Dj Rio was a pleasure to work with. He took a lot of stress off of us as we gave him a few suggestions of what we like and he did the rest. After a couple meetings he completely understood our style and how to drive our wedding reception. I lost count of how many people complimented him and how his Dj performance made our wedding one of the best they had been to. You have to book DJ Rio!
Jalen was such a pleasure to work with! He is incredibly professional setting up meetings to discuss music taste and overall music theme you are looking to have at your wedding. Any type of music you want played he can make happen. He also sent out a list to fill out for important songs throughout the ceremony to make sure everything was covered. The day of the wedding he was there well ahead to make sure everything was set up perfectly, and when the reception started he kept the party going. If you are looking for a fun, professional DJ, I cannot recommend him enough!

After going to a few weddings where the was much need for a better DJ (in our opinion), we knew we wanted a solid DJ/MC for our wedding and reception. DJ Rio met every single one of our wants and needs as we worked with him on our music tastes and desires for our ceremony music as well as all our first dances and things of that nature for the reception. He helped keep us on track during the reception and we couldn't be happier with how he kept our guests engaged. If you have any reservations about hiring a DJ for your wedding, this was one of our greatest decisions, especially with DJ Rio!

He accommodated the bride in so many ways- he showed up for the rehearsal, providing a microphone for the officiant. He played Irish music and music from the Lord Of the Rings to go with the theme of the wedding. He showed up early to the rehearsal and the wedding to set up, helping our stress levels. We knew that he had his part of the wedding under control.

We had the absolute pleasure of having DJ Rio dj at our wedding, and he completely exceeded our expectations! From the first consultation to the final dance, he was professional, attentive, and incredibly talented. DJ Rio truly understood the vibe we wanted for our big day and curated a playlist that had everyone on the dance floor all night long. 5-Star DJ!! The Best in the Business!
We had the absolute pleasure of working with DJ RIO for our wedding, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From the moment we first discussed our song preferences, he made sure to note every detail of what we wanted, including our must-play songs and the vibe we were going for.
What really blew us away was DJ RIO’s ability to read the crowd. He didn’t just stick to the playlist; he knew exactly when to switch up the vibe and keep the energy high on the dance floor. Whether it was throwing in some throwbacks or switching to a more laid-back vibe for dinner, everything felt perfectly timed.
Our guests were on their feet all night, and it was clear that the music played a huge part in creating the amazing atmosphere. We are so grateful to have had DJ RIO as part of our special day and would recommend him to anyone looking for a DJ who knows how to make a celebration unforgettable!

A++++!! Excellent DJ services.
Dj Rio went above and beyond to make sure that our daughter’s wedding reception was everything she dreamed it would be. Every song that she picked for each part of the ceremony was played at the appropriate time. He even mixed a song for the father daughter dances for us per request. He’s an amazing person as well as dj. We highly recommend booking with him for any event you may have.

Best Night Ever!!!
When we were planning our wedding, we wanted it to be so fun! DJ Rio was ESSENTIAL to pulling that off. He did a perfect mix of music and by just asking us a few questions he totally understood the vibe. We got raving reviews from our guests and even our photographer (who sees no doubt hundreds of weddings) about how great DJ Rio is! He stands out and is amazing at his job! We could not be more grateful for the atmosphere he created on our big day!

DJ Rio is the only DJ for your wedding
DJ Rio truly made our wedding the best night ever. Everyone who attended said it was the best wedding or one of the best they’ve ever been too and we truly believe that’s because of our incredible DJ. He was so professional through the entire process. We had multiple meetings with him because he wanted to make sure he knew exactly what we wanted for our day. He encouraged us to send him any requests or ideas throughout the planning process and welcomed it all. You can tell just how much he loves his job and that he wants his clients to have the best day ever. He played incredible music from the moment our guests walked into the venue until the very last song. I’ve never seen such a packed dance floor at a wedding. We asked for three hours of dancing music for our reception and he didn’t even blink an eye. He is so incredibly kind and professional and if we had to have our wedding all over again DJ Rio would be a must.

