Perfect venue for our special day!

We had an amazing experience with DragonRidge Country Club and couldn’t have been happier with our venue choice. The venue coordinator was extremely responsive, organized, and helpful throughout the planning process, and on the day of she kept everything running smoothly. The chef and food were outstanding, and we received so many compliments from our guests. The outdoor ceremony space and cocktail hour were perfect for our guest count of nearly 200, and the photos turned out absolutely beautiful. The ballroom was spacious, and one of our favorite features was the large dance floor that kept the energy high all night. We truly couldn’t have been happier with our experience and highly recommend DragonRidge Country Club.

Wedding for 95

Venue was beautiful; both the grounds and the inside. The two coordinators were accommodating , professional and attentive. Bar tenders excellent. Food was delicious and well plated. Our guest were impressed.

Can't Imagine Getting Married Anywhere Else!

Where to begin! When my fiancé and I first started looking at venues, Dragon Ridge (and the Vegas area— we live in CA) were not even on our radar. His parents live in the Dragon Ridge community, so we added it to our list to check out and from the moment we walked in, we were blown away. The Palm Court is an oasis— it does not feel like you’re steps away from a golf course and minutes away from the Vegas strip. It’s cozy and spacious, with stylish and expansive bar for cocktail hour (and a perfect venue for a rehearsal event— we had a Brunch there the day before our wedding and it could not have gone better). Our florist was incredible, but the Palm Court’s stunning rose bushes needed no additional decoration. Seriously, we could have walked in without any other decor and our guests would still have been blown away by the natural beauty. And who wouldn’t want to be married in front of a waterfall?!

DRCC has everything we could have wanted in one place. The ceremony flowed so naturally into cocktail hour and the move upstairs to the ballroom for dinner and dancing could not have gone smoother. It was really nice to get to offer our guests such distinct areas all conveniently grouped together right there. The dance floor is the perfect size and we LOVED having it right in the center of the reception. It really kept people dancing. So many of our guests also enjoyed stepping out for some fresh air and extra fun on the balcony just off the ballroom. You can’t beat that view!

I had a young niece and nephew in our wedding (4 and 3) and they used the crystal dressing room for naps throughout the day/evening. It was a really fun surprise that my brother and sister in law got to stay so late and keep partying with their kids just a few feet away. There are so many private areas and little hallways to escape to with small kids, I know all the parents in attendance really appreciated that.

And then there’s the staff… Courtney and her team really made planning our wedding from a state over such a breeze. She held our hand and made every bump and hiccup feel like no big deal. So accommodating, communicative, and full of good ideas and GREAT taste. Any time I didn’t feel strongly about something or know what option to choose, Courtney always steered me in the right direction. Any time I asked if we could do something I thought might be too much or out there Courtney said “of course you can.”

The vendors included in the DRCC packages and on their preferred list are truly top notch. Pretty much all of our vendors knew each other and the venue very well and it made things so easy having such a well oiled machine supporting us.

I can’t imagine our wedding being anywhere else and I am so grateful for DRCC. Thanks Courtney!

Seamlessly Perfect

Perfect. After my husband and I got engaged, a lot happens at once. Venue is typically at the top of the list after you decide a date. We met with Brandi and toured the venue and fell in love. The space was perfect for the number of guests we anticipated, the course was absolutely stunning and the time of year was beautiful. We picked one of the busiest months to be married and knew this venue would be snagged up quick. During the entire year and a half of our engagement to the day we were married everything was perfect. Speaking with Brandi and Rachel was easy and they always responded quickly, sometimes within minutes. The food was delicious, (although on your wedding day you don't get to eat much because you're so busy), the staff were on it with the drinks!! My husband and I never went to the bar even once for a drink, we had one waiting for us, sometimes two! There are so many wonderful things about this place I wish we could get married all over again just because our day was so amazing. Our guests were raving about how much fun they had and how perfect a wedding it was. It truly was a day to remember forever. Dragon ridge team, the Webrands LOVE YOU! We are so thankful we were able to hold our wedding there.

