Very pleased.

Our DJ ended up not being available the week of our wedding so we had to get a new DJ. We ended up working with Chris and he was great. I highly recommend him.

Josh rocked!

Josh was awesome. He danced with us, my family wasn't into dancing much, and tried to make my boring family party hard. We greatly appreciate all he did for us!

So much fun!

Our DJ, Josh, was awesome! We did everything that I asked for. He even danced along to the most popular songs like Cupid shuffle. Ive never seen a DJ ever do that before! Thank you Josh and D'Land!

Friendly, fun DJ

Darrin at D'Land was super helpful and very easy to work with leading up to our wedding. He was thorough when asking about our ideas and venue and "feel" of the wedding, and made sure we felt included in deciding the songs and flow for the evening. He was very personable and made sure our guests had lots of fun!

We had the great pleasure of having Darrin Franz DJ our daughters wedding last weekend. Without fail every guest commented on how wonderful he was. He made absolute magic happen in bringing two very diverse families together in laughter and dancing. His professionalism was exemplary. Very easy going and agreeable as well as made excellent recommendations to make the evening as wonderful as it was. Simply the best experience ever!

Great company based out of Jacksonville. Darrin was great at helping us get the perfect DJ based on our initial talk & what we were looking for. Josh did a great job & all the guests loved him. He did an excellent job on choosing the music based on what we told him we liked & just reading the guests. He even got out on the dance floor some songs too!

Thank you Josh and D’Land Entertainment for helping us pull off the wedding of our dreams!! We loved being able to log in online to decide the music we wanted for our wedding- it was incredibly easy and had some great suggestions for popular music. What really impressed me was getting to meet with Josh before the wedding on facetime, due to living in different cities. Josh and Darrin answered more than just questions about their expertise and really helped us come up with a good start for our wedding timeline. Josh helped create the perfect atmosphere for our ceremony and cocktail hour and had all of our guests on the dance floor for the reception. We will highly recommend you to all of our friends and family!

We hired D'Land for our wedding and they were wonderful from start to finish! Darrin set us up with DJ Josh and he was a perfect match for us. He had great ideas on what would work and what wouldn't and we were extremely happy that he played all of our pre-requested songs from our guests. We didn't think either of our families were very big dancers, but Josh managed to get almost everyone out on the dance floor for several songs! As a bride who was very reluctant to have a DJ to begin with I can honestly say having one was totally worth it.

Darrin was our DJ and he did a perfect job! The entire process went so smoothly and we were so comfortable! Our guest are still talking about how great Darrin was at our reception. The music selection was top notch and everyone was out on the dance floor! I wouldn't change a thing!! I would highly recommend!

My husband and I were very pleased with the service provided. From the first meeting to the wedding day, service was exceptional. They accommodated all requests and were extremely entertaining. Chris was an amazing DJ. He hosted as well as made sure my family and friends had a great time. They were extremely professional and created the best wedding experience I've seen. D'Land Entertainment was referred to me from a good friend and I can't thank her enough for connecting me with an awesome group of people! I would recommend any DJ in this company to anyone that needs one.

We chose Chris as our DJ for our wedding and he did an incredible job. He played all the songs that we asked for and kept everyone on the dance floor during the reception. He had some difficulties with his equipment at one point but he handled it perfectly! We wouldn't have even known he was having issues if he didn't let us know. And he fixed it in no time. He was very professional and he helped make our day unforgettable. You're in good hands with D'Land. Thank you Chris!!!

We had the pleasure of working with Gina for our wedding! She was so fun to work with. High energy and down to earth. She made out event a blast! We hired D'Land and Josh for our wedding last month and the whole experience was amazing! D'Land and Josh were very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions that we had. Josh did such a great job as our MC/DJ at our wedding. He kept everything flowing, had people dancing, handled song requests, stuck to our play and do not play lists, and loved his music selection he chose himself. Josh helped with planning out our reception timeline and helped create a voice over for the father/daughter dance and even handled my bridezilla freakout with grace a couple days before the wedding lol. (Sorry Josh)
Everyone had a great time and he kept a great energy throughout the wedding. I received a lot of feedback from our guest saying it was the best wedding they have ever been to. Would definitely recommend to all! :)

