  Excellent (flavor + service + value)

  top notch in food & service! quality ingredients, big flavor, attentive & kind servers, organized and well planned....it doesn't get better than DRJ! Dave & Regina made our wedding magical....they say that a way to a person's heart is through their stomach....well DRJ brought joy and love with their lusciously roasted pig and bbq sauces, the grilled fish tacos, the refreshing bites in the beginning (which included a vibrant, spicy gazpacho shot with a perfectly poached shrimp). Make your wedding special with DRJ!!!

  We were beyond happy with the way everything turned out and would recommend them to anyone who is looking to find a caterer outside of the cliche wedding catering experience. Searching for wedding caterers is an incredibly frustrating process for anyone looking for a more custom experience without having to go into debt. We were at the end of our rope by the time we came upon DRJ Catering and were elated to find that we could finally get exactly what we wanted at a reasonable price. The owner, his wife, and their excellent team worked without needing any direction (to my knowledge) on the day of the wedding and I don't think we could have pulled off our wedding without their hard work and professionalism. They truly went above and beyond, for which we will be eternally grateful. I would not hesitate to hire them again for any function needing a caterer.

  Whole roasted pig barbecue

  When we first got engaged, one of the priority items we marked on the wedding budget was good food. Neither of us wanted anything pretentious or stuffy, and I thought a barbecue with a whole pig would be really fun.
  
  It took time to find a vendor who could deliver, and I fortuitously came upon DRJ Catering in a NY Times review. We were very fortunate to find them.
  
  The food was excellent, and the service at the reception impeccable. Overall, we had a very good experience with this vendor, and may be interested in hiring them in the future for other events.