Simply Stunning

When were first arrived at Dragonridge during our venue tour, we were completely taken away with literally everything about the venue. Because most of our guests would be from out of town, we wanted them to feel like they were in Vegas but not in the hustle and bustle of the "Vegas". The view of the Las Vegas strip from the ballroom is simply stunning and everything that we wanted. Working with Brandi and Rachael was a breeze. They answered all of our questions and help us along the way. I will say that I was not THAT bride that wanted EVERYTHING PERFECT, and I was more laid back and easy going, but communicating with them was easy. They made us feel like family. On the day of our wedding they also helped everything run so smoothly, they assisted us with whatever we needed and helped make our day just simply unforgettable. As I think back on our wedding day, there is absolutely nothing more that they could have done because Brandi and Rachael and the entire Dragonridge Country Club staff were so fantastic. Our friends and family really enjoyed themselves and that was because everyone at Dragonridge was so professional and helpful and accommodating... I just don't have the exact words to describe it. Our wedding was perfect because they helped make it perfect! I promise, I could not have picked a better venue than Dragonridge, and when you book with Dragonridge you will see, just how amazing they really are! Brandi, Rachael, and the entire Dragonridge Country Club staff thank you so much for making our wedding day everything we wanted and more!

We could not have picked a better venue for our wedding. The inside of the ballroom was spacious and beautiful. There is an outside patio area that overlooks the mountains, Vegas strip, and pool. Brandi and Rachael were so helpful throughout our whole planning process, even more so on the day of. They offered great suggestions for all vendors. Food served for cocktail hour and dinner was amazing. The venue was so accommodating to our needs and everything was perfect the day of. Thank you DragonRidge for such a beautiful day!

Our wedding was an absolute dream! The team, notably Brandi, Racheal and Charlie, went above and beyond to make the day perfect. Our family was heavily involved in planning and now the team and vendors feel like family! Everything was seamless and questions were answered at rapid speed (and we had a lot of questions!) The venue is spectacular with gorgeous views. We have had many comments on how wonderful the food was.. and plenty of dancing. We are still over the moon about how incredible of a day we had.

From the moment I set foot at DragonRidge, I knew I had to have my wedding there!! It was everything I was looking for - a beautiful reception space, a lovely cocktail hour patio, and a beautiful location for bridal party pictures/couple portraits. The reception space also has another patio that has bistro lights and provides a breathtaking view of The Strip at night! I booked in December for my October wedding - in August (just 2 months before the wedding!!), I found out that there had been a change in management and the lady I had been working with for months was no longer there!! She had been so great - she responded quickly to all my questions/concerns, provided helpful suggestions, and let me come look at the space multiple times to envision my details coming together. When I found out she was no longer there, I was scared my wedding day wouldn't run as smoothly. Well, I am so glad to be proven wrong! The ladies that replaced her were just as equally professional and helpful! They set up all the decor I had requested in exactly the way I wanted and helped keep the night running smoothly. DragonRidge is a perfect wedding venue, that left all our guests speechless!

We booked our venue a year and a half before our wedding date. They were very flexible and found a way to make it work with our budget. A few months after signing our contract, we had to change our date due to work obligations. DR was so accommodating to us! Although we went through three different coordinators in our 17 month engagement, Beth was by far the best. She worked with us for the last few months right up until the last minute of our reception. She responded quickly to all emails and phone calls. She helped brainstorm ideas, and made sure that we got everything we wanted. When we showed up the day of our wedding, it was far beyond my expectations. Our Seattle Seahawks themed wedding was beautifully perfect. I highly recommend Beth and DragonRidge.

We had our ceremony and reception at DR. Everything was amazing and just perfect! Nikki and her team were amazing throughout the whole process! She was very prompt when responding to my emails and on my wedding day I wasn't worried at all because I knew everything would be taken care of! If anything went wrong I sure didn't know about it! I would highly recommend having a wedding/reception at DR! The venue is so beautiful! The entire reception we were able to look out at the strip view. I got so many compliments on the wedding and the food which was also amazing! I can't think of anything I would have changed!

We will always cherish the memories of our July 2016 wedding at DragonRidge Country Club. It was truly a dream come true and Millie Santos Adams and Nikki Paloma were instrumental in transforming everything we envisioned into a reality.

