Melissia was absolutely great to work with. She was professional but personable, and worked with me to figure out what I wanted for the wedding day. She was flexible with the timing/schedule of the day, and even with the makeup plan that I totally switched up on the day of the wedding (even after completing an entire makeup trial). She was timely, communicated well, and really worked with me to get the look I wanted. Coordinating with a hair stylist for the wedding day was easy through her as well!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Dorsey Beauty. From the very first trial to the final touch-ups on my wedding day, the team was an absolute dream to work with. Meghan listened to exactly what I wanted, offered thoughtful suggestions, and created a look that was even better than I imagined.
My makeup was flawless—natural, glowing, and lasted the entire day (through happy tears, dancing, and everything in between!). My hair was stunning and stayed perfectly in place without ever feeling stiff or heavy. I truly felt like the best version of myself.
Beyond the talent of the team, they brought such a calming, positive energy. They kept me relaxed, on schedule, and even helped with little moments that had nothing to do with hair or makeup. The whole Dorsey Beauty team was kind, professional, punctual, and genuinely invested in making the day perfect.

Meghan was so great! She handled makeup for myself, my four bridesmaids, my mother, and mother-in-law with plenty of time to spare before the ceremony began. She was professional, punctual, and had competitive pricing. I'm not someone super knowledgeable about makeup and she helped walk me through some choices, and even was able to match my favorite lipstick tone with her own supplies for the day-of. 100% would recommend her services.

Fantastic Experience!
Maghan (makeup) and Kristi (hair) arrived on time and were a perfect fit for our mix of ages ranging from grandchildren to grandparents. They were both: patient, kind, talented, professional and lots of fun!
Meghan arrived with what looked like a suitcase full of makeup and had something for everyone. She even has extra (new) lipstick that I was able to purchase for the wedding day.
Kristi was great with all different types of hair lengths and textures. I showed her a photograph of a hairstyle that I wanted and she was spot on.
I would highly recommend Dorsey Beauty for your wedding or any formal event!

natural + glowy beauty!
My hair and makeup was the exact natural glowy look I was hoping for on the big day. The team was amazing to work with and the most patient and chill girls managing to get the hair and makeup done for myself and 8 bridesmaids + other family. They were SO professional, prompt and I felt so beautiful and confident in my hair and makeup for hours. The makeup held through my first look and ceremony tears, dance floor sweat and well into the late night after party where it torrentially downpoured. 100/10 I would absolutely recommend this team for your hair and makeup needs!

Amazing Hair and Makeup
Meghan and Ashley were amazing for our wedding hair and makeup. The wedding day was misty and rainy, however not one persons hair or makeup looked it. Both Meghan and Ashley were very accomodating and completed any and every request for themselves. I am obsessed with all of the pictures and the way everyones hair and makeup stayed the entire outdoor wedding and reception. They both were extremely proffessional and fun the entire time they were working. 12 out of 10 would recommend again!

Meghan was absolutely amazing. A no stress approach to HMU to make sure the bride was feeling great. I ultimately made changes to my vision between the trial and day of, which could cause some stress and uncertainty. I absolutely loved our experience with Dorsey Beauty! Meghan was very responsive and attentive to all my questions leading up to the wedding and my hair trial with Kristi was great. Both listened to my wants and completely different exceeded expectations. On the day of, Meghan and Kristi did my hair and make up plus 7 of my bridesmaids. They both worked quickly with outstanding results! I had a hard time deciding if I wanted to wear a flower crown or not and Kristi worked with me make the decision where we ultimately fashioned the crown into a hair piece. Obsessed with my wedding make up and mermaid hair!
Dorsey beauty did and absolutely amazing job with mine and my bridesmaids hair and make up! They were super nice, friendly, funny, flexible and just made you feel so comfortable. For my trial I did a low bun because my dress had a big open back that I wanted to show off but low buns aren’t really my typical hair style. It was beautiful!! However on my wedding day I decided to switch it up and they were like no problem at all! I did half up half down with this beautiful long mermaid fishtail and it turned out truly amazing. I felt like a mermaid bride. I cannot tell you how many people complimented my hair and make up. My bridesmaids also loved their hair and make up and looked stunning! I can’t say anything but good things about Dorsey Beauty! Thank you again for making my wedding day so special and glamorous!