Josh was amazing and very professional !! We had very specific music requests being a multicultural wedding and Josh did a great job taking into account what we wanted and he was always very responsive , his energy is amazing and kept our guests on the dance floor !! Where to even begin, if I could rate them a 10 I would. My fiancé and I met with Darrin as our first choice of DJ and we instantly clicked, knowing that we found our DJ. Darrin and his staff are all extremely professional and they know what they're doing; Darrin basically had us in tears at our consultation because you could tell that he knew exactly what we wanted and he was sure to keep the party going. And that's what he did. Darrin made our wedding run flawlessly and made it look so beautiful with up lighting and a personalized monogram lit up on our back wall. They are all very easy to get in contact with, and they make sure you aren't stressing! If you want quality for your money and a fun time I promise you will love working with Darrin!

Paul was great! We had a few mishaps during the night but he was able to keep the crowd going and was so helpful in helping us pick out our songs. I definitely recommend him and to do the Love Story.

We booked with D'Land after witnessing the quality of their services at a Bridal Expo we attended! Josh Cannon was our DJ for our 9/24 wedding at the River House in St. Augustine, and I'm so thrilled with what a great job he did! I have a love for all things music, so it was easy to compile a long list of potential song choices in D'Land's very helpful and user-friendly portal, but having a DJ who could read the crowd was extremely important to me. Josh was absolutely the right guy for the job! He played the right songs at the right time, and mixed a few of his own selections in that he knew would go over well with our crowd! He kept people on the dance floor all night and did a great job going with the flow when necessary. He has a witty personality, which is helpful in an industry where you don't know what kind of crowd you're going to be dealing with. I would strongly urge you to book with D'Land and to ask for Josh!

I knew music was going to be an important aspect of our reception, so I did a lot of research before selecting a vendor. DJ Darrin was absolutely fantastic. Most of the work was done over the phone or email, but we did have one in person meeting where he got to learn more about us as a couple. Highly recommend an in person meeting or joint call as he had great suggestions on how to personalize our wedding reception to fit us and really celebrate us as a new married couple and our family and friends that were in attendance showing supported. The day of our wedding Darrin played a variety of music that fit our diverse age group and the progression of the evening. Because we prepared in advance he was also able to play songs that were not widely popular, but special to us. Our guests had a great time and it was a night we will never forget.

Josh from DLand entertainment was absolutely fantastic. Our families and friends had nothing but awesome things to say after our wedding day about our DJ! Even our photographer (Kate Hanon Photography) commented on how incredibly interactive he was with our group during the playlist, handing out props, and even coming onto the dance floor to teach us dance moves! The meeting he set up the week before was so helpful to get to know each other and get an idea of what my fiancé and I were really expecting. Highly recommended. :)

Jeffrey was wonderful! He has good customer services. He works me throughout the program for the night adding his excellent suggestions to what I thought would be good. Jeff from this DJ service is amazing! He interacted with the guest at my daughter's wedding like he knew them personally! I would recommend him 100%. If you invite children to the wedding you will never have to entertain them because he does such a great job at it!

Dj Jeffery with D'Land entertainment was AMAZING! He made our wedding for sure! We had a dry wedding and He got people dancing that I wouldn't have thought would dance. He made my wedding exactly what we wanted it to be... Fun and memorable! He met with us several times prior to the wedding and was available at all times of day. Our favorite thing was the voice over. Our guests all say that was their favorite part of the wedding. I can not express how personable and friendly Dj Jeff was. Would strongly recommend him!

Jeffery was literally THE BEST wedding DJ I have ever seen. I've gotten dozens of compliments on him, and my friends have asked for his contact info so they can use him for their weddings. I can't say enough great things about him. He was a bit over our budget, but he was worth every penny. He's extremely detail-oriented, which made me feel much more relaxed before the wedding (I felt like I had "handed off" the details to him, and I no longer had to worry about them). He was also very in-tune with the crowd - he changed the schedule as needed, based on how the night was going. If one or two songs went by with only a few people dancing, he'd change up the style of music, start a game, change up the schedule, or jump out and start to dance with us (he's a great dancer, and his energy is contagious - he even stood on a chair at one point). Highly recommend him!!! Hands down the best vendor I had at my wedding.