The Best of the Best
Jalen (DJ Rio) was a dream to work with from beginning to end. He was fun, professional, thoughtful! We were impressed when we met him, but he went above and beyond for us on multiple occasions. I wanted a version of a song that I could only find on YouTube (with ads!) to walk down the aisle to - he literally had it recreated by a music producer for me. And then the reception was incredible! He DJ’d and MC’d the whole thing - was great with timing and kept everyone engaged. Can’t recommend him more!!

I can’t say enough great things about DJ Rio. He made the music planning for our wedding so easy. I gave him a general idea and he took it to exactly where I wanted it. He was so kind and friendly. He let us pay our bill in payments before the wedding. We planned our wedding from a completely different state and he was flexible and responsive the entire time. The day of our wedding was so perfect. I was nervous because I wasn’t able to get a rehearsal in but the music was flawless and he made zero mistakes! My family had such a great time and it was the best night ever thanks to him. My family doesn’t dance but they danced to his music all night long! I am so pleased with his professionalism and his hard work. I would recommend him 100 times over!

DJ RIO (Jalen) was incredible to hire for our wedding DJ. I told my wife that the DJ would be the most important vendor at our wedding. Throughout the process from start to finish, DJ RIO had impeccable attention to detail. He even scheduled two 1 hour sessions with my wife and I to discuss minute by minute of our wedding. From guests arriving all the way to the end of the night. DJ RIO is the top tier option for your big day.

DJ Rio made our wedding the party we wanted!
The music at our wedding was so important to my husband and me. We found DJ Rio at an open house at our wedding venue. The fact that he could have fun DJ-ing a mid-afternoon event as people mulled about the venue, we knew he would bring a party for our Saturday night wedding. Man, did he deliver. So many of our guests came up to us throughout the reception about how incredible the DJ was, and people are still texting us about it. From the planning process to the day of, DJ Rio listened to what we wanted and made it so easy and fun. He kept us and our guests on the dance floor, dancing and singing along, all night.

The BEST Wedding DJ hands down. My husband and I absolutely LOVEEEE to get down on the dance floor, so finding a good DJ was at the top of our list when it came to planning our wedding. We wanted someone that didn't just play songs from a computer- but actually mixed and added some flare, and DJ Rio CRUSHED IT. We had so many people say that it was the best wedding dance party they'd ever been to. People seriously didn't leave the dance floor all night. He was also super great to work with, quick to respond, and just overall amazing!

DJ RIO is truly the best! We gave him our vibe (EDM with no slow songs) and he read the room perfectly!! As a 90s baby, we love the throw backs. He had the perfect compilation of throw backs, country remixes, and new age songs! As the bride, I think I left the dance floor ONCE to use the restroom. Otherwise, I didn’t leave the dance floor to even cut my cake because the music was too good to leave! If you want to dance in your wedding day, this is your guy!!

AMAZING. Wouldn't leave until we left.
Jalen was there for our rehearsal dinner, about an hour before the ceremony started, and stayed until we left. There was a big storm heading our way around the end of the wedding, so we did the whole sparkler exit and went to the truck to "leave." (We planned on going back to the barn to change into comfy clothes for the drive.) We got back around to the barn and it started POURING. All of my family and bridesmaids were still there so Jalen just kept the music going and it ended up being my favorite part of the whole day. There was probably 15 of us on the dance floor but the party didn't stop until we left. I 100% recommend Jalen for any event!!

Jalen is a long time friend so he was our first choice as our wedding DJ and we could not have gone with anyone better. Fabulous and fun!
DJ RIO makes a party! I am the Best Buddies Parent Sponsor for Maury County and we have had him to every one of our events. Our kids have special abilities and really love to be included in an activity. DJ Rio always allows them to join him behind the table, pick songs and "play the DJ part"! He is such a cool guy and so kind to our kiddos. I will always pick him first to DJ a party! :)

Love DJ Rio
We loved DJ Rio for our wedding. Truly made it the BEST DANCE PARTY ever, which was all we wanted. The only reason I gave 4 stars under "professionalism" is because he called me, the bride, the night before our wedding with questions about my walking down the aisle song. Just not the time to be asking the bride questions, or even talking to her in general. Other than this, DJ Rio blew us away and threw us the dream party we've always wanted. I wanted the night to keep going just so we could keep dancing! We would recommend him to anyone!
