DJTake2 not only exceeded all our expectations (and we were picky), but we continue to receive complements about our DJ from many of our wedding guests! The DJ was our highest priority vendor, as they are the voice and "vibe" of the whole night. We chose DJTake2 because he had a great personality and seemed different than a lot of other corny wedding DJ's. We asked for a club, hip hop, and EDM scene, and he truly delivered the best party of our lives! DJTake2 met with us at least 4-5 times leading up to our big day and made sure he knew what we were looking for. He was extremely detailed and professional throughout the process, and it felt much more personal than the larger DJ company options. He mixed all our favorite songs on the spot and kept the dance floor packed with high energy for two straight hours. At one point, he even joined the dance floor for a song, which really got the crowd going. When we look back at our wedding, the music and dancefloor scene will always be a major highlight. We 1000% recommend DJTake2 and are now lifelong fans of his work! We're already looking forward to the next time we can hire him for an event or go to a club that he is playing at. -

As soon as we met with Tyler, we knew he was the perfect fit for us. He is so easy to talk to, really takes the time to get to know you as a couple and your preferences, and makes you feel supported from the time you have your initial call until your wedding day. The planning process was such a breeze and he was quick to respond to any questions we had. All the music was perfect the day of, and he kept our family and friends on the dancefloor the whole night. I truly cannot recommend him enough! -

DJ Take Two was absolutely fantastic for our wedding! He kept the vibes going all night and had the dance floor packed from start to finish. On top of being a great DJ, he's an all-around great guy! Super responsive and easy to work with from start to finish. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a DJ who truly delivers! -

Tyler (aka DJ Take2) was absolutely incredible MC'ing and DJ'ing our wedding day. He had multiple calls with us leading up to the event to make sure we were all on the same page, which took a lot of stress off of our plates. He was extremely professional throughout the whole process and we have nothing but positive things to say about him. He coordinated with all of our vendors to make sure the night flowed seamlessly. He did a great job mixing numerous genres of music for our reception and made it all flow seamlessly. We cannot sing his praises enough and highly recommend him to anyone getting married! Side note...we had a smaller wedding (about 80 people), so we opted for the upgraded DJ package (lights, cold sparks, etc). It was well worth the extra money to help get the party going with more visual effects. -

We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ for our wedding. From start to finish, he made the entire night unforgettable. During dinner and the reception, he did an amazing job engaging with our guests and keeping the energy just right.
When it came time to dance, the playlist was absolutely incredible—every song hit. Our friends and family were on the dance floor all night long. It felt like every track was perfectly timed and exactly what the crowd wanted. Engaging for the older guests to start, and turned to the younger guests as the night went on - just as we'd asked.
We've had countless people tell us how great our DJ was and how much fun they had which says it all. We can't recommend Tyler enough! -

We had an incredible experience with our wedding DJ Take2 and truly cannot recommend him enough.
From the start, he was responsive, friendly, and deeply respectful. Communication during the planning phase was easy and reassuring. He listened carefully, offered thoughtful guidance, and made us feel completely supported.
We had several musicians throughout the night, and he worked seamlessly with all of them. He made sure their audio was fully set up and tested before they even arrived. The ceremony audio was flawless(!), which gave us total peace of mind.
On the wedding day, he was kind, flexible, and on top of every detail. He handled the small things without being asked, including making sure our glow lights were set up and ready to go. Being able to trust him with those details made the entire day feel lighter and more enjoyable.
Our guests were a beautifully diverse group from many cultural backgrounds, and he was incredibly thoughtful in how he curated the music. He blended different styles effortlessly and absolutely nailed the millennial throwbacks, which kept the dance floor packed and the energy high all night.
The transitions were smooth. The vibe never dropped. Guests are still talking about how much fun they had. Tyler was professional, warm, and an outstanding DJ. We truly cannot say enough good things about him.

Best of the best
Picking your DJ for the wedding can be stressful because it feels like one of the biggest choices that can impact so much…well Tyler Cole, DJTake2, puts all that to ease and is by far one of the BEST decisions we made for our big day!! From the very first inquiry to the very end; he was outstanding in every element! We are so sad it’s over and hoping to have another event with him in the future! If you’re debating who to go with , we believe Tyler Cole can match anyone’s needs and all of our guest continue talking about how awesome our DJ was. By far, hands down, the best of the best. -

The epitome of professional and supportive, Tyler met with us multiple times throughout the wedding planning process and was there to make sure our vision came to life. He mixed a custom father, daughter dance, kept the tunes going all night, and ensured people stayed on the dance floor. People never left and are still raving about the day two months later. Tyler is absolutely incredible!! He is SO FUN. He brought such a fun energy to our evening, he was responsible for creating an epic party. Throughout the evening, Tyler was up and walking around getting our guests pumped, he did not stay and hide behind his booth. He is hilarious and made all our guests laugh throughout the evening. His communication is phenomenal. He is extremely available to talk through anything and everything and whenever we needed/wanted to. He made us feel confident in the day, transitioning seamlessly through the events. We were at ease knowing our guests knew what was happening and/or coming up. Tyler is such a fun yet professional gentleman. I enjoyed every minute working with him and 100% recommend for a fun, seamless wedding!! -

