Carolann was my saving grace. She was simply wonderful and when ever I told her I was stressed about something, she woule take care of it. She went above and beyond to make my day perfect! Maryann and Kate were great as well!

I can't say enough about Marlo Hall, the director of catering. She was so wonderful to work with and just took every opportunity to ensure that the Bride and Groom and their families had the most amazing wedding weekend ever. I look forward to returning to the Doubletree and working with Marlo again.

The staff was so kind and friendly. The event coordinator was amazingly nice, and very flexible. She got the work done exactly how we wanted it. The venue was clean. The food was delicious. I did not hear any complaints from anyone about the venue, food or staff. They were so accommodating and ready to please.

The staff at the hotel was very accomodating. They were there to answer any of my questions and/or concerns that I had in regards to my big day. Their response time and everything was perfect and they made sure that everything went off without a hitch on my BIG DAY. They truly made my husband and I feel like royalty.

Very cordial and attentive staff. Rachel was fantastic to work with and made sure we weren't worrying about a thing on our day.

The night before the wedding I had some issues with the hotel. They gave my suite away-we waited in the lobby for 40 mins for a new one to be cleaned. I finally got settled in the suite-went to go visit with out of town guest for a bit. I go back to the suite to discover the AC was broken. This was after midnight. I complained and once again they had to move rooms. It was upsetting but in the end they did fix the issues. The day of the wedding thankfully everything went smoothly. Some of my guests had broken AC as well.

The banquet staff was amazing! Always had a smile on their face throughout the entire night and very friendly with everyone at the wedding.
