Wonderful Tailor!

Amazing place!

I went to Donna Beth Creations to alter my wedding dress, and they did an incredible job. I loved the team I worked with, and they made my dress so that it worked with my body so well! They're a fun and professional team, and I would recommend them highly!

Great Experience!

Going to Donna Beth Creations for my wedding dress alterations was a great decision. They have such a welcoming space and those that work there were so kind and helpful! They explained the process well, answered all of my questions, and instilled in me trust that my perfect wedding dress was in good hands. At the end of my fittings, my dress fit like a glove. They also placed an easy bustle and explained it to my bridesmaid to make the bustling process seamless on my wedding day. Overall, I would highly recommend Donna Beth Creations!

Donna Beth Completely SAVED my Veil!

I bought a really beautiful and intricate cathedral length veil from a bridal boutique. When I purchased it, I asked them to customize it into a drop veil. When I picked up the veil a few months later, it was not at all what I envisioned and was completely ruined. I already had a terrible experience with my wedding dress and had to buy an entirely new dress, at a different boutique, off the rack. When I purchased my new and beautiful dress, the boutique told me to go see Donna Beth. When I walked into their studio two months from my wedding with a completely botched veil and a dress that was three sizes too large, I was completely dejected and totally overwhelmed with stress. They immediately calmed me down and started discussing solutions to my predicament. While they were pinning me in my dress, they took my veil and analyzed it. They brought various tulle options for me and showed me exactly when my veil would look like when finished. They assured me they would be able to removed all of the appliqué and apply it to the new tulle!

They worked so well with me getting my dress a week earlier than planned and fit me in for extra alterations when things were not fitting me exactly as I thought they should!

When I picked up my veil and wedding dress two months later, everything was PERFECT! The dress and veil were exactly as I imagined them! The dress fit me like it had been made for me and my veil was an absolute dream! I cannot even compare it to what I had originally brought them!

Donna Beth Saved my veil and my dress! I cannot recommend them enough to a bride who is in need of peace of mind, a calm atmosphere, and the best alterations in the area!

Stress free alterations experience

Donna Beth Creations did an amazing job with my wedding dress. They implemented all my special requests, answered all my questions, and were a delight to work with. Their studio is gorgeous, and it was such a luxurious, smooth experience during my alterations appointments. I felt comfortable that my dress was in their hands. Would highly recommend!

Gorgeous Dress - Fit to Me!

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Donna Beth Creations. My wedding dress was absolutely gorgeous and that is in large part to the alterations it received at Donna Beth Creations. The staff was helpful and took my vision into account in their alterations. They were responsive and always on time. I absolutely loved working with Donna Beth Creations and highly recommend this place for any upcoming bride! Especially in the uncertainty of being a COVID bride, Donna Beth Creations makes the process easy and makes you feel like a gorgeous queen!!

Gorgeous work!!

I was referred to Donna Beth Creations from my bridal shop and so glad I went there! First of all her space is huge and gorgeous. Each appointment I felt more and more beautiful in my gown, it looked incredible! I also had to postpone my wedding due to covid and they were so sweet and accommodating - held on to my dress for 5 extra months. This dress fit me like a glove and definitely looked like a "made for me" dress! Just gorgeous. Highly recommend.

Donna Beth is Incredible!

Donna Beth truly is a gem. I bought my dress online for $300, and when the dress first arrived, everyone had hesitations about it. I knew it was the aesthetic I wanted, though, and that tailoring would make it perfect. Donna Beth made my dress look extraordinary, and she was so kind to me throughout the process. There was a bit of a mishap regarding the lace at the bottom of the dress, and she immediately jumped in with a solution that tied the look together (incorporating an ivory belt to match the lace, my earrings, and my hair comb). I can't recommend her enough, and I've already sent my best friend her way for their wedding in June!

High Quality Alterations

I had a wonderful experience using Donna Beth Creations for my wedding dress alterations. Donna was able to accommodate my alterations on a very short time frame (three month engagement) and was attentive to my concerns and desires with changes to my dress. My gown turned out perfectly fitted to my body and looked amazing. All the elements - like bustling, a reworked bodice, and several additions including a sash and buttons - were executed well. I would highly recommend using Donna Beth Creations!

