The Dolly's team was great to work with! Very responsive and easy to communicate with; they provided a party bus for our wedding party transportation, and getting everything coordinated and executed was a breeze! There before your scheduled time. The air conditioning wasn't fully working on our bus but it didn't ruin our day. Dollys even bought a drink for me and my husband.There before your scheduled time. Dollys was easy to work with and had quick responses via emails. We booked Dolly's party buses for both the bachelor and bachelorette parties as well as receiving a $100 discount for the day of our wedding since we booked both parties. The buses are nice but did not get the bus that we were supposed to due to engine problems and the air conditioning was out! BUT the bus driver was very nice and the owner reimbursed us $100 for the complications. Overall we had a great experience with Dolly's for our wedding. The bus driver was on time and patient as he had to wait for us to finish pictures before boarding. He was easy going and understanding and delivered us to the reception on time.
My only complaint was that I had a lot of trouble getting in touch the week of the wedding. I had left a couple voice mails and emails and hadn't heard back which sort of made me panic. However, they did finally get back to me and apologized. I would just recommend following up a few times if you aren't hearing back right away!Overall we had a great experience with Dolly's for our wedding. The reason for my lower rating is due to only one thing: the bus we had reserved broke down, so they sent another one without telling me. The bus they sent seated 15ppl LESS than the one I paid for, so some of my bridal party had to drive behind us, seperately. To make it worse, they never brought it to my attention until I called them out on it, as I did pay for the larger party bus.
The quality, cleanliness, drivers professionalism, etc of the bus was great. My only issue was them sending a dmaller bus, with no warning and no upfront offering of refund or explanation. They ended up offering me a future credit of $250 towards services, or $200 cash refund... aft er I called and asked, of course.

The company was difficult to get a hold, and seemed to have communication problems within. Example:The driver didn't know we had paid in full, so we paid again. They did correct the problem, but it should have been handled correct the first time. This was the second time they had problems within for the payment.
It was more difficult than it needed to be for the three hour rental.
