Wedding DJ/Videographer

DJ Verrett/Randy did an amazing job! Communication was great and his prompt response was really appreciated. Randy got our guests out on the dance floor and knew which songs to play to keep them out there dancing. He was really easy to work with. Randy even sent us a short video he put together highlighting special moments of our wedding which was not expected yet meant so much to us! I would highly recommend DJ Verrett to anyone needing a DJ or videographer for their special day.

Fun and Fantastic DJ!

DJ Verrett was a big part of making my daughter’s wedding a wonderful event from the pre-ceremony music to the after dinner dancing and everything in between! He helped move the evening along in fine fashion. He was great to work with and coordinated well with our other vendors. Thanks Randy & Michelle!

DJ Verrett is top notch!!

DJ Verrett did the DJing and videography at our wedding and we cannot say enough good things about him! His communication was exceptional prior to the event. He was the first one to arrive and be set up at the venue. His DJ set was incredible. I have never seen so many people on the dance floor at a wedding! We have not seen the video yet, but they had great ideas for shots and we’re sure our video expectations will be exceeded just like they were for the DJing. We would highly recommend using DJ Verrett for your wedding!

Best dj ever!

We have worked with Randy and Michelle for 2 years now. We found them by chance in 2021 and have never been more thankful! They are able to put on a great dance party that leaves our crowd hyped up and wanting more! Lots of attendees asked if we were able to get The DJ back for our event that happens every year bc they remembered him and how he made the event feel. We are lucky to know them, work with them and enjoy the DJ and video services that they offer. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. WITHOUT A DOUBT. GREAT PEOPLE. LOVE THEM!

Randy’s DJing our son’s wedding was one of the BEST decisions we made!

Randy did an amazing job at our son’s wedding! He inquired months in advance about the song choices, checked in with us several times prior to the event, and then really set the pace for the wedding! His expertise and experience stands out - it was a relief to be able to focus on the wedding itself and not having to worry about “what was next” as Randy would seamlessly lead the bride and groom to the next part of the event. He was fun and encouraging in getting the dancing going and it just made an incredibly fun and beautiful experience! Thank you, DJ Verrett!!

Amazing Dj!!

We have been to many weddings where Randy was the Dj, so when we got engaged we knew we wanted him to Dj our special day! We could not be happier with his services, everyone was out having an amazing time on the dance floor and he knew exactly what the crowd wanted.

Best Wedding DJ ever!

DJ Verrett and his wife were EXACTLY what I needed for my wedding. I didn’t really have a vision for how my wedding day would go but it ended up becoming everything I could’ve ever dreamed of. He was flexible and accommodating for all my requests and his work was absolutely perfect. His wife helped coordinate and organize the schedule and I literally could not have done this without them. My photographer ended up staying later because he was having such a great time. We sang karaoke after dancing and DJ Verrett made sure we had everything we needed to dance/sing the night away! 10/10 I would recommend DJ Verrett for your event!

Best DJ out there!

DJ Verrett was one of the big highlights of our wedding day. Every guest absolutely loved him and the music he played. He went above and beyond to make sure everyone was happy and even moved his entire set up to another spot when it got cold so that the guests could be near heaters. If I could give him 10 stars I would! Don’t look any further, DJ Verrett is your guy!!

Dj Verrett was super responsive and professional. He made our wedding flow smoothly and worked efficiently when moving the guests to different parts of the venue. Amazing, Fun, and so Helpful!

When we first hired DJ Verrett, we knew he'd be perfect for our wedding because his personality was fun, friendly, and we could tell he knew how to get the party started and continue it! When COVID hit and we had to change our wedding plans, we spoke with DJ Verrett and he was a TREMENDOUS help with adjusting to all our new plans (change of venue, change of wedding size, change of literally everything). He is a quick communicator and listens to what the couples requests are. He allowed me to send him specific songs I wanted to play during the cocktail/dinner hour as well as songs we wanted to play during the reception. On the day of the wedding, he was EXTREMELY helpful. He was fully prepared for the ceremony site and reception site and helped out with so so much more than that. He was the perfect vendor for us knowing that he truly cared about us and our dream vision of music and fun and everything in between. DJ Verrett will be our go to guy for all parties and future needs for a DJ!

