Working with Donna Jung Photography was an absolute pleasure! Donna is not only incredibly professional, but she brings such a fun, interactive energy to the day. She made everyone feel comfortable and at ease, capturing authentic moments effortlessly. Her ability to blend into the background while still directing when needed is such a gift. You can tell she truly loves what she does, and it shows in every shot. We’re so grateful to have had her as part of the team—highly recommend!

Amazingly captured the entire ceremony and reception
Dona was such a pleasure to work with. She started with our beautiful engagement photos. Everything she did was beautiful. She added special touches to everything. She really listened to what we wanted and also surprised us with captivating moments. She was patient with all the Littles we had in our ceremony and took some very creative shots. -

If you are thinking about hiring Dona, STOP THINKING AND DO IT! She is amazing!!
I found her by asking my venue for a few suggestions but once I communicated with her, I knew she was whom I was going to hire. Hiring her was one of the top 3 BEST decisions I made for my wedding planning. Before the wedding I had MAYBE 5 pictures of my fiancé and I (he and I aren’t picture people) so I was very nervous about how we would do with a professional photographer with being awkward and etc loll. She was a literal DREAM TO WORK WITH! Day of, she was early and just took control with what she needed to do with very little direction from me because I was so stressed that day. She was SO HIGH ENERGY and charismatic and easy to be around. I honestly felt like I knew her for longer than just meeting her for the first time in person, day of wedding. Her and her husband (who was helping her that day) were SO easy to work with and were just so much fun! Even my husband who was a MILLION PERCENT dreading the photos, enjoyed the experience except for his cheeks hurting at the end haha. Her and her husband were constantly cracking jokes to make us laugh, giving us compliments to make us feel AMAZING, and all while giving awesome picture-posing instructions. My family was a big chaotic Italian family and she EASILY was able to get amazing family photos.
Now.. when it came to get the photos back, WOW SHE WAS SO QUICK!!! She first posted a HEAFTY facebook post like immediately and then she also very soon after the wedding emailed an online link and mailed us a USB. For perspective, my sister also got married the month before me in Richmond, VA and her photographer took 4 months (she JUST got them!) to get her photos and she hates 80% of them. ME…. Holy crap.. I actively can’t chose which is my favorite and which I could dedicate an entire WALL of my house of portraits from the event! The photos were UNREAL!!! Complete fairytale look. Everything I wanted in my wedding photos that I honestly didn’t really know how to describe that I wanted. She made everything so unbelievably easy and I will be forever thankful for her and her husband!
Without a SHADOW of a doubt, her phone number is permanently added in my phone for our family’s photographer. -

We have had our photos taken by many photographers and I will say Dona Jung is by far the best! Not only were our wedding photos amazing but she helped our big day run smoothly! She is very accommodating, reasonably priced and got our pictures back to us so quickly. I highly recommend her for any event! -

Dona did the perfect blend of posed portraits and candids. I didn't even know she was taking pictures at times until I saw them! She made my two young stepdaughters feel totally comfortable in front of the camera. She's so creative, so let her do her thing! Also I couldn't believe the photos were sent to us within mere DAYS after the wedding! -

We chose Dona Jung off of a referral from a different photographer. We are so glad we had her! Our photos were beyond perfect. She made suggestions on aspect that I hadn’t even thought of.
There were so many just perfect shots that we had a hard time choosing which to frame and place in our home. Since my husband has a major heart issue we have no idea how long we will have each other. I can tell you that Dona Jung captured the undeniable love that we have for each other.
Never will I forget the day I married my best friend! -

Dona did an amazing job. She has an amazing eye for the best picture opportunities. She and her assistant got along great with everyone at the wedding and was able to get everyone invested in the photography experience. Everyone at the wedding spoke about how they are going to recommend her to everyone that they know and we are doing the same. If you are looking for an amazing photographer look no further! -

Dona is fun to work with and is skilled and passionate about her what she does. She does a lot of detail photos that are amazing; she is also open about any photo ideas that you may have. I received a downloadable link within three weeks after our wedding day. We also received three flash drives—one for my husband and I and the other two for our mothers (in their favorite colors)—in addition, we were given a canvas of one of the pictures taken that day. I recommend hiring Dona for your big day! -

Dona Jung is amazing to work with! She took photos that were stunning and captured our personality as a couple. She was able to capture all the moments we wanted to during our wedding and brought her own creativity to it. We met before hand to discuss the different photos we wanted and she delivered! She also suggested some creative photos that we did not think to do which are some of our favorite photos. Dona has a great personality which made our engagement and wedding photo shoots comfortable and fun! We highly recommend Dona to couples who want to have an amazing experience and who want to have their personalities captured in photos. -
