My husband and I are so grateful we had dp studio as our photographers and videographer. Ting, Leo, Jan and Kaya were the best team and worked so well together. The photos and videos they took were incredible. They captured us and our love for each other so beautifully. I loved the candid photos they took during the ceremony and reception too. My hubby and I are thrilled with the wedding photos that dp studio (Ting Yi) and her team captured for our big day! From our first meeting to the final delivery of our photos, the entire experience was seamless and professional. Ting Yi & her team were not only incredibly talented but also made us feel so at ease, especially during the chaos we experienced 2 weeks prior to our wedding day. In summary, our original venue shut down 2 weeks before our wedding day, leaving us scrambling to find another venue in time. With the help of family and friends, we were able to find an even more beautiful venue to host our special day. Ting Yi accommodated the changes without hesitation. Truly the best!
I couldn't be happier with my experience with Ting and her team. She was always excited to talk about our wedding and the photo ideas I had. Crystal Springs Wedding 11.29.24
My husband and I can’t say enough AMAZING things about DP Studio Ting Yi and Leo who we had as photographers on our wedding day on 11/29/24 at Crystal Springs Grand Cascades Lodge. Ting Yi & Leo not only took the most gorgeous pictures of us but they truly helped with the gathering of our family in the hotel we were staying at and they kept us calm and to our schedule. Ting Yi and Leo made my dream come true of taking pictures at this bridge in Crystal Springs. It ended up being a cold November day and they were prepared with hand warmers and umbrellas when it started to rain and snow!! Not only did we get unbelievably beautiful photos but they made sure we were as comfortable as could be in this weather. Ting Yi felt more like a best friend to me and we just absolutely loved spending time with her on our day. Also, during the reception, I couldn’t believe how many awesome pictures she captured because it didn’t feel like she was in our way at all!! I barely noticed her yet she managed to capture hundreds and hundreds of wonderful pictures with my very favorite family and friends! Lastly, I have to mention how shocked we were to receive 90 preview photos 2 days after our wedding! It was so amazing to be able to see our pictures so quickly. We then received about 1000 perfect pictures within just 2 weeks! I wish I could have DP Studio & Ting Yi at every single one of my events. I’m still in awe at how flawless our pictures are yet how realistic they still look. When looking for wedding vendors, we noticed that while many photographers have beautiful pictures and work, sometimes editing can make pictures seem a bit too unrealistic looking & more like cartoons. NOT TING YI! Every single picture somehow has perfect lighting and flawless coloring while maintaining the realness of every moment. Choosing Dp Studio Ting Yi was the best choice we made and my husband and I would choose them over and over again!!! THEY ARE THE BEST! We love you Ting Yi and so does our family & friends!!

Dream Wedding Photos!!!
From our very first phone conversion, Ting Yi and her team were an absolute joy to work with! Our first experience with Ting was our engagement shoot. My husband and I are not very comfortable in front of a camera and she made us feel at ease from the moment we met her! We had so much fun and knew that we had made the right decision booking DP Studios as our wedding photographer. Leading up to our wedding day, Ting kept communication open and we were able to text/call her with any questions we had. On our big day Ting and her team were so wonderful to work with! They made the bridal party photo session so easy and fun. She truly captured endless beautiful candid moments of our family and friends throughout the whole day.

The 100 star wedding photo and video team
Ting Yi and her team were incredible to work with! Ricky was our lead photographer, and Egor was the lead videographer; they kept the day moving to ensure we captured all of our important shots on the wedding schedule. Our parents were really happy that we took all the family formals they had expected.
Ting Yi sent about 60 sneak peek gorgeous pictures just 3 days after the wedding. My wife and I received the most beautiful wedding couple photos, capturing the best first look and the moment when the groom looked at the bride walking down the aisle (my wife's favorite pictures), and I was tearing up.
About 5 weeks later, we received the wedding gallery with nearly 1000 amazing photos. Besides the elegant formals, we also got a lot of candid, fun, and very touching photos that made my wife super happy. She posted over 200 of our wedding photos on her Instagram and called our families and friends to talk about how much she loves the pictures and the memories from our big day.
If there was an option to add more stars for giving the review, I'd give Ting Yi Studio 100 stars instead of 5!

Tingyi and her team really helped us make our dream wedding come true! Everything from the initial meeting to discuss our vision to executing all of our ideas on the big day went smoothly - Tingyi really listened to us and made things as easy for us as possible. As an organized bride myself, I greatly appreciated the long instructions that Tingyi sent out regarding the outline of the wedding day as well as the requested list of music for our videos. Not only did the photos come back to us super fast (we got 90 highlight photos after only 3 days, and the full album after 2 weeks!) the team also produced a beautiful reel for us in a very timely fashion that helped us relive the day constantly. Booking dp Studio Ting Yi Photo & Cinema was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding; I can't say enough great things about them! My best friend used them for her wedding, and when I saw their photographers and videographers, they were very kind and professional. The photos and videos from her wedding came out beautifully. At first It wasn’t easy to pick a vendor because I wanted to find company who did both- photo & video- I wanted them to be in sync with each other & also company who does proper lighting & not over expose. A lot of photographers over expose the pictures - they make them bright so they appear appealing but they are overexposed and fade out the natural colors. I am very fair skin & my husband is tan. It’s not easy to photograph the two complexions. Ting & DP Studio are the absolute BEST!!! My wedding photos are AMAZING. Seriously, magazine worthy gorgeous. Anyone who sees a photos says they are STUNNING!! I got married at Hudson House in October & 3 days later I received my sneak peeks that will make your jaw drop. You need to hire ting yi!
I’m going to leave an extremely honest review here. Half of what makes a good photographer is having the skillset to capture a moment, which I feel most professional photography teams can do, but the thing that sets Ting Yi apart is her ability to be a director. We found her portfolio online, and loved her editing style, so we set up a FaceTime. In our first call, she worked to understand our personalities and goals for the final product. It was immediately clear to us that we wanted her for our wedding. From then on, she demonstrated great communication which made the whole planning process simple, straight forward, and easy to execute for my wife and I.
The moment she arrived on site with her team, they got to work and made us feel safe on our wedding day. Personally, I feel that taking photos can feel awkward under pressure, but Ting Yi completely relieved that pressure and made sure we got the perfect shots. During the bride-groom sessions she always created a comfortable, fun, natural environment. During group photos she made sure to keep everyone in check, which we told her was important for us considering we have a big family with certain people that don’t play nice.
For the videos, we loved the 1min trailer, 5min highlight, and documentary video. They brought a drone which got super cool shots, they had us mic’d up for important moments, and edited the final products to tell a beautiful story that lets us remember some of our favorite moments forever. If I ever have friends/family that get married in the area I would always recommend Ting Yi for the job. Book Ting Yi now and have one less thing to stress about, it’s the right decision, I promise.