Donna Beth and team made our alterations appointments so special

The shop is so chic. My mother, mother-in-law and I had such a wonderful time during our alterations appointments. It was expensive (my dress had a lot of layers/detail) but totally worth it!

I cannot say enough amazing thing about Donna Beth Creations! Donna is a wonderful, kind soul that is amazing at what she does! My dress had a ton of super detailed hand drawn, cut out lace that I didn't want to have disappear when the dress was taken in and altered. She saved every inch and took the hem in from the waist rather than destroying the beautiful lace at the bottom. She also made sure to make the dress EXACTLY how I wanted it to fit my needs even though that meant three appointments where I made didn't minor changes at each. Her entire team there is so accommodating and skilled. Plus, it was extremely reasonably priced. HIGHLY recommended!!

Donna Beth was amazing! She made my Rue de Seine dress fit perfectly and she made the whole process so easy. Unfortunately, the dry cleaner destroyed the dress after the wedding, and Donna Beth was able to make it beautiful again. I was so upset when I contacted her about the damage and she was so sweet and helpful in making a plan to repair it at a very reasonable price. I'd highly recommend trusting her with your wedding dress!

Thank you for making my wedding dress fit so great I felt like a star on my wedding day! I hiked in the woods of Breckenridge in this dress and was able to dance all night thanks to the gorgeous bustle you so expertly made. Everyone had something to say about the dress how it was “made for me", and I twirled the night away.

Donna Beth was recommended to me by the Boutique anna be, and they handled the pickup from the store which was very convenient. My dress required a very intricate bustle so it wasn't cheap but it was perfect - she knew exactly what to do with this dress. After the alterations, they kept it at the store until the week of the wedding to press it so it was nice and crisp and to not run into risks of me having it at my house. My mom and sister came with me to pick it up and they were very impressed by the fitting areas and so was I.

Donna Beth altered my sample wedding dress exactly to my liking. It fit perfectly on the wedding day as if I had ordered it in my size. Her staff is amazing and the scheduling with them is so easy. Great value for your money- I wouldn't trust just anyone with my wedding dress and I'm happy I chose DB.

Donna Beth was recommended to me by the store where I purchased my dress. I am so thankful I followed their advise! The team at Donna Beth was amazing every step of the way. They gave me everything I asked for and my dress looked incredible. I had a complicated bustle with many layers in my dress. They went over it several times to ensure that my bridesmaids and my mom knew what to do. The night of the wedding I tore up the dance floor and the bustle held the entire night. I recommended to DBC from the bridal store I purchased my dress from. I had to have my dress taken out as I had gained some weight. They did a beautiful job! The dress fit like a glove and it was beautiful.

I was married in April 2017 and chose Donna to alter my BHLDN gown. Every fitting was professional and fun. Donna and her staff were so attentive to my calls, emails, and questions. Aside from the usual fittings, they let me come in other times to check my accessories with my gown, help measure the length of veil I would need, and to show my gown to my best friend and mom! My gown fit like a glove and after a small issue I noticed after getting my gown home two days before the wedding, Donna and her staff were amazing at fixing the problem over night and delivering the gown to me at home the next afternoon. Thank you for making me feel gorgeous!

I loved my alterations experience at Donna Beth. They were friendly and booking appointments was easy. My alterations weren't incredibly complicated but they did an amazing job. They listened to a couple concerns I had after my first appointment and addressed everything I asked for in the next appointment. My dress turned out beautifully, and I could tell that if I had a last minute emergency, they would have been all over it. I paid about $450 for everything, which I thought was very reasonable, and that cost covered as many rounds of alterations as I needed.

Donna Beth did an amazing job with my lace wedding dress. She had to bring in the waist and shorten it a few inches and the end result was stunning! Donna was absolutely amazing. She made my dress fittings and alterations the easiest part of the wedding planning, by far! I had two fittings prior to the wedding, and each was extremely efficient--I was in and out of the shop within 25 minutes both times. The hem on my dress was taken up (lining, satin, and lace overlay) and French bustles added to the train. Cups were added to the bust to fill out the dress structure without entirely reworking it. Donna was also very receptive to my feedback on the modifications. She is so talented and a joy to work with!