Gina was amazing! She communicated well leading up to the day of our wedding! She sat down with us in person to clarify and make sure what we put in the portal was exactly what we wanted. She showed up several hours before the wedding started to make sure she was ready and got familiar with the venue. She got our guests on the dance floor and even helped show everyone how to do some of the "line dances"

She was a pleasure to interact with and provided the service we expected from D'Land Entertainment!

With my wedding being a destination wedding, I had limited time to meet with vendors during my visits. My first meeting with Jeffrey at D’land Entertainment was all it took. He is professional, knowledgeable, and energetic. Jeffrey helped us create a plan for the evening, as well as provide creative ways to get and keep people on the dance floor. Not to mention, he was always available for me whenever I called or emailed. He made the long distance between us not seem so long. I cannot say enough about him, as I truly was blown away.

Josh did a great job at our first Middle School Formal. He was receptive to the kids, played great music and really kept the party going. We will surely use this company again in the future!

We had Chris as our DJ. We met him at a wedding Expo in kind of a funny way. My name is very hard to pronounce and he asked "what is your name?". I showed him and told him there's no way he can get it right. He looked at it and said "oh, that's____" and literally had it right! That's when I KNEW he would be our DJ lol. He was very flexible-- skyping when in-person meetings weren't feasible, and phone calls in the evening. I told him I was very into soul music and wanted that vibe during the dinner part of the reception. When I tell you he played all the "right" songs... He even had my friends and I singing aloud at our seats to Lauren Hill's "Killing my Softly" lol highlight of dinner for me!! Also, I def want to shout him out for mixing our first dance track and even making a change we emailed him at 3am on the wedding day! All in all Chris was what we expected and more!

Our Dj Josh did an amazing job! Josh kept the wedding on schedule while smoothly accommodating changes & requests. He was fun, friendly, very responsive, & entertaining. Several of my guests, including my mother, commented on what a great job Josh did & how he really helped make the wedding! D'Land Entertainment had a website where you up load your music requests (it has must play, never play, & if possible play) which was really nice bc it helped the Dj learn your music tastes & ensured that you get the music you enjoy. Josh played great music & kept the celebration going :) I would highly recommend!!

Josh from D'Land Entertainment was our wedding DJ and he did a great job! We planned our wedding from another state and Josh was super helpful, organized, and easy to communicate with the entire time. Everything from the pre-ceremony music to the reception was perfect. He really paid attention to details that we requested and accommodated our guests requests (even traditional greek dance songs). We hired Gina for our wedding reception on August 15th! She was so awesome. She played incredible music all night. The dance floor was always packed! She even offered to stay for an extra hour for a small price since the party wasn't even close to coming to an end. She read the crowd perfectly. I would definitely hire her again for any event.

I've just booked D'land entertainment for my wedding in March and cannot be more excited. I met the DJs at a bridal expo and immediately booked a consultation with them because they were so much more personable and interactive than any of the other djs. The immediately gained my confidence at our first consultation and offer so much more than just a dj. They help you make your wedding one of a kind.

