We had an incredible experience working with DJ Yorgo! As a Greek-American couple, we wanted to blend many genres together including traditional Greek music, Pop, Punk, Country, and even some traditional Italian for the other side of our family. DJ Yorgo worked with us to curate an incredible mix that kept the dance floor full all night! He was very responsive, professional, and thorough during the planning process, and listened to our many requests and questions. We had a specific vision for the flow of music on our wedding day and DJ Yorgo executed it perfectly. We got many compliments on the music and how energetic the wedding was. One of our friends even let us know that she asked us for DJ Yorgo’s business card at the end of the night! We cannot recommend working with him enough! -

We had an excellent expereince working with Yorgo! From the beginning, he took the time to meet with us to understand our vision for our wedding reception. Together, we curated a playlist that included our personal song choices as well as his professional input and suggestions. Yorgo even helped us include an original song recording during our ceremony. We had so much fun on the dance floor dancing to both our favorite American and Greek songs. Thank you for being such an important part of our wedding day! -

DJ Yorgo was completely amazing at our wedding reception. He's very flexible with the type of music you want to play - if you need Greek or American music, he's got you covered! He was very responsive to all of our questions and concerns leading up to the wedding. Our reception was actually Greek & Jewish and he played the horah for us as well, which was awesome! He's also a fabulous hypeman/MC for the night and made sure to accommodate any requests from people giving toasts about where and how they wanted to be highlighted for their speeches. He has a great instinct for when to switch up the music (30 mins of greek music, 45 of american, that kind of thing) and how long to play songs - there's nothing worse than when you're at a wedding and the DJ cuts the song off too early - we never felt that once at our wedding - every song was the perfect amount of time! He also is very good at lighting a space - we had our reception in a non-traditional industrial venue and he had great lighting for it. At the end of night, everyone literally started chanting "Yorgo" - you can't make this stuff up!!
P.S. I also want to note that I appreciate that his prices are listed on his website - very few wedding vendors just tell you the cost upfront! This made the booking process feel streamlined and easy for us! -

I hired dj yorgo based on his Instagram account! I was marrying a Greek man so I needed someone who can do a Greek/American wedding! He was amazing from start to finish! Everything was beyond perfect ! Always had everyone dancing he always knew when was the right time to play the Greek or American music! Everyone really enjoyed themselves!
Dancing on the clouds was amazing and also the Photo Booth station was a big hit!!!!

Absolutely incredible, can’t recommend enough!
From the first moments working with Yorgo, it was such a pleasure. He made the process so fun and seamless and took all of notes and ran with it even better than we expected. Our wedding was so fun thanks to him, and everyone kept talking about how good the music was. We danced all night!! We truly didn’t want the party to stop. We had a Greek/Latin wedding and he blended the two along with the club hits so seamlessly.
If you’re thinking of hiring Yorgo for your wedding or any event for that matter, don’t think twice!! Professional, prepared, and knows how to keep the party going. -

DJ Yorgo was incredible!!! From the beginning he is friendly, quick to respond, and very helpful! We had so many compliments at our wedding, the music selection was perfect and the energy was crazy. People were dancing until they kicked us out. Dj Yorgo also has special effects that I would not pass up, at a fraction of the price from other vendors, for example the clouds and sparklers made our night a fairytale. Do yourself and your guests a favor, and book this guy! -

DJ Yorgo is a GEM!!!! I am so happy and elated with his performance! He is the best communicator hands down and is so organized. He responded to me so quickly even in the few hours leading up to my wedding. He listened to everything I wanted and planned the night so well that everyone had a fantastic time dancing the night away and singing along to our favorite songs! So many people asked me how I found DJ Yorgo and were shocked when I said that I found him on the internet. He is the best Greek DJ - actually best DJ period - that I have ever experienced!!! I cannot thank him enough. The photo booth was also a major fan favorite and the photo booth photos are some of my favorite wedding photos! Thanks again DJ Yorgo! You made our wedding night so special! -

As an Irish American marrying into a Greek family, I was concerned about the balance of Greek and American music. My worries were completely unfounded. DJ Yorgo found the perfect balance, read the room and made sure that everyone had a great time. Another concern of ours was volume control. I have been to a few events recently where I couldn't even have a conversation because the music was too loud. Again, DJ Yorgo found the perfect balance. He made the music sound great and even worked all of our eclectic music tastes into the set. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a great DJ, Greek or not. -

DJ YORGO, thank you so much for making our wedding a truly wonderful experience. You did a fantastic job blending 2 families and 2 cultures together. You were very patient, kind and created a one of a kind experience that was so unique to us. The blend of Greek music, American music and Polish Polkas was spot on - you created an atmosphere that showcased us perfectly. The fireworks/sparklers were such a beautiful touch and really surprised both us and all of our guests. Thank you for tracking us down to make sure we closed out the night in the most perfect way. Our last dance will forever be one of our fondest memories. -

DJ Yorgo played a perfect blend of music. He was able to read the mood of the guests and kept us dancing all night long. He was easy to work with and very accommodating. We had the pleasure of having George at my sister’s bridal shower at the Shadowbrook. We had a lovely time and got lots of compliments about the variety of music that the DJ played. Lots of people danced and had a great time! -

Bride - Wedding on 6-01-2019
DJ Yorgo was nothing less than amazing! His great energy and positivity was contagious. All of our guests were dancing all night and we actually kept the party going an extra hour because no one wanted to leave!! DJ Yorgo did everything we asked and then some. I could not have asked for anything better. He helped make our night memorable not just for us but for our guests. Everyone loved him. I will absolutely be using his services again in the future and I would recommend him to anyone that needs a DJ. 🤗 -