Dorsey Beauty was referred to me by a friend and oh boy did they not disappoint!!!! I had a large amount of people wanting their hair and make up done (about 15!). I was so nervous about time and getting everyone done. They not only got everyone in and out on time, but did a phenomenal job on everyone’s hair and make-up! Besides the amazing quality of service, Meghan (make-up) and Kristen (hair) were so friendly and very easy to work with. They took my vision and made it come to life. From start to finish, Dorsey was outstanding to work with for my wedding day!! When it was time to schedule the trial, I had some difficulty finding a time due to living 2 hours away and Melissia and Ashley were very kind and accommodating. On the day of, they was on time and prepared. I knew we were in good hands before this, but this even further calmed me on the day of!

I'm not even sure if I can put into words how amazing Dorsey Beauty is. My wedding was in 2020, during the height of the covid pandemic. I got to do my trial hair and makeup in a safe environment at a nice salon. On the wedding day they knocked out the brides hair/makeup as well as the mother of the groom, mother of the bride and 7 bridesmaids. Again, they made sure everyone was as safe as possible and cleaned each piece of equipment between each person. Meghan even calmed me down when the venue had to change the reception area 2 hours before the wedding because it was storming. These ladies were so awesome to work with throughout the entire process but also super fun to spend the morning of your wedding with. I would (and do) recommend Dorsey Beauty to everyone. Seriously, you won't regret booking them.

I don’t know where to start! Melissia and Kristi are my favorites! They’re both wonderful individuals to just talk to, and the fact that they offer killer hair and makeup is an added bonus! Seriously, Melissia is an unbelievable artist. I have never felt more beautiful than my wedding day (maybe my engagement photos which she also did my makeup for!). My bridesmaids were in love with their makeup and our photos are unreal. As for Kristi, MD summer weddings are always tricky with hair and there was not one hair out of place! I had 10 bridesmaids and my mom and MIL need name up done all before a 3 PM first look and they crushed it with time to spare and everyone looked absolutely stunning. My one bridesmaid said when she gets rich she’s hiring Meghan to be her personal make up artist. Beautiful Hair and Makeup!
Melissia and Kristi were so amazing to work with! They made the wedding morning so much fun and super low stress. They were able to do 11 girls (bride, 8 bridesmaids, 2 moms) in about 5 hours with wiggle room at the end for touch ups. From the very beginning they helped me coordinate everything, were very responsive, flexible for the trial run, and helped me determine a rough timeline for the morning of our wedding. They are both extremely professional and so experienced so I always felt as if I was in great hands!
Melissia did the most amazing makeup - I have never felt more beautiful and all of the girls loved their makeup as well. The makeup withstood lots of tears (and sweat at reception) which was something I was very concerned about. Melissia is also so so chill and just a pleasure to hang out with.
Kristi did everyone's hair and I seriously don't think I have ever witnessed someone so extremely efficient and skilled at curling/styling hair. She is amazinggg! A true hair guru and so much fun to work with!

Absolutely Perfect
Kristen is the absolute best! My mom and I have both been clients of hers for years (she actually did my hair for my senior prom!), and I knew from the beginning that there was no one else I’d want to do my hair on my wedding day. She went completely above and beyond for me, and made sure to take extra time to incorporate a few small changes I wanted to make from my trial, making sure I was 1000% happy with my look. My mom, mother in law, and bridesmaids all looked amazing as well! My updo was picture perfect all night long, even in July heat and through a LOT of dancing. I’ve never felt more beautiful in my entire life! Thank you, Kristen!

Great Hair & Makeup Team!
Meghan and Kristen were a dream to work with! They were flexible with the changing head count and Kristen went above and beyond to make sure I had a hairstyle that matched my vision on the day of my wedding. These ladies fit right in with my bridal party and laughed with us all morning. I couldn’t have asked for a more lovely team to take care of our hair and makeup on my wedding day. Meghan and Kristen were our hair and make up team and we were so lucky to have them! Booking hair and makeup was something I struggled with in the wedding planning process, because almost no one that I reached out to got back to me. But Dorsey answered right away which made me feel confident and trust in booking them. They were super flexible, letting us add on a few more people and coming early. They were so fun to be around the whole day while getting ready. I felt so comfortable and relaxed around them, like I had known them my whole life. They made everyone feel so beautiful, including my mom who is super picky and had never had her hair and makeup done before! They put emphasis on making sure your hair and makeup is how YOU want it and what makes YOU feel your best and I really appreciate that. I will recommend Dorsey to everyone!!!

