DJ Rey was truly phenomenal and one of the absolute best decisions we made for our wedding.
We had our wedding reception at the Rollins Rice Family Pavilion, where DJ Rey served as both our MC and DJ for the night, and he exceeded every expectation. What truly set him apart was the care and thoughtfulness he showed toward our guests- he made all announcements seamlessly in both Spanish and English, which meant so much to our families and ensured everyone felt included and celebrated.
DJ Rey played all the best Latin hits for our Latin family while still keeping the dance floor packed with guests of all ages and backgrounds. The energy never dipped, transitions were smooth, and the vibes were immaculate all night long.
If you’re looking for a DJ who is professional and knows how to throw an unforgettable party, DJ Rey is your guy. We are beyond grateful for the role he played in making our wedding night so memorable. Highly, highly recommend!!!

DJ Rey absolutely killed it! From the very beginning, he brought such amazing energy and made the entire process so fun and stress-free. We had a planning meeting with him before the wedding, and he really took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and the vibe we wanted for the night.
The day of the wedding, he exceeded every expectation. His introductions were perfect, the music selection was spot on, and he did such an incredible job keeping the crowd hyped and the energy high all night long. The dance floor was always full, and everyone kept talking about how much fun they had.
He’s so knowledgeable, funny, professional, and genuinely great at reading the room and keeping the party going. Our wedding would not have been the same without him, and we are so grateful we chose him. Highly recommend! -

DJ Rey was the best DJ we could have asked for our wedding day. He had the high energy starting early, and kept people on the dance floor until the very last song. He made our wedding so much fun, my husband and I looked at each other and said "Let's do this again". We gave Rey a playlist to go off of, and he played our playlist and more to keep the high energy going based on how people were reacting to the music. He was attentive in our meetings and listened to everything we wanted. He wanted to make sure we had the best day, and that is exactly what he gave us. I can't recommend him enough to others for their events! -

DJ Rey was referred to us by our photographer. We originally wanted a live band, but between costs and variety, it didn’t work. I spoke to DJ Rey, and I told my soon to be husband, the search is over, he is the one. What a night! He is amazing as the MC, he will follow your lead, your vibe. Guests are still talking about it. I get messages still a couple of weeks later saying “the DJ was INCREDIBLE “. His prices, communication, professionalism can’t be matched. Stop looking, he is the one. We are so grateful. 🥰🥰 I wish I had pics but I don’t have them yet back from my photographer. 👏👏👏 I’ll give him more than 5 stars ⭐️ if possible. -

DJ Rey truly brought the party to our wedding. He was so great to work with from start to finish — professional, organized, and genuinely fun.
We had my father and brother-in-law perform our first dance live, and he helped execute it all seamlessly. He coordinated everything with ease and made sure the timing and transitions were perfect, which meant so much to us. In addition he was able to coordinate all other parent dances and entrances just how I wanted them.
He also took all of my song preferences into consideration and crafted the perfect playlist. The energy on the dance floor was exactly what we hoped for all night long. We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ to keep the celebration going! -

We love DJ Rey!!
We love Dj Rey! He was so easy to work with and met all of our needs and expectations. He was so much fun on the wedding day. He was perfectly matching the vibe of the crowd the entire time with all the music. Between cocktail hour, dinner, formalities, and leading into the open dancing he truly knows how to take the guests on an experience leading them from one part of the night into the next.
Every time I see my friends or family or anyone we invited to the wedding they say that it was the best music at anyone’s wedding they’ve ever been to. He truly kept the vibes up the entire time and helped us incorporate more songs that matched our vibe. We had a very long reception, almost 4 hours of dancing, and people were pretty much dancing the entire time. He dealt with our crazy crowd and all of our shenanigans. He was so organized and executed everything seamlessly. I’m also a wedding planner so I have very high expectations and he is definitely #1 on my list now.
He also is so sweet. My guests who were putting in requests and kept going up to him, all said he was so friendly. AND At the end of the night (groom was a little sick lol) and DJ Rey waited for him to feel better before packing up so we could do our final private dance together. Which we are forever grateful for.
Overall, he seriously was the best Dj we could’ve picked. We love knowing that all of our friends and family think we had the most fun reception they’ve ever been to lol. He set the bar very high for future wedding receptions within our friend group and family!!

