Sean was the most amazing DJ ever! He totally captured the vibe we were going for at our wedding. All of our guests would not stop complimenting about how much fun they had and how good the music was. We wish we could listen to the entire night over and over again. If you want an upbeat and energetic DJ who knows how to play to the crowd and keep the party going, Sean is absolutely your guy! -

Amazing job
Shawn was amazing!!! He set up several meetings with us ahead of time for our wedding. The music was as requested and he did a wonderful job. Price was very reasonable and he offers some nice extras. The sound for the outside wedding with 85v people was great. The minister could be hear well and so could the singers and musicians. He was on time, dressed to the 9’s and very friendly. Without a doubt, he knows what he is doing. Thanks Shawn!! -

Shawn is so professional and makes everything so easy!
My husband and I attended a wedding where Shawn was the DJ, so we knew in advance how great he was.
Our ceremony was held in an outdoor venue without electricity, and Shawn's set up was "off the grid" Shawn is special when it also come to lighting & he made it so beautiful with all the elegant lighting.
Shawn also set up lighting for our reception and that really helped transform the space.
He does a great job of getting to know the couple, and really making the reception reflect them. Neither of us are huge dancers, and a lot of the music we like isn't really music for dancing at a wedding. Shawn did a great job of getting an idea of our music taste and reading the crowed & he played what our guests needed. We got lots of comments from our guests about how great the music was that night! -

Shawn did an awesome job at our wedding. He catered to the young and the old by playing various genres. He was punctual with the elaborate setup lighting/speaker systems. A professional and gregarious entertainer, moving forward my wife and I will continue to recommend him for all our major events. -

Shawn Groove is the ultimate professional. When we first consulted with him, he figured out exactly what our vision was for our wedding, and delivered.
1) His equipment was professional and we’ve never seen a ballroom look as magnificent. Shawn and his team set up the uplighting, drapes, sound system for the ceremony and reception.
2) Shawn is a full time DJ. He consistently performs at the MGM Grand at the National Harbor. We knew he was good, but then again, he exceeded our expectations. Shawn had 200 people dancing for 2 1/2 straight hours.
3) Shawn was in constant communication with us. He made sure that every little detail was up to our satisfaction.
4) His pricing was extremely competitive and better than all of the estimates we received. His goal was our happiness. He has a passion for this and this is evident from the moment you meet him.
5) He also provided a photography and videography team, which made the experience that much better. His staff smiled and enjoyed themselves the entire wedding, which was noticed by all of our guests.
Our wedding was perfect and we recommend DJ Shawn Groove to everyone.

Amazing Energy!
Shawn was very professional, the music was so much fun! All the guest had fun, he has a vibrant energy! Great host! Got everyone in the dance floor, he made it happened! Worked patiently with the timeline and the couple were so happy with his services! Definitely recommended! -

Charity Dinner Ball - New Jersey - Did lighting and DJ, to support Band
Shawn Groove did an exceptional job with the lighting and his music as a DJ to supplement the main band in the Charity Dinner Dance to commemorate the Centenary Celebration in New Jersey. Shawn's lighting did much to keep the upmarket theme of the event and did much to enhance the value to our guests that paid a premium to be at the event. Great job Shawn! -
