We truly could not have asked for a better DJ for our wedding! From start to finish, Paul went above and beyond. We honestly had more than a 5-star experience.
He was incredible to work with throughout the entire planning process. He took the time to understand exactly the kind of atmosphere, vibes, and experience we wanted and helped us choose the perfect package to match our vision — all while working within our budget. We never felt pressured, just completely supported and understood. He was also happy to change things as wedding planning continued. As we understood our budget more that we could add more lighting and even the photobooth.
On the wedding day, he absolutely delivered. The energy was perfect, the transitions were seamless, and guests danced all night. He read the room so well and knew exactly how to keep the momentum going. So many of our guests told us how amazing the music was! My girlfriends are still talking about how happy they were that he played Hilary Duff - what better way to get the girls on the floor!
Tavonte, his assistant, ran the photobooth and did a fantastic job as well. He was organized, friendly, and made sure everyone had so much fun with it. Paul sent us a website with custom templates, and was able to edit the one we chose the way we wanted. The photobooth was such a hit! We're so glad we did it!

DJ Paul came very highly recommended from a coworker and we couldn't be happier that we reached out to him for our big day. From the initial introductory call through the wedding and beyond he was fantastic. Incredibly professional, knowledgeable and super easy to communicate with; he made the entire experience seamless. The dance floor was packed all night and we've had guests come up to us since the wedding saying how much they loved the music from the ceremony to cocktail hour to the dancefloor. He also sent us over video and audio links of the ceremony/speeches and video he captured from the night which we're stoked to have. Seriously cannot recommend him enough. Thank you DJ Paul! -

When my fiancé and I first started wedding planning, we heard about Paul from a friend who had nothing but wonderful things to say about his DJ services. We sent an inquiry to Paul at Doucette DJ Entertainment, set up a call, and instantly knew he would be a great fit to DJ our wedding. He was helpful, organized, and did a great job of listening to our vision and song/music preferences. He made sure to set up multiple meetings with us leading up to the day to make sure that all details were correct, from timeline, to song lineup, to pronunciation of names. Every detail was planned, which led to a very smooth and stress-free wedding day!
He helped with all the music and sound needs for our wedding day, including: ceremony music, microphones for the officiant and the groom, sound set up for a live vocal and guitar performance, cocktail hour and dinner music, microphones for toasts and speeches, all announcements, and dance floor music. My fiancé and I told Paul that we wanted to spend as much time as possible on the dance floor, and Paul even made it a point to come check in with us while we were away from the dance floor taking some nighttime photos with the photographer to make sure we didn't miss too many of our favorite songs! On top of his DJ services, he also had a photobooth with an attendant to assist with operation for less tech-savvy guests. These photos were so nice to look through after the big day. Plus, Paul even sent some behind-the-scenes videos from the dance floor that he captured that night!
I have nothing but positive things to say about Paul and Doucette DJ Entertainment! If you are planning a wedding, definitely make sure he is on your list to contact! You won't regret it! -

We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ than Paul Doucette for our wedding! From start to finish, he set the perfect atmosphere. His uplighting completely transformed the room and added such a magical touch, and the Photo Booth was a huge hit with all of our guests.
Paul’s song choices were spot on and he kept everyone on the dance floor all night long. He even took a few videos of the crowd dancing, which was such a thoughtful surprise and something we’ll cherish forever. His mic work was crystal clear and professional, and on top of it all, he was one of the sweetest, easiest people to work with.

We had such an amazing experience with Paul from Doucette DJ Entertainment! During the planning process he was super helpful with figuring out our timeline of events and making sure we filled the time without a traditional ceremony. During our reception he absolutely kept the party going from start to finish - I don’t think I left the dance floor the entire night. The music was spot-on, the energy was high, and he knew exactly how to keep guests engaged and having fun.
We also added on the photo booth, which was super affordable and such a perfect bonus. Our guests loved it, and now we have so many fun photo memories to look back on.
Highly recommend Paul - he went above and beyond to make our wedding unforgettable!