They were professional, responsive, fun and easy to work with because of their flexibility, patience, expertise and plus, they had many refined and stylish ideas that we incorporated into our big day. The vendors on their list were also excellent. The venue was stunning - the grounds were meticulous and the striking Country Club designed by Jay Morrish and David Druzisky has elements reminiscent of the Fallingwater house by Frank Lloyd Wright. The food and drinks were fabulous, we thoroughly enjoyed Chef Eric Castillo and team's creations. Guests were treated with topnotch service throughout the night, and we had someone designated to us, the bride and groom, who catered to our every need. We felt very special indeed.

From the initial meeting and venue tour, to the tasting, rehearsal, ceremony and reception, DragonRidge’s entire team exceeded our high expectations and we would recommend them to anyone without hesitation!

Like all brides, I've dreamed about this day since I was a little girl and besides finding the perfect dress, your venue is VERY important! After checking out several venues and not being satisfied we thought we ran out of options and had to think of a plan B. My fiancé told me about Dragon Ridge Country Club and it was worth checking it out because it's right across the street from our home. We contacted Millie and made an appointment to see the venue and OMG did we fall in love! The vision we had for our wedding in one word was ELEGANT and Dragon Ridge was it! From the moment you drive through the gate, you see the most beautiful houses and the view from the club house is just amazing! (Even better at night). Another big factor into a wedding is Food. Have you ever left a wedding and went straight to McDonalds because you're starving and the food was not good? Well I have and I didn't want my guest to have that experience. After our wedding everyone kept talking about how amazing our food was and that made me smile. Millie and Nikki were a pleasure to work with. As we got closer to our wedding, I called and emailed several times a week and they got back to me quickly and were very helpful through the whole process! Without them my wedding wouldn't have been a success, thank you guys! If anyone in Las Vegas or if anyone is planning a destination wedding in Las Vegas I HIGHLY recommend checking out Dragon Ridge Country Club, you won't regret it!

Highly recommending DragonRidge Country Club for a wedding! The whole staff is friendly, considerate, accommodating, and helpful. Most of our appreciation goes to Millie and Nikki. Not only are they both professional, but they are personable! They answered all of our questions and accommodated to all of wants/needs from the very beginning of our planning process to the end of our reception. The amount of effort they put into making everything look the way we wanted and for the day to run as smooth as possible with our guests and vendors does not go unnoticed. The country club is beautiful, the food was delicious, and the service was awesome. Everything at DragonRidge Country Club was amazing for our wedding on June 27th, 2015. The service was fantastic and food was incredible. The view is beautiful especially when wanting a venue away from the Las Vegas Strip. The reception room had floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the Las Vegas Strip and views of the beautiful mountains. Our ceremony was on the golf course and set up was perfect!

Millie and Nikki were the best! They were very accommodating with our requests and the easiest to work with. We had 200+ guest and did not have any issues. Everyone knows it it scorching hot in June in Vegas, but they provided golf carts for our guest who had trouble walking to the ceremony site and stocked cold water for everyone. They both advise us to not be stress and enjoy our day. It was definitely not stressful at all and we had an amazing time. Without them, we would be lost in planning our wedding! We love you guys and the staff!

My special day was was made even more special when I decided to have it at Dragonridge Country Club! It was a beautiful, elegant, & memorable night that I will cherish. From the very first meeting with Millie Santos-Adams, we felt like we were in warm and competent hands, and she and Dragon Ridge delivered in every way possible. Through ensuring we were staying on top of the details, to thinking of things we did not (i.e., whether a transportation shuttle would fit through the Dragon Ridge gates), and finally to the actual wedding day and reception, Millie and her team were flawless. The location was beautiful, the support continuous, the food outstanding, and the staff warm and inviting to all. We were able to create the day of our dreams, and everyone who attended shared what a beautiful venue we selected.

I recommend them without reservation, and would select them as a venue again in a heart beat.

Where do I start? The Dragonridge team (shoutouts to Millie & Nikki especially) was incredible throughout the whole process. We have had many guests rave about our wedding and say it is the best one they have ever been to. We had a beautiful ceremony by the pool and reception upstairs. Millie was unbelievably responsive and made everything go smoothly. Every bride/groom worries about all that can go wrong, but at the end of the night we agreed that it went exactly as planned. Phil in security was incredible as well. He took us to the best photo spots and delivered a drink and food when we returned to the reception. It was the best. Would recommend to anyone!

