DJ's Limo totally exceeded our expectations for a limo and car service! From the very beginning of the planning process, DJ made us feel like family! He was sure to listen to all our details of our big day and got to know us on a personal level. DJ and his team ensured me that they would provide their best service on the day of my wedding and they definitely delivered! We rented a party bus and the Rolls Royce. I highly recommend getting the small car for after your ceremony - it gives you and your new husband a quiet and intimate moment to relish in the moment of just becoming married! DJ’s Limousine Service was beyond amazing on our wedding day! From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect. They arrived right on time, were incredibly friendly and professional, and truly went above and beyond to make the day feel special and stress-free.
They had champagne ready for us, which was such a thoughtful touch, and they even helped me out of the car — something I didn’t even realize I needed but appreciated so much in the moment. Their attention to detail, kindness, and care did not go unnoticed.
I couldn’t recommend DJ’s Limousine Service enough for a wedding or any special occasion. They exceeded every expectation and played a big role in making our day unforgettable! -

Every choice is important in planning for an event like your wedding. It can all be so anxiety inducing. Everything needs to be perfect. There's a vision for the big day and everyone involved puts forth intention and effort to make sure all goes as smooth as possible. This, likely, involves total strangers. Strangers that you have to trust have your back and want to see you through your big day successfully. You hope to God that the flowers look how you imagined, your tux fits as well as it did when you left the store, your in-laws-to-be will like the food you chose for cocktail hour. So much to do, so much to anticipate. One choice that was assuring from booking to drop off was contracting DJ Limousines to chariot my wife and I from the ceremony to reception. Dominick was easy going and professional in our conversations leading up to the big day. We were very thankful of the warmth, patience, and courtesy of our driver Alex! It's the small things that make a big event great and Alex's demeanor and expertise were nuances that helped the day seem effortless. Thank you Dominick for collaborating with such class acts as Alex! Alex, thank you for sincerely contributing your time and attention to the first day of the rest of our lives! We had an unbelievably great experience using DJs for our wedding! Qasim went above and beyond. He fixed the train of my wedding dress to make sure it was perfect to walk down the aisle, I would’ve never expected this from a limo driver but it was so thoughtful and helpful. He helped the ladies in and out of the bus and made sure our dresses didn’t touch the wet vehicle or puddles (it was raining). He was so friendly, respectful, and kind to our group. He was also early to pickup and drove very safely. We would specifically request Qasim the next time we use DJ’s!DJ's Limousine Service's reply:

We are so happy we found DJs Limousine Service for our wedding.
Right from the start, Dominick was quick to respond to every inquiry we made and was super helpful. David was our driver for our ceremony, photos, and to the reception. He was amazing! He was quick to help us in every way that he could and was very attentive. Mike was our driver at the end of the night and was very polite and great!
Dominick, David, and Mike all were great and helped make our special day perfect! -

DJ Limousine was GREAT! We used the 26 passenger limobus and the Rolls Royce Phantom. Throughout the entire wedding day, DJ Limousine was punctual, fun, and professional! The drivers were safe and polite! When we had to reschedule our wedding day because of COVID, Dominick was understanding and made the process as easy as possible. It is evident the company takes great care of their vehicles. They were clean and had no scratches, making them picture perfect! I definitely recommend DJ Limousine Service for anyone looking for transportation, you will be extremely happy when you book with them!DJ's Limousine Service's reply:

They were a huge help at the church with the doors and getting the bridal party ready to walk down the aisle. We had no issues what so ever with them. We will def be using them in the future. Adhari Sent on 09/20/2011I'd like to start off by saying that I am a wedding professional; meaning I have been a wedding planner in the state of NJ going on the past 5yrs. I have worked with NUMEROUS transportation companies over the years.
Hiring the transportation company for our wedding day was on my husband's to do list. I advised him to ensure it was a reputable company so that we wouldn't have any issues on our wedding day. He hired DJ's, and I was happy b/c I had heard great things about them and I passed them almost everyday.
On the day of my wedding it was 115 degrees outside. I had a bridal party of 9, plus a flower girl, plus me THE BRIDE. From my parents house to our wedding venue it was a 30minute drive, but on a Friday on the GSP it was about 45min.
The 1st limo bus they sent, they took it back b/c the AC wasn't working, so they sent over another one...same problem.
The limo bus was sweltering hot from the moment my bm's entered. At first we thought the AC would kick in, it did...all of about 3-5minutes MAX. By the time I entered the limo it was blazing heat in there. We asked the driver {who was nice by the way} if he could turn it all the way up and he told us once we started moving it would cool off a lot. Or so he thought.
We drove about 5minutes, not much cooler, 10min, not much cooler, 20 minutes, my flower girl was dripping, my matron of honor almost had a heat stroke, all of my bridesmaids had their dresses hiked up to their knees or higher. As for me, sweat was running down my legs, I could hardly breathe, the flowers were getting wilted and my hair began to lose it's curl. Now to some people reading this, you might not think that is SO major, but everyone's experience is different.
We consistently asked the driver what was going on but he really didn't seem to know much at all, all he said was that "this AC must not be working either"
LIKE REALLY? Why wasn't a call put through to explain the situation. I would have preferred they send 2 limos with AC that actually worked and sacrificed my bridal party riding together then to have a party bus that cost about one thousand dollars and be HOT on my wedding day!
I was SO displeased with their service and lack of care that I just had to write this review. After we returned from our honeymoon, my husband called to complain and speak to a manager/owner and every time he called the manager wasn't there, and would always be told someone would call back. That never happened, this went on for weeks! It felt as if our wedding was over, they collected the money and didn't care on the impact of our day! Alas when he spoke to someone, they told him that the owner was actually the person driving our vehicle that day! That's utter BULL. If the owner was driving that day he would have reacted 10 times differently b/c he knew that under contract we were due to receive a vehicle that had a working A/C and wouldn't want his client to be upset, I got no apology nor any form of compassion from anyone who worked there. Not even a call back to say "we're sorry for the inconvenience but we'd like to give you back 20% of the total cost, or a free limo on your one year anniversary, or drop off and pick up to/from the airport for your honeymoon as a conselation of how sorry we are that you endured this on your wedding day". If I were a bride planning the biggest day of her life, i'd read THIS review and walk away.
If you had a GREAT experience with them, then that's wonderful and I genuinely am happy all worked out for you, but for me...not so much. I hired every vendor that I have a working relationship with EXCEPT dj's and I SO regret not hiring X limo company b/c I know they would have treated me like gold that day and taken care of myself and my bridal party despite the unbearable heat. Running a business takes more than just booking clients, and accepting payments...that doesn't equal success. You need to take care of every client on your roster as if they were your only clients. Like in this situation, you never know who your clients are, who they're connected to or how they could potentially affect your business in a negative way.