The best team!
Without a doubt, Ting was the best vendors we had for our wedding. She did both our engagement photos and wedding photos. They all turned out fantastic. You only need to take a look at her online portfolio to realize her photos are different. We fell in love with her artistic style which is light and bright and candid. This is just what we wanting for our wedding, not overly formal and stuffy. She captured the moments live. She made us feel comfortable throughout the day, and was very prompt in the process of returning the pictures. She was extremely prepared the day of, was very familiar with the venue and had many photo spots picked out. She even had a rain plan. To top it all off, we had a small crisis on the day of where the bus for the groomsmen broke down, and they were quick to whisk off several of the groomsmen in their private van to get them to the venue on time. The DP studio team is amazing all around, you will not regret choosing them to capture the most important day of your life!

Great Studio to Partner with for a Wedding!!
We loved working with Ting Yi and her team! They were so fun and helpful, but also very professional, and just really responsive throughout the process. I first reached out to Ting Yi in late 2019, because my husband and I were going to be married in 2020. Obviously, that got delayed with covid, and she was so lovely and flexible with us throughout getting our new date. We wound up with a very chilly day, but the photos look like it was balmy and beautiful. She really captured the moment for us and listened to what we said we wanted. The videographer was also great and did such an awesome job filming at our reception, especially - my husband is a musician and performed, and so it was just amazing to have that captured so well on film for us to remember. I definitely recommend working with DP Studio and Ting Yi, and will again if an occasion arises!

Choosing the right photographer/videographer is a hard decision while wedding planning... Ting & her team did not disappoint! My husband and I hired them for our July 9, 2021 wedding at Park Chateau. We were beyond happy with how all our photos and wedding video came out. They are not only professional, but they went well above and beyond to capture every special moment from our big day. DP Studio delivered our photos in record time and gave us memories to look back on for a lifetime! We were so happy with how they captured our special day, that we have recommended them to our friends and family for their weddings this coming year and are excited to see them again as a guest at the weddings!

In LOVE with our photos and the DP Studio team!
We are SO happy that we chose to work with DP Studios for our wedding day! We got married June 2022 at Crystal Springs Resort – Grand Cascades. Ting Yi and her team are a well-oiled machine from start to finish! They do not let one detail go unseen, they are prepared, professional, efficient, and so fun to be around. Not only did they make our day the best experience, the quality of their work is absolutely amazing. They made sure we got every shot we wanted and we are IN LOVE with our photos. I had very high expectations, wanting my photos to be perfect and the day to be seamless without feeling rushed and I was not disappointed one bit. I highly recommend them to any future bride/groom!

Most beautiful photos!
My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Ting Yi and her team at our wedding this past June and cannot say enough great things about them! From start to finish they were organized and easy to contact. The planning prior to the wedding was easy and stress free! Leo and Tony were our photographers on our wedding day and they were amazing! Both were extremely friendly, quick thinking, and made us feel very calm! Leo’s instructions while taking pictures made us feel at ease and super entertained! He was funny and kind and most importantly took the most amazing photos! We can’t stop looking at them and have had so many compliments on our photos! Perfection!
After seeing her amazing work at my older sister’s wedding, I always knew that I would want Ting Yi and her team at DP Studio to photograph my own wedding. After booking our venue, my immediate next step was to make sure Ting Yi was available for our date, and thankfully she was! Ting Yi was super easy to work with, and made the planning process stress free. She offered many great ideas based on her years of experience, and made me and my new husband feel at ease, knowing we were in good hands. The planned schedule ran smoothly, and Ting Yi and her team were very prompt, professional and hard working throughout the entire day. She made sure to capture all of the photos we had requested, plus many, many more. When we received the “sneak peak” photos, we were amazed, and could not wait to see the rest. I cannot even put into words how beautiful the photos came out. Ting Yi did an absolutely unbelievable job of capturing the best moments of our special day. Last week, we received our wedding highlight video and it immediately brought me to tears. DP Studio did a remarkable job of highlighting our perfect day; the video is pure magic! We have watched it about 30 times already, and have been receiving nonstop compliments. I knew that DP Studio would do a fabulous job when we booked with them, but everything turned out even better than I could have possibly imagined. Best Wedding Photographer
This review is LONG overdue but Ting Yi and her team work absolute magic. Like many, I was a pandemic bride who had to move her wedding. Ting Yi was so kind and flexible throughout an otherwise very stressful process and for that my husband and I are forever grateful. Even though she hadn’t shot at our venue before, you would never know it from how she took charge that day and how the photos came out. The results are stunning, and my husband love reliving the best day of our lives with the photos she took. Thank you to Ting Yi and the team.