5 star doesn’t even begin to describe Dragonridge and the staff. We had our reception here, but were allowed to get ready for the ceremony before going to the church. The staff constantly checked on us to see if we were okay and if we needed anything.

Millie and Nikki went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day was absolutely perfect. They were so attentive every step of the way. They responded to all our emails timely and met with us whenever we had questions. I never had to follow-up with them for anything because they were always one step ahead of me.

Aside from being treated like royalty, the ballroom was decorated beautifully. The food was excellent and our guests are still talking about it. The view of the city was breathtaking.

If I could do it all over again, I absolutely would! My wedding day was better than I ever could have dreamed of. You will not be disappointed if you choose Dragonridge. Millie and Nikki will make sure your day is executed exactly how you imagine it. As a bride, there is nothing more important than that!

Millie and her team are AMAZING! they made everything right after having a rough start. Once Millie took over, everything was perfect! We did a custom menu for cocktail hour with grilled cheese and tomato soup shots, macaroni and cheese bites, chicken and waffle bites, an mini corn dogs. YUM! For dinner we also did a custom menu, pumpkin soup, winter salad with cranberries, candied pecans and blue cheese with two types of vinaigrette, apple coder glazed pork tenderloin with baked apples, mashed sweet potatoes, and roast vegetables. It was some of the most amazing food I've ever tasted! Besides that the servers were out of this world! I truly felt like a queen on my wedding day. I wish I could do it all over again!!!! All the staff was exceptional at Dragon Ridge, we were worried with new management taking care of our needs; but, they were even better than before. Millie was VERY patient with us, and she met with us any time we needed. E-mails were always responded to in a timely and professional manner. During the many meetings we went in to discuss plans in person, the club treated us with respect, and were very gracious to us. Millie was very helpful, especially when we constantly made changes at the last minute, 2 weeks after our final head count (175) was supposed to do. She never got annoyed, and ALWAYS willing to work with us, to make sure all of our needs were met. There were times we did not really NEED to meet, but Millie always insisted that if we feel stress or concern, that she would always make an appointment with us.

The club also recommended all of our vendors, because we wanted vendors that were familiar with our venue. This made the planning process so much smoother. Millie knew exactly who our vendors were, and she organized all the set up and take down with them. All we had to do was the fun stuff (pick lighting, linens, flowers, etc.). Her crew at Dragon Ridge only needed the names of our vendors, and they took care of the rest.

During the day of our wedding, Dragon Ridge took care of everything. This let us focus on our wedding, and nothing else. I did not have to worry about flowers being set up, lighting not working, DJ coming late, etc. I had heard so many horror stories, that I was very happy Dragon Ridge made the process very pain free. DragonRidge is by FAR the most beautiful venue in Las Vegas. The #1 reason we picked DragonRidge for our wedding is because we had a lot of out of state and out of country guests...and what an incredible view of the valley from the balconies at the reception! We wanted our friends and family to see the 'other side' of Las Vegas and just how beautiful this town can be!

Every aspect of our planning was incredible and made very easy by the fantastic staff...especially Carrie! She made the entire day run like a well-oiled machine and we had so many people comment about how amazing she was!

The golf course made for an incredible backdrop for photos. My husband played golf the day before the wedding and scoped out a few spots that hadn't been used before and we were ecstatic with how all the photos came out!

The reception ballroom cannot be beat. The dance floor is gorgeous and the view from the outdoor balcony is top-notch. The cake included, made by Tiers of Joy, was everything we hoped for and it was made exactly to our specifications!

DragonRidge is worth EVERY penny and should definitely be considered by every bride and groom looking for a beautiful, classy venue!

We live locally and when we started to look for venues we knew DragonRidge was the one by the professionalism we saw as well as the beautiful location of the property. Carrie and Nicole guided us through every detail and everything ended up being perfect on our wedding day. I highly recommend hiring Nicole to be your day-of coordinator as this ensures things will flow smoothly and be kept on schedule. I have read some of the reviews that stated this venue was a little pricey, however I can tell you that you get what you pay for. If you desire true elegance on your special day, then this is the place for you. Again, I can't emphasize the view enough either! We had an evening wedding and the view really enhances the ambiance.