DJ Verrett was incredibly flexible with us when we had to reschedule our original date due to COVID. It was such a relief to have him so willing to work with us to accommodate a new date and the wedding went absolutely seamlessly as he worked with the venue to keep everything on schedule. A Million star review!

If I could give Randy a million star review I would in a heartbeat. I have known Randy for awhile and there was no question that we were going to hire him as our DJ for the wedding. As soon as we set a date I called Randy and booked him. we chatted a few time over the phone about songs and what else I wanted to do. About 2 months before the big day I got to sit down with randy and go over songs and other events I wanted (newly wed game). about 3 weeks before the wedding we sat down together again and finalized everything. Randy is SO knowledgeable about how the flow of weddings should normally be and he taught me so much. Randy also came to my rehearsal the day before and played our ceremony music to make sure everything worked time-wise!
Randy also did our wedding video! When it came to the big day Randy was one of the first venders to arrive at the venue and greeted me and the limo full of bridesmaids with his drone and took videos of us as well as the whole venue. He was able to capture many different angles during the ceremony.
We received our wedding video in less than 3 weeks, this included many different videos; the ceremony, all of the speeches, our newly wed game, and a highlight video.
I CAN NOT RECOMMEND HIM ENOUGH.
I really feel like every bride and groom deserve to have randy at their wedding!

Above and Beyond

Randy did an amazing job for my wedding! We hired him as a videographer for our ceremony and a DJ for our reception. Randy was very warm, friendly, and communicative. He was patient with us as we made our song choices for the reception, and on the day of, when tasked with an unexpected request from a family member, he was able to deliver as if it were planned all along. Randy even took it upon himself to take video clips of our reception to add to our wedding video.

It was for sure a day to remember and we will have the awesome footage to look back on. We will definitely be hiring Randy again for future events!

Amazing Job!

DJ Verrett was extremely helpful during my wedding planning process, and his pricing was very reasonable. He worked multiple of our friends events and was highly recommended. After working with him for our wedding, now I know why! The morning of our wedding I was a bit nervous and hoped everything would work out since we had venue/schedule changes the day before due to weather. Once things got started, everything went so smoothly, and I was completely at ease while enjoying the biggest day of our lives. DJ Verrett was a big part in making it a success.

A true professional

With everyone out there trying to be a DJ I can 100% recommend DJ Randy Verrett. My daughters wedding was so much fun we danced all night to some amazing music. Quick, Fun, & Reasonable

I actually have recommended DJ Verrett to all my friends getting married- he was wonderful! So quick to respond and help us plan our last minute dance floor for our wedding. Last minute I wanted some fun lights to accentuate our dance floor and DJ V was quick to provide... our dance floor was amazing and friends complimented us on it afterwards. You won't be disappointed! Hire him!

Randy is Amazing!

From the day I reached out to Randy about our event he was prompt and responsive. He followed up several times prior to our event asking for a favorite playlist. He arrived early to set up. He did an amazing job at our birthday celebration making sure he provided the music that our guests were requesting. The icing on the cake was a short video he texted me the following morning with music and highlights of our birthday. Totally unexpected. Randy I can not tell you how much that meant to us. If you are having any type of celebration or wedding Randy is your man.

Did a lot with little direction! Very pleased.

Honestly, my wife and I were pretty unorganized and we gave him very little direction. We had a list of more “don’t” than “do” in terms of what we wanted and he was able to capture our vision perfectly. He even stepped in to help before the ceremony when our Bluetooth speaker was misbehaving!

I highly recommend Randy as he’s worked two events for us and knowing our family, I’m sure there’s more to come. Thanks for making our special night perfect!