Just absolutely phenomenal and amazing!
There are not enough good things I can say about TingYi and her team! They are the whole package and more - professional, extremely good and passionate about what they do, and they really truly care about the couple! My husband and I live in a different state and had to plan a wedding in NY. TingYi was super easy to work with from the beginning, where we can just FaceTime or email her for anything that we need. She has an amazing personality where she really wants to get the know the couple as people and hear our story, beyond the business aspect of being just a photographer.
During the reception, there was a point where I, as the bride, felt bad since I was looking for the photographers to take more pictures, not realizing that they were on their entitled break. However, TingYi and her team did not complain at all and went right back to work. It was in that moment that I know that this team truly cares about the couple and really wants to capture the best moments on the special wedding day. I know that this team is not only professional in the sense that they are good at their job but they are also so passionate about it as well. I am so grateful to have found such a wonderful team like Dp Studio for my wedding.
My husband and I actually used Dp Studio for both photography and videography. We thought their "fairy-tale" style in their photos just added on to the magic of the best day of our lives that we can cherish forever. We would recommend this studio to anyone in a heartbeat! Best Photographer in the Industry
I have nothing but amazing things to say about Ting Yi and her team. After meeting with a few photographers, I still wasn't 100% sold on anyone until I had received a few rave reviews from some friends who had gone with Dp Studio. I was definitely intrigued and set up a meeting. After reviewing all of their work and packages I knew her team was the one. We ultimately worked with Ting Yi, Chace and videographer Jan and they were all extremely pleasant, easy to work with and professional. Another really important point to note is how easy they were to communicate and fast to respond with any questions you may have had. After receiving my photos and video I simply cannot express how perfectly they captured my favorite day. Their bright and airy photo style is exactly how I envisioned my photos and there are no words to express how thankful and grateful I am to have worked with a dream photography team!

Love dp Studio!!!
We had the pleasure of working with Leo and Chase for photo and Jan for video at our wedding in September. They were on time, professional, and a great to work with. They helped move us along to get everything in, while keeping the vibe positive and calm. Leo had my list of shots that I wanted and he kept checking it to make sure we did everything I indicated was important to me. My bridal party and family loved working with them as well. We were blown away by how beautiful the pictures and videos are. Although Ting Yi didn’t work my wedding, she was awesome to work with as well. All coordination leading up to, and after the wedding, was directly with her and she is so great!! Can’t say enough good things about dp Studio +team!! Thank you for our beautiful memories!!!!

Dp studio is absolutely amazing and I definitely recommend! Last year, my husband and I rescheduled our reception but last minute decided to just get married in our backyard. We didn’t know if Ting Yi would be able to accommodate us but she was so supportive and we were lucky enough to have Leo capture our intimate ceremony. His work was stunning and we will cherish those pictures forever. And not to mention, Leo was so much fun to work with!!
Fast forward a year later and we also worked with Ting Yi and her crew for our rescheduled reception. We just got our pictures back and we are blown away. Their attention to detail and light and airy style was absolutely everything I was looking for. Working with them was also so much fun!! They made me feel so relaxed because I knew we were in good hands. They knew all of the great spots to take us at Crystal Springs (places I didn’t even know about) and they were completely on schedule through and through. They were easy to work with leading up to the wedding and were super responsive to all of my questions before the big day.
If you are looking for a photographer, I highly highly recommend dp studio!!

Best Wedding Photos & Video we could have ever dreamed of!
Tingyi and her crew were amazing! We chose them originally because we loved the way they edit their photos and ours turned out just as beautiful what I had seen. They captured every moment of the day, directed us on what to do and how to pose which was great because we needed that direction! We also chose the video package and are SO glad we did. The highlight reel and full footage video captured every moment and turned out so beautiful. They edited the video so well, we did not need to request anything be changed. If we had to go back and make our decision on photographer again, we would choose DP studios every single time. Thank you so much!!!

Ting's photography is absolutely amazing! My husband and I got married at the Ballyowen Golf Club at Crystal Spring Resort this past August and our wedding pictures are so perfect... we cannot wait to see how our video came out but Ting Yi, Jennifer & Tony were more than easy to work with and had a great sense of humor during the entire day. Great vendor all around!
My husband and I actually tied the knot back in 2017, but only recently did we manage to finally finalize our wedding alum selections (#quarantineproductivity). Not only was the DP Studio team super responsive, even to a client from 4 years ago, but the album was delivered super fast and it's stunning! We even ordered a parent album in addition because my MIL was so pleased with the quality. Can't recommend DP Studio enough!

