  Dream Cakes did a great job with our wedding cake. We wanted something a bit out of the box and Lynn delivered. The cake looked amazing and even better, it was the best wedding cake I have ever tasted. We got numerous compliments on the cake throughout the night. At our tasting, we asked for Lynn’s assistance with providing donut favors for our wedding - even though this was outside of her normal scope of work, Lynn worked hard to make it happen. She was also extremely responsive to the numerous questions I e-mailed her with throughout the planning process. Thank you for making our cake and wedding favor dreams a reality!

  My husband and I chose Dream Cakes Bakery as our baker for our June 29th, 2018 wedding. This was the best decision we could've made. I always envisioned wedding cupcakes and small two tiered wedding cake. The Dream Cakes team made that vision come to life. They not only made the cake tasting experience so delicious and fun, but also truly were knowledgable about their craft and helped come up with the best and most unique wedding cupcake flavors. The cupcakes and cake were phenomenal not only in flavor, but also presentation. Our guests devoured them and told us how amazing they were.
  
  I would highly recommend Dream Cakes Bakery for your wedding or special event. Their products are so delicious and you will love working with them.

  We ordered our wedding cake through Dream Cakes and it was absolutely delicious! My husband and I, as well as our guests, still talk about it and a few mentioned it was the best wedding cake they ever had. Along with the taste, the cake came out gorgeous, looking just as we described (like a birch tree).

  We searched far and wide for a bakery that wasn't intimidated by our request for a fondant curtain wedding cake, with different themes on each tier, for a reasonable price. We tried many "famous" and well-known places, and were met with strange looks, lack of enthusiasm, extreme prices, and just a general sense that what we were asking for wasn't realistically possible.
  
  Then we found Dream Cakes Bakery.
  
  I contacted Lynn at Dream Cakes over email, sending her an outline of what we wanted our cake to be, with a few pictures. She responded enthusiastically with a price range that BY FAR beat the pants off the competition. I could already tell from the email that they had a much better attitude than literally any other bakery before them that we had contacted.
  
  We met in person with Lynn and her assistant and went over the fine details of our cake. Not only was she not intimidated by our request, she had experience with making curtain cakes already and was EXCITED by our request and VERY positive about what we could accomplish. And the price was so good, it seemed too good to be true.
  
  Lynn had great communication with us throughout the months leading up to the wedding, giving us updates a week or so out from the big event about what was happening and when she needed a bit of direction with some of the fine details. The cake was delivered EARLY to the venue with no fuss on the day of the wedding, to a location more than an hour away from their bakery.
  
  This cake was so perfect in every way, it is hard to write about it without sounding like a paid review. Every detail, every single thing that we wanted was lovingly and painstakingly crafted to our specifications, and the entire cake was so awesome and beautiful. They even recreated a Stargate themed cake topper that we saw online. Literally worth every single penny we paid. Dream Cakes Bakery absolutely earn their name. The cake was perfect, and our wedding was perfect thanks to Dream Cakes

  Dream Cakes did a fabulous job with our wedding cake. It was beautiful and matched our vision exactly. We chose a vanilla cake with Oreo and fudge filling. It was absolutely delicious! We received multiple compliments on how awesome the cake was!!! They did a fabulous job and I would definitely use them agin!

  Lynn was a pleasure to work with from our first tasting to the big day. We truly enjoyed our wedding cake as did our guests. And thanks again for the separate cake top that we will freeze for our one year anniversary. We highly recommend Dream Cakes Bakery!

  We absolutely loved our cake! Dream cakes was part of our venue, they work together for weddings, we had to go with them and I am SOOOO HAPPY that they are partnered with them. It was so hard to choose flavors and design when we went to for our tasting. They offer many different options and the fillings tasted so yummy. We knew that we did not want a traditional cake, so we went with a purple ombre and it was beautiful. Our filling was also chocolate and vanilla with raspberry and french vanilla filling! I wish I could have this cake every day! Everyone was raving that the cake was tasty and not overly sweet. What was nice was that we did not have to "upgrade" our choices in order to receive a tasty cake, don't get me wrong, if you want one of those fillings I'm sure it would be amazing, but their standard offers are just as good! Dream Cakes also added the flowers to the cake when they dropped it off and the cake topper. I think that we may order a fresh cake for our one year anniversary, it was that amazing!