I can't say enough amazing things about the team at Dragon Ridge! Planning a wedding is tough- and they made it a breeze. Carrie Key is fabulous, professional, genuine and super friendly! She has this whole wedding thing down to an art and will give you the most amazing day of your life. The venue is beautiful, the staff is great, and they also hold small bridal expos that help you pick out their favorite vendors who won't let you down! I relive my day over and over in my head- and while it always seems to go too fast, Carrie and the folks at Dragon Ridge made it beautiful, memorable and fantastic.

We were so fortunate to discover the BEST VENUE in Las Vegas to tie the knot at. The DragonRidge Country Club is located in a private, gated, golf course and its beautifiul location sets the most romantic atmosphere to get married at. We had both our wedding ceremony and reception held here and we especially enjoyed the fact that the venue was exclusively ours for the night and there was no other functions going on at the same time as you would have at a casino or other restuarant venues. More importantly, we have chosen the venue because when we decided to have a wedding, we knew NOTHING about weddings. We were nervous and lost when we first came to DragonRdige and knew we could use all the help we could find and it happened to be that DragonRidge was the first venue we visited....When we met the Wedding Director, Carrie Key, we were impressed with her professionalism, knowledge, and passion in helping us, but still were relunctant in booking the very first place we visited. So, we did our due diligence and continued to "shop around" for other venues, only to discover that other places had nothing to offer us compared to DragonRidge, in terms of a nice venue or the customer service that we were looking for. Carrie Key went above and beyond what we could have imagined with her step by step guidance from the beginning stage to the very day of our Wedding... the staff there were also very friendly and professional. We cannot be happier to have gotten married at DragonRidge and I plan to have a 5 year anniversary here again! LOL WE LOVE DRAGONRIDGE and so did all of our family and friends. We had the most amazing wedding here and would do it all over again if we could!!! Carrie Key the wedding coordinator at DRCC was amazing. She rolls with the punches and makes the wedding day go so smooth that you can actually enjoy yourself. The Ballroom looked beautiful for my ceremony and my reception. The Venue was perfect. The food was so good and the cake decorator that is included in their packages did an absoultly outstanding job on my cake. I even did a candy bar last minute and she provided us with all the jars and bowls to display them in. I'm so happy I went with DRCC is was perfect!

The service provided was phenomenal. We only used the reception venue & it was beautiful. Communication was kept constant & updated on everything going on. I've done a lot of wedding research on venues and nothing tops Dragon Ridge and the amazing wedding coordinator who makes everything happen Carrie. Carrie knows her stuff, but don't take my word for it. I recommend scheduling an appointment with her, and if you can, try to make the Champagne Brunch that she hosts to get a feel of what Dragon Ridge can do on your wedding day.

Dragon Ridge is on the pricer side, but you get what you pay for. You only live once, so why not invest in the perfect wedding day that you will never forget. Once we attended the Champagne brunch of a sample wedding, we couldn't look anywhere else.

The dance floor, the evening views, and the cocktail hour before the ceremony begins are beyond words. The food is also excellent. I do recommend hiring the recommended vendors from whatever location you decide to book your wedding. Bad vendors can turn your wedding into a nightmare, or add unnecessary stress. Please take my word for it. I speak from experience.

I first had the pleasure of meeting Carrie Key and touring the beautiful DRCC property in September of 2009. This was the first venue I had seen, and after visiting two other comparable venues in rural Las Vegas, I knew I needed to look no further. There are so many reasons why I fell in love with Dragon Ridge, (the amazing view, the gorgeous ball room with the most intricate of details, the beautiful golf course ceremony site) but we ultimately chose this location because of Carrie. From day one, Carrie left no stone unturned. Living in NYC, and planning a wedding from across the country, I knew I could relax and leave the finest of details to her attention. We also relied on her similarly fabulous vendor list, which was nothing short of spectacular. Our wedding day was simply beautiful. Carrie more than fulfilled our expectations from attending to our drinks at the head table to choreographing spectacular surprises for our guests and my groom. Her masterfully created timeline (detailing every minute of the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception) was executed beautifully. I can confidently say, if you choose this venue, you will not be disappointed, as our smallest of requests were catered to with pleasure. Thank you Carrie and DRCC for our dream wedding!!