Amazing job for our wedding
Ting Yi and her team were amazing. Her team worked efficiently and smoothly. Leo was awesome at helping bridal party how to pose for amazing shots. We used them for engagement pics as well, and videography for the wedding. The pictures have been beautiful. Jan and Luis also did an AMAZING job with the videos. The more beautiful photos/video and personal approach the whole way through!
I'm overwhelmed by the stunning quality of my wedding photos and video, and moreover by the phenomenal experience it was to work with Ting Yi. From the start her approach is personal and thorough. She talks through everything and was available by text and email to answer all my questions --her communication and guidance is unmatched. Ting Yi even guided me on changing our timeline that made for such a calm, relaxing day and let us capture the most beautiful shots. And, on my big day she was an absolute delight, truly appreciates being part of your special celebration, and just flutters around to capture every detail. I absolutely loved that she gave direction during each shot - the quality of our experience and artistry of her documentation is beyond anything we could have imagined. Ting Yi and her team (Leo!) are an absolute dream to work with. My husband and I worked with Ting Yi for our engagement shoot in Central Park last spring, and Ting Yi made us feel so comfortable and we had such a fun day together. Not only that, but when we got our pictures back we were so pleased and loved her work. From that day, we knew we made a great decision working with her for our wedding.
Fast forward one year later, my husband and I had to alter our wedding plans due to the pandemic and we downsized our 200 person wedding to an 8 person elopement ceremony in our backyard. As anyone could imagine, this was stressful to say the least, but Ting Yi was beyond accommodating, helpful, and supportive. She set us up to work with Leo, who we cannot say enough great things about. We were set on having the ceremony outside for safety reasons, but when the weather forecast didn't look very promising, we had to change our ceremony time about 3 times leading up to the day. Leo was so flexible and reassured us that he would be there when we were ready. He arrived right on time and captured beautiful pictures that we will cherish for the rest of our lives!
We postponed our "big wedding" for next June, and we are so excited to work with Ting Yi again. We highly recommend dp studios!

Ting Yi and her team are absolutely amazing. They are 100% the best at what they do. We booked our wedding with only 3 months notice. We knew we wanted a romantic and rustic theme with photos and video to match and they completely exceeded our expectations. Our photos and video are more perfect than we could have ever imagined. They look like they belong in a magazine. I wish we could get married every year just to have Ting Yi take more photos of us and our family. You will not be disappointed, I promise!

Absolute Best Photographer Ever!
By profession, I am a wedding coordinator, and have known/worked Ting for about 4 years. I've always admired her work, and chose her as my photographer because she is one of my favorites, and if not (in my opinion) the best photographer I have worked with. Trust me, I have seen a lot!
From the start, she would touch base to see how my planning was going, and would send me inspirational photos to help with my decor plans.
We did an engagement shoot together first. I was very impressed by her professionalism, plus she made it fun. towards the end, she had us stepping out of our comfort zone, which allowed her to capture some really great and exciting photos- It was a winter themed shoot, which ended in a snowball fight (her idea) !!
The wedding day photos are beyond gorgeous. Her team listened to what we wanted, and captured our wedding day perfectly, including all the big moments. I definitely challenged her with timing allowed for photos- We did not do a first look, and did not allocate a lot time for photos, because we wanted to present with our guests. During the reception we did not even notice they were there! I was given 600 photos, and do not know how I will choose the ones for my album, because they are all so good!!

Ting Yi and her team are a dream with work with. Their pictures are amazingly beautiful and they make you feel so comfortable throughout your entire event.
We hired Ting Yi to take our engagement and wedding photos. From the start, she was so sweet and we connected instantly! I had viewed her portfolio and knew I loved the ethereal quality of her photos. We talked about my vision and she got to know me and my husband. She really loves photography and especially capturing love in her photos. Anyone who has seen our engagement or wedding photos says they are magic!
My husband and I are not the most comfortable being the center of attention but Ting Yi and her partner, Chase, kept us smiling and having fun! They were everywhere to capture all the most important moments. They were so fast and calm. It really helped us to know we had a team we could trust to get all the shots we wanted. Ting Yi and her production crew of photographers and videographers are the consummate professionals. We hired DP Studio for our wedding on Nov. 3rd, 2018 and the photos and videos we got back were just phenomenal! Gorgeous natural light photography, video with some amazing production quality and sound, you get so so much for your money with these folks. Indeed, Ting Yi has a singular talent for capturing the perfect moment, so if you're looking for a photographer brimming with talent and imagination, someone with a passionate eye for detail, not to mention great people skills that puts you at ease, hire her immediately! Truly an unforgettable experience
DP Studios was incredible for us throughout our entire and loving adventure. We did engagement photos, wedding photos, and wedding video with them. The sessions themselves are joyful, relaxed, and fun - they brought us together! The photos are gorgeous and we continue to receive endless compliments and inquiries about who did them! They are an extremely professional team from start to finish - every interaction, every response, and certainly their presence and leadership on the day of our actual wedding made the whole process a breeze. They are great at helping you make sure you don't miss any big moments, and also will give you real talk and help you work things out if they think your plan needs to be adjusted. True professionals and now, I consider them our friends and they will be doing our maternity photo shoot next month!!
What really took the cake for us though, was the wedding video. I cannot even begin to express the degree of artistry they put towards all of their work, but our highlight reel and documentary video remains out of this world and still brings tears to many an eye. We think it captured not only the day, but our relationship beautifully.
Another big pro for us personally was that we are a Taiwanese family and had many people from overseas who do not speak English well. It was great that they were able to assemble a multilingual team to help out with our Mandarin-speaking family members.
Would recommend them for ANY of your photo/video needs - 100 times over!

I have looked at several photography services and I felt most comfortable with TingYi. I first met her at a bridal expo at Crystal Springs and I'm so glad I was able to talk to her. She is very nice, approachable and comfortable to work with. We used dp studio for our engagement and wedding photoshoot. I would say that I feel comfortable to be in front of the camera but it isn't the same case for my husband but TingYi is so good with people that she made the experience feel so natural and not awkward. We never felt rushed or forced to do a pose. The engagement photoshoot was fun and she listens to your suggestions and what shots you'd like. She's very responsive and provides guidance and suggestions about photoshoot locations, etc. She followed through and made sure that my checklist is completed. The pricing also plays an important part of our decision-making and I would say that dp studio offers competitive pricing for the things that are included in the package. I overall recommend dp studio. It has been a pleasure to work with TingYi!