  I am so happy with how good our wedding cake looked and tasted. Dream Cakes really copied EXACLTY what I wanted and couldn't have made a better tasting cake. Our cake tasting appointment was wonderful as they were really helpful with us choosing what flavors to go for and they couldn't have been more spot on. In the end we choose to do two different cakes, one chocolate with mocha filling and one vanilla with lemon filling and both tasted AMAZING. We are really happy with the end result and would easily recommend Dream Cakes to anyone looking for a beautiful & delicious wedding cake!

  Our wedding cake came from Dream Cakes on it was delicious. My husband and I aren't "sweets" people so we didn't really think much about our wedding cake but when we went cake tasting and tried some of their options we were so impressed and excited about the cake so much so that I made it a point to take a break from dancing and eat my cake. It was delicious and it was decorated just as I had requested. Thank you so much for creating such a wonderful cake for my dream wedding.

We went into the bakery with the idea that we were just having cupcakes at our wedding, but after the tasting and seeing the amazing cakes they have done we decided to get a 3-tier cake, cupcakes, and cake pops!!! Being that our families are from Brooklyn/Queens, we've been spoiled with amazing Italian bakeries in our area....but everyone couldn't stop talking about our cake! People commented on how it was the best dessert they've ever had!! Not only did it taste amazing, but it was absolutely gorgeous and was beyond perfect for our rustic theme (pictures don't do it justice!). The cannoli cream is UNBELIEVABLE and all of the flavors they offer are amazingly yummy without being overly sweet :-) My husband and I live about 40 minutes from Dream Cakes, but it is more than worth the drive!!! Thank you for everything dream cakes!!!!!!!!!

  Hollow Brook Golf Club recommended we use Dream Cakes for our Wedding Celebration this past Jul so we decided to book a cake testing with them. We could smell the deliciousness upon walking in the door & were immediately greeted by the friendly staff, even though it was busy and they were assisting other customers. My husband and I got to pick a few flavor combinations to test out. They were all delicious!! I had my heart set on simple bite size cupcakes and a cake topper instead of a traditional wedding cake. Dream Cakes gave me exactly what I asked for and set up a beautiful cupcake spread on my wedding day with Mocha, Key Lime & Chocolate flavors to choose from. We went with Mocha for our cake topper, and I do not regret that choice!
  
  Besides the tasty cupcakes, the thing that truly won me over with this company is there attention to detail and going above and beyond for their customers. Not only did they give me exactly what I asked for in terms of the display, but with ingredient requests as well. We had six nut allergies attending our wedding. Dream cakes assured me that all of the cupcakes would be allergy friendly for our guests and I cannot express how thrilled they were to be able to eat desert at our wedding. Most of them had one, if not two cupcakes during our event. I would highly recommend giving this bakery a try, not just for weddings, but any event you might need a cake for!

  Our wedding venue uses Dream Cakes Bakery but if we had to pick ourselves knowing the good job they do, we would certainly pick them. They made us a unique half vanilla and half chocolate cake - our guests have complimented how nice it was and different.

  We were very happy with our wedding cake. We wanted a classic and elegant design, which they gave us. The cake was not only beautiful, it was delicious! We chose a vanilla cake with alternating layers of vanilla buttercream and mocha buttercream. It was a huge hit and there was not a crumb left on our guests' plates!

  Dream Cakes is amazing! We love that they sat down with us and helped plan our wedding cake. It felt like personalized treatment. The cake was delicious, moist, and flavorful. They have so many different types of cake and fillings to choose from and will walk you through all of your options in-store. You might even find a combination that you didn’t even think of. We got exactly what we wanted. The execution of our design was outstanding. The cake looked exactly like what we imagined. There was a lot of attention to detail and it was easily a highlight of the evening. We highly recommend them!

