Book these ladies! You will not be sorry!! I highly recommend! -

Dagmara and Paula did an amazing job with hair and makeup on my wedding day! They both knew exactly what I and my bridesmaids were looking for and both have been very helpful. Super friendly, reliable, easy to talk to and immediate response for any question I had.
My hair and makeup stayed on for the whole day after my trial, even though I went out for kayaking lol. I swear it lasted the whole time!
I can just recommend these two!

Dogmara is the most talented bridal hair stylist I have ever seen! I was really nervous at first, because I am a cosmetology student (we have really high standards) but Dogmara blew me away. She is able to do any bridal style you want beautifully and she is fast too! My bridesmaids all loved their hair, one of them even said she thought her hair looked better than it did for her own wedding! Dogmara and Paula are both very laid back which is important on a wedding day when things can get chaotic. Book with her, you will not be disappointed 🙂 -

July Wedding
Had our wedding the other day, hired these lovely ladies to do our hair and makeup. Constantly answers so fast when o asked questions, even suggested what sounded better when i wasnt sure what was good or not. Fast forward to the big day, worked on five girls and when I tell you they were amazing, oh my gosh. Each girl was stunning, drop dead gorgeous. We all had different hair with their own challenges and they killed it. My hair is soooo thick and just a pain, she killed it. My hair stayed perfect all night even with lots of dancing and jumping. She sweet and courteous. Would recommend anytime of day and the pricing is not terrible definitely worth it!! -

Dagmara and her MUA, Paula, were AMAZING. They worked super fast and efficient and were extremely kind and accommodating— they even showed up early to ensure we were done with time to spare! Wow...where do I start...Dagmara and here team are simply top notch. She is responsive, kind, professional and really loves what she does. Unfortunately, it was humid and thunder storming the day of my wedding but I think my curls held up great! Dagmara and her MUA absolutely made my wedding hair & makeup goals come true!! I had a larger bridal party so she did half of my bridesmaids and they looked stunning - modern, natural, and elegant! She was incredibly efficient (5 updos in 2 hours) and worked until each girl had the hair they envisioned. She is very talented and I can almost guarantee she will be able to produce the vision you have for your hair. I had a postponed wedding due to Covid in March, and rescheduled in November and Dagmara was very flexible and extremely responsive through it all. Highly recommend her - you won't be disappointed! -

Dagmara and Emily were so great to work with! Because we chose one of the most popular wedding dates of 2020 (10-10-20), I contacted Dagmara almost a year in advance to book her services. She was incredibly responsive to emails, as we navigated scheduling a hair/make-up trial and the the ever-changing COVID-19 situation. Ultimately, I was unable to come down separately from my wedding week, but Dagmara was able to fit me for a trial the Thursday before my wedding. I even mistakenly went to the wrong location, but she was incredibly sweet about the whole thing and allowed me to show up late to our appointment. The day of my wedding, Dagmara and Emily worked so efficiently to make sure our hair and makeup were finished on time for pictures. Their work was exactly what I was hoping for with hair and makeup, myself and my bridesmaids were completely and totally satisfied!! -

My updo done by Dagmara was exactly as I pictured it to be, and I loved that the airbrush makeup done by Paula looked so elegant and natural. They were also extremely efficient and we ended up finishing 45 minutes early! I would highly recommend this team for your wedding day. -

So happy I chose this company! I had to move my wedding two times and was nervous to look for another hair and make-up artist (as I already had a trial done with my other vendor in CT). DS Hair & Makeup Creations were able to fit me in quickly and even get my hair and make-up trial in. In addition, day of, they were very flexible and I was able to add on another girl for hair and make-up the day of wedding. The hair and make-up lasted all day and even after I jumped in pool and ocean! Highly recommend. :) -

