  Unforgatable night

  DJ Shawn and his team did a phenomenal job in our wedding as well as providing photo booth services and photography. His professionalism and experience were evident throughout. He listened to our requests and put together a killer playlist. He cared about the subtle details and showed that he wanted to make our experience unique and matching to our theme/tone. We got SO many compliments on the music and the event overall, and DJ Shawn really set the stage for our wedding. Would DEFINITELY hire again!

  DJ Shawn and his team did a phenomenal job in our wedding as well as providing photo booth services and photography. His professionalism and experience were evident throughout.   DJ Shawn Stacks delivered big time! He helped us out with lighting which was on point! Totally made the epic dance party we had even better. We had a custom designed gobo modeled after the Prince symbol which was incredible!! The real kicker was the dancing in the clouds effect during Purple Rain! It was unreal! If you are looking for a professional, honest, talented, and experienced DJ to take your party to the next level...look no further!

  Thrilled to have had DJ Stacks as the DJ for my wedding. He did the music for the ceremony and wedding at the Tirrell Room and everything was perfect. Shawn was extremely attentive throughout the preparation process. His online planner made everything super easy. Before the event we reviewed all of the important moments and the songs that needed to go with them. He played a version of each song for me to confirm it was the right song. He also provided a "dancing on a cloud" service for our wedding which was like a dream - pic to follow. Highly recommend DJ Stacks.

  DJ Shawn Stacks=excellence.
  I knew once I saw the content on DJ Shawn's website I knew he would be an amazing DJ for my wedding reception.
  When I saw his advertisement video on his website I interpreted a sense of authentic enjoyment from him and heard some of his awesome mixing as well.
  DJ Shawn and his staff were phenomenal on numerous levels from using his easy to navigate website, to scheduling meetings, and discussing event details all of these activities were implemented efficiently but there was also room for flexibility.
  He and I worked together to create a schedule for the reception that was created thoroughly and also accommodated many different types of needs. He also offered excellent suggestions to assist with the flow of the event.
  Now what about the event?
  Each and every one of my guests said it was the BEST wedding reception that they had ever attended and a large part of those compliments are thanks to DJ Shawn.
  The music selections had each and every person on the dance floor at various points during the event, the volume was modified according to an event activity and was not too loud, and of course the amazing photo booth courtesy of DJ Shawn was a HUGE hit!!!
  Many of the guests were raving about how excellent DJ Shawn was now going on several days after the event. Many of the guests stated that they had such a great time and I believe a large part of that is related to the music selections and the other entertainment options such as that photo booth that were present at my wedding reception.
  I want to thank DJ Shawn for assisting with the wedding reception running so smoothly, having great music from so many different genres, and just listening to and incorporating my suggestions into this event as well.
  Thank you again for making our special day be even more exciting with the great music and entertainment from DJ Shawn and his staff.
  I highly recommend hiring DJ Shawn and his staff for not only the music but also other amenities.

  Shawn DJ'ed our annual Prom and truly helped make the night one the students would remember! The photo booth was a great addition that students (and chaperones) enjoyed, and his music and lighting was perfect - everyone was on the dance floor all night! Shawn played a great mix of throwback jams and current music. I would highly recommend him for a prom, wedding, or any other social event. Thank you DJ Shawn Stacks for making our prom unforgettable!

  I had to fire my photo booth company almost 2 weeks before my wedding for not being able to produce as promised. Shawn and Jeremy saved the day. I wanted the most up-to-date photo booth as far as technology was concerned and that's exactly what I got! Jeremy created my own custom photo template for my guest to take home as a keepsake. Exactly what I couldn't get from the last vendor. Shawn made the planning process easy and effortless. Both Shawn and Jeremy really followed up and followed through on making sure I had everything I needed before my big day. Shawn was on site the day of ensuring that everything was executed as planned. I never had to worry once! My ONLY regret is that I didn't hire them first!

Music, effects, lighting, photo booth all perfect. I must recommend the dancing on a cloud package! He really spends the time needed to get to know you and learn what you’re looking for. He takes that and makes your vision a reality. Highly, highly recommended.

My daughter along with family members including family and grandparents were extremely pleased with his service. His assistant was available at all times to help with the event. Shawn was very professional, flexible and accommodating with our request to play a video montage of our daughter's first sixteen years. He reminded us about the schedule and assisted with all the special requests for father daughter dance, siblings dance, candle ceremony, cake, everything. He was truly an amazing master of ceremony and great addition to our party. His portal was very helpful to plan the event and upload favorite songs.   I'm so pleased that I chose DJ stacks for our wedding. He was attentive and very responsive. He give us ideas but made sure that the flavor and style was totally us. I had a "hype man", so to speak. We didn't want anyone dragging her grandmother not on the dance floor or forcing anything that wasn't going to happen naturally. DJ shine was amazing and kept the party going naturally the whole night.

  Shawn recently performed at our wedding at Belle Mer in Newport, RI on 10/1/16. First let me say that prior to the wedding we had a few calls to discuss the direction of where we wanted to take our wedding from the moments we were announced to the very end of the night and he was extremely accommodating to help us achieve our goal in keeping the dance floor packed from the minute we walked in until 5 hours later for the last dance. It flew by, they all go way too fast but I will say he, his assistant, the photo booth, the uplighting, the logo and all the services they provided were extremely well worth it. Go for the total package! We sent Shawn a list of songs that we had to hear, and all sorts of genres and he made it all happen. All of our guests keep telling us it was THE most FUN wedding they have ever been to. The energy, the love, the vibe and the people all made it happen. Deejays are crucial at a wedding( ANY party for that matter) and he was great! We are from NYC, love to dance and our friends can be a tough crowd to please! I would highly recommend him for your event if you are looking to have your guests up having the time of their lives. Thanks Shawn! :)

  DJ Shawn Stacks was an amazing Dj! We couldn't be happier with our choice in having him create a night of fun for our family and friends. He was able to make our historic museum/mansion venue into a site where our guests were able to time hop to his modern latino/american dance mix. As a multi-racial couple in a classic venue with a vastly diverse crowd, it was important to us to have a Dj that understood our need to get everyone on the dance floor. Dj Stacks did just that and more! It was a pleasure working with him and we highly recommend him!
