    I can't even put into words how amazing my experience was. I felt like a princess and a movie star. Renee, the owner is absolutely amazing. She is full of so much knowledge and knew the right questions to ask. The cherry on the top, the prices are great the store is so pretty!! I recommend every bride to check out Dreams. There is no way you will be disappointed and you will be on cloud 9 when you leave.

    The shop was not open the day my wedding party could join me, so Renee opened her shop just for us. This was the first shop we'd gone to, and had plans to hit a few others later that day. She was friendly and professional as she explained the dress options. I tried on every dress that I thought might look good on me, and a few I wasn't sure about...in the end I bought the first dress I tried on! I knew I wanted some sort of strap, but this was a strapless dress. Renee worked with me to find the perfect straps (she works with a phenomenal seamstress)...I had my found my dream dress!!

    No veil to be found

    2 stars are because I had a great experience working with Mariah to pick out my dress. Although dresses are not my thing and I was overwhelmed going into the appt, she was super helpful. She made everything feel so comfortable & go smoothly so I was able to find my dress. Had this been my only dealings with the store, I would of given them a 5 star rating for sure or if I was only reviewing Mariah here, I would give her 5 stars as well. However, due to other issues, that is why I took stars away. On 12/17/21 we bought my dress, a head piece and my veil. We were told the veil would be here likely sooner than the dress, could be even the next month. Months go by & I check in about my veil, was told that they wait to make a bulk order for these so not to worry but they would be placing an order soon. Wedding isn’t until Oct. so plenty of time, and not worries here. Check in a few months later, was told a shipment was coming in around the time my dress was coming so that likely it would be here about the same time. Sounds great, still no worries here. Dress comes in June, check in about veil, mine wasn’t in the shipment that came in allegedly, so I’m told it should be in the next one. Still have plenty of time so still no worries as it’s June. At this point I’ve been told its been ordered as how could it be in a shipment if it wasn’t right? Cue to my appointment on 8/6 to try on my dress. I check in again about my veil & am told that they will check in again with the owner. I let them know that if the veil & headpiece won’t be here by my next appointment at the end of Aug that we would want a refund as by then it would have been 8.5 months since we paid for it in full. The owner assured me via messenger that it would be here by the 8/28 appt. 8/27 comes, & I check in and still no veil. I’m told now it’s on “back order” & will be here in Sept. I asked for the exact date as now I could have a significant discount if I want to wait for it, & am told now it won’t be here until 9/30. So we ask to cancel the order & for a full refund on 8/27. The owner claimed she would call me & my MIL who bought the veil/headpiece. A week goes by & we hear nothing & still have no refund. When I go to the store on 9/2 mariah was able to help me get the refund by calling the owner, of which she sent via Venmo because they couldn’t return it to the card due to the system not working. Now if the owner had reached out to apologize at all, let us know she could rush ship it but it would cost more or something then I wouldn’t be writing this review. But she did nothing of the sort, and seemingly just kept spewing lies about ordering items to her consultants, who were just the messengers, but inadvertently were lying to me as they were being given false information. As it’s pretty clear these items were never ordered. Now I have to find a new veil, but I was pretty set on this one. So I end up figuring out the brand of my original veil. I message the company and they respond letting me know what other stores carry their brand of veils. I call one of the stores they suggest, they talk to the company & then call me back the next day. They say they can order it for me, I pay & they place the order on 9/6, it gets shipped out on 9/8 & is in this store on 9/13 (1 week). So clearly Dreams Bridal lied. I don’t think I ever would of gotten this veil & am glad I cancelled.