If you are looking for a wedding DJ, do not pass go, do not collect $200, THIS is your guy. DJ Rey was a huge part of what made our special day so perfect. We knew we wanted a DJ that would be able to really read the room, and get the vibe of our guests and make decisions on what to play based on that. DJ Rey was a master at work. It's been about 9 months since our wedding day, and we are STILL getting comments and compliments on our DJ! -

DJ Rey met all of our expectations. Music is probably one of the most important parts of your wedding, and he was able to be fun, professional, and very personable. I made a playlist and he took it and went with it, but added his spin on songs to go with what the crowd was vibing to. Takes request from everyone, and very timely. We retained Rey almost a full year before our anniversary bash. Throughout the planning phase Rey responded quickly. The emails I received from Rey deliberately addressed each item I had contacted him about, letting me know he was indeed taking the time to understand and address the items at hand.
While we had a vision of what we wanted our party to be like, we trusted Rey wholeheartedly and gave him free reign to do whatever he needed to do to keep the party going.
Two days before the event we thought there may be an issue with our lighting vendor. A call to Rey and he assured us not to worry, that he would bring is his own lighting. Fortunately things worked out with the vendor and we told Rey to disregard. Rey took the initiative to bring his own lighting to the event-- just in case! We didn't need it, but it just shows what kind of individual Rey is.
Our other vendors (lighting, photography) were told that Rey was the Captain of this party and everybody needs to follow his lead. Rey already knew the vendors (they met with handshakes and smiles all around) and everything was fantastic.
Rey did not disappoint!
At 52 years old I have been to a lot of parties. I have *never* seen so much dancing among guests. Our friends that don't dance were on the floor tearing it up. The next day we received numerous compliments on Rey's performance (and complaints about sore muscles from dancing so much!) More than one person wanted to know if he traveled out of state to DJ their party.
Nothing makes you smile more than when more than one person sends you a message and says, "that is the best party we've ever been to!"
Moreover Rey is a genuinely nice individual. Sure, he is a consummate professional-- but the never-ending smile, friendly demeanor and ease at which he converses puts him in a very exclusive league.
Do not hesitate to hire Rey!

DJ Rey came recommended to us from our coordinator and we couldn't be happier with how the night went with Rey being our DJ! From the beginning he understood perfectly the mood/vibe we wanted and how to mix our families and cultures together. People were on the dance floor the whole night and all our family and friends couldn't stop telling us how much fun they had and how much they moved the music. DJ Rey also provided a photobooth, which was a hit! Having all the fun pictures from that night printed and on a USB is the perfect way to remember our wedding. DJ Rey listened to exactly what we wanted, a mixture of spanish music and EDM, and he did not disappoint! If you need a DJ for your wedding, event or party, look no further, he is the best!!! -

There are a lot of unknowns within the details of a wedding day. Stress and nerves can come easy as it is one of the biggest days of your life. DJ Rey did everything and more to solidify that day as the best day of our life. DJ Rey showed professionalism, creativity, quality public speaking, and energy. He immediately eased our nerves and proved to be the high level DJ that he is. The night from start to finish was perfect in large part to his work and management of the crowd. From our first meeting/phone call, Rey exceeded our expectations and also made key recommendations that helped planning our cocktail hour, ceremony, & reception. DJ Rey was an absolute blast to work with! We were referred to him by our coordinator, and we are so happy with our choice! Three words I’d describe Rey with are: attentive, responsive, and intuitive. He infuses all of these aspects into his talent and his service. We met with DJ Rey once in person and twice via video chat, which was super helpful when planning our wedding remotely. DJ Rey responded to every email inquiry and every unique request we had with enthusiasm and helpfulness. He made the planning, contracting, and payment processes all easy and seamless. It was a joy to have Rey be a part of our day, which he contributed to by hyping up the crowd, giving helpful instructions to our guests, making announcements, and making sure the dancefloor area was in prime condition for the party! If we wanted to hear a certain song during dance hour, all we had to do was ask and DJ Rey would transition to that song in a fun and creative way at the drop of a hat. Nothing but great things to say about Rey as a human and as a talented professional. -