Beautiful hair and makeup - book them now!
Meghan and Kristen did hair and makeup for me and my bridal party for my May 1 wedding and I'm so happy I booked Dorsey Beauty!! They were so easy to communicate with and were so fun to be around while I was a huge ball of nerves getting ready for the big day lol. We had to start a half hour late because the room I booked to get ready in wasn't ready for us yet and they were so chill and were able to make up for lost time while making us look even more beautiful than I could have imagined. I would recommend them to everyone I know - they are seriously that good!

Melissia and her team were phenomenal to work with! Her relaxed nature, keen eye and attention to detail seriously helped the entire wedding morning be stress and hassle free...and FUN! I came into our trial with only a few ideas and she helped guide me to the most beautiful looks; we played around with different ideas and she was always so open to my feedback. Melissia doesn't force you into her vision and really cares about making your wedding day hair and make-up be about you. She is a true professional!

Great people and quality
You spend a long time on your wedding day with your hair and makeup team and I am so pleased that we got to work with Melissia (Makeup) and Kristi (Hair)! They're incredible at what they do and just generally awesome people to hang out with. Planning-wise, Melissia is incredibly organized and responsive and I never had to worry for a second even when we changed plans, locations, the number of people needing services, etc. a few months out. Both my hair and makeup held up incredibly for 12+ hours. It lasted through a little drizzle, my dog licking my face during photos, MANY tears, and lots of dancing. I felt so beautiful and confident thanks to Melissia and Kristi. The rest of the bridal party also looked incredible and their hair/makeup still looked beautiful at the end of the day. I can't recommend Dorsey Beauty enough!

Once you set a date, BOOK THESE GIRLS!
WOW! These girls truly know how to make you feel absolutely beautiful on your wedding day! From the beginning Meghan was so great to work with, not only that but she shared as much excitement about our big day as we did. For the trial, I showed Meghan (make-up) and Kristen (hair) photos from Pinterest, and they totally got the style I was looking for (a natural but enhanced beauty look with a wrap around fishtail braid/crown)! I was so in love with the whole look at the trial, I couldn't wait to see the whole look come together at our wedding!
On wedding day- these girls showed up in a big way! They made each of my bridesmaids so gorgeous, the mom's looked phenomenal, and I couldn't believe how beautiful I felt when I saw it all come together. It is also worth noting- a few of the girls had very thick hair, and Kristen did a phenomenal job getting their updos to look to so perfect! I cannot recommend this amazing team of women enough, they're great to have with you while you're getting ready and truly make you feel stunning!

Absolutely use Dorsey Beauty
Meghan and Kristi did my hair and make up for my wedding and it was perfect. My makeup lasted all day and my hair didn't budge even through dancing and some rain. Not gonna lie.. I fell asleep with my hair and makeup still intact and when I woke up, my make up was still beautiful, so I wore it to brunch! The women at Dorsey beauty were so easy to work with and just a laid back, lovely group of women. I highly recommend them!!!

I cannot recommend Dorsey Beauty enough! Melissia was phenomenal from start to finish, I could not have had a better experience.
She is prompt and professional in her responses via email and was so kind and understanding of the potential postponement due to Covid. When I met her for my trial I was immediately comfortable, everything was clean and organized and she was so fun to chat with. I loved the look and the few small adjustments I asked for she was happy to do with no issue.
Day of the wedding she was on time and made everyone feel and look incredible! She was able to take care of 7 ladies by herself in about 2 hours, we were actually ahead of schedule when she finished!
We all prefer the more natural look which she did perfectly. I felt like the most gorgeous version of myself, and my (now husband) who prefers a natural look loved everything about it also!
By the end of the night, lots of dancing and drinking later we all still looked photo ready! Truly what ever bride could want for her wedding day.

Awesome Makeup/Hair and awesome ladies!!!
Meghan and Kristen did our hair and makeup. From our first meeting for the trials the ladies were awesome to be around and chat with. I had no changes I wanted to make to my hair and makeup at the trial. They nailed it perfectly based on the photos I showed them! On the day of the wedding they promptly showed up as scheduled and were great with all the ladies. Everyones hair and makeup looked amazing and we all had fun laughing and chatting with them while they got us ready. I would highly recommend Meghan and Kristen. I am already in the process of rescheduling them for work headshots.

We had Kristen Twigg do our wedding hair and absolutely loved her!! Not only is she a great hair stylist, she is a great person! I have a ton of hair, and curly at that! She made it look great, different from my every day but I still felt like me! She also went back and fixed bridesmaids hair after pictures and helped when our flower girl was upset! Can't recommend her enough!