DragonRidge Country Club was the most amazing place we could have chosen to get married in Vegas. It was absolutely gorgeous! The venue made it feel like you weren't in Vegas, but the view reminded you of how beautiful the strip looks from a distance! Carrie Key was absolutely amazing! She was on top of everything and made sure everything ran as smooth as possible. We were a little late getting started because of a few misshaps, but she was right there making sure I was okay and my husband was okay. If we were going to get married all over again, I would choose DragonRidge and Carrie Key all over again. It was AMAZING!!

Dragonridge Country Club was one of the prettiest venues you could dream of to have your wedding reception! It was a bit pricey (like any other country clubs), but you really get what you pay for! It was all worth it. Service was great from the receptionist, Carrie Key, & the rest of the staff. View was excellent, the ballroom looked very intimate especially with the unique dance floor & the food was great. We have received so many complements how good the food was, which is normally not the first thing to expect when you attend weddings. There was a minor miscommunication error from the bar staff, but other than that, everything was perfect. I would definitely recommend Dragonridge to any couples that want to make their special day memorable. Carrie made everything flow smoothly & took off so much stress from me. Thanks again Carrie!! We had a wonderful time!!

I can't say enough great things about DragonRidge! I first met with the fabulous Carrie Key three weeks before my wedding day. And, to my surprise she had my date available! Though we had to plan the wedding in a crunch there was no detail forgotten. Carrie took the time to help me plan the wedding of my dreams. Everything was perfect from the linens to the menus to the signature cocktails. The food was tasty, too! Carrie even referred me to the most wonderful vendors in the business. On the BIG day, my bridal party and I were treated like royalty. It didn't matter what any of us had forgotten, whether it be eyelash glue or lipgloss, Carrie and the equally fabulous Miya, had it or got it! The venue was breathtaking and lit to perfection. Carrie even had a few surprises in store for us! We had decided to extend our reception because we were having such a great time and Carrie and her staff were more than accommodating. The venue provided a picture perfect backdrop, literally! Our photographs and cinematic video captured the beauty and ambience of the evening. Carrie Key, Miya Williams and the rest of the DragonRidge team are simply the best at what they do! All you have to do is choose DragonRidge and they'll do the rest. My friends and family couldn't believe how calm I was during the planning process. I told them it was because my amazing wedding coordinator, Carrie, took care of all the details so that I didn't have to! I truly feel that what can take some couples a year or more to plan, we accomplished in three weeks!!!

Dragon Ridge Country Club was the ideal place to our wedding. I went and viewed 5 other vendors in the Henderson/Las Vegas area and hands down Dragon Ridge offered the best venue, most exceptional service and really made my feel like a bride from day 1. We had our ceremony on the driving range and it was beyond beautiful. Our ceremony was in the grand ballroom which was breathtaking and still has our guest talking about it. It was the only vendor that had a gorgeous hard wood dance floor built in to center of the floor. It had so many unique features that really drew me in! All our tables were square and were 8 top, our guest had a menu to choose from that very night, which were steak and salmon and both to die for. Both cooked and presented beautifully! The view of the Las Vegas strip was one of the best views of the city in Henderson! Carrie key was our coordinator and I can honestly say our wedding would not be the wedding it was without her. She is one of the nicest and sweetest ladies you will ever meet and truly made me feel like a bride the entire planning process. She was on top of every single thing and I did not have to worry about a single thing. She works with all amazing vendors and helped steered me in the best direction through the entire planning. She really became family and I can't imagine using anyone else but her! I fully recommend using the Dragon Ridge Country Club and Carrie Keys services for your wedding!

I knew I wanted my wedding at Dragon Ridge from the moment I stepped into the Grand Ballroom. Carrie was wonderful in answering all my questions and putting up with my million visits and phone calls! She made the whole process easy and I knew I would have nothing to worry about on my wedding day! I only wish the day hadn't gone by so fast so I could have enjoyed all the ammenitites even more!

My wife and I had our wedding reception at DragonRidge Country Club on November 2, 2012. Carrie Key and the remainder of the staff did a wonderful job. Every detail was covered and all of our guests had a wonderful time.

My fiance and I checked out several possible wedding venues and he very quickly decided Dragon Ridge was his favorite and I agreed, both due to our great impression of Carrie the events coordinator and also the absolutely gorgeous location.