Guest raved about DJ Rey
We hired Dj Rey for our wedding on 06.24.23 and he was amazing at his work! We got SO MANY comments back from our guest that they loved his energy and enjoyed the music he put throughout the night. Guest stated that it was the most they’ve danced and loved every min of it. Our family and guest really appreciated that he was able to MC in Spanish and english as it made them feel included and aware of any announcements. He also stepped in last minute and collaborated with the venue to help them with their mic for the ceremony (he truly saved the day). Hire him for your event, you wont regret it!

I wanted our reception to feel like a house party and DJ Rey delivered! We spoke with DJ Rey about our eclectic taste in music and how just because we were doing black tie we didn’t want the reception to be boring. Rey had everyone’s favorites from salsa to disco to early 2000s. He played doo wop and r&b during dinner. Everyone of my guests has sent me a message saying best wedding ever and I truly believe it was because for Rey. 10/10 -

He was fun, entertaining, and incredibly professional from the moment we reached out to him. He provides you with a thorough questionnaire that deep dives into all of the tiny musical details of the day, and makes sure he has a full and complete understanding of the vibe you are aiming for. He was extremly responsive and answered all of our questions and requests. Halfway through our day the skies opened up and the rain changed our reception location plans. Rey rolled with the changing circumstances and kept the party going with our guests without missing a beat. DJ was so cool! We had some hiccups and changes periodically throughout our happy day, and he was super accomodating! Rey was very friendly and adaptable to the sudden inclement weather that came through, which apparently is good luck. He was able to make it a great time for all of us, and we forgot all about the rain. Loved his energy! -

I don’t even know how to write a review that accurately describes how much we enjoyed working with DJ Rey and the incredible job he did at my wedding! Leading up to the wedding, Rey answered e-mails quickly, efficiently, and always positively. He put me at ease right away if I ever had any concerns. Every conversation with Rey was warm and enjoyable.
Now for the wedding…Rey was prompt, professional, and a guest favorite! Every song he played was a crowd pleaser…he hypes the crowd up and knows exactly what to play next. His lights were so fun and gave my wedding the exact ambiance I was looking for.

I can not tell you how much we loved DJ Rey!! He was absolutely one of our favorite vendors and by far one of the most professional people we’ve worked with. He’s great with communication and really getting to know his clients. By the time we got to the wedding, it felt like family ❤️ He knows his music, and understands different cultures and family dynamics.
Y’all DJ Rey got my dad to dance!! My dad does not dance..and yet, he worked his magic and got him on the dance floor. Days after the wedding, my mom kept talking about how much fun she had dancing.
If I had to do it all over again, Rey would be at the top of my list. Sooo unbelievably grateful we had him at our wedding ❤️ -

I gave him a difficult task, to make a party with country and Spanish music to incorporate both of our cultures, I was honestly a bit worried as some of my guests weren’t really party/dancing type people, when I tell you EVERYONE was dancing, Dj Rey had everyone on the floor! We had an absolute blast and everyone complimented our DJ. Not to mention he was awesome to work with, flexible and did everything we wanted and more. If you need a DJ look no further, he will be our future DJ for any events we hold! -

Music was very important to us for our wedding. We have very eclectic taste and wanted our reception to be very us. Rey understood what we wanted and executed the perfect night! It was the greatest pop punk dance party and our guests had a blast. Everyone danced the entire time and Rey kept the energy going. I think the most impressive part was how perfect our entrance was. We were very specific on our introduction song and he executed it perfectly, looped the intro for the perfect timing and it was a dream come true for us. Rey does his due diligence and provides a very detailed questionnaire to get a feel for what music you want to hear. We appreciate his work so much and can’t recommend him enough! -