1000/10! We had an amazing experience working with Paul (Doucette DJ Entertainment) as the DJ for our 6/29/25 wedding and we don't have a single complaint. From our first phone call to sending us videos of the dance floor after the wedding, the entire process has been fantastic. Leading up to the wedding, Paul was thorough in his communication and made great suggestions to complement the songs we were suggesting. His very apparent knowledge and expertise helped us feel comfortable and confident that the music for every part of our day was in good hands. Paul reviewed our special songs, name pronunciations, and timeline with us multiple times in advance and did not miss a beat on the day of. He completely captured the energy and vibe we were going for for the reception. When I say the dance floor was full ALL night...there truly was not a dull moment. During and after the wedding, our guests were telling us how great our DJ was and we agree 100%. Paul is incredibly skilled at what he does and kept the party going the whole night. We can't say enough amazing things about Paul! From the very first phone call, we knew he was going to be incredible, and he exceeded every expectation. Paul made the entire process so easy and enjoyable. He played all the songs we requested while perfectly reading the crowd and keeping the dance floor packed all night long. Seriously, we didn’t stop dancing for a second!
The Photo Booth was an extra touch that everyone loved! We even brought it onto the dance floor later in the evening, which led to some hilarious and unforgettable photos.

I was super impressed with Paul! He was very detailed and listened to EXACTLY what I wanted! Not only that, but he is extremely talented in flowing the music perfectly together, and I had a ton of different types of music I asked him to play. My guests were super impressed and said I had one of the best djs. I would recommend him to anyone for any event, especially a wedding. We could not have been happier with our experience using Doucette DJ Entertainment. Paul was very organized, professional and extremely easy to work with. Paul was accommodating and thorough ensuring all songs we asked for were exactly correct, and created our perfect playlist from a short list we provided. He mixed songs throughout the night to keep everyone on the dance floor all night! We frequently got the comment “you know how to throw a party!” Much in thanks to the consistently good music, lighting and Photo Booth. Best dj & mc ever!
We are SO thrilled we booked Paul for our wedding. He was an incredible DJ and MC. From start to finish, he was so professional, thorough, detail-oriented, and flexible. My husband and I are huge music lovers with very particular taste and we had a specific vision for our wedding. From the start, Paul was so flexible and listened to every one of our specific requests, including the most obscure inside joke songs that were so special to our guests. The planning process was so thorough and we felt so confident going into the day. We knew that Paul had everything prepared and ready to go. The ceremony went so smoothly and it was wonderful to have my husband and our officiant mic'd up. We even had our videographer plug into his sound system to capture the audio in their cameras! He did an incredible job MC'ing our reception, including introducing our parents so warmly and hyping up our audience for all of our special speeches and dances. Since we had a Jewish wedding, he had multiple Horrah song options to pick from, which was greatly appreciated. Then the party got started and the guests would not leave the dance floor. He played all of the songs and styles we requested, as well as others that fit our vibe, and did NOT cut songs short, which was very important to us. After the wedding, we had multiple guests come up to us and comment how much they LOVED our DJ. We also added on the photo booth and guests LOVED that as well, including the roaming photo booth option. Thank you so much Paul for exceeding our expectations and making our wedding the absolute best event EVER. We appreciate you SO much! -

Best Wedding DJ I've Seen!
Paul did a phenomenal job with our big day! He was incredibly easy to work with and even planning it all out was enjoyable. His equipment was top tier and I couldn't have been more impressed. The lighting was great and his team got some great photos/videos. He will even let you plan a mosh pit with pool noodles.. If you're into that type of thing! -

Paul was absolutely wonderful to work with, he made sure to cover every detail. His website made it so easy to add and remove songs as we got closer to our date, and he kept things so organized! Not to mention he was such an awesome hype man!! He went above and beyond a DJ, he is experienced and is THERE for you.
Music is extremely important to me, so we weren’t only looking for a DJ, we were looking for a VIBE. We are so happy he was there every step of the way. He even shared videos of the night with us which was super special because we didn’t hire a videographer lol.
We were definitely hesitant on the Photo Booth, but when we found out that we get EVERY copy taken we had to add it. AND I AM SO GLAD WE DID! The Photo Booth was an absolute hit!! Thank you thank you!!!! -

