When picking vendors for our wedding, I didn't know where to begin. We didn't have a wedding planner, so it was really all on us! I was reaching out to companies based on wedding website recommendations. An unavailable company passed my contact info over Orama Productions and everyday since then I'm so thankful they did. Joey Orama made my day - I'm a big music head and LOVE to keep the dance floor going all night, and we did just that. Joey was professional, responsive, so easy going, flexible with the plan, and quick on his feet. After speaking to him prior to the date, I knew that was one vendor I wouldn't have to worry about at all, which is such a huge help. We're still geting compliments + our photographer told us that it's rare to see the dancefloor full until the end. Smiling while writing this! Thank you to Orama Productions for making Willie and Megan Staz's wedding the best day! We'll be recommending you to all of our friends. -

The planning process was very easy & he was very easy to reach out to and discuss any questions we may have had. Joey was amazing to work with from beginning to end! My sister had him as her DJ back in 2022, and we immediately wrote him in our notes for our wedding. 1. Because he is an amazing DJ that kept everyone on their feet! 2. Because his set-up looks amazing! From the second we booked Joey back in early 2023, he kept everything super simple to understand and made sure we knew of all of the services he provides. We decided to stick with the typical DJ services, although we were impressed with the many different services he could provide. There were a few songs that we needed fixed for our wedding, and he completed it so quickly and perfectly! He was always willing to provide song recommendations if we would need them. Right before the wedding, we did provide him with our Spotify playlist and he made a PERFECT mix to play throughout the night. It was a truly memorable experience working with him. We also admire his flexibility when it, unfortunately, began to rain AFTER he had already set up outside for our ceremony. Additionally, in the mix of all the planning, we also made the mistake of telling him the wrong end time to our reception. As the night was nearing the end, Joey noticed the discrepancy and immediately came up to me to see what we could figure out. Even though we told him the wrong time and he easily could have said he couldn't stay longer, he was more than willing to stay for us. Within a split second of me asking if he would be okay with staying, he said yes, went back to his set-up, and kept everyone on their feet the rest of the night! There was absolutely no second-guessing shown on his end. It was that moment I realized, there was no doubt that he is dedicated to his customers. IF YOU CAN AVOID IT, PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE WE DID AND DO THIS TO HIM! I just wanted to make sure I mentioned how awesome he is for doing that for us, as there are not many out there that would. We can't thank Joey enough and we will definitely be recommending him to all of our friends, family, and loved ones. -

Brides, look no further!!! 10/10 and all the stars and love I can give for Orama Productions. Joey was listed as a preferred vendor at our Venue and for great reason. Super professional and his setups were everything we could have asked for and more. 100% recommend the 360 Photo Booth! Our guests and us (even our venue team) loved it. Joey walked us through everything we needed and kept the dance floor filled. Thank you so much again Orama Productions! -

Joey was an INCREDIBLE DJ! He managed the music for both our ceremony and our reception, and did an amazing job with both! The ceremony went off with such a hitch, and the reception was the party of a lifetime! We chatted the week of the wedding to make sure he had the timeline ready and so he knew how to pronounce all the various names for introductions. He managed all of our various song requests into the perfect reception playlist that made all of our attendees happy, and made sure to get couples to participate in the anniversary dance that we requested. He was so good at getting the dance floor full and keeping the party going, and we got nothing but rave reviews from our friends and families! Joey was absolutely worth every (very reasonably priced) penny, and made the day come to life for us! -

I could say so many wonderful things about Joey! He was highly recommended by our venue and I’m so glad that we went with the recommendation! He was a vendor I never had to worry about— communicated with us when needed to make sure he had all the details for the day! We had so many compliments about the music throughout the day and once we got the party started, it never stopped! Everyone was on the dance floor the whole night and we couldn’t have asked for anything more! -

Joey was recommended to us by our venue, and I'm so glad that we went with him. Before our day, he made sure that he had the correct ceremony songs, cocktail hour and reception music, including our must plays and do not plays, and he completely followed through. Not only did he fill in last minute (2 wks before my wedding!!) for the actual DJ company I originally hired, he was in constant communication with me every day. He was extremely prompt and made sure everything was perfect for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. His set up was beautiful and I didn't have to provide anything. He had everyone up and dancing the whole wedding. I can not say enough about Joey and how blessed we are that he was the DJ at our wedding!! And he surprised me sending me something Monday after the wedding that was truly memorable that I wasn't expecting at all!!! Not only did me and my groom love him, my wedding guests did as well. He is HIGHLY recommended by us. Thank you Joey!!! -