Ting Yi and the entire DP Studio team were simply amazing before, the day of and after our wedding!! After our initial meeting with Ting Yi we knew they were the best fit for us. Our relationship kicked off with our engagement photo shoot where we had so much fun with Ting Yi and loved all of our shots! One of the best in town. Value in the work!
When your wedding arrangements are DIY, you just can't help but feel overwhelmed and anxious, hoping that everything will go perfectly as planned. But Ting was very supportive and was quite responsive to all my questions and concerns. We are based in Japan and out wedding was in New York City, so we had a vague idea about the logistics of the event, but Ting was very professional as she shared a lot of good advises and points that really helped shaped most of out decisions. On the week of the event, we had a day spent on location shoots and on the ceremony day itself, both of which was covered by Ting's videographer Jan. Jan was very knowledgeable and professional. She knows how to shot the perfect angle. I know it's quite hard to shoot videos with lots of takes, but she was very patient and even suggested good angles. When we got the finished product, we were very impressed on the high quality and cinematography. Made us want to go back in time and relive the moment again. No words could describe our appreciation. I highly recommend Ting and Jan. They're very serious about their work. You will not have any regrets getting them to cover your event!

Amazing experience!
TingYi and her team were absolutely wonderful. We got married on September 3rd 2017 and couldn’t have asked for better photographers / videographers. They listened to what we wanted and made sure to capture the best moments of our big day. We received the first few pictures very quickly after the wedding and the video only a few weeks after. The team was very professional and knew exactly which poses would be best for pictures. The album also turned out beautiful and we absolutely LOVED our thank you cards. As part of our wedding package, we also had TingYi take our engagement photos and they turned our exactly like we wanted, if not better. Overall, we would 100% recommend DP Studio!

My husband and I recently got married in the summer of 2018. We were very fortunate to find Ting Yi with DP Studios after she had photographed my cousin's wedding and my friend's wedding. We were lucky enough to have her photograph our special day. Her and her team did a phenomenal job with the highest level of professionalism from start to finish. There were so many things to plan when it came to our wedding but Ting Yi made the entire process very smooth, organized, and enjoyable. During the actual day, she and Eric (videographer) kindly and efficiently worked with our family to capture beautiful formals. Ting Yi moved throughout the space to capture the best moments of the ceremony and party, and we love reliving the day through the photographs she took. We highly recommend DP Studios. I think we all know the stories of engaged couples meeting with dozens of vendors and going through meeting after meeting pouring over the reviews. We only met with one photographer, and we are extremely happy with the results. I think our first 30-40 minute meeting ended up being well over an hour of us just talking about the wedding, our plans, and getting to know each other. We were able to book TingYi for both our engagement photos and our big day. We decided to go with a videographer as well for the wedding day.
The day of our wedding, TingYi and the videographer Jan showed up promptly and got right to work. We took our getting ready photos and moved on to the venue. The day started off rainy but cleared up prior to our ceremony and we were able to head out and get some great photos and footage to start off the wedding. Throughout the day we were able to get the photos and video we wanted due in large part to TingYi’s and Jan’s efficiency. Of course, they were also on hand to take candid photos and hit all of the group photos we needed. In a day full of highlights, I really must say that having TingYi and Jan there to capture everything might have been one of the best part

Ting and her team get five stars across the board. We worked with her prior to the wedding, and she was really buttoned up with scheduling and preparation. Her ideas for taking photos around Hoboken, at night, were excellent and the outcome was gorgeous. We had a big, loud group and they were able to keep us in line and get an incredible outcome. She had us go into the room just us, had the dj play our song and we danced to it which ended up being the best photos and my favorite moment of the day. Her team is very responsible and willing to work with you, we got the photos back in record time which is really fun. Once we finalized the book and received it, seeing the photos in your hands really makes you realize what a gift she gave us. I highly recommend her and her team. My mom still talks about how much she loves Ting Yi!

When planning a wedding there are certain elements that are particularly important to a couple, for us one of those things was the photography & cinematography. The wedding day goes so fast and what you take away from it are the amazing and beautiful memories, which for us we wanted to have tangible memories as well which are the photo & video account of that once in a lifetime day! We got married in September 2017 and Ting Yi and her company, DP Studio Photo & Cinema were one of the very first vendors that we hired after booking our wedding venue. We chose a package that also included an engagement session that we shot exactly one-year before our wedding day and that session let us get to know and become comfortable with the incredibly talented, Ting Yi! Her work speaks for itself – her photography is stunning and she captures all of those special moments so perfectly! We loved her style of photography and we knew we were in good hands from the moment we met her! The day of our wedding we met the rest of her team and they were all such a pleasure to work with! They captured all of the amazing details of our day and didn’t seem invasive in the least, we hardly knew they were there during the ceremony & reception, they move so quickly! We just received all of our wedding day photos, there are SO many amazing ones to choose from, and we couldn’t be happier with how they came out and how quickly the turnaround was (less than 2 months) that’s unheard of! The night of our wedding they surprised us with an awesome “same day edit” 3 minute highlight video that captured the essence of our day beautifully! We must have watched that reel over 100 times, it is such a joy to relive that day over and over again! We can’t wait to see our full documentary video once it is ready!! Ting Yi and her team were fantastic. I'll never forget the day my husband and I first met Ting Yi, we drove all the way to her house which she welcomed us and gave us full details of her packages. She showed us sample albums of her and her team's work which we really liked. The aesthetics of the pictures they take/edit was just what we were looking for. Days before our wedding when we had our final meeting, Ting Yi helped build us a wedding timeline since we had no wedding planner, she was awesome, easy to talk to and very helpful. The day of our wedding, Chace and JuiTi were our photographers, and they were absolutely great to work with! They made taking pictures so much fun. Our entourage and guests enjoyed getting their pictures taken as well. All in all, I highly recommend dp Studio Ting Yi!