Carrie walked us through the process step by step and was a huge help in putting together the entire event. It was structured but she was flexible with my concerns and able to change little details as needed. When we were clueless she had good suggestions and also sent us a list of her preferred vendors to give us an idea where to start. I thought the value of the wedding package was great too. This was one of the less expensive venues we checked out for all that was included and in my opinion was of better quality too. Don't get me wrong, it is possible to spend a bundle in this place if you want to have a huge party but we did save by booking on a Thursday night and having only 50-some guests. We also opted out of some of the finer details such as colored uplights in the ballroom or a customized light projector, but it mattered not to us as the ballroom still looked absolutely BEAUTIFUL with the table decor, food setup, my flowers and the colored lights in the corner trees. I had so many guests compliment the beauty of the venue, the wedding location, the ballroom, the VIEW!

My only complaint if I were to have one is that the golf course grounds were closed for a few months for reseeding and this took place during my wedding month. I didn't know about this until after we were booked and mostly paid, so I wasn't pleased about that. However there are a TON of beautiful picturesque locations in McDonald Ranch and we were able to get many amazing pictures despite the golf course grounds closure. Just make sure if you want a specific shot, such as at the pond/lake area, you know it will be available during that time of year.

Carrie and her staff bent over backwards to please us. She is very detailed and a true professional.

The chef did an amazing job and the food was delicious.

The list of vendors provided was excellent and were extremely happy with the ones we choose.

DragonRidge Country Club is an awesome venue. You absolutely cannot go wrong with this place. It is in a very nice neighborhood and the views are amazing. The best part about this place was that I really did not need to add a lot of decorations because the place was already beautiful. The only thing I added to make the place a tad nicer was up-lighting which my DJ (Kevin from DJ's to You) provided. With this place, I would definitely get a good photographer like DIGS Studio to make sure they capture the great shots that your surrounded with. I got numerous compliments from my guests about how great of a venue this was. In addition to, the food was delicious. Everybody loved the steak and stated to me that it's unlike other weddings where they hardly get full.

Working with Carrie and Miya was a blast. They were very knowledgeable about weddings and knew exactly how to run them. I did have to pay extra for an event coordinator though (which I thought was worth it). It just gave me 1 less thing to worry about. For example, we rented square plates from Action Party Rental. There was a mistake and circle plates were delivered instead. Carrie and Miya made sure Action Party came back to fix the issue before the wedding.

Two small issues about DragonRidge that I thought was somewhat not flexible were some of their club rules.

First issue: We agreed before hand with DragonRidge that they allowed us to do our Chinese Tea Ceremony there before the wedding. The place in itself was awesome, but we were not allowed to bring outside food. The tea ceremony started 2 1/2 hours before the wedding and we knew guests needed some snacks before the wedding being that it was going to be such a long day. We felt we were spending a lot of money at DragonRidge as is, and because we were not allowed to bring outside food, we had to spend an extra $5 per person on brushetta. We had about 50 people for the Tea Ceremony. We did understand about the club rules but we were hoping since we were already spending so much money on the venue that they can be flexible with us bringing small snacks for the tea ceremony to try and cut the cost of our budget.

Second issue: DragonRidge does allow you to bring your own vendor so we were trying to cut cost of certain items such as chiavari chairs. We rented through Action Party Rental which we got an awesome deal from, but because there was a wedding at this place the next day and we did not rent it through DragonRidge's vendors, we had to pay extra to get it out that night. DragonRidge was unable to store it for us until monday because of another wedding. I guess the circumstances were unusual but we felt there had to had some space to store it until monday.

Other than that, I highly recommend DragonRidge and the people that work for it. Our wedding was awesome and if we had a chance to redo everything, I would not change any of it.

We couldn't have picked a better venue. Not only is the venue beautiful, Carrie, the wedding planner, couldn't make wedding planning any easier.

Carrie Key and DragonRidge Country CLub made my wedding experience seemless and wonderful. I could not have asked for a better wedding day! The planning experience was great and Carrie was so wonderful to work with. I would reccommend her to anyone!

An unforgettable wedding experience

DragonRidge Country Club was everything we could have dreamed of for our wedding. The views were breathtaking, the atmosphere was elegant, and every part of the day felt effortless and beautifully coordinated.

Working with Jennifer Mary Events and DragonRidge was such a perfect match. Courtney was absolutely incredible throughout the entire process. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made everything come together seamlessly, and we felt completely at ease knowing we were in the best hands.