Joy to Work With!
I am so happy that I booked Dorsey Beauty for my wedding. Meghan and Melissia were such a joy to work with and I never felt more beautiful! They made me feel really comfortable which is huge to me because as I do not like being the center of attention. I am not at ease in front of a camera, but after they did my makeup and hair I felt so glamorous that my worries melted away. I have also never seen my family and friends look prettier! Our photos are amazing and a treasure. I cannot wait to plan another event just so I can work with the Dorsey Beauty team, each person was a joy and pleasure to work with! Melissia and Kristen are AWESOME! The minute I met them, I knew they would be the perfect make up artist and hair stylist for my special day. Dynamic Duo
Down to earth, professional and so talented. Having Meghan and Natalie the day of was like having two extra friends, they are so easy to be around! Natalie recreated hairstyles flawlessly. Meghan made me feel so freaking gorgeous without feeling like I had ten pounds of make up on my face or that it didn’t look like me anymore. Fantastic Makeup and Hair for Weddings and any Special Events
I cannot say enough about Melissia Dorsey at Dorsey Beauty. She truly was a life saver. I was 30 days out from my wedding day and my original makeup/hairstylist cancelled and I still had not done a trial day yet.
Within minutes of reaching out to Melissia via email, she responded and quickly and put my worries at ease. They were able to accommodate a last-minute trial day for me in Annapolis and our wedding party the day of (July 12, 2019) at a local hotel close to our wedding venue Silver Swan Bayside.
Both Melissia (makeup) and Kristi Crawford (hairstyling) arrived promptly at the hotel and were complete professionals. Not only were they willing and able to accommodate a last-minute addition to our bridal party for hair and makeup but they exceeded everyone’s expectations in terms of hair and makeup and were a joy to work with. I never felt so beautiful.
I highly recommend them to any bride and for any woman who wants to look extra special for an event.

If i could get married again and have them come again I would. I found them thru a friend who had me as their bridesmaid and she hired them. Beach wedding
Meghan and Roxie did mine and my bridal parties hair/make up for my beach wedding in May. From the first step in booking, communication was great and we were able to schedule everything seamlessly! After my trial, I knew I made the right decision! Meghan and Roxie are awesome! They are both so down to earth and very sweet, my girls and I had a lot of fun with them. On my wedding day, my hair and makeup was PERFECT, it held up through the entire day/night and with the wind on the beach! My bridesmaids and our mom's looked beautiful and they all loved their looks. I would highly recommend them for any wedding or special occasion!

Dorsey Beauty is great!! They came highly recommended from a close friend who’s entire family hired them for multiple weddings so I knew I would love them right off the bat. I had the pleasure of working with Meghan for makeup and Kristen for hair. They were extremely helpful, friendly, funny and professional the entire time and made both the trial and “morning of” fun, easy and stress free. They were able to replicate what I wanted with minimal direction and I trusted their instincts/suggestions. All of my bridesmaids loved their hair and makeup as well and were very happy. I opted for the airbrush makeup and it lasted ALL. NIGHT. LONG. My curls lasted throughout the night as well, and my jewel hair piece stayed in while I danced the night away. Do yourself a favor and hire Dorsey Beauty! You won’t be disappointed!

Melissia was so responsive leading up to the wedding, she was flexible and allowed us to make some changes that we really appreciated! When I decided I wanted a different style after my trial (sorry!) Kristi brought my vision to life. When I looked in the mirror I was brought to TEARS. I don't even know what I can say to fully capture how appreciative I am to the girls at Dorsey Beauty! Melissia did the make up and Kristi did hair for myself, 8 bridesmaids, 1 mother and 2 wild little gals. Everyone looked absolutely STUNNING!
I have very fine hair that struggles to hold curl / stay put, but Kristi was able to make a beautiful, boho-esque hair style that still looked great after hours on the dance floor. And the makeup! I'm not a big make up person, but everyone loves a fancy eye, and Melissia was able to give me the perfect natural look, but with just the right amount of sparkle. I loved it! The entire bridal party received compliment after compliment throughout the night.
If you are looking for a wonderfully laid back and talented team, look no further.

Simple and Beautiful
We are a mascara only couple, rarely wearing any makeup most of the time. When searching for hair and makeup, we wanted a natural style without a lot of glam or being overly made up. Melissia calmed our fears regarding the makeup process, and the results were truly amazing. She was able to accommodate a late add-on, a male touch up, and changing to air brushing the entire bridal party at the last minute. For hair, we had Kristi and she was amazing. She was able to tame extremely curly hair as well as fine straight hair. Our hair stayed in place and looked beautiful throughout the entire ceremony and reception in 90 degree, maryland humidity. Overall, we would 100% recommend both Melissia and Kristi for hair and makeup!