Tyler (DJ Take2) was so incredible to work with, and we couldn't be happier to have hired him for our wedding. Our dance floor was PACKED from the second it opened to the second it closed - there truly wasn't a dull moment or a dull song. We've received so many compliments about how fun the wedding was, and we definitely have Tyler to thank for that.
Aside from bringing the energy at the wedding, he was super easy to work with, very kind, and extremely flexible. He even graciously created a custom mix of some songs I wanted to play to honor my mom. He was just the best.
If you want your wedding to be a PARTY, Tyler is where it's at. -

Tyler was amazing to work with. From our first contact, to our wedding and every interaction between he was quick to respond, professional, organized, and easy to work with. He even put together a secret dance mix for my mother/daughter dance that was exactly what we wanted. He kept the music geared toward the vibe we wanted and definitely played to the crowd. We had so many guests coming up to us during the wedding to know where we found him and how they can get a hold of him for their future events. The music/MC was a very important element to my husband and I and we are very happy we went with DJTake2. -

The highlight of the night! Tyler played music that appealed to everyone, from the young to the old, and kept the dance floor packed. Tyler was as absolute pleasure to work with for my wife and I's wedding.
- He was transparent in servies offered and pricing from the jump. There was no questioning costs as he laid everything out simple and plain
- He was flexible in helping us build a custom package that met our wants and budget as well as with what fit with our venue. This came into play with lighting needs since we were on a rooftop and certain lighting options were not relevant, Tyler was able to provide recommendations for what would work best and help sub items in for items that wouldn't work well with the venue
- Communication was EXCELLENT. Up until the day of our event we were able to conduct regular meetings with Tyler to discuss music selection, specific cues, etc.
- Tyler also worked to create custom music for special dances that cut out ofsongs into another for a serious then fun father/daughter dance
- Now for his DJ skills... This man BRINGS THE HEAT!! We asked for Vegas Day Club vibes and that is what he delivered. We wanted to bring a feral hour to our dance floor and keep it respectful for grandma and grandpa and he absolutely delivered this for us. There was never a moment during the full 2.5 hours of dancing that our dance floor wasn't fully packed with happy, dancing guests.
- Our guests said," I have never seen a wedding DJ this good before" "Your wedding was beautiful but your DJ took it to the next level" "We wanted to head out early but your DJ kept playing bop after bop after bop"
- Tyler didn't just hit play on a playlist, he put his DJ skills on display with mixing and mc'ing and made our night exactly what we were looking for.
- Finally, he even made an appearance on the dance floor and joined our rowdy group in having fun.
Tyler has become a true friend through this process and we guarantee that you will feel the same way with him and have just as much fun as we did. -

Our wedding planner recommended DJ Take 2 and he did not disappoint! Leading up to the wedding he was in great communication with us and day off he was punctual and fun! We didn’t have to worry once about our music or announcements, he was on top of everything! Couldn’t recommend enough. -

We hired Tyler as our DJ for our wedding day, and couldn't be happier with how he did! He was a fast and reliable communicator from the beginning, and he took the time to speak with us over Zoom several times in preparation to ensure he had everything we wanted well organized. His website and client portal are also well organized and we were able to input all of our preferences and notes, as well as get suggestions and recommendations for each part of the wedding. Tyler was even flexible enough to make some last minute updates for us, and he arrived at the venue (down in Tucson) well in advance to set up his DJ stations for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception so there would be a seamless transition between events. We also added in his uplighting for our reception area which we highly recommend doing as well.
Tyler had great timing and kept the energy up throughout the entire evening and everyone really enjoyed him, especially when he would occasionally come join the guests on the dance floor. We are super happy with our decision to hire DJ Take2 for our wedding, and we would highly recommend him to anyone needing a great DJ and great person! Thank you Tyler! -

The G.O.A.T!!!
Stop reading these reviews now and just hire him! Tyler was amazing from the booking process all the way through our wedding. He took the time to meet with us in person prior to booking, he was readily available for questions throughout the 2 years we had him booked, and he met with us virtually leading up to the wedding day. He was extremely flexible with our postponement due to COVID, always made us feel at ease and he's just an all around genuine and kind human being. Music was on the top of our priority list for our wedding and Tyler exceeded all of our expectations. We instantly clicked with his chill style and taste in music. He's not your typical cheesy wedding DJ that we 100% wanted to avoid lol We let him do his thing but he was completely open to our vision for our day. Our dance floor was a VIBE - guests kept saying "I can't even leave to go to the bathroom, there's no bad songs!". We received constant compliments throughout the night and to this day. Long story short, he's the greatest of all time and we wish we could hire him 1000 times over but since we can't, every engaged couple should :) -

Tyler is an amazing DJ and truly brought together the timeline of our wedding! He was super responsive and professional through the entire process. Tyler was extremely professional, confident, and personal throughout our entire wedding. Everyone knew where to go, what to do, when to eat etc. It couldn’t have gone smoother.
He can read the room and turn the mood to whatever it needs to be. Great song choices and respect for the songs that were being requested.
My wife and I didn’t give him much to go off of during our couple of interviews, I’ll admit, but he made us seem like the greatest newlyweds in the valley.