The ladies at Donna Beth did the alterations for my gown and my bridesmaids dresses. If I had known about her beautiful selection of bridesmaids and MOTB dresses before, we would have most likely tried some on there.

They have big beautiful fitting rooms with sofas and area rugs- like a little living room. Our dresses all fit like they were made just for us, and I can't even begin to describe how she creates a bustle!

All the ladies there are friendly and knowledgeable. She also has a beautiful collection of belts and hair accessories!

Donna is an absolute PRO. As someone who sews, I have a great appreciation for a seamstress who knows her stuff--and Donna does. The minute she walked in during my first fitting I felt like I was in such good hands. She was cool and confident even when my dress was hard to zip the first fitting, and she had no doubt that I'd get down to size in time (ha! She knows brides are the most determined humans!).

Donna had a lot of experience with my gown designer, Amy Kuschel, and the alterations she did were perfect and came out exactly how I wanted. We even had a last-minute scare when two days before the wedding I realized there was a visible thread in between the layers of my [form-fitting, silk crepe] gown that you could see when I had it on. Donna took it in without hesitation, made the fix, had my gown re-pressed and put into the form, and had it back to me within a day. You cannot rattle this woman!

Donna's staff is equally sweet and wonderful. My mom, bridesmaids, and I loved every minute of our fitting days. Thank you for everything!

Donna Beth is an angel wrapped up in human form. Honestly, she is magical with alterations! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my dress alterations- she did the most incredible job. My dress fit me like I was born to wear it, and every single person told me how beautiful it was. I can't tell you how thankful I am for Mrs. Donna and if you're not taking your dress to her - you're making a mistake!!

I chose to use Donna Beth Creations based on her reviews and she was wonderful to work with. She was very helpful and efficient in her work. She always had wonderful suggestions from undergarments to the types of bustles to use. Donna is amazing! Not only do you walk into the a gorgeous location but the staff there is extremely friendly. Donna made me feel like a princess, the alterations were perfect, my dress fit amazing even after gaining weight.

I can't say enough positive things about Donna Beth, her team, and the alterations they made to my wedding dress. I heard about Donna Beth from my tailor and was very happy with their level of professionalism and the quality of their work.

It was easy to contact them, set up appointments, and they were incredibly helpful during the alterations process. They are located in a beautiful historic building in the Capitol Hill area of Denver, and their large sun-filled rooms make the experience one of a kind.

During my three appointments, Donna Beth made sure to walk me through expectations, the technique of their adjustments, and she was extremely detail oriented. She helped me pick out and order a veil that matched the champagne/blush color of my dress as well.

Overall, the experience was wonderful, and Donna Beth would deliver nothing short of a perfectly tailored wedding dress. Would absolutely recommend to future Brides!

I LOVED everything about Donna and her team. The mansion she works out of is absolutely stunning. Going to my first fitting was the first time I felt like a bride. Donna did a fantastic job on my alterations and was also able to create more of a sweetheart neckline on my gorgeous wedding dress. ( at the bridal shop, they told me nobody would be able to take it from a modified sweetheart to a real sweetheart neckline) Go to Donna. You will not regret it!!

Donna and her team made my wedding dress alteration experience very enjoyable. They offered my mom and I mimosas during our first visit and made us feel very comfortable. Donna listened to all of my dress concerns and provided excellent ideas/feedback. I feel so lucky to have been referred to Donna Beth Creations for my dress alterations. Not only is their space undeniably gorgeous, and give you a real historic Denver feel, the ladies are responsive, helpful, and make you feel like a million bucks, while still being incredibly professional and efficient. My dress was a show stopper. The hem let my shoes peep through just enough, to give my guests a glimpse and also allowing me to walk and dance with ease in the mountains. I had gotten a dress on sample sale and wanted to make it my own. I had drawn an idea down and found some pictures on the internet of what I wanted it to look like. I shopped around for alterations places to help me out, but most of them were super expensive and/or did not want to work with me. Then I found Donna Beth Creations. I emailed them with my ideas and Donna, herself, wrote me back and sounded like she was so happy to help me and wanted to make my dreams come true. From then on out, that is exactly what she did. She helped make me the dress of my dreams and made me feel so special in the meantime. She was encouraging my ideas and was able to give me exactly what I was wanting. I used Donna Beth's Services on a recommendation from a friend and I couldn't be happier. The girls that work there are always friendly and welcoming. Donna Beth is quick, friendly and knows what she is doing. You pay upfront during your first fitting and you do several fittings afterwards to make sure everything fits to your specifications. I was happy to have that expense out of the way early on in the process. The boutique has some beautiful accessories, it was hard not to buy one of everything!