  Dream Cakes is amazing! We love that they sat down with us and helped plan our wedding cake. It felt like personalized treatment. The cake was delicious, moist, and flavorful. They have so many different types of cake and fillings to choose from and will walk you through all of your options in-store. You might even find a combination that you didn’t even think of. We got exactly what we wanted. The execution of our design was outstanding. The cake looked exactly like what we imagined. There was a lot of attention to detail and it was easily a highlight of the evening. We highly recommend them!

  Our wedding cake was ordered as part of a package with our venue (Hollow Brook Golf Club) and it was the best wedding cake we ever had. It was a strawberry and vanilla custard combo with a vanilla cake. Our guests were asking the staff if there was more. Everyone was talking about how no one ever eats the cake at weddings and how some took several tiers home after their own weddings, yet at our wedding not even a leftover crumb could be found.
  
  On top of being delicious, I had actually designed my own cake and they were able to replicate exactly what i had drawn on a post-it! Everyone was taking photos of the cake because it was so beautifully done and were only more surprised when it was delicious, too. They even matched the color of the butter cream exactly to the shade of blue we were using at our wedding.
  
  It's a bit far from us, but we're not opposed to making the trip up for upcoming occasions since people are still asking about it at all of the recent gatherings.

  They made a beautiful cake for us! It was perfect! It was exactly what we wanted and better! We didn't want a traditional looking cake and found one on their website that we liked, with a few changes. Stephanie helped us, she was wonderful and patient with us. I'm sure that we drove her crazy.

  I cannot say enough nice things about this bakery. I had a wedding cake crisis on my hands and the ladies at Dream Cakes Bakery rescued me. Two weeks before my wedding I needed another baker to make my cake. I had already purchased edible sugar peacock feathers but had no cake to display them on. I thought that cupcakes would a nice touch at the wedding, however a week before the wedding there was a complication with serving the cupcakes. Dream Cakes Bakery saved me again by making my small wedding cake larger without any hassle. Our wedding cake was delicious and absolutely beautiful. It was the centerpiece of our reception. The carrot cake was moist and flavorful. The cream cheese filling complimented the carrot cake perfectly. I am not a fan of super sweet icing and I was overjoyed that their buttercream was a balance of cream, savory, and sweet. Needless to say our guests enjoyed looking at and eating our wedding cake.   I ordered my wedding cake from Dream Cakes Bakery. My husband and I went in to taste the different options and loved their cakes! We chose a four tiered cake and I brought pictures of the types of decorations I wanted on the cake. They matched it perfectly and delivered the cake to the venue at no extra charge.   Our wedding cake was beautiful and delicious. My guests actually told me it was the best wedding cake they had ever had. It was incredibly moist, which is sometimes very difficult to accomplish with such a large cake. I would definitely use this vendor for another event in the future!

  We were so happy with Dream Cakes bakery. Because we were doing a fall wedding, we already had other desserts planned, but wanted to have a small cake for the reception to cut and for my husband and me to enjoy. The cake we got was absolutely beautiful (we definitely got compliments) and absolutely delicious. The value was incredible for the price. I would definitely recommend them. Our tasting was pretty quick, but we had a long day doing other vendor errands so the efficiency was appreciated.

  People keep talking about our cake! Our guests told us that they never remember how the wedding cake tastes, but this one, people are still raving about! We had white cake with a Maple Walnut mousse and vanilla buttercream. YUM!
  
  The one problem I had was the nickle and dimming that started to happen as we came close to a decision on the cake. When we went for the cake tasting 3 months in advance (becuase that is when we had the time to do it and do it well) we gave them an estimated head count. We decided on the design then also and set a date to confirm the head count. They called 2 weeks before my RSVPs were even due to ask me for my final count. I asked for an extension. we agreed on one week after the RSVPs were due. I called and decreased my head count. It was then that they told me that they could only adjust the headcount by 5 or so people than what I told them 3 months earlier and that if I decreased it any that I would not be able to have the design I had originally agreed upon. ALL this information would have been nice when we were originally estimating, seeing that I overestimated instead of underestimated. I was also paying an up-charge for the specialty mousse. In the end, I still had to pay the up-charge for the entire original head count.
  
  Their professionalism and flexibility in that I think was lacking, but the cake tasted great. You decide!