Melissia did an amazing job on my make up! She was extremely flexible with how many times I changed who would be getting their make up done and responded quickly every single time I reached out. She was on time, quick, and made me feel the most beautiful I have ever felt. My MOH and I both got airbrush and i got lashes put on as well. My make up stayed perfect all day and night. I wanted to feel beautiful but still look like myself. I received so many compliments on my make up during my wedding. I can’t sing her praises enough! Thank you for making me feel so beautiful!! Melissia and Kristi did the hair and makeup for my wedding and bridal party. Everyone looked flawless! I have thick, long hair and it lasted the entire evening and my makeup was still on the next morning!
Throughout the entire process, Melissia was easily reachable and super nice and professional. She really worked with me to schedule my trial when I was unavailable during her usual days. She was super laid back and easy to work with.
The entire experience was great! I would highly recommend them if you are looking for experienced artists for your day :)

Melissia was terrific! Very responsive and professional. She and her colleague came to my hotel to do my hair and makeup before my wedding. They arrived on time (a few minutes early), and finished early so that my wedding day timeline could stay on track - we had purposely allowed for a little extra time and it worked out exactly as she had said it would.
They made me look gorgeous for my wedding. The makeup was beautiful and very natural looking. Perfect for my style and looked great in the photos. I had brought a photo of an elaborate hairstyle and they did a wonderful job bringing that to life. (I recently showed photos to my hair stylist at home who I have used for many years and she said the same thing.) My husband was blown away by the whole look - exactly what we were going for! I highly recommend using Dorsey Beauty!

Dorsey Beauty was absolutely outstanding! They did the hair and makeup for my engagement photos and for my wedding. They were timely, flexible, super sweet and conversational and so, so talented with hair and makeup. I got so many compliments on both. We had 10 people get hair done, and they were super efficient and even finished early so we had more time to get photos than I expected! My mom has never had her hair and makeup done professionally, and they kept her completely at ease! They were also absolutely wonderful with children and helped my three-year-old niece get her flower crown in place without too much of a struggle! Thank you so so much again! Highly recommend!

I'm so beyond grateful I found Dorsey Beauty for my wedding day hair and makeup! I have never liked how my hair turned out done until Kristen - she's a serious hair magician and such a wonderful person. I'm very much out of my comfort zone when it comes to make up but Meghan expertly made my ideas come to life and made me feel incredibly beautiful. I primarily coordinated with Meghan who made everything seamless. Meghan and Kristen were also so gracious in accommodating changes to the number of people who wanted services, and were so fun and personable to talk to during the trials and morning of. Oh my gosh! I am so thankful for Dorsey Beauty. I didn't like my trial with a different makeup artist, and Melissa and Meghan came to the rescue! One of my friends got married in the town over and had Melissa do her bridal party's makeup which was beautiful!! I did a trial at Meghan's house and she was so accommodating and even gave lashes for free since we had traveled to her in Annapolis. On my wedding day, Meghan was right on time, and was super efficient. There were 5 girls including myself that had their makeup done, and everyone looked STUNNING. I was in tears how beautiful my girls looked. They looked so themselves just dialed up. I was floored with how my makeup turned out. She did such a phenomenal job and it lasted all day. I was SO stressed that I would not look like myself since I don't wear a lot of foundation, but it was perfect. Just enough to look good in pictures, but not too much that I looked different in person. We had a mishap with a venmo payment not going through and instead of addressing me with it on my wedding day, Meghan waited until Monday to ask. All around great service and such sweet people!!

Dorsey Beauty did the hair and make up for my wedding in St. Michaels in August 2017. They were AMAZING to work with! The stylists showed up on time and did the most incredible work. They did hair and make up for myself, six bridesmaids, my mother, and my MIL. Meghan (make up) totally nailed my look- She made me look like myself, but a million times better. Kristen (aka Twiggy, who did my hair) was also amazing. I gave her little to no direction (woops) and she nailed it. I couldn’t recommend Dorsey Beauty more!