Donna and her team are an outstanding team of individuals that made my wedding dress go from "the one" to "The One!" There quick appointments were concise and to the point. For those of you who don’t know, Donna Beth Creations is the finest alterations boutique in Denver. Donna herself is the fashion designer who designed Halle Berry’s first wedding dress! Needless to say, the best of the best work at Donna Beth Creations.
Impressions aside, after purchasing my wedding gown in Denver, the shop manager promptly handed Donna’s card to me, telling me that Donna was the ONLY person who should touch my beautiful investment. I made an appointment that very day.
Working with Donna and Elizabeth was an absolute dream. As a bride, there are so many worries and doubts that one has to deal with. Donna made the whole alterations process very easy and very reassuring. She was sweet (giving me a hug every time I saw her), accommodating (there was one day when I was very late, but she still made time to see me), and most importantly, a brilliant designer and wedding gown alterations specialist. On the day of my wedding, my dress fit me perfectly everywhere. And I won’t lie; this was not walk-in-the-park for her given my chubby arms and back fat! My dress made me look trim and beautiful, and it was all due to the skill and talent that Donna put into my dress.
I was so impressed with Donna Beth Creations that I even bought my bridesmaid dresses at her boutique. Of my bridesmaids, I have a girl who is pregnant, one who likes strapless dresses, one who likes cap sleeves, and one who is Mormon and had specific dress coverage needs. I was able to find a beautiful and unique dress for each girl all within the same designer, fabric, and color. And all of my bridesmaids loved them!

I originally worked with my bridal shop to select a seamstress; they gave me a list of names and I picked a seamstress that would travel to the boutique since my dress was being stored there and I thought it would be easier - that ended up being a big mistake. The boutique manager called me after seeing I was unhappy and referred me to Donna Beth Creations. Donna agreed to pick up where the other seamstress left off; she said she would even do the work at no cost because I was getting so close to my wedding day and just wanted to help.

I worked with Donna and Kellie and they both made me feel so much better from the second I walked in their door. I asked Donna what she thought about the dress... She replied: "I think it doesn't fit your body..." she even said at one point the way it was fitted looked "frumpy" She pulled the waist in a couple inches and it immediately changed the entire way I looked in the dress. The waist was also dropped too low for my body and she pulled that up to fit my torso. She was a true professional and I instantly knew I was in the right place.

I wish I could give Donna Beth Creations 10 stars because she completely saved the day, and I was only a couple weeks away from my wedding. It wasn't even the fact that she fixed the dress, but the fact that she was honest and told me that it just didn't fit right... she could tell just by the way I was standing and pulling at the dress that the corset (which was tight) was still too lose. She had already told me she would do the alterations for free - and she ended up doing a lot more work to fix the dress to make it perfect.

The way Donna, Kellie, and the rest of the staff treated me was amazing. I honestly felt like they were family in the way they spoke to me. I even teared up when I picked up my dress and said goodbye to them. I absolutely can't say enough how great they were. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

You GET what you PAY FOR! This was an amazing experience. Gorgeous old house in downtown Denver with HUGE bridal suites. They are ready for you on arrival, make you feel amazing and the seamstress REALLY knows what she is doing. My dress fits so perfectly and emphasizes everything about my body that it should. I bought my dress from a sample sale. It was beautiful, but dirty and about 8 sizes too big. I also didn't like the original neckline. Donna was absolutely WONDERFUL. The dress came out beautifully, better than I could have ever dreamed. It looked like it was made for me... well, I guess you could say it was! Donna spent 3 months perfecting my dress; she brought it all in seamlessly, hemmed it, and customized the neckline. I bought a dress that was less than perfect, and ended up with the dress of my dreams. I had a destination wedding, and she even packed my dress in a carry-on suitcase and armed me with enough double-sided tape and safety pins to assist with anything that might have come up on my wedding day. I cannot recommend Donna enough!!!