Incredible service. Such a life saver!
When my first stylist canceled a month before the wedding I panicked and started googling for someone who might have availability on such short notice. I found DS Hair and Makeup Creations on Wedding Wire and was so impressed by her photos and reviews. I called her right away and she picked up and was free on my date! We scheduled a trial for the next morning (I had a destination wedding so things were tight) and she was so kind, professional, and reasonably priced. She also works FAST and will make you and your bridesmaids look incredible in such a short amount of time. I am honestly glad my first stylist canceled because my hair for my wedding day was perfect and stood up against Florida humidity and a night of dancing. Stunning looks
I recently got married in November of this year. Our hair and make up was AMAZING because of this team. Dagmara and Paula were so wonderful and kind to my bridesmaids and myself. D & Paula were amazing! I had my wedding on 11/9/19 and had myself, a few bridesmaids, my mom, mother in law, and grandmother. These two are a power team, they get along so well and made the morning so fun by jumping right into the day with all our girls in the wedding party. Not only are they incredibly talented and love their jobs but they added to the fun of getting ready by chatting and being themselves!
For hair, D completely blew me away with creating the exact hair style I explained. She is so talented and truly loves her job. One of my bridesmaids was insecure about her hair and D made it have great volume and the up-do stayed and looked beautiful from 8am through the night!
Paula is amazing too! Talk about flawless airbrush make up and beautiful eye shadow designs.
Communication- D replied instantly to every single email and tedious question I had. Absolutely recommend!

I cannot say enough about how great D and Paula were! D was super responsive with email and text and super easy to work with. My hair and makeup came out absolutely stunning and my bridesmaids loved the way theirs turned out as well. D was also super sweet with everyone, especially my mom who was super emotional all day :) They went above and beyond and even came back after leaving for the day to fix an eyelash emergency an hour before the wedding!! I would highly recommend them!!! -

We did not have any trial done previously due to time and arriving from out of town, and Dagmara came in and was able to take our thoughts and suggestions and provide her own, and created beautiful hair designs! We loved everything! They were sweet and helpful, and they made us all look gorgeous. I had a headband to wear instead of a veil and she incorporated it beautifully in my hair. It’s the prettiest I’ve ever seen my hair look! I would definitely recommend her services to any bride or bridal party! -

If your looking for a great hairstylist and makeup artist don't look any further. Dagmara and Paula was amazing!!!! I looked so amazing than I could ever dream of. The makeup was the right amount and was perfect. My ladies also looked amazing and received many compliments from the guest. What can I say about the hair it was better than the picture of how I wanted my hair. Dagmara did such an awesome job making my ladies and I look gorgeous. I’m so pleased of booking DS hair and makeup creations for my big day. She also can do African American hair which was a plus for me since my maid of honor hair type.

So I originally had a hair trial with another hair and make up artist. After having my hair and make up done by that artist I did not feel like myself. The make up was way too heavy and not what I had expected. I found Dagmara and had a trial with her almost a year before my wedding and she did a fabulous job! I felt like myself and comfortable in the way I looked. She made me feel so beautiful on my wedding day! My hair and make up was EXACTLY like the trial! I seriously couldn’t have gotten a better hair and make up artist. Period. -

Dagmara is truly an exceptional hairstylist. I’ve had my hair professionally done over the years for events, and for the most part it’s never been a pleasant experience. I’ve always been told my hair is “too much” and “too thick”. The idea of having an updo for my wedding was terrifying but necessary for the back of my wedding dress.
Well, have no fear, Dagmara is here!
The first thing that stuck out to me was D’s responsiveness. She was the only one of 6 vendors that I had reached out to who had responded like a real human being (weird to say, I know but everyone else seemed so robotic).
Flash forward to the bridal trial, and she made me feel at ease. Things weren’t awkward. She’s personable and professional. She managed to do a complete updo that felt light, comfortable and lasted! I don’t know about your prior experiences, but with me, updos were a nightmare because of people jamming Bobby pins into your scalp. I didn’t experience that once with D. She was gentle throughout the entire process which was impressive for how quickly she finished!
I later even made an appointment to drive 45 minutes to her to have my hair trimmed and toned prior to the wedding because my experience was so positive (pictures below).
Then comes the wedding. In 5 hours D was able to do four of my bridesmaids hair, my sister’s hair and my mother’s hair, as well as MY hair.
Again, her performance was exceptional. She was personable and professional with everyone. She arrived on time and stayed in contact with me the days prior to the wedding to make confirmations.
With all the things I was worried about going wrong on my wedding day, my hair was not one of them. ♥️

Amazing and talented!!
I had my destination wedding early May on lido beach! Dagmara is So amazingly talented!! I didn’t have a trial and trusted that she would do fabulous work! She made me feel at ease. I loved her work on Instagram and knew I’d be in good hands. My hair turned out perfect! The curl held all day long! I got a lot of compliments. All my bridesmaids updos turned out perfect too! Dagmara did my hair for my wedding on Sunday 4/14. In addition to mine, she did 3 of my bridesmaids, even did my niece as a last minute add on with no questions asked.
Dagmara is without a doubt the best there is. She is sweet, easy to talk to and work with, accommodating, and so genuine. While she was working everyone was so relaxed, I’m so happy with how smoothly she made everything go.
It’s so crazy how some “professionals” can treat brides, some can be hard to reach and the communication is terrible but that is not the case with Dagmara.
She will make your day even more special and you are guaranteed to look beautiful!

