The Courtyard was such beautiful venue for our wedding reception. When you book the venue, you have access to so many things like tables, chairs and Gayle’s wonderful collection of decorations. To say that Gayle was amazing is an understatement. She was so easy to work with. As soon as we met with her, we knew that the Courtyard was the place for us. She was so caring and made us feel like making our wedding day the most beautiful day of our lives was her #1 priority. Gayle welcomes outside vendors and has a great list of recommendations as well. My family absolutely loves the venue and Gayle and want to have as many events at the Courtyard as we possibly can.

I cannot say enough good things about Dove Canyon and Gayle White. I strongly recommend this venue for your wedding or any event. Not only is it a beautiful and well-maintained property with everything you need for a successful wedding, you get Gayle along with it. She is probably one of the sweetest, most accommodating, most passionate, and most caring humans my husband and I have ever encountered. She is available for Day Of Coordination services (a Day Of Coordinator is required for a wedding here), and we DEFINITELY recommend using her services. She is professional, experienced, and truly wants you to love your wedding. Fantastic venue, amazing and EASY experience, definitely the best value for a wedding venue in probably all of Orange County.

The coordinator Gayle, is the best. She makes sure to work with my planner and to give exactly what I wanted. Last minute had to move locations due to unpredictable California weather. But she made sure it all came out amazing.

This is the most beautiful venue I have ever seen and even more beautiful at night. Gayle who is the coordinator there is the most amazing person, she will help with anything you need and you can tell she puts her whole heart into making it a special day. Our wedding was perfect, everything we wanted. It was such a magical experience that I will remember for the rest of my life. As will the guests who couldn't and still can't stop talking about it. I recommend this place to anyone looking to get married in a completely breathtaking place with so much love.

I love the Dove Canyon Courtyard! Gayle and her team are absolutely exceptional at what they do. The venue is stunning and they provide a GORGEOUS tent in the case of rain. As a wedding planner, I work with new venues almost every weekend, and this team really has it together. I would highly suggest taking a visit there to see it yourself, you'll fall in love right away. As a side note, Jerry the DJ (who is included in the package) was fantastic and incredibly professional as well. He brought in his photobooth and the guests loved it and the attendants.

Dove canyon courtyard was the best find. The venue is affordable and beautiful. The fact that you can select your own caterer makes it even more customizable. Gayle, the venue coordinator, is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, she was always available for questions and helpful suggestions. I definitely recommend this venue to anyone.

Quality of Service: Excellent, Gayle ( Dove Canyon Courtyard's coordinator) is AMAZING. She is so passionate about working at this venue and she really cares about all her brides. ( I'm not just saying that.) I truly felt like she really cared about me and she helped me find some of the vendors I had (which were able to work with my budget.) I am so glad that we went with this hidden gem, Dove Canyon Courtyard.

Responsiveness: Whenever I emailed Gayle, she was quick to respond to me. She knows the venue so well and was always able to give me the best suggestions whenever I inquired.

Professionalism: Gayle and her staff are very professional. The day of the wedding, it went very smooth. If something didn't go according to plan, I have no idea and didn't notice it. My wedding at this venue was stress free! I had such a fun time.

Value: Where in Orange county can you find a venue that allows outside catering AND allows you to bring in your own ALCOHOL. I mean seriously, this is awesome. Aside from this venue being gorgeous, the fact that we could bring our own alcohol and our own catering here is one of the big reasons that we went with this venue.

Flexibility: Before the wedding, Gayle was always an email away. She always had good communication. The day of the wedding, Gayle was like wonderwoman, always making sure things were running smoothly.

Venue: It's so pretty! They have a beautiful canopy certain months out of the year. Their Dj, Jerry is such a good MC/DJ. We played the newly wed game (AKA: shoe game, shoe-ly wed game.) This game was such a hit!

My wedding day (March 2016) was so much fun and went by so quick. I got so many compliments on how pretty the venue was and how much fun they had AND how smooth everything went! I'm so glad we went with this hidden gem!

Excellent experience at Dove Canyon Courtyard. Gail was over the top in her customer service and care. She made sure that everything was taken care of and all we had to do was enjoy our daughters wedding. Her attentiveness to the bride and her needs made for a wonderful experience for the whole family. The courtyard was beautiful and gave the wedding a feel of elegance. So affordable as well. I can't say enough good things about the Courtyard and Gail. Thank you so much for a wonderful day!!

I feel as though there aren't enough positive words in the English language to express how wonderful our wedding was and it was due in part for the beautiful courtyard and it's amazing staff. Gayle White is the hard-working Coordinator for the courtyard who from our first phone call was the most wonderful woman caring and loving and willing to go above and beyond to make our day as special as it was in our minds, and she truly did just that. It was a fantasy, she managed to wrangle all of our guess that didn't feel they needed to follow any sort of directions and all of our vendors that were coming from all of the place. We are young couple on a very tight budget and she was able to give us suggestions and hints to keep on the budget and always made sure to put our needs, wants and dreams first.
I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the courtyard. From the moment we stepped through the gate we knew that this was the perfect setting for our dream wedding but what really made it was the amazing staff and unlike most places the feeling that they really want to make your dreams come true. Our wedding was stress free and truly the best day of our live
Every single aspect about our wedding was perfect, the DJ worked tirelessly with us to create the perfect playlist that had me dancing all night and did a wonderful job of rallying people to the dance floor as well as setting the mood for the entire night. He too went above and beyond.
I could never repay all these wonderful people for all that they did for myself and my husband on this day so I will leave it at this, the courtyard is a wonderful place to get married, and thank you so much Gayle and all of your staff for all of your support and for making our dreams come true. This venue is beautiful!!!!! In fact, it is so pretty and green that you really don't need much florals! Gayle White is SPECTACULAR! She made my day run perfectly and look even more amazing than I could have dreamed! She was so loving of her brides and ensured that I was taken care of leading up to the wedding and on the day of! She helps out above and beyond! This venue provided a perfect day for me and my husband! Thank you, Gayle and everyone for making our day special!!