Paul was great right from the start of our wedding planning, he was there for any questions, he has a great website that makes planning, timelines easy to plan and very user friendly. He would check in from time to time to see if we had any questions along the way. We had a few phone call meetings for planning. He provided everything that you could think of for the wedding, when it came to sound and lighting; lapel mics for the ceremony, music set up in multiple locations for our ceremony, cocktail hour and for our reception and the up lighting was perfection! He is a pro on how to get people on the dance floor, he was amazing! I have NEVER seen my mother on the dance floor and somehow by the end of the night my MOM was out there dancing, it was a Wedding Day miracle!! Paul had our dance floor full, from the first dance to the final dance, he knew exactly what to play and how to keep people on the dance floor having fun! -

Doucette DJ Entertainment played a large role at our daughter's reception. In addition to doing a great job as MC with announcements, reminders (pictures/games) and timing, Doucette DJ Entertainment kept everyone engaged, having fun and dancing all night. The music was perfect and everyone commented that they didn't want to stop dancing even when they were ready to sit. I imagine there is an additional challenge of keeping a small group engaged ( 50 people) but Doucette DJ Entertainment was outstanding! I would recommend them without hesitation. -

We hired Paul for our wedding at The Bull Run in Shirley MA in August of 2023. We had started with a list of over 30 djs & he was by far our top pick, & we were impressed with him every step of the way. His communication with us & the venue was consistent & clear & he made planning very easy for us (he uses a portal to pick songs but also gives you the option to just use a Spotify list) & day of, he delivered. He scheduled a few key meetings to guide us along on special song choices & made sure he knew what we were looking for so everything was seamless. We wanted a lively party so we trusted in him to keep people on the dance floor & he DID! Some highlights :
- He has a variety of costing plans. We found his costing to fair, you get a lot of value with him. We added up-lights (huge impact, not a big cost, highly recommend!)
- Last minute, I mean two days before, we added the Photo (social) Booth. He brought Joe, who us & our guests loved, to manage the booth & pop around with the camera when it was slow. Another great value here- they bring all their own props, & everything is wireless so it runs all night, even if guests don’t go to it at times.
- He keeps people moving! We had a wide range of music, including Greek music. He flowed with the night to keep things rolling so there were no awkward lulls.
- My husband, who was stressed about a lot of the planning steps, multiple times said that music/working with Paul was the most fun part of planning!
- He’s a pro. He has backups of all his equipment, was professional, punctual, is easy to work with & is focused on making it a great day for you & your loved ones!
- Our guests are still talking about how amazing our DJ was & how much FUN they had!!
Would highly recommend hiring him, it will be one part of wedding planning that you don't have to stress about!

I HIGHLY recommend Doucette DJ Entertainment for your next event! For our wedding Paul went above and beyond. From the very start of the process he was very detailed in explaining the process to us and then set us up with a website that helped us convey the vision for our wedding. On our actual wedding day he was incredible. On top of playing the perfect songs for our special day - Paul recorded several videos of our dance floor to send to us to help memorialize our special day. Paul was the DJ for our wedding. I picked him based off of good reviews and so glad I did! He was so helpful from the very beginning. Very responsive and pays attention to detail. I asked him to edit a couple songs for my precession and for our recession to get the timing right. He edited them before hand and sent them to me for review, and they worked out perfectly during the wedding! He gives you a profile on his website to put all your requests and detailed info, so you can be stress-free going in to wedding day. And had at least 2 phone calls to verify all details leading up to the wedding. Friends and family commented on how great the DJ was. Plus he got some good photos and videos which he shared with me after the wedding! I highly recommend hiring Paul as your DJ! -

DJ Doucette did an amazing job as the MC of our ceremony and DJ for our reception! Upon contacting him, DJ Doucette was incredibly responsive and helpful with planning our wedding day, which was extremely helpful as we were so busy planning other aspects of our wedding. Throughout our interactions and on our wedding day, DJ Doucette was very professional, and his service included ceremony acoustics (2 lapel mics and 1 stand mic) as well as reception acoustics and a photo booth. Furthermore, he was great in his role as MC/DJ and kept the dance floor going all night! We would highly recommend DJ Doucette for any wedding or event! -

Best DJ to keep the party going!
As lovers of house music and disco, having the perfect array of music to keep everyone dancing was SO important to us, and Paul nailed it. He helped manage the flow of the night and kept everything on schedule. We still hear from our guests how excellent our reception was from beginning to end!
From my very first phone call I knew Paul was our DJ - he was so easy to talk to and explained everything effortlessly. As we got closer to our date, we met with him twice, and he helped guide us with the order and song selection for literally the entire night, from the ceremony to the last song of the night. He was also super helpful in reminding me when I owed him a song (or two) for a specific moment rather than just playing something random - which shows how dedicated he is!