How can I even attempt to accurately describe the amazing talent of Dagmara and her assistant makeup artist? These ladies are PROFESSIONALS. I had searched high and low for wedding stylists on WeddingWire, the Knot, etc, and nothing really jumped out to me. I went to my wedding planner, and she said many of her brides loved DS Hair & Makeup, and I decided to give it a try. I scheduled a trial (my first trial ever, mind you), and once she had finished I knew I didn’t even have to schedule another with anyone else. Not only did Dagmara blow me away by her talent and speed, but she really stunned me at how much she catered to what I specifically asked for. Not to mention, her assistant did my make up so flawlessly that when I turned around in the mirror, I actually let out an audible gasp! I had never seen myself so dolled up, so... beautiful. And this was just the trial people! The ladies made me feel so comfortable and at ease and once I agreed to have them do my bridal hair and makeup, the process of signing the contract and securing a deposit was so easy. The day of my wedding blew me away most. My wedding happened to be a ways away from their studio in Sarasota, but that didn’t stop them. They woke up bright and early and drove out at around 5am just to make it to our getting ready location. From the moment we started, I felt at such peace. Honestly, it was like going to a spa! They effortlessly worked on all of my bridesmaids, doing their magic. When it came time for me, they took my expectations and went above and beyond anything I could have imagined. I didn’t even think it was possible, but my wedding hair and makeup was even BETTER than the trial! All in all, I cannot give enough praise to these women. They did their job so well, and impressed my whole bridal party. If you are contemplating who you want to do your wedding services- please save yourself the time and money and pick DS Hair & Makeup! They will not let you down!!! -

I had a last minute emergency with my original hair stylist, and with two weeks to spare, Dagmara put me on her schedule, fit me in for a trial that next day, and made sure that I was completely happy with how my hair was going to turn out. She went above and beyond, is very quick, and I couldn’t have asked for anything more! All of my bridesmaids hair looked amazing as well. I would definitely recommend her to anyone on the fence! -

Luckily I live locally, got to know her, and had an amazing trial. I honestly felt so beautiful on my wedding day and that is exactly what every bride, bridesmaid, mother of the bride, etc needs to feel like! I honestly feel that even if I had no trial that DS hair and makeup would have knocked it out of the park!
She was able to complete the hair for the bride (me), mother of the groom, and three bridesmaids. She also did some of the other girl's makeup with the help of another makeup artist with time to spare.

I found Dagmara through the knot a year prior to my wedding. Even though I was a year out she patiently made me feel like that was okay to ensure I got what I wanted! I actually had three trials with her! The first was a style that I showed her and she nailed it but I decided I didn’t want that look. The second was a Pinterest look that just didn’t come out right with my type of hair. She told me I could try other stylists (which again proves her integrity with her clients) but I was determined to use D because she was so kind, so talented, and so honest with me. On our third trial she offered I come to her home and she created the most beautiful hair design ever. I truly believe that style was the most elegant, classy bridal hair I’d ever seen!!! How lucky was I?! I knew the third time would be the charm! Dagmara is so sincere and has a warm personality which makes her easy to communicate with. Speaking of communication she is punctual and returns emails/calls quickly. Our bridal party was very happy with their hair and she was done early! I would recommend Dagmara 110%. -

My husband and I got married last weekend on 1/19/19. Dagmara was the best! I have very thick hair that does not hold curls well and she assured me that she would be able to accomplish the look I wanted for my wedding day. She even cut my hair 2 weeks before by wedding so my hair would hold curls a little better. I felt so beautiful on my wedding day and my hair was just the way I wanted. My wedding date was 12/14. Dagmara is amazing! I never set up a trial with her because I showed her my ideas and she sent me similar work she had already done. She did perfect. All of my girls absolutely loved their hair and she finished ahead of schedule. She was very patient, friendly, and professional. I found Dagmara on theknot.com. We set up a trial and then booked my date! My date was New Year’s Eve, which can be challenging for some; but not Dagmara! She traveled to me, arrived promptly and was so eager and willing to do whatever was needed to make my day perfect! Her timing was absolutely perfect and she made sure each of my bridesmaids and myself loved their hair and make up! I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