I cannot start to express the gratitude that I have for Gayle at Dove Canyon Courtyard. She was amazing from the moment we first stepped into the venue site and until she whisked us off in our limo. She went beyond what we all expected. She catered to my every request and made sure I was stress free. She even decorated!!! The venue is/was absolutely beautiful. It is a hidden gem and Gayle is just the person you would absolutely fall in love with! The venue is perfect for a small wedding or even a big one like ours of 150 people. They accommodate your every wish from allowing your own caterer and BYOB (With a license of course) Which she helps you get. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS VENUE AND COORDINATOR. THANK YOU GAYLE!

I can't say enough about this venue for both our ceremony and reception. It may not look like anything during the day but it is absolutely beautiful at night with all the lighting/waterfall feature. Gayle White was so accommodating and went above and beyond her coordinating duties. We were extremely happy with everything this courtyard offered. We had 185 guests and my only issues was 2 restrooms. I would recommend a portable bathroom for the men to use!

Incredible venue. This location had it all. It had the beauty we were looking for but also at a great price. This was the only upscale venue in south OC that would allow us to bring in our own catering and bar. We were able to put on a beautiful wedding for 150+ guest for under $10,000! This is one of OC hidden jewels for brides and grooms. You won't be disappointed.

Dove Canyon Courtyard is a hidden jem. The courtyard is beautiful and has a really pretty white canopy/tent that's up from November-March. We chose to get married in February and the canopy just made our wedding look so much more elegant.
What really attracted us to DCC was that they allowed outside catering which helped us save a lot of money on our wedding. If you are savvy and flexible you can have a decently priced wedding here. The average cost of a wedding is $30,000 (I can't even imagine what it is in OC) and we had all the bells and whistles for ours for about half that price.
I can't go much further without mentioning Gayle, the coordinator. She is the most lovely person you will ever meet in your life. She cares and cares and cares so much about your wedding and puts the couple, and even more so, the bride, above everything. The month before our wedding I went to the Courtyard every week, called, texted, and emailed Gayle weekly and she always was so happy to speak with me and meet with me. She does way more than a coordinator should do and I almost felt like she was little private wedding planner. She cared so much about saving us money which we really appreciated. She wants your wedding to be the most beautiful day and she will bend over backwards for you.
There is no doubt that our wedding day was the most beautiful and special day of my life. Though so many people helped make it possible, Gayle played a huge role and she is the biggest gift that comes with booking the courtyard. As I mentioned earlier, you can have a fairly priced wedding here, but you will have to do more work. This isn't all inclusive and it's pretty much all BYO. If you don't mind putting in the extra work looking for other vendors, then this is the place for you. Plus, Gayle has tons of recommendations and she made finding vendors much easier.

This place is beautiful! It made for gorgeous pictures and my guests loved this unique location. It is a bit tricky to find for guests who are not familiar with the area, but as long as you include good directions in your invites then it won't be a problem. I loved finding a venue that would allow us to bring in our own caterer instead of making us use theirs! We were very pleased with this venue!

I couldn't have put my venue together better in my head! Gayle (the day of coordinator) really made everything coke together so beautifully! I'm so thankful we had someone who has been doing this long enough to know exactly how every little detail should go! The venue in itself is breath taking, gayle is really the cherry on top of the already amazing sundae :)

Dove Canyon Courtyard is so stunning, especially when it's all lit up at night. It is the perfect venue for a wedding...beautiful, serene and not to large where guests would feel left out. I thought the price was a little high for only tables and chairs being included in the package. None of my guests had heard or seen the venue before and they were all commenting on how great it was. I would highly reccommend.

Loved the intimate feeling of the venue. The layout was not ideal as many guests ended up missing the cake cutting, bouquet toss, and garter toss. We hired Gayle (the event coordinator of the venue) as our day-of coordinator for an extra $500 and it was NOT worth it. She told us we could arrive anytime after 10am, but when we arrived, she told us she was meeting with another client until 1pm. Everything she did for us that day, she would have done anyways, so we regret paying her the $500. She was very helpful though as she let us use her vases, and put tulling and lights on the stairs with no extra cost. She is a very sweet woman and answered all of our questions but was hard to get a hold of. The venue is not open 7 days a week so you have to make an appointment before just showing up. I LOVED the cottage that the bride gets to come out of though, as I made my grand entrance coming down a staircase. I got married on 11/22/14 so the big tent was up, which I am very happy about. My guests loved it and they were not sitting in direct sun, nor did they need to wear sunglasses, or worry about sweating from the heat. We had 165 people at our wedding which was fine in general, but was rather tight when it came to dinning.

Pros: Best value! This venue was less than $5K on a Sunday for us to book at the time. Rentals such as tables and chairs included, Can bring outside alcohol and vendors in, DJ is included, beautiful venue, Venue manager allows you to borrow some of her things.
Cons: Outside and unpredictable weather- a risk you take for all outside venues :) This is not for more than 100 people because there are only 2 restrooms on site. It is located in a plaza, but it's a quaint area! Unfortunately, the biggest thing I remember was being upset with the DJ, Jerry. We had our own band hired, but the DJ played the ceremony music. Our officiant pronounced as husband and wife and no music played...it was a silence that felt very long, our officiant had to say, "OK DJ, this is where you play the exit music?" Music has to be played only inside the patio/deck area due to complaints from surrounding neighbors.
