  Truly incredible!

  DJ Shawn Groove was absolutely phenomenal at our Srilankan/American wedding held at Perona Farms NJ.
  
  The seamless blend of Sri Lankan and English music created the perfect atmosphere through out the entire wedding, and our guests couldn't stop raving about it!! The lighting was exactly what I asked for!
  The dance floor was alive all night, and everyone was truly dancing the night away.
  
  A huge thank you for making our celebration unforgettable with your incredible work!

  DJ Shawn provided the music and lighting for my 50th birthday party. He has a great selection of music and was able to cater to all the various requests. His customer service is excellent and made our party a huge success. Highly recommend.

  A great DJ for Weddings

  Shawn was very accommodating and flexible from the beginning to work with us on numerous date changes. Despite his busy schedule, Working closely with the bride and groom, Shawn planned the event well and coordinated with all involved to ensure the event will go smoothly.

  Shawn was amazing!!! He set up several meetings with us ahead of time for our wedding. The music was as requested and he did a wonderful job. Price was very reasonable and he offers some nice extras. The sound for the outside wedding with 85v people was great. The minister could be hear well and so could the singers and musicians. He was on time, dressed to the 9’s and very friendly. Without a doubt, he knows what he is doing. Thanks Shawn!!

  Thorough, timely and professional service

  Shawn Groove was responsive to emails and quickly confirmed dates/rates, etc. The venue only gave us a half hour to setup. However, Shawn was there early with his equipment, got setup quickly, and was spinning well before our first guests walked in. Everyone enjoyed the selection of music and the up lighting he provided added an elegant, festive touch to the event. We would definitely use him again!

  Shawn was the best choice for our big day!

  Shawn is so professional and makes everything so easy!
  My husband and I attended a wedding where Shawn was the DJ, so we knew in advance how great he was.
  
  Our ceremony was held in an outdoor venue without electricity, and Shawn's set up was "off the grid" Shawn is special when it also come to lighting & he made it so beautiful with all the elegant lighting.
  Shawn also set up lighting for our reception and that really helped transform the space.
  He does a great job of getting to know the couple, and really making the reception reflect them. Neither of us are huge dancers, and a lot of the music we like isn't really music for dancing at a wedding. Shawn did a great job of getting an idea of our music taste and reading the crowed & he played what our guests needed. We got lots of comments from our guests about how great the music was that night!

  Great Music!

  DJ Shawn was great and very easy to work with. We had a wonderful time coordinating everything and DJ Shawn ask the questions to get the exact genre of music that we wanted to have. All of our guests had a wonderful time and loved the variety of music DJ Shawn was able to play catered to all who attended! We would recommend to anyone and for any party!

He helped us figure out what kind of look we were going for, music to play, and plan out the schedule of events! The reception hall definitely transformed because of Dj Shawn Grooves lighting system and set up! It was beautiful!! Everyone enjoyed the music and the dance floor was Amazing!!

  DJ Shawn was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very straight forward with what services he could provide, and did an overall fantastic job at our wedding. Everyone (of all ages) had an incredible time and was on the dance floor the entire time. He accommodated all of my song requests and it was an absolute pleasure to work with him!

  Excellent coordination, fantastic team to work with. The team played a vital roll to keep our program run smoothly.
  The sound and lighting were very well organized and gave a really good look to the entire program. ( for 2 days including Banquet and cocktail etc..)

  Shawn Groove is the ultimate professional. When we first consulted with him, he figured out exactly what our vision was for our wedding, and delivered.
  
  1) His equipment was professional and we’ve never seen a ballroom look as magnificent. Shawn and his team set up the uplighting, drapes, sound system for the ceremony and reception.
  
  2) Shawn is a full time DJ. He consistently performs at the MGM Grand at the National Harbor. We knew he was good, but then again, he exceeded our expectations. Shawn had 200 people dancing for 2 1/2 straight hours.
  
  3) Shawn was in constant communication with us. He made sure that every little detail was up to our satisfaction.
  
  4) His pricing was extremely competitive and better than all of the estimates we received. His goal was our happiness. He has a passion for this and this is evident from the moment you meet him.
  
  5) He also provided a photography and videography team, which made the experience that much better. His staff smiled and enjoyed themselves the entire wedding, which was noticed by all of our guests.
  
  Our wedding was perfect and we recommend DJ Shawn Groove to everyone.

  Highly Recommended Cridentials DJ

  Shawn did an awesome job at our wedding. He catered to the young and the old by playing various genres. He was punctual with the elaborate setup lighting/speaker systems.