When it comes to finding the right photographer for the biggest day of your life look no further than DP Studio. From my first meeting with Ting I knew I was in good hands. The in depth forms that we needed to fill out prior to the wedding really helped plan out the day of the wedding and set up hair and makeup. The day of my wedding was rainy and cold yet the video and pictures display love and warmth. Their attention to detail from the makeup to the first look and reception where all there. Having peace of mind that day that they would capture every moment really helped ease my stress. I had to save this review for last, because DP did such a wonderful job not only photographing us for our engagement and wedding day, but also working with me after with the highlight video, photos, and full-length documentary-style video. Conclusion: They're prompt, responsive, patient, and OH SO SKILLED! We picked DP after seeing their photos in a friend's album, and their work spoke for itself. Over a year later, we have 0 regrets.
For our engagement shoot, we worked with Jim, who was kind and patient and got even my non-photo-loving fiance to have a good time. The photos came out just beautifully--we couldn't be happier.
For the wedding day, they were timely, non-intrusive, and professional. They captured so many details that we didn't get to see at the time, and it was so fun to re-live through both the photos and video.
I hadn't thought about how much work goes in to the AFTER, but DP really impressed us. They produced a FANTASTIC highlight video that really told the story of the day in just 5 minutes. Even so, I had a few (okay, a lot--because I love I had a lot of notes/edits for our highlight video, and they were so patient and willing to accommodate my wishes.
I can't recommend DP enough. Their photographers and videographers have skilled eyes to capture your wedding day details, and their editors are spectacularly talented!

I picked this company because I was in a wedding previously that used them and loved the photos. They did not disappoint! They were great at accommodating random requests from our families (which was much appreciated) and they were also great at posing us. My husband and I had no clue what to do so their instruction was great. They also will basically take any picture you want and took a lot of insane group shots. Their candid shots were also great and the video is amazing. Its something you will actually want to watch over and over again. The best bit is that they do a highlight reel to music of your choice and it is basically an awesome music video starring you and your soon to be husband. Its my favorite thing!

While attending a friend's wedding, believe it or not, the team of photographers and videographers stood out to me since I noticed how diligently they were working to get each sentimental, beautiful moment. This is what attracted us to choose them as our photographers and videographers for our destination wedding (MX) and reception in our hometown. DPStudio responded to our initial requests, questions, etc. promptly. Most importantly, they LISTENED to our asks and ensured we were happy! We were so impressed with our photos from both events and video from MX. We love love loved our experience with dpStudios! Speaking with Ting Yi to set up all of the wants and needs we had on our wedding day was easy. She called me at my convenience and took into consideration everything my husband and I wanted out of our photos as well as explaining to us her expertise. We chose to have one photographer on our big day and Ivan was an incredible artist to have with us. He made us feel at ease, directing us through my first special moments with my father and our first look before becoming husband and wife. Ivan's silly quips had our family laughing and enjoying the whole formal photo process. He captured all of the shots we had asked of him and much much more. As an event planner, I knew how important working with the right photographer/videographer was for planning the biggest event of my life and I did a TON of research before finding DpStudio. From the moment I met with Ting Yi, I knew I was in the right hands. She and her team did the photos for our engagement and our wedding as well as our wedding video and it all came out even better than I could have ever imagined. Our engagement and wedding photos were breathtaking and incorporated both the artistic and romantic shots that I was dreaming of as well as the candid shots that have such raw emotion. The video captured all of the special moments and the feeling of love in the room that night and my husband and I are so incredibly grateful that we have that to relive our special day. We had so much fun shooting with them and they made the process an absolute dream. They even used a drone to get amazing aerial shots on the day of our wedding! Not to mention our “same day edit” and video was high def. movie quality and they both still bring me to tears every time I watch them!
From a logistics standpoint, she and her team we always super responsive any time we had a question or concern and were such a pleasure to work with. They even went above and beyond to make some small edits to our wedding video to include things that were really important to us. ICING ON THE WEDDING CAKE----- we received all of our wedding photos and video within a month of our wedding (which is unheard of)! Ting Yi and her crew captured every moment of our wedding perfectly. They arrived early and stayed late, were extremely professional, and showed enormous creativity in the photos and video footage captured. In particular, I was impressed by how well Ting Yi orchestrated taking pictures of our huge families. It's tough to get that many people (especially ones who love to constantly talk, laugh, and joke around) in one picture!! Ting Yi was in charge and made sure the night ran smoothly--which I really appreciated! The quality of the photos are incredible and they make me so happy every time I look at them. Would HIGHLY recommend!

Ting and her team from day 1 have been amazing! She made the preparation for the big day so flawless and smooth. And when the big day finally came Ting and her crew were at every moment capturing it all. And because of the beautiful job they did on the photos our wedding was featured as the Lux Wedding in Industry magazine! We couldn't be happier with Ting!

Ting Yi and her team was amazing to work with and took amazing photos. Her team was probably the best investments we made for our wedding day. Our first meeting with her, she spent the time to really get to know us and what we were looking for. From there we booked her and knew she was the right person to go with. The day of the wedding she brought her team and made sure that they took photos of with the style we wanted. Every photo we received was super creative (gave us a suggestion of using a vintage taxi) and spectacular. Special thanks to Javi to creating a slideshow day of editing more than 200 photos in a couple hours so we could show our guests our wedding day. She met all our standards at the highest marks and went on and above what we were expecting. If you are picky or have high expectations bride as me you cannot go wrong with her.