Delightful to work with! Donna and her team are fantastic and very flexible. I live in the springs and we got caught in traffic on the way to my final fitting. I was a half hour late...I know horrible. She still stayed, checked my alterations and even allowed some time for my grandma to get to take pictures! She's super encouraging and I'm so happy I wen't with her to do my wedding dress alterations!

Donna Beth Creations is the place to go for all your wedding dress alteration needs. I bought my dress from Blue Bridal and they had it all set up and sent over to Donna Beth Creations so that I didn't even have to hassle with it. Once at Donna Beth's, I was able to come in for my various fittings at a time that worked for me. Donna Beth's made sure that they worked around my schedule making every visit stress free. Not only did Donna Beth's create visit times that were perfect, but every visit was magical. Every time I went in, I feel like a princess. Donna Beth's entire team makes you feel welcome from the minute you walk into their beautiful store to when you leave. The dress is yours and they want to make sure they are doing everything that you want. My custom alterations were perfect and Donna Beth's helped to make sure that everything fell exactly how we needed it to fall and that all the alterations were exactly what we wanted. On my last fitting, Donna Beth's walked me out and it was at that moment, that I became so excited for my wedding. I cannot recommend Donna Beth Creations enough. They are absolutely wonderful!

Everybody there was fantastic. I had shopped around and Donna Beth Creations was the best! They made me feel welcomed and excited and like I was in charge. I redesigned my moms dress and they worked magic! I was comfortable and felt amazing on my big day! I can't thank you all enough. Plus the space is so beautiful, the whole place is magical. Donna was so amazing to work with & so flexible with me since I was coming from out of state for all of my alterations. She was knowledgable, nice, and so easy to work with. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else or trusting anyone else with my wedding dress!

My dress needed a decent amount of work. Initially I started to have doubts about my dress (since it was a sample dress that needed some work). But after seeing the work Donna Beth has done so far (two fittings so far), my doubts have been put aside! Donna and Kellie have been so welcoming each time I come in for a fitting. They answer all of my questions and concerns. Donna Beth Creations is awesome and their service is amazing! They're awesome that my sister has decided to use them to alter her own wedding dress!

Donna beth does amazing work. She altered my wedding dress and also created the perfect veil for me. The house she works out of is absolutely amazing and it really just completed the entire experience. She makes you feel beautiful and is completely focused on you and your comfort during your time with her. I would highly recommend her to anybody looking for wedding dress alterations or if you are looking for a veil.

Having Donna Beth tailor my wedding dress was one of the funnest parts of the months leading up to my wedding. Her mansion is gorgeous and the dressing room made me feel like a princess! The entire experience was so personal, every time I went for a fitting, somebody greeted me at the door and led me to the "Italian Room" where I got one on one attention from Donna making sure my dress fit absolutely perfectly. And it did! I will miss going there every month!

Donna and her daughter were amazing. They efficient with their time but make you feel like you are the only one on their schedule for the day. I have a super fitted simple gown. No real room for error. My dress was a way too long, needed to be taken in, and needed ribbing added to the sides. They did all of the above fantastically and it now fits like a glove. I cannot thank them enough. Everything was fantastic.

5 stars all the way! Donna took my mother's beautiful (albeit somewhat outdated) wedding dress and turned it into a dress that felt perfectly "me" and was exactly what I had in mind. Her work is incredibly high quality -- you don't want to risk having shotty work done on your wedding gown! I'd recommend her to absolutely any girl needing alterations done. Worth every penny.

This was my first experience having a nicer item of clothing tailored. I was nervous when I first bought this dress due to the awkward gaps and length. After one fitting, she reconstructed my dress to the point where I felt it was TRULY made for me. I've never owned a piece of clothing that fit me this well. Ah, Amazing amazing amazing work!