Every single guest told us it was the most beautiful and best wedding they have ever been to. We could not agree more. The venue, the service, and the care from the entire team exceeded every expectation.

We are endlessly grateful to Courtney and everyone at DragonRidge for helping us create the most special day of our lives.

Dragon Ridge is amazing. They made us feel like King and Queen for our wedding day. Everything went smooth and Coordinator Carrie Key made our guests and family relaxed. I would love to get married at Dragon Ridge every year (to the same man of course :)

Brandi and Rachel were awesome to work with! Unfortunately we had some hiccups along the way, but they did their best to accommodate us and make sure we were happy! The venue is great and the food was delicious!

They do so many beautiful weddings here that you really don't need to worry about details - the staff has thought of it all. Many customizations and upgrades are available so you can keep it as simple or luxurious as you want.

DragonRidge Country Club was the 1st venue we visited and was by the far the most beautiful venue. Their pool area was great for our ceremony and their ballroom has the most amazing view of the strip and it has a great dance floor. There are great beautiful back drops on their golf course for wedding photos. We love our wedding photos. Carrie Key also referred us to amazing vendors who all turned out great. Hearing our guests say that it was the best food they have had a wedding was a big plus. There were some hickups but overall everything was good.

Our guest made a comment that the waiters were not attentive to the guests needs like refilling of waters. They said it took them awhile before they went around table to refill water. Also, they said that the food was taken out right away.

Dragon Ridge was a beautiful place to have my reception. The room looked beautiful, view was spectacular, and organization of the day was fantastic.

The smartest thing we did was hiring Carrie as our event coordinator for the day, our event wouldn't have run nearly as well without her by our side. She was on top of EVERYTHING. From calming down my in-laws to driving the golf cart, to showing us the ballroom. (I wished I had her escort us around to the tables, cause that enevr happened with all the busyiness).

The only critiques I had were that sometimes it was hard to get ahold of her. (She was so busy, that I often didn't get a reply to my emails for a while) and that she gave elaborate directions of things to do on the wedding day. (For example, during our first look she said "you'll turn out the door, go down the stairs, pausing on the second step, hold your dress... etc.) I was so nervous, maybe that was somehting she could have run through the day before so that we weren't looking like lost little kids?

Overall, the wedding was amazing and I can't say enough great things. I know that our guests were impressed and so was I. :) Thanks DR!

DragonRidge is a beautiful venue. Of the day of the wedding, the staff was very attentative and organized. The place was very clean. One of the issues we had was the multiple changes of wedding organizers for DragonRidge. Through out the process of planning our wedding (13 months) we had 3 changes on us. It was difficult because we had to continuously remind every new wedding organizer what was previously discussed with the former wedding organizer, etc. Other than that, the staff was willing to accommodate the days we needed to meet for food tasting, venue viewing, and any changes to our itinerary. They followed the seating chart precisely and the location of tables, DIY, and cake. Overall it was a good experience.

I used Dragon Ridge Country Club for our wedding. It was a beautiful wedding but now looking back it was WAY over priced. Carrie the wedding cooridator was really great and nice. Just overpriced is all. I could have done the wedding for half the price somewhere else for just as nice :)

We had our daughter's wedding reception at DragonRidge on July 30th. We chose DragonRidge after meeting with Carrie Key. Carrie is a true professional who convinced us that everything about the reception would be first class. The venue and the setup for 150 guests was spectacular. Unfortunately the food service was extremely slow, the reception began at 7:30 and there were still tables at 11 pm waiting to be served the main course. In addition I am now hearing from guests that they were served bad lobster. We had an open bar and they ran out of certain beer brands throughout the night. We paid an additional sum for champagne service throughout dinner which was not occurring. I went and located Carrie to inquire about this and she informed me that what we had paid for was for there to be champagne available at the bar. I don't understand how anyone would know this since the champagne was being stored behind the bar counter and unless you knew this you would not know that champagne was one of the available options. When I questioned Carrie about the delay in food service, she blamed it on our guests changing their food order. This was total BS. It was evident that they did not staff appropriately for this wedding. In summary, the most important day of our lives for us and our families and the 1 1/2 years of planning to have it ruined by poor service and bad food was very disappointing.
