  Very impressed. This is not a porta-potty.

  We had a Don's Johns (now United Site Services) trailer that was perfect for our purposes. It was brand new clean, had AC, plenty of room, and worked perfectly for a barn venue wedding. Couldn't have been more pleased.

  We used Don's Johns for our wedding and they were phenominal. The delivery was early, they placed the toilet where I asked and the toilet was spotless it looked brand new. I will definatly use Don's Johns for any outdoor event where restrooms are needed!!

  We got the smaller portable restroom trailer from Don's Johns for our sixty-guest wedding. I wasn't sure if folks might prefer the fancy "Bridal" trailer with granite countertops, but my fiancé and I were on a budget and after visiting the trailers, we determined that the smaller trailer was fine, and we had several compliments on it at the wedding, so I think our guests were fine with it too. We put silver trays with tissues, mints, floss, Tylenol, feminine products, a vase with flowers, and nice hand soap in each of the bathrooms to dress them up a bit. Kim at Don's Johns was our contact, and she was kind and easy to work with. She honored a price quote we'd gotten right before Don's Johns acquired the company from whom we'd gotten the quote, which we greatly appreciated. Our trailer arrived on time, was set up just where it needed to be, and pickup went smoothly. The only glitch we had was with payment. A deposit of $500 was supposed to be collected when we reserved the trailer. A week before the wedding, for which we'd carefully budgeted, we found out that it hadn't been, so we were charged more than anticipated. Otherwise, everything with the company went smoothly, and we were pleased with our experience.

  The toilets arrived on time and very clean and dry. The gentleman delivering worked hard to get them to where I wanted {I was surprised to see the company did not provide any equipment to help move, or even an additional worker, so he had to run back and forth from side to side to get it moved....he walked with a limp but worked hard.....this less than ideal treatment of their employees is why I gave a reduced rating for "Professionalism," since it doesn't seem professional of the company to expect 1 person to do it all alone with no equipment}. They worked fine, and the handwashing station I ordered also worked. My guests appreciated the bathroom baskets I put in the stalls.

  Don's johns provided the portable restroom for our daughters wedding in January.
  The service we got was very good. It was a snowy weekend and the first trailer delivered was already frozen so the gentleman promptly took it back and brought back another trailer.
  These trailers are expensive to rent and when you rent inthe winter you have to also rent a large generator to keep the unit heated and running 24/7 so the pipes don't freeze. If the pipes or contents freeze it is on your dime : / Our unit was fine, nothing fancy and we didn't have time to add the personal touches i had hoped to place other than our own nice hand soap. the downside was that our unit also ran out of water before our event was over and i know many of our guests never used it (including me) so I have to question if the unit was actually brought full. the good news is that it seems the unit ran out towards the end so it wasn't a huge hardship. I had asked for the contact person to call me so I could share this experience with her but I never did hear back from them. Even with this bump in the road though, I was very pleased with the unit and know that it was a hard time of year to service. The gentleman who delivered and who picked up the unit were very polite. I appreciated that they didn't leave a frozen unit with us in the beginning.

  Since we were having an outside wedding and a family friend's house, this was my first choice so that everyone wouldn't have to go into the property owners house to use the rest room. The stall was delievered on time, but I was informed that it wasn't properly working when it was dropped off. We tried contacting DonJohn's later on in the early eveing to express that we needed a new unit, but we didn't receive and answer back and they do not have an emeregency hotline or number if something like this is to happen. The owner of the property as well as myself were very disappointed in the end. The lady I worked with in getting the stall rented was very profesional, helpful & friendly. Overall the company is still a decent company, I just think they need to have a maintainence number for matters such as this.
