Amazing! Downtown flowers made my day beautiful and one of a kind
So not only did the flowers take my breath away, Downtown flowers delivered my bouquet to the salon and set up my venues beautifully. I'd like to add that I accidentally forgot after the wedding to send my wedding bouquet with my mother to preserve it. So for five days my wedding bouquet sat in my car at the airport while we went on our honeymoon. I landed last night and my flowers aren't even wilted, I get to preserve it properly, this is amazing. -

Creative and Amazing Florals
I worked with Kaitlin for my postponed 2020 to 11/13/2021 wedding. I did not have a particular vision in mind for flowers, but she was extremely easy to work with and the flowers turned out amazing! We were from out of state so we never met in person, but it was easy to get in contact with Kaitlin via phone or email. Our wedding was in the city of Atlanta, but she made the delivery and everything turned out PERFECT! I would highly recommend Downtown Flowers for your wedding! -

Absolutely a dream to work with!
Without a doubt, the most break taking flowers I have ever seen. From start to finish Kaitlan and her husband worked with us to create our vision and thought outside the box. Kaitlan felt and understood my boho vibe and was so creative! She made changes and amended our plans right up until the day of! I was blown away when I saw the results. They even changed plans and made deliveries to multiple locations on the day of the wedding! Our flowers made the whole wedding. Without a doubt. I am still drooling over the pictures. They created the flower crown for myself and the bridesmaids. They made all of the aisle displays and runners and knocked it out of the park! They were a dream to work with and I have not stopped getting complements on the gorgeous bouquets and floral decor! This is the best florist and the only choice in my opinion! -

Kaitlan made my modern, trendy, bohemian, elegant vision for my wedding day flowers come to life!!! Her creativity and artistic ability is what created the most beautiful accents and backdrop to our wedding day. I did not order a ton of flowers, but I did not even have to because what I got was quite the statement. It was all incredibly affordable, which is shocking considering the superior quality of the flowers. I am forever grateful for the stunning beauty she so thoughtfully crafted to meet my expectations. I would recommend 10000000x over!!!! -

They saved the day!
I was coming into Toccoa Falls from SC for a very small and intimate wedding (i.e. very hastily planned). A week before our wedding date and 4 days before we were set to depart my silk floral headpiece that I ordered from an online vendor arrived and was a child's size! Since less than 20 guests would be attending the wedding, the photos were very important to me and this headpiece was the cornerstone for taking my very formal dress into something befitting a wedding beneath a waterfall. I called Downtown Flowers in Toccoa and sked if it was at all possible to have something in a week and they said it was no problem. I sent them photos of the silk bouquet I'd made myself and a single inspiration photo for reference. I picked up the headpiece, sight unseen, on the way to the ceremony and it was BEAUTIFUL. Simple and elegant and more than I'd dared to hope. Downtown Flowers was so easy to work with and surpassed all my expectations even though I have them minimal direction, they just KNEW. And did I mention this beautiful, living, rushed headpiece was less expensive than the fake one I purchased online? I cannot thank them or praise them enough. -

I couldn’t be more happy with how our wedding florals turned out and it is all thanks to Downtown Flowers. Kaitlan and her team we so attentive and willing to help with everything I needed. From start to finish I was never afraid to reach out and see if they could work their magic with what I envisioned. Leading up to the wedding they were great about Reaching out to coordinate with our schedule and make sure they arrived at the easiest time. They were punctual and very kind and helpful throughout the entire setup. Not to mention the flowers were all such beautiful quality and our rental items were perfect! We had so many compliments on our arrangements throughout the day. Seriously, Downtown Flowers will not disappoint. I couldn’t have wanted anything more for my special day. -

I had a great experience working with Downtown Flowers. I live in Atlanta and they promised me they would have no issue delivering to my location and they were right. My flowers were vibrant and very fresh. I was a little nervous when I saw the initial auto-quote through wedding wire, but I talked to Kaitlan and she had no trouble getting me the perfect flowers within my budget. I had a couple tiny mistakes on my order but no one other than me knew about it. On the other hand, I was able to bring buckets I wanted to use for my ceremony to her shop and they did not forget them like I thought they would seeing how busy they are. They did a great job and they were very sweet. I was really happy with my flowers! -

I sent over a few photos for my wedding style and when I arrived at the venue to see my flowers I was speechless, the flowers were perfect! Even with our wedding plans completly changing within 72 hours of the big day (thanks to a tropical storm) she was still so accommodating and willing to go above and beyond to still make our day the best!

I wasn’t very picky on the flowers, so I just shared inspiration photos of my bouquet, bridesmaid’s bouquet, boutonnières and corsages along with our color scheme. We were blown away with what we got and got several compliments on how unique the arrangements were! -

I almost went with another florist, but really wanted to pick Downtown Flowers because of the great reviews I had read and praise some of my other vendors had given them. Problem was, they weren't responding to my emails. Just before I went forward with someone else, they got back to me and now I just think it was meant to be! Turns out they had just gone through an employee change and had gotten behind on their emails, but from then on they were very timely on getting back to me. Things happen, and I was able to look past it. I don't regret it at all!
I had no idea what flowers were what, I just shared pictures with DF and they went from there. Thank God for Pinterest links 😄 After a couple changes to fit my budget, I ended up with my dream flowers for my wedding. I am so glad I chose Downtown Flowers ❤ -

Best North Georgia Florist!
Absolutely stunning florals! I gave colors and a few different ideas and Kaitlan used her outstanding skills and far exceeded my vision. My bouquet was beautiful and the centerpieces and detail arrangements could not have been more of what I wanted. So thankful and highly recommend to anyone in the area. If you get a chance stop by the store, super cute and lots of little fun decor pieces! -

Kaitlan and Dillon really made my wedding flower dreams come true. I had a relatively small flower budget and didn't think I would be able to get the flowers I really wanted but they worked with me to come up with a plan to make sure I did. I gave them a few specific flowers I wanted and an overall color scheme and let them come up with something and my flowers turned out even more beautiful than I imagined. I would highly recommend their flower shop to anybody in Northern GA! -

I was looking forward to supporting a local business by using Downtown Flowers for my wedding. I’m getting married at the end of this year, and I had a phone call consultation with Kaitlan Long, the owner. This call was March 3, 2020. She told me she would create an estimate and send me a proposal by the end of the day (or the next day at the latest). I NEVER heard anything. I emailed the owner again on March 24, and I still received NO reply. I, then, messaged the owner through Facebook on May 15, and she replied, “I’m working on your proposal now.” Mind you, over two months after the initial call.
I 100% recognize that COVID-19 greatly impacted the business; however, I requested services BEFORE everything shut down, and I was not communicated with at all. The service was just unprofessional. If I cannot trust the communication and services before my wedding, what makes me think I can trust it the day of my wedding? Flowers are a hefty investment, and I refuse to pay for sub-par service.