DJ Verrett Impressed The Discovery Bay Yacht Club

I booked DJ Verrett into the Discovery Bay Yacht Club in Nov 2018 for a big Friday night dinner dance. We have a classy night club, there was over 100 in attendance. DJ Verrett was new to us. He adapted with everything, his lighting, his sound system & the music that our crowd wanted to hear - 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s & Motown. We have a huge dance crowd, they are a demanding sophisticated lot. DJ Verrett adapted and not only grabbed the dance crowd when he started - he kept them there! We will be having him back for sure in 2019.

I had a small seccond wedding reception in California and at the last min (1 month before) I realized that having a DJ was so necessary for me to be able to enjoy the event. Not only was he available last min, he was very responsive and flexible when I moved the venue indoors a few towns over 2 weeks before the reception. So many people complemented me on the DJ and he even played some Greek music for us! I also added in a dance and we found the song on the spot. I highly recommend this DJ and his pricing is perfect! If you've reached my review stop getting quotes and book this guy! Then go reward yourself with a glass of wine and check DJ off your list!

I highly recommend DJ Verrett! He Dj'd my wedding and did an awesome job. He allowed us to make a list of songs that we definitely wanted to hear on our special day. He always incorporated songs for all ages in attendance. The Audio from the speakers were great as well.

Randy was professionalism at its finest and is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. Arrived early, set up early and was there to help with anything that was needed. He was a pleasure to work with preparing and leading up to the wedding day and we never felt rushed while doing so. Got the dance floor going and can honestly say he made an impact in our wedding. DJ Randy was great! He helped keep our timeline on course. The lights were great for the reception and the music was great! DJ Randy called us to review the names of our wedding party, the key songs for our wedding, and made sure we didn't forget important parts of the wedding that we might have overlooked because of wedding brain. DJ Verrett is absolutly fantastic in every aspect. If you want to not worry about the music or the mic setup during your day, choose DJ Verrett. I have been lucky enough to know Randy for most of my life. When it came to having someone DJ at my wedding, there was no other choice.

Randy catered to both the older generation and the new and made sure everyone was dancing all night. He helped make an already amazing night unforgettable. I could not recommend him highly enough.

I am so happy I used DJ Verrett for my wedding. He played exactly the type of music I requested and any song he didn't already have, he found and added to his collection before the wedding. The dancefloor wad packed all night and so many guests commented on how it was such a blast!

Loved having dj Verrett at our wedding. All of the guests were constantly on the dance floor and I can't remember any songs that the crowd wasn't excited to dance to. The dj is most important and my husband and I were very lucky to have such an excellent one our wedding night.

DJ Randy Verrett, responded very quickly to my request for on on his services. He had a great selection of music to choose from. On the day of the party he showed up early, got set up and had music playing by the time guests started to arrive. Randy was very friendly and all of the guests enjoyed being able to make requests from the big library of music he had.
I would definitely hire him for another event.

Not worth the extra money

DJ Verrett costs $600+ more than the average DJ in the Spokane area but the DJ services he provided at my wedding were average at best.

1. As the ceremony was starting, he was taking pictures down in the reception tent (something we did not hire him to do) so the we had to wait to for him to start the wedding until he had all of his music ready to go. He knew what time the ceremony was supposed to start, yet he was not prepared.

2. During the reception there were multiple times when he announced something and people didn't hear it well but he didn't reannounce it or follow up with extra instructions. The parents of both the bride and groom didn't even see us cut the cake because he made one small/quick announcement that nobody heard. And at the end of the night when people needed to leave to line up for the grand exit, it fell on the Bridesmaids and groomsmen to usher people out of the tent because, again, the DJ made one announcement with no follow up instructions. I was under the impression that the DJ was supposed to "run the show" during the reception, and that is not what happened at our wedding.

He was fine, but he did not live up to his reputation and he isn't worth spending an extra $600 for.