Ting Yi and her team were absolutely fantastic! We used DpStudio (Ting Yi and her team) for our wedding day in June 2015. Ting Yi was great to work with throughout the entire planning process. She is quick to respond to emails and is very professional. On the wedding day the entire team was enthusiastic, professional and had a ton of energy throughout the entire day. They were creative and got great pictures and shots for our video as well. We received the pictures through their online gallery very quickly and they are fantastic! We are currently selecting pictures for our album and cannot wait till we get it, as we know it will be exceptional based on our experiences so far with Ting Yi and her team. We also ended up getting thank you cards and they were absolutely beautiful. The paper quality was phenomenal and the pictures came out great when printed on the card. The highlight reel video also came out amazing and we are currently waiting to get the final product of the entire video. But we anticipate that it will be great. My guests/family and friends rave about how fantastic our pictures and highlight real turned out. We could not have asked to have a better team a part of our wedding day as it was an absolute pleasure working with Ting Yi and her team!

Words cannot describe the pleasure we had working with dp Studio. They are so unbelievably talented and make you feel so comfortable when taking those "awkward" shots. To be honest, I don't even think I remember seeing them walking down the aisle or in the reception because they are so discrete and are like "ninjas" ! I was so worried because i didn't think they took any pictures LOL. BUT when we got all of our final pictures back (which took less than 3 weeks AH-MAZING) they were FLAWLESS, STUNNING... literally was obsessed with every picture!!!
Our Same day Edit is A MUST HAVE. If you don't know what it is, google it! We are still having our guests tell us (and even random people on social media) sobbing because our video was so amazing.
They have a really great eye and vision for taking creative pictures even with just your wedding dress, shoes, etc. They captured every little detail that I hoped they did. I appreciated their hard efforts on our wedding day.
We couldn't have done it without Tingyi and her team!! love u guys!

Tingyi and her staff were great to work with. They showed up bright and early the day of the wedding and didn't leave until the end of the wedding around 10pm. We used them for photo and video and they were awesome. We met tingyi at her location in oak ridge and discussed our needs and she showed us some videos and some album options. My husband was shocked at the prices but I wasn't since being a bride I had researched all the costs of photography and it was nothing out of the ordinary. We told her we would go home and think about what we wanted and she didn't pressure us at all. We ended up picking the best package available with multiple photographers and multiple videographers and we are so happy we did. We got our pictures a couple weeks after the wedding and got our highlight video a couple months later. We also got the album and USb drive about a month after the wedding. The pictures and video are amazing and we are so happy with our choice. Definitely recommend dp studios!!

Ting Yi and the staff at dP Studio were EXCEPTIONAL and are the true definition of perfection and professionalism. I found out about them 4 years ago from a co-worker and from the moment I saw their work I knew when I got married I wanted to use Ting Yi. Sure enough, when I got engaged they were one of the first vendors I booked. I never looked at any other photo companies because I knew that NO ONE can COMPARE to the work that they do. I booked them 3 years prior to the wedding date and over the course of wedding planning Ting Yi responded IMMEDIATELY to all of my million e-mails, always being professional and flexible. The company ALWAYS kept their word and I felt at ease knowing that they had everything under control with such organization and the need to have everything perfect. If you are an worrisome person and like immediate feedback from your vendors this company is the company to book. Not only do they respond quickly, they are on time. They were early the day of the wedding (which I loved, I didn't have to worry about being late) and from the moment they arrived to the moment they left they DID NOT stop working. Unfortunately, I became very ill after the church ceremony and missed my whole reception. Even though I was under the weather they made sure they captured as many pictures as they could before I went back to the bridal suit to rest. They captured all the special moments and then some I didn't even think of. Working with Tingy Yi and her staff was a complete pleasure. I got married July 12th, 2015 and I already received my thank you cards and the company is working on my wedding album and video now. What other company can provide high quality service in a such reasonable time? Till this day my guests still rant about how they were all over taking pictures from every angle. My guests were extremely impressed with their equipment, their dedication to their job, and their professionalism.

DP studios and Ting Yi are the best photographers around and yet are very reasonable with their pricing. They use the latest equipment and digital processing, including HD drones for aerial shots. The crew was extremely helpful, accommodating, and professional. We highly recommend them above any other vendor and couldn't be happier with the choice we made.

Dawn captured our day better than we could have imagined! Our pictures are beautiful- they are beyond what we could have dreamed of! Dawn took precious moments of our day, and gave us a way to hold onto them for many years to come.

DP Studio is the BEST! Tingyi and her team were more than I ever could have imagined. They were professional and creative in helping us capture every special moment from our wedding. Choosing dp studio was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Ting Yi is so easy to work with and extremely flexible. We had an initial phone consultation with her since we live out of state and she was super helpful and never pushy. We chose the company because of their artistic photos and journalistic style. We didn't want the stiff photographs typically seen in wedding photos and the photos were received were stunning. We received all of the edited photos (+1000) within 2 weeks of our wedding and were so amazed with the amazing work our photographers did- beautiful pieces of artwork! So creative and fun. Our photographers really captured our emotions and the unique aspects of our wedding. Our parents are also extremely pleased with the photos and the services at the wedding, and our guests commented even at the wedding that our photographers were top notch. We are excited to see our photo albums and thank you cards and can't wait to print the photos out for our family and friends. Thank you Ting Yi and dp Studio for capturing beautiful memories of our wedding day.