Jeffrey Wood did a remarkable job on our wedding day! Talk about getting people on the dance floor and having a blast of a night. I do not think we stopped dancing the entire night; everyone was having a great time! The first time we met Paul Deland, we knew we wanted his entertainment company at our wedding. He was just a wonderful person and such a professional. After an issue with the availability of our first DJ, Paul stepped in and managed everything to make our experience the best it could be! Due to the situation, we were provided with a higher tier DJ at no additional cost to us. From the very beginning, Jeffrey Wood was texting, emailing, and calling to provide us with everything we needed. I so appreciated his organization and professionalism! He did an amazing job selecting the music and coordinated everything to fit our taste and style. He worked exceptionally well with our wedding planner and established an airtight timeline, which I am so grateful for. The speakers and the sound system were great. We had a microphone for the officiant and guest speakers. Our guests were entertained the whole night and Jeff was telling the truth when he stated he would get everyone on the dance floor. I even caught my grandfather busting a few moves. I sincerely recommend D’Land Entertainment, especially Jeffrey Wood to anyone looking for a GREAT experience on his or her wedding day. Where do I begin with DJ Jeffrey? He is AMAZING. Our wedding would not have been the same without him. It's easy to forget that he's done this hundreds of times - because he is just as enthusiastic as you are about your wedding day. Jeffrey also did our First Dance Remix (aka Fantasy First Dance), which our guests absolutely LOVED (we loved it too!) We were worried about getting our guests on the dance floor at first due to generational/cultural differences, but Jeffrey did it - he taught our guests how to dance, got everyone on the dance floor, and tactfully kept everyone engaged throughout the night! Our friends and family could not stop raving about how great our DJ was, even weeks after the wedding. Jeffrey is passionate at what he does, and it shows. He also helped us with our day-of timeline which really helped ease my anxiety. We are so glad we picked Jeffrey to be a part of our wedding. Gina from D'land did an amazing job! We invited her to a special dinner about a month before the wedding just so she could get to know us, my husband and I better and she came! Gina met with us to get our input, song choices, and to offer her professional opinion and I cannot even begin to express how pleased we were with her work! Our guest were blown away with her and no one had anything bad to say and everyone had a great time!

We host an annual fundraiser and Gina will be our house DJ for as long as she is interested, AWESOME JOB!

My husband and I got married last week and we knew from the beginning of wedding planning that we wanted ourselves and our guests to remember one thing from our wedding: how much fun it was. We knew as soon as we met with Jeffrey that he was going to be amazing. He not only knew what he was doing, he also offered wonderful suggestions and made sure that Ryan and I were able to get everything we wanted/expected. He not only met our expectations, but exceeded them! Our guests keep coming up to us saying that it was the most fun wedding they have ever been to. Jeff was our wedding DJ and he did an awesome job. He kept the guests on their feet and made sure everyone had a good time and felt included. He adds a lot of unique fun into the evening that you wouldn't normally think of on your own.

He even helps with timing/coordinating.

He was recommended to us by two friends so when we were able to book with him we were super excited.

We had Josh as the DJ for our wedding. After meeting with us prior to the wedding, he put together a personal playlist that reflected our personalities. DJ Professor Jeff provided excellent entertainment and service for our wedding event. Leading up to wedding, he communicated with us as needed to ensure we were choosing our music line-up so he could tailor the event to our tastes. On the final meeting prior to the wedding he went through the entire event, from top to bottom, to detail every thing he would be involved in. We also had a close friend play music during the ceremony and he was able to assist with this as well. Jeff really took the time to nail down every detail and help us work out the timing for entertainment during our cocktail hour and reception. He had no problem playing every song we requested and could easily read the crowd to keep the party going. He gets interactive with the guests and creates awesome energy. I would definitely have him DJ future events and highly recommend his services.

Paul has been the disc jockey at my family events for many years (my siblings bar and batz mitzvahs, weddings, etc), that being said, I still left myself open to other options. Jeff and I saw Paul most recently at my brother's wedding (just before we got engaged) and well, other options were sort of taken off the table. Jeff also thought he was fantastic. Paul DeLand was the best choice we could have made. He made us feel comfortable every step of the way and I had confidence the day would go smooth with him around. It did! Amazing day for me and my new husband! + Seriously, the "Love Story" he offers was over the top great! I really feel like he is more than a DJ, he was someone I'm glad was a part of our special day.

We used Jeffery Wood and he was fantastic. Before the wedding he was so flexible with meetings with us and always available for questions or changes we had. He helped us so much with picking out the music for the wedding. He made our wedding fun for our guests they could not stop talking about the different things that were done. D'Land offers the first dance remix which I highly recommend. Jefferey brought half of the wedding to tears by the time we were done dancing.