The absolute best of the best ! I wish I could give Dorsey Beauty above 5 stars because that’s how incredible they are. From the very first email, Melissia was so kind and responsive. I knew right away it was going to be a perfect fit! My make up trial was amazing, she is so incredibly talented and really created the exact look I wanted! I can never say enough amazing things about Melissia and how awesome she is as a person and make up artist! She made every part stress free and above that so fun! On the wedding day, she arrived early and customized each look to perfectly match each persons personality. My make up turned out so perfect and more than I could have dreamed of. After reading the reviews and checking out the Dorsey Beauty website - I had to reach out to them! And I am so glad I did - they made everything so easy! Melissia was super responsive to any questions - something that made Dorsey Beauty stand out! I had my trial for hair (Roxie) and makeup (Melissia) a few months before my wedding. I showed them pictures of the dress, thoughts for my hair and talked to Melissia about my makeup. I left the trial and felt BEAUTIFUL! During the trial - Roxie and Melissia chatted like friends, and it made for a relaxed time. Day of - everything went great! They came to the hotel that we were getting ready at and were super easy to talk with and everyone felt beautiful for the day.

They were incredibly talented, professional, on-time, responsive, and I had so much fun with them that it made it feel like I was working with friends! My hair and makeup lasted perfectly all night, and looked flawless and classic - exactly what I was looking for. My mom & bridesmaids could not stop commenting on how much they enjoyed their makeup & do's. Additionally, their prices were very fair and competitive which I much appreciated. There are a lot of make-up artists in the DMV and we could not be happier that we chose Dorsey Beauty for our big day. I don't wear a ton of make-up regularly so I wanted to make sure that I had a natural look that was still me. Meghan MORE than delivered. Every time we look at our pics, we are just so so happy with how we looked and got the most amazing compliments on our make-up at our wedding. She just picked the best colors and shades for each of our skin colors and executed to perfection. This was one of the quickest and easiest decisions made while planning my wedding. Melissia was very flexible while planning trials for both hair and makeup and made me feel at ease right away (I even used them for my engagement pictures and a boudoir photoshoot and both looks were awesome!) I don't typically wear much makeup and am very picky with my hair but everything felt so natural and comfortable all day and night. The day of my wedding everything went great, both Meghan and Roxy were so nice and patient with everyone and really cared about making sure everyone was happy with the final product. I reached out to Dorsey Beauty a week before my wedding (my previous makeup artist fell through after I found out her trip charge at the last minute!) So, I searched for someone local and came across Dorsey Beauty. Melissia emailed me back right away and said she would be happy to help me out. She even did a trial for me in the short amount of time we had. Melissia was SO awesome! She showed up ahead of our planned time so she could get set-up, totally transformed my face and became part of our day as we talked and laughed with my family. I don't wear a ton of makeup so Melissia kept that natural look for me, but kicked up a notch =) The airbrush makeup was PERFECT for the warm, sunny day...we took family photos out in the sun for an hour and my makeup looked fresh for the entire night. I was blown away with how it stayed on so well and still felt light! I just felt beautiful. THANK YOU so much Melissia...I can't recommend Dorsey Beauty enough!

Hiring Dorsey Beauty was one of the best decisions I made when planning my wedding! They were immediately responsive and clear on pricing (which was incredibly reasonable!) and arranged for a trial at a time and location that fit my schedule. I immediately clicked with Kristi and Meghan because of their easy going personalities and professionalism. Kristi had great ideas for my hair and worked quickly, as did Meghan with my make up. They both arrived early on the day of my wedding and set up before the start time! This alleviated any time stress and my girls and me time to discuss hair and make up choices and enjoy getting ready together. Meghan and Kristi were extremely understanding and accommodating when I decided to change BOTH my hair and make up due to the hot and humid weather! My maids and I have all been in a lot of weddings, and all agreed that this was the best experience we've ever had! Our make up looked natural and my updo stayed put all night! Meghan did makeup for my wedding day and was a wonderful asset. Not all of the girls wanted their makeup done, so it was a big plus that Dorsey Beauty only had a minimum of 3 people receiving services where most other vendors required 4 or 5.
Meghan came to my house for the trial and was very flexible and friendly with me while I figured out what look I was going for. On the wedding day she arrived on time, and everyone loved their makeup - and it stayed put all day! I definitely recommend Dorsey Beauty for your wedding day!

Getting married in the middle of July on one of the hottest, most humid days in Annapolis, all of my bridesmaids were super nervous about how their hair and make up would hold up. I was in desperate search for a makeup artist and hair stylist for my wedding. I had done several consultations with other salons and I just was not happy with any of the results. I was referred to Melissia by my brow artist Lyndsey and I have to say I could not be more satisfied with the outcome! Melissia, Kristen, and Lyndsey did an amazing job helping me to achieve the look I was going for. They also did a fabulous job with my bridal party.
