  Fantastic bridal experience

  Downtown Bridal was the first bridal salon I shopped in, and it was such a lovely experience that set the bar for the rest of my dress shopping. The store itself is gorgeous with such a variety of designers and styles. Felicia was my consultant and she rocked it. Since it was my first appointment, she let me pick some styles I was curious about and made suggestions that she thought would fit what I described to her. Overall, my favorites from the day were the dresses she suggested. At no point did I feel pressured to purchase and was encouraged to take my time in selecting a dress, which is not the case everywhere.

  Amazing experience

  I was paired with Natalie for my dress shopping experience and cannot say enough great things about it. My experience was absolutely amazing. Natalie listened to what I liked and didn't like, went with my vision and helped me find the perfect dress. She made me feel comfortable and confident and I didn't think twice about her feedback. After going to another shop after Downtown, I called them an hour before they were closing and they were nice enough to squeeze me in so I could officially say "YES TO THE DRESS." I would highly recommend the shop but ESPECIALLY Natalie. I truly believe she was part of making that experience so special to me.

  Stacy of Downtown Bridal was phenomenal! She was so helpful and patient, especially considering I was being a major pain that day! She worked with me and my mom, made us feel right at home, and suggested a non-traditional dress that was perfect for me.

  Huge selection of wedding dresses in a variety of sizes. Good prices and has something for everyone. Gives you plenty of time to decide and space for all your guests. Alterations can be done right in house. Stacey is great- highly recommend her- great personality and very knowledgeable, a true asset.

  Stacey was the absolute best!!! She is the only reason I would return to downtown bridal. She was always very friendly, honest, and responsive. I had a moment where I was being told my dress was shipped, but weeks later nothing had arrived. My dress arrived 7 weeks later than it was supposed to which made me extremenely nervous. Stacey was the only one who calmed my nerves and tracked my dress and assured it will be here and my necessary alterations would be done. To me, she is downtown bridal. I only had a good experience with her and would return and recommend everyone only to her! This associate deserves so much. She is just the person you need working there during the stressful time of wedding planning and buying a dress. I cannot thank Stacey enough for everything she did. She was truly amazing!

  This is the best place around to get any formal wear!! The staff is amazing and truly care about making you the happiest they can. They follow up quite often and even remember small detail that were discussed in small talk. Highly recommend!

  Downtown Bridal was by far the best boutique I visited while searching for my dream wedding dress! The boutique itself was beautiful and the staff were all very kind and helpful. My stylist, Anna, was a doll. She listened to what I wanted and helped me to select dresses that matched the description (within my price range). She even sent me a very personal thank you card after I had chosen my dress! The staff was also very flexible with my schedule when it came time for my dress fittings and alterations. Maria, the seamstress, was spectacular. She tolerated all of my bride neuroses with grace and a smile! I requested some significant changes to my dress and Maria delivered perfectly. Overall, working with Downtown Bridal was delightful from start to finish. I couldn't have been happier with my wedding dress experience!

  I purchased my rehearsal dinner dress and flower girl dress from here. The staff was pleasant and helpful. We had a flower girl dress dilemma (from a previous store) and were in need of a new dress quickly, so we had to buy off the rack. The staff was very helpful in finding dresses they had in stock to fit our beautiful little girl. We were Very pleased with this shop!

  I went to Patsy's for my first wedding dress shopping experience. The staff there could not have made my day more magical! They were SO accommodating to my sister and mother who came with me!   Patsy's Bridal completely exceeded my expectations when it came to wedding dress shopping. My consultant, Natalie, did an incredible job of keeping in contact with me. Every time I saw a dress I liked, I showed her. When I finally came into the salon to try on dresses, she had pulled dresses of every silhouette and style based on what I told her. (She even pulled dresses I did not know I would like- and I loved them!) I finally found the dress of my dreams, one that I would not have pulled out for myself. Thank you Patsy's Bridal!!

I went in with a budget in mind for my wedding dress and they never once tried to push me towards something out of my price range and even showed me some beautiful options that were way under my budget. Stacey Abbott--one of the awesome sales people there--was with me every step of the way, helping me choose styles for my body and giving me amazing suggestions for accessories (veils, hair pieces, etc.) Colleen, the owner, was also super helpful which was incredibly refreshing. How often do you get to shop in a store with the help of the store's actual owner?! I also had to get some pretty tricky alterations for the dress I chose and the seamstress they work with was amazing. The dress was perfect, but Stacey made the entire process so fun and totally stress free. My mom (who HATES trying on clothes) got her MOB dress from Patsy's as well and she had just as much fun as I did, which really says something. Having green marker even in the slightest on my wedding dress was not something I was too happy about. However the staff, especially Stacey, were very helpful and accommodating. My dress was beautiful. The store is very nice, clean and professional compared to others in the area. And there is a large selection of dresses for women of all shapes and sizes.

  Thank you for your review! I am glad that you had a good experience with our shop and staff! I am sorry that you still had marks from the seamstress on your gown. They are water soluble and should come out with a touch of water. However, they should have not been there at all and I apologize. I wish you the very best!