If I had to sum up Gina in one word it would be perfection! We could not have received better service from any other DJ in our opinion. Gina took the time to meet with us to go over all the details of the day. She was able to find the songs that we requested for the ceremony and reception. I don't even know where to begin with this review. All I can think of saying is "perfection"! I couldn't imagine my wedding ceremony and reception without Paul. The sound quality for the processional was perfect, even with an outdoors ceremony (and I was inside listening). Now for the reception. We chose to do the "Love Story" and we got so many compliments about how awesome it was. Several of our guests who didn't know the full story of how my husband and I came to be, walked away that night feeling as if they were there the night we met and even got engaged. Paul was energetic and he kept the crowd going. There was barely a seat in the reception room that was filled. Everyone wanted to be apart of the fun. I would recommend D'Land Entertainment to anyone. They truly want to make your day the way you've planned it. Specially yours. Full of love, laughter, romance and fun!! I had the pleasure of working specifically with Paul and I cannot thank him enough. Our wedding was perfect!

Paul was AMAZING! He met with us and put us at ease immediately! We knew he would be the perfect addition to our wedding day, and we werent wrong! The reception went by SO fast, and even though not every song we had listed was able to be played because of time constraints, it was as if Paul knew which songs were most important to us, because they all played and I didnt have a single let-down! Even when things got a little behind schedule due to other things, Paul never missed a beat! He is a wonderfully talented DJ, which is more than just a guy hitting the 'Play' button on a machine! Jeffrey was the DJ for our wedding, and he was absolutely awesome! He had all of our guests dancing the entire time...including the older guests. Everyone had a blast. Jeffrey was extremely flexible with the types of music he played for our wedding. We provided a list of bands/songs we wanted to hear, and he did such a great job of making sure all of the music flowed nicely. Several people told us in advance that the DJ/entertainment was the single most important vendor we would hire. In fact, our caterer's exact words were "After the wedding, nobody remembers the food unless it was really bad. But everyone remembers the DJ. Make sure you get a good one." And Paul D'Land is the best. He DJ'ed all of my younger siblings' bar/bat mitzvahs and my younger sister's wedding too, so we were familiar with his work from the start. He also came highly recommended by others in the industry (caterers, planners, photographers, etc.) He was a pleasure to work with as we planned the wedding--communicative, accommodating, and helpful in unexpected ways. On the day of the wedding, he absolutely delivered and proved once again why he's the best in the business. He was a consummate professional, catered to the our requests, kept the crowd engaged, etc. Afterward we had several people tell us that our wedding was the best they've ever been to and specifically mentioned Paul's services as a large contributor to the overall success.

Darrin helped make our wedding reception a real party, which is exactly what we wanted! Forever I will remember standing outside to get a breath of cool air and hearing him call all the lovers to the dance floor. I assumed it was a slow song, so as the bride, I quickly ran back in. As I turned the corner I heard the start of "Baby Got Back." I screamed with joy and jumped on the dance floor with everyone else. I have never been to a wedding reception where every guest got out of their chairs and danced. Never. One of the main reasons we were able to enjoy our wedding was because of Darrin's work. His positive demeanor and stress free attitude put us at ease. We couldn't be happier!

Our DJ/Master of Ceremony, Jeff was perfect! He kept things moving during our daughter’s wedding. He has so much energy and creative ideas. The re-mix of the bride and grooms words during their first wedding dance, did not have a dry eye in the room. Then the father/daughter dance continued the happy tears. My wife and I first saw the entire group from D'Land Entertainment at a bridal show back in 2011. From that moment, we knew we wanted to select them for our wedding. We had Jeffrey for our wedding. He did an amazing job! he had everyone up dancing almost the entire night. Everyone loved him, he was very entertaining!

Paul was our MC, and from the moment we met I knew he was perfect for our offbeat wedding music needs! He handled music requests and special moments perfectly, and was the best DJ and professional I could have ever hoped for! He was cool as a cucumber when weather changed our timeline slightly, not to mention kept the party going just the way we'd asked him to. If you're in doubt of this company, DON'T BE! They are the best to handle any event, second to none.

D'Land entertainment was a great choice! Our DJ was great, he danced with everyone and definitely got people on their feet. I throughly enjoyed my reception because of him.

D'Land Entertainment caught my eye at a bridal show and I am so thankful for that. They were awesome the entire time and Jeff made my night very special. They met all of my needs and kept the dance floor rocking and my friends and family had an absolute blast. I couldn't have been happier on my wedding day by having them as a DJ. I would highly recommend them!