Ting Yi and the team at DP Studio were phenomenal on our wedding day. After doing considerable research on The Knot and Wedding Wire we booked a photography and videography package with DP Studio given that their photos were not only incredible, but their package was one of the most affordable we saw in the NYC area. We didn't meet Ting Yi until the wedding day itself, but her preparatory procedures leading up to the wedding made us feel at ease! This helped us to really think through what special shots we wanted, and ended up also being key in planning out our wedding day schedule! Of course, on the wedding day itself the team went above and beyond the requested photos and gave us a huge portfolio of breathtaking pictures I hadn't even realized were being taken during the day! They were really able to capture every little detail in the wedding - each laugh, the tears, the little personal additions we added (including the personalized table numbers, florals, puzzle hunts, late night food) that we didn't think to put on the list! During the creative and formal wedding shots with our friends and family we interacted more directly with Ting Yi and her team and were super impressed with their ideas, friendliness, and attention to detail. Just to give you an idea of their creativity - there were even some shots during the creative session that seemed odd to act out at the time, but the photos that came out of those were some of the most amazing and likely the ones we'll print and frame for our home! They have an amazing eye for beautiful shots, and really made sure our families and friends had fun during the whole thing! We received the photos about a week after the wedding both in both large format for printing and smaller for social media - I haven't stopped scrolling through the photos since then. We would recommend DP studio over and over again - thank you DP Studio for helping us to capture our wonderful memories in a way that we'll treasure for a lifetime!

We received all of our gorgeous photos touched up within one week of our event - well before the promised timeline. Choosing Dp studio Ting Yi photo and cinema was the best investment we made for our wedding. We were reluctant to see Ting Yi's work at our friend's wedding in May 2013. We were so impressed with their work, even before I was engaged we knew that this was one of our top choices for our wedding. We booked an engagement session (with Jim) at Chelsea Piers & the Central Park Conservatory Gardens and the photography package at first and we booked the cinematography team for a same day edit video a little bit closer to our wedding date. Ting Yi and her team arrived on time and even earlier then our agreed contract start time. We were married on 1/2/2015 and received our photos less than 3 weeks after our big day. We were so impressed with the quality and professionalism with Ting Yi and her team nailed the concept I was looking for - classic, elegant, and fun! Ting Yi and her team were familiar with the church location St. Luke’s and our reception venue – the Rockleigh, another huge selling point in choosing the right vendors for your big day.
The Same Day Edit video impressed and surprised our guests, and still two months after the wedding.... my parents are still getting comments on how great wedding was - which was captured so perfectly by Ting Yi and her team. I am looking forward to the full dvd and cannot wait to see the final result. As a former bride to be - planning a wedding is a lot of work and can be stressful, but if you are impressed with Dp studio's portfolio... book this talented team as soon as possible.

My husband and I had great vendors for our wedding but Tingyi and her team were the best! They were extremely professional and provided us with a lot of guidance during the pictures. They captured all the beauty and love in our ceremony and the endless dancing and fun at the reception perfectly. I got my photographs last week for my November wedding and I couldn't be more happy with how they turned out! When my husband and I booked dp Studio, we really loved the photography style. It wasn't the stiff, formal looking pictures like my mom took many years ago.
We also got our video service through them and are expecting that in a couple of months. I talked to some of my family members who also had video service and the timeline to get back the video is great! Some people waited over a year to get their copy of the wedding video!
Our package also included an engagement session. We wanted to take them in Philadelphia since that is where we got engaged and met and Ting was so accommodating to come down and fulfill our request!
Overall, the price is really great for everything that you are getting and there are a number of different packages you can choose from depending on your budget. In addition, I also loved how honest the photographers were while taking the pictures. If something didn't look good they told us and we fixed it. If my hair was out of place, they told us unlike some people that wouldn't say anything.
I would highly highly recommend them to anyone!

Tingyi and her team are the best! My husband and I are very pleased with how our pictures turned out, and we're so glad we chose dp studio for our wedding. Chi and Leo were so wonderful to work with. They were very professional and so easy to work with, it was almost like having our close friends there to take pictures for us. Our wedding day was wet and cold which was stressing me out, but Chi and Leo were such a calming presence reminding me that pictures will be perfect no matter what. It was worth every penny we spent, and I highly recommend Tingyi and her team!

My fiancé and I booked Ting Yi for our engagement photo session (and wedding). She sent a photographer (Jim) out to work with us since she wasn't available for the session. He did a fantastic job! Our photo session was at Central Park and Dumbo in Brooklyn. Jim brought us all over- he knew the settings so well!!! We really have a lot of beautiful shots from the day! Based on our engagement session, we are so excited for the photography on our wedding day!

I normally do not write reviews, but as a prior bride struggling to find the perfect vendors, I looked to these sites for help. Please trust me when I say you need not look any further for the best photographer/videographer! Ting Yi and her team are wonderful, they are extremely professional, responsive, will really work with you and their work is superb. My photos and video were the most important to me out of all the services and details of the wedding, and dp studio exceeded my expectations.
The day of the wedding it was like they were not even present as they were not intrusive by any means, but yet had total control. Not to mention how they managed to capture so much in the same day edit video alone! All of our guests have been raving about the video (it is perfect), it really left an impression with them that we will talk about for years to come! If you are second guessing the same day edit feature...don't! It is totally worth it and will be nice to relive the day when you get back from your honeymoon!
In short, go with Ting Yi and her team - you will NOT be disappointed! Thank you Ting Yi for capturing every wonderful moment of the best day!

The day we started planning our wedding, we knew one thing we were not going to compromise on pictures and who we hire. my husband was hell bent on videography and I wasnt. but I am so glad we did because its one of the best things from the wedding . Ting is very approachable and did a great job with every little thing we wanted to focus on. I still get phone calls for our pictures and thankyou cards which they did and they all our in love with our photographers. THankyou TIng . you guys were awesome.