I had Doucette Entertainment DJ my wedding. Paul was awesome! He was very accommodating to any and all of my wishes. He was very energetic, enthusiastic, and very involved with my wedding. Our wedding, specifically our reception, has been the talk of the town. People could not believe how much fun we all had and how Paul provided the best music experience! Our than selecting our first dance song choices, having conversations with Paul showed me that not only did he know what he was doing but I felt confident enough to give him the complete freedom to choose all our song selections for the night. Paul took into consideration all our needs, both our cultural backgrounds, was so responsive and helpful and collaborative when it came to suggestions, was extremely kind and thoughtful and made sure to get everyones names and pronunciations right! Paul was so awesome to work with! He really took our music styles and personality into consideration with all the music played and made sure to have all our songs on his list. My husbands family is Portuguese and mines American, so Paul made sure to include music that everyone loved. He made sure to play popular songs in both English and Portuguese, keeping both sides of the family happy. We were able to put our preferred taste of music and song requests in our wedding planning portal and list our “do not play” songs. He set up multiple calls with us to make sure everything was perfect and practiced everyone’s names, to be sure to pronounce them correctly (he was such a good sport learning the names!). He was a blast to work with and was definitely a fun DJ to have as part of our day. We’re so happy we found him and got to have his as such a big part of our day.

We cannot begin to say enough wonderful things about Paul. We hired Paul for our 10/16/21 wedding and he was professional, responsive and answered our countless questions. Let me back track though, we initially hired Paul for our 2020 wedding but when we pushed out our wedding, he worked with us. When I first reached out to Paul, he got on a phone call with me and asked about our day, what we were looking for and asked all the important questions. Our package came with uplighting and a monogram and it looked beautiful. We received so many compliments about that and even a few guests during the reception came up to us to tell us how much they loved the music and how our DJ was great. We cannot recommend Paul enough and brides/grooms cannot go wrong if they choose Paul for their special day. -

Best Dj Out there!
This is hands down best Dj out there! I was so stressed and didn’t want to hand hold all of my vendors.
I just had a few important items we wanted done and i let him run with the rest! In fact- we wanted a cool entrance mash up for wedding party and he spent the time to figure out how we would achieve that. I went to a wedding a few weekends after mine and their dj went out of his way to tell me how “annoying” it was to do an entrance mash up. And I laughed and usaid- well, my dj didn’t complain and he exceeded our expectations!
We were so happy with the outcome of quality and professionalism Paul had! Paul felt like family on our big night and I will be recommending him to all of our friends and family! -

Great DJ!!
Paul was amazing to work with!! He was very helpful with suggestions leading up to our wedding and seemed very knowledgeable. On our wedding day, the dance floor was packed the whole time and the uplighting was awesome! I had a ton of guests come up to me to comment on how good Paul was. Every song he played our guests loved. I'd definitely recommend to hire him for your wedding! -

We met with a couple of different djs and it was difficult to choose who would be the right one. We relied on reviews, so I am happy to recommend DJ Paul to any couple for their wedding. His price was fair and competitive (compared to others who charge you to move a speaker from ceremony to reception, less than 50 feet away). His website has songs to choose from and my husband and I had so much fun choosing 'must play' selections. We were on the dance floor the entire night and DJ Paul was great! -

Paul was actually one of the vendors we did not meet with in person before booking. All of our correspondence was via email and phone. After reading such great reviews on him and having a meet and greet phone call we decided to book with him. We were not disappointed! Our original wedding date was June 2020 and when COVID hit he was one of the first vendors to reach out to us to check in. He was able to accommodate a change to date for us at no additional charge. Like most engaged couples we were very stressed with having to reschedule our wedding but Paul helped take the edge off during a difficult time!
In the few months leading up the wedding Paul was very communicative. He has a wonderful website system he works with that helps keep everything organized. You can enter all your special songs, add your ‘must play’ and ‘do not play’ lists, and fill out detailed information. He also makes sure to schedule a full details meeting with you and an abbreviated check-in the week of the wedding.
About three weeks before the wedding our photobooth backed out. We were in full swing trying to find a new one within our original budget and were very stressed. We were googling, posting in wedding facebook groups, and we decided to reach out to Paul. Paul had already seen our post in one of the wedding groups and was already contacting vendors for us. Paul was able to obtain a photobooth for us for our wedding day within just a couple of days.
The day of the wedding the groomsmen suite had issues with their AC and Paul came to the rescue bringing in a fan for the guys to use! It goes without saying that the music and MC’ing all for the whole wedding was great! He played all the songs we asked for and was able to hype up the crowd. We are so appreciative that we were able to have him as our DJ. If you are thinking of booking him for your wedding or function you are in good hands!

