We had a great time with The DoubleTree! Ellie at the Pleasant Prairie location was amazing and responsive. They were extremely flexible with all the changes 2020 through at us.

I can not say enough wonderdul things aboit this staff!! They made my special day 1000xs more special!! It was amazing so quickly responsive fair price respected my wishes and added amazong touches to my perfect day!!

Working with Ellie was seamless. From the very start she was open to what we wanted and did everything she could to make our wedding vision come true. As the bride, I never felt stressed or worried about a single detail when it came to set up or execution at the rehearsal dinner or reception.

The food... the food was amazing! All night we received compliments on the appetizers, including a giant charcuterie board that Brittanie put together to reflect Ryan’s (groom) Croatian roots, to the main meals at dinner. Not one complaint in this department!

Altogether, we had an incredible experience with the DoubleTree and wish we could relive this night over and over!

We absolutely loved having our wedding at the Doubletree. Ellie was so pleasant to work with and dealt with a million of our questions. We went through a transition of hotel management and had some concerns, but Ellie made the transition smooth and painless. She took care of things on the day before and the day of and made us feel a lot less stressed. Also-Gerald is one of the best hotel employees I’ve ever experienced.

Jessica, Ellie, & their teams were great to work with. They promptly responded to calls/emails & followed through on what they said, which is so important to reduce stress in wedding planning. They also let us do a few unique things & were very accommodating. Every single staff person we interacted with was friendly & our guests had a great time.

Ellie was great to work with. When we had a concern she was right there to help and fix the concern we had.