We had Jeff as our DJ for our wedding & he was absolutely fabulous. He made sure everything was exactly how we wanted. He also stayed 45 min later than expected because of some venue screwups at no additional charge. He is very energetic & will make sure your guest are having a great time. Worth every penny. We had an amazingly fun reception and it is due to the fact that we had Jeff from Deland. I got compliments years after that it was the funnest wedding they had ever been to. Very professional and there is no way your guest will not have a great time with them as your DJ. Everyone was dancing!

Jeffrey Wood is an amazing DJ and incredible person. He helped me through one of the most stressful times of my life! He helped me write the music list, pick all of the important songs, and organize our entire day. He got on the dance floor and was very energetic. There were over 200 guests at our wedding and Jeffrey kept everything on schedule and had everyone up dancing and ensured we all had fun. He was very flexible throughout the night and did everything possible to make sure I was a happy bride. Our wedding day was perfect, and Jeffrey is the reason everyone had such a great time.

They have the best djs. We had Darren for the wedding and he was fantastic. He had great suggestions but always was open to whatever we Wanted. He knows his stuff well. He was very interactive and my guests could not stop complimenting on how amazing he was! Best dj I have ever seen. I highly recommend him!

My daughter first saw Jeff from D'Land in action at a wedding expo. She loved his energy, and knew that a DJ could totally set the tone for the reception. Jeff was so interactive, teaching dances and facilitating the Harlem Shake. He is very comfortable in keeping the party in sync with the time line, which was a huge help. D'Land was also very accommodating with supplying sound for the ceremony. We had many guests tell us this was the most "fun" wedding they had ever been to. Jeff Bell works hard so you don't have to! ;)

We loved our DJ. I requested very unique songs for my ceremony and he had them. Our reception was themed and had a flash mob dance with the bridal party. He worked with us to create the correct music mix to really get the crowd good. It was a blast. Could not have asked for a better party.

My wedding was a dream come true thanks to Jeff Bell! My husband and I knew exactly what we wanted in a DJ for our wedding - someone fun, professional, and a crowd pleaser. Jeff Bell gave us all this and so much more! He sat with me and helped put the magic into our ideas and made them such a hit, he is wonderful! The DJ's with D'Land Entertainment aren't your typical DJ's and if you're looking for someone to do more than sit behind a booth and change songs, then this is your company! It was pricey but SO worth every penny - our family is still ranting and raving about how great Jeff was, he definitely stole the show. Thanks so much and we can't wait to have another event so that we can have Jeff work for us again!

Wow...Darrin was awesome! From our first meeting he wanted to know as much as possible about Jared and I so that he could make sure our reception was just what we wanted. He did a phenomenal job! From our ceremony music to the reception Darrin was amazing! He made our reception so much fun! I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an amazing DJ!

Darrin was AWESOME. Not only was he super sweet and professional, but he managed to keep all of the guests happy and energized without being cheesy, like a lot of other DJs I've heard MC & DJ weddings. Not only would I highly reccomend him as a DJ to a friend, but if I could do it all over, I'd chose him again and not change a beat of what he played. Amazing. Also, he has an extra surprise he gives his bride & groom at the end of the night, which was literally my husband's and my favorite few minutes of the entire day. Thanks, Darrin!

Jeff Bell was the most amazing DJ! So many people went on and on about how he was the best DJ ever. My aunt who was an event planner for the Navy said “He was the best entertainer I've seen. I say entertainer, and not DJ, because he was so much more than a DJ. He really got people dancing and was wonderful to watch” He knew the perfect time to play the songs we had to have. I can’t thank Jeff enough. He was worth every penny and I would have paid more knowing what value he brought to the event.

Now, I spent more on my DJ than anything else for my wedding, other than the venue, but Jeffrey Wood at D'Land Entertainment was worth every penny! I didn't want some corny, cheesy DJ that would play the same tired tunes and leave an empty dance floor. Jeffrey was the exact opposite of that! He was aware of my specific musical tastes and requests and made it a truly magical night. I didn't have to worry about a thing the whole night, Jeffrey took charge and made sure the reception ran like a well-oiled machine. I loved having the "D'Land Last Dance" at the end of the night where Jeffrey led everyone outside and left me and my husband on the dance floor alone to just take one another and the night in. Truly magical.