Paul is so amazing!!!!!! So kind and so organized, he helped me so much with the timeline and planning process. I literally wouldn’t have been able to do it without him. On the wedding day, we had to make some last minute changes and he did it with no complaints and so flawlessly. He kept the dance floor full all night and had the best choice of music. Paul was recommended to us by a photographer friend who has worked events with him in the past and he was even better than I could have ever hoped for. Planning a wedding during a pandemic brought an endless list of challenges but Paul turned them into opportunities. He, along with his assistant, Margaret, tossed aside the traditional wedding DJ style because of local social distancing restrictions (no dance floor, for example) and brought a fresh package of games (we did couples trivia, last experience standing and a version of the shoe game). Guests were talking about how much fun they had and we never felt like anything was missing. The night was so much more fun because the entertainment we had at our wedding really hasn't ever been done before. A major win from an incredible team. Highly highly highly recommended!!! -

This is the best DJ around!
I don’t even know where to begin. Before I get into the good stuff about the wedding day itself, I want to mention that we booked Paul pretty much at the peak of the pandemic, and he is so beyond accommodating. I was a very nervous bride as I was losing vendors and deposits left and right and he made it clear to us that he would be there no matter how many other changes would be made. And there were many! We had to move venues last minute from a venue right around the corner for him, to a place where he would have to drive like 2+ hours to get there. And he did, early, without hesitation. Oh and I should mention he is very affordable!!! Anyway, once the wedding day finally came everything was perfect. There were no technical issues, he provided lapel mics for the ceremony and regular mics for the reception, the transitions between songs were great. He pronounced everyone’s names correctly, which is worth mentioning because our wedding party had some tough ones! He touched base through the wedding day/night which was awesome because I was so frazzled and couldn’t remember anything about the order of events etc but he made sure everything flowed perfectly. As for the party portion, my husband and I didn’t really give him much to go off of music wise, we’re guilty of being the “we love a little of everything” type of people. But omg, Paul can definitely read a room. Our guests are absolute animals and he kept up, everyone was on the dance floor allllll night! And he is funny too! I am so thankful we found him. If we ever host any events again he will be the guy I go to, and who I recommend to for anyone else who needs a DJ in the future. -

Paul made our day so perfect! Everyone was saying how awesome the DJ was, which absolutely made us extremely happy. Family, caterers, and the bar service all kept commenting on the wonderful job he did. Paul went above and beyond with helping guide us through our day so that dinner and the night activities ran on time. He did an amazing job. We couldn't be more appreciate how patient he was when we were trying to round up different family for photos. Also thank you unbelievable amounts for helping move along the photos and the entrance! We truly hope you had as great as a time as we did, and enjoyed the food as well. You where seriously awesome. We couldn't be more pleased! ❤️

Paul was very helpful and easy to get ahold of. Unfortunately, as our outdoor ceremony was about to start it began to rain very heavily. As we changed our plans Paul was incredibly flexible and helpful. Thanks to vendors like him we were able rearrange our day and without a hitch. -

So much FUN!!
Paul took care of all aspects of music for our ceremony and the reception. He was professional and thorough in the preplanning andntook his time to get to know our likes and dislikes. He meticulously timelined the events and the sequence of the wedding and formalities of the reception. His lighting was amazing and the speaker quality was great. The mics he supplied were great for the wedding and the reception.
I cannot say enough about how grateful we were to choose him.
He had our reception hopping. It was goal to DANCE after all formalities had been completed and danced we did. I danced my face off and laughed and smiled and soaked it all in. It was a magical day that was enhanced by a perfect DJ!
