    I have nothing but positive things to say about Dream Moore! First of all, the deal for referrals is amazing (I was on the receiving side). Renee made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera after being visibly nervous. She is very down to Earth yet professional. On the day of our wedding, she went above and beyond her calling as a photographer and stitched a groomsman's ripped pants. She also doubled as my Maid of Honor at the reception helping me move along and get messages to people. Renee even held my shoes at one point. She could not have been more helpful and supportive.
    The photos had a standard turn around time or 6-8 weeks - and they were worth the wait! They were excellent quality. We will definitely book her for future photos! She's worth the travel price.
    Side note: her husband also jumps in serving as a second photographer, and they are so cute! True power couple.

    Renee and Daniel were amazing. They created a timeline for us to map out how pictures would be taken on our special day. This was very important as it made everything run so smoothly. Renee is also well connected with other vendors and was able to assist me with decorations as well. While taking pics, Renee and Daniel told us what poses to use and offered great location suggestions to take pictures. I believe the photos are the most important piece of the wedding and Renee and Daniel did not disappoint. Renee and Daniel also helped us with choosing framing and anything else we had questions about pertaining to our photos. They were always available to answer questions and are very professional.

    From our first meeting with Renee and Dannie, we knew instantly that they were the ones we wanted to capture our wedding day. They truly listened to our story, got to know us and took pictures that will provide a lifetime of memories. They went well above and beyond what they had to do. Renee remembered from our first meeting that Fidlay Market was a special place for my dad and I, he had passed two years earlier, and she suggested we have part of our engagement shoot there. It was a little gesture, something I would have never thought of, but a great way to bring my dad into our wedding planning. On the day of the wedding, they kept us on time and reminded us to take some time to ourselves to enjoy the moment. It was a beautiful day filled with lots of happiness but I also wished my dad was there. As hard as it was on me, it was even harder on my mom. She was doing a great job keeping it together until the music began to play at church. My matrons of honor and bridesmaids made sure I was okay, but it was Renee who consoled my mom. That moment meant the world to me and her, and I appreciate it so much. Renee and Dannie will document your day beautifully but they will also care about you. I am so grateful that I have found two individuals that will help us document the rest of our lives.

    Amazing, Awesome, Flexible, Genuine People! I can't say enough great things about Renee and Danny. Just overall really great people who really care about their clients and want to provide them with the best service! That is exactly what they did for us. Above and Beyond would be putting it lightly!

    USE THEM!!!

    This photographer was hired to photograph my daughters May,2017 wedding. Contract states we would have proofs in 6 weeks. After that date passed we were promised finished photos by August 13th. Renee and Dannie are no longer taking phone calls or returning emails. Their website has removed all reviews.

    We have no idea what's happened. Please do NOT hire Dream Moore Photography.

    It's pretty crappy that my daughter paid so much money for nice wedding photos only to get taken advantage of. BTW...we were not problem clients. We abided by the contract, to the point of hurting family members feelings when we stressed that we were not to take any photos till the reception. So, there are NO photos of her walking down the isle, taking their vows...nothing!!!!

    Very unprofessional.

    My husband and I feel absolutely cheated. When Renee and Dannie needed to make changes in the schedule (they did our engagement photos too) we were more than willing to be flexible. We got married in May and it's now September and I don't know if we will ever see our wedding pictures. And that is a truly depressing thought seeing as though we paid so much money for Renee and Dannie to take our wedding photos. I have left emails, texts, voicemails, and nothing. To say that I'm furious and heartbroken doesn't even cut it at this point.

    Don't even waste your time. The owner puts on a strong game, but has zero communication skills. Emails and voice messages went unanswered for months after our photoshoot was held. Seems like they have taken our money and run. They must be struggling because it sounds like other clients are dealing with the same terrible service. Truly a disgusting way to run a business.

    STAY AWAY! We were completely let down by Dream Moore and couldn't be any more unsatisfied. The photographer never answered our emails, never returned our calls, and simply stopped communicating with us completely leaving us waiting MONTHS for our pictures! As a way to apologize, they promised a second photo book would be sent to us...but again, they told us we'd have it months ago and it still has not arrived! This has been such a painful experience, no one should be dealing with this kind of drama especially when it's supposed to be such a special, wonderful time in your life. Dream Moore should be ashamed!!

    HORRIBLE!! I've never seen a more blatant attempt to cover up empty promises and customer reviews! Dream Moore recently took down ALL visitor posts on Facebook, and their customer reviews because clients were starting to voice their issues with working with Renee. They also disabled the "reviews" link on their company website. I saw one review that said Renee never even showed up for a scheduled shoot! You can't hide from the truth, we will find a platform that will allow us to warn others away. If you are considering Dream Moore, for your special day, please look at other options. Renee is unquestionably talented, but like the others have said below, it has been MONTHS since we heard from her and we are still waiting on our wedding pictures. My wife and I feel as if we were conned; play for a fool. This is a moment in our lives we'll never get back, and its crushing to know Dream Moore stole that from us.

    My wife and I were married in June 2016 and did not receive our digital proofs until the end of August 2016. We responded in a timely manner as was requested by Dream Moore regarding any edits which would be needed only to receive months of silence. By time January rolled around we were fed up and were finally able to get through to Renee by phone.. she provided us the missing pictures, promised to make the needed edits, and laid out a clear path to fixing the issues. That was the last time I heard from Dream Moore despite emails, calls, texts, etc. It has now been more than a year since our wedding and all we have are digital pictures and promises for additional photo albums to compensate us for our patience.
    Renee had mentioned on the phone back in January that she had nearly lost all of her photos due to a computer hard drive failure (she claimed to have recovered the files) but as a result was too intimated by the computer to work on anything for 2-3 months. I was told that she had started a new job and that she was likely to shut DM photography down due to where the business was heading. I grew sympathetic for her situation, enough that I was OK that so much time had passed but that at least we set up a game plan to finish everything up. Now I feel like my wife and I were completely stolen from.. Based on the number of upset customers I am guessing that Renee is hiding again, too intimidated to own up to the situation and make good on her word (and ignored contractual obligations). I am not sure what the next step is, Better Business Bureau? Litigation? I am open to ideas..