DJ Rey was exceptional, he can really read the room!! I want to highlight the amazing moderation he did throughout our reception, doing all announcements in both English and Spanish!! Our night ran so smooth thanks to his bilingual announcements, everything that we planned was executed flawlessly. We received tons of complements on our DJ and our photo-booth!! People danced their A**** off!!!!! Thank you to DJ Rey for helping our multicultural wedding party be a success!! Also thank you for making the snake dance happen. Rey was excellent from the moment we reached out to the moment he stopped playing.
We had very specific requests 1) Great customer/guests service. 2) Very specific music requests as my now husband and I come from different backgrounds & 3) We just want to dance all night.
There was no moment, (and I mean none for real) the dance floor was empty since the start of the party which we loved. He set the tone for every occasion, directed everyone with grace, and professionally in English and Spanish for each part of the wedding (entrance, toast, speeches, bouquet toss, garter toss, etc). He participated throthroughout the night cheering up our family and friends the right amount (the exact amount we wanted). He played all the music we wanted, even tho he may not have a clue about some of the music as it's very specific for my country, he took the time to understand it and play it at the right time. We even got the other Vendors reaching out just to say how proactive and content they were to work with him that night. It's safe to say we'll be reaching out for every event from now on without even looking at anyone else. THANK YOU REY! -

Where can I even begin?! DJ Rey was honestly the absolute BEST!! We have honestly found THE DJ!! The music was amazing and we received so many compliments on how great it was and of how great HE was as a person! DJ Rey was very punctual, professional, most polite, most genuine and the best hype man! My only complaint was that the night ended 😂. Everyone wanted to keep dancing!! So did we! Thank you Rey for being so informative and helpful through the whole process. -

If you are looking for an incredible DJ, that will provide outstanding service and keep you and your guest dancing all night, while simultaneously thinking of another event you can have to justify booking him a second time, because he just THAT good, look no further than DJ Rey. From the moment we spoke to Rey over the phone, we knew immediately he was the DJ for our wedding. The way he spoke to us was as if he had known us for years, and he didn’t speak to us just like clients, however, he spoke to us like close friends while still remaining incredibly professional. His attention to detail is outstanding, and he made us feel incredibly comfortable at ease when it came to curating the music that would be played at our wedding reception. He took away the anxiety of having to decide on which songs would work best, as he would always have incredibly helpful suggestions. When my wife and I struggled with explaining the type of music we wanted for our cocktail hour and reception, it was like Rey was reading our minds and knew exactly what it was we wanted. It is truly a collaboration with Rey, and he truly makes the planning process fun! (I know.. what a concept while wedding planning huh?). The day of our wedding he was very prompt, professional and showed early and ready for us when we needed him. Rey kept all of our guest on the dance floor all throughout the night! Even our guest who are not “get up and dance” people found themselves letting loose on the dance floor, and told us what a fun and amazing time they had our wedding. All of our guest had nothing but incredible things to say about Rey, and he not only added incredible music to our big day, but also a smiling face and a positive attitude. Even when everything was running behind timeline wise, Rey never made us feel stressed, pressured or rushed. He truly made our happiness a priority. If there was one thing that we did not have to worry about when it came to our wedding, it was the DJ. We do not have enough words, or time to go in to how much we truly appreciate Rey. We will never forget our wedding day, in large part due to the incredible service from DJ Rey. Thank you again!

I can’t thank Rey enough for his professionalism and amazing performance for our small and intimate wedding. He made it feel as if we had 500 guests. The music and mixing is one of a kind. Not only that, he stepped in and helped us out with cutting the cake! He does it all and you will not be sorry when you hire him. Everything was perfect, he had everyone dancing and also spoke in Spanish for my mom that doesn’t speak English. I could honestly go and on but DJ Rey totally made our wedding that much more special. We are from MN and had our wedding in FL and it never felt like he was thousands of miles away. Thanks so much for your help and making our day that much better.