When we were interviewing DJs for our wedding, DJ Joey Orama was clearly the most passionate about his work. This remained true as we approached the wedding and we discussed details of all of the music and timing of the day. He never missed a beat (pun intended) on the wedding day, playing everything exactly as and when we wanted. At the reception, he had the sweetest looking setup and kept the dance floor packed all night long. We had an absolute blast and did not have to worry about anything music related with Joey running the show. -

Joey was an incredibly professional, affordable, and easy to work with vendor. He was very responsive throughout the whole process. He was interactive with all of the guests and kept an upbeat atmosphere on the day of. He had a wide variety of prints to choose from for our photo booth, and he had a wide variety of props. His services were a big hit, and we highly recommend him for any event! -

Orama Productions was on point for our entire wedding and reception. They were fully prepared and had the right amount of contact prior to and during our big day, letting us know any changes to timelines or whether our ideas would work well or not.
We felt very relaxed knowing that they were handling everything with our coordinator and keeping it all smooth through the night.
They were especially impressive at running the reception with a tight timeline and a curated playlist for the open dance that fit our vibe perfectly.

From day one of working with Joey, I knew we were in good hands. He willingly gave me referrals and everyone had amazing things to say. Just based on that, we didn't hesitate to book him. Throughout the planning process, he was quick to reply to any questions and he was always upbeat and pleasant to work with. On the day of the wedding, he accommodated all of our song requests, no problem. We got so many compliments on the music and my now husband and I were personally impressed with the sound mixing, transitions, etc. Everything was flawless. Joey always remained professional, courteous, enthusiastic and positive. I told him over and over that he was a joy to work with and I still very much feel that way. OH, and our guests were dancing all night long - isn't that the best part? :) If you're on the fence, book him now! Thank you, DJ RIP! -

Best day of our lives
My husband, Ryan & I could not be happier with our decision of having Joey, "DJ Rip Productions" be apart of our BIG day! We found Joey by simply looking up a local DJ in our area/county online and came across his page. Just by looking through his information and gallery I had a really good feeling. I messaged him about our date and he got back to us RIGHT AWAY with different packages he offers! Joey was so helpful throughout the entire wedding planning process, he was patient and very understanding even with last minute changes. DJ Rip Productions gave us a beautiful wedding we will never forget. From the ceremony to the very last song everything was so perfect. Our entire playlist we sent him was played and he made requests happen without a problem! I don't think one person was sitting by the end of the night, the dance floor was nonstop! It was truly a wonderful experience working with Joey. The greatest part through all of this that my husband and I are forever grateful for is the fact that despite COVID and us having to change our date, DJ Rip did everything he could to make our new date possible. He was committed from start to finish & we will definitely be recommending him to friends and family!! THANK YOU JOEY!! -

DJ Rip was great for our wedding this past weekend. He was helpful, responsive, cooperative and put on a great show. Played all the songs we requested and more. Multiple guests commented about how fun this wedding was. -
Tuba Sent on 07/25/2018Working with Joey was an amazing experience not only on the wedding day but also the (very few) days leading up to it. We came to Joey less than 2 weeks before the wedding. He was so patient with us throughout the whole process and took time out to work out the details with us even with his busy schedule given the short time frame. We had 3 meetings during the wedding week and worked with him to create a cultural playlist. We loved that he was always super responsive and accommodating. Going with an American/Western style DJ for our Pakistani/Eastern wedding was definitely a challenge for both sides, but his willingness to learn our culture and the music, made things so much easier.
There were a lot of moving parts on the wedding day and I really appreciated that Joey worked with my brother to play the songs that we wanted at the exact times and order. During the reception we enjoyed all the music and performances - my husband had planned an a-cappella performance with his friends for which Joey had to coordinate with our videographer and I was just so happy everything worked out great - all the arrangements & performances were so fluid and flawless & Joey played a huge role in that. Going with Rip Productions for our wedding is a decision that we are truly happy about! -
