We truly cannot say enough incredible things about DJ PAUL from our fall wedding on October 1st at Castle McCulloch. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of amazing, and the music was a HUGE part of what made our wedding unforgettable!
From the very beginning, DJ PAUL was professional,
organized, and so easy to work with. He took the time to really understand our vision, our vibe, and what we wanted the day to feel like-from the ceremony to cocktail hour to the reception. He was incredibly attentive to detail and made sure every moment flowed seamlessly. We never once had to worry about timing, transitions, or announcements-everything was handled perfectly. The ceremony music was absolutely beautiful and set the tone for the entire day.
During cocktail hour, the music was the perfect balance-fun, relaxed, and inviting-creating such a great atmosphere for our guests. And then came the reception... WOW. The dance floor was packed all night long. From the very first song to the last, the energy never dropped. He read the room flawlessly and played the perfect mix that kept guests of all ages dancing, smiling, and having the best time.
Not only was he an amazing DJ, but he was also an incredible presence throughout the day-calm, confident, and genuinely invested in making our wedding special. You can tell he truly loves what he does, and that passion shows in every detail. If you're considering booking DJ PAUL for your wedding - especially at a venue as magical as Castle McCulloch do not hesitate. This was hands down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day. We are beyond grateful and will forever remember how much fun our night was because of him.

DJ Paul Cordts' professionalism and work ethic made our day a breeze. DJ Paul Cordts went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly from the moment we walked in the door to the ceremony, to the very end of the night. He coordinated very well with the venue, caterers, and our photographers. He stayed true to our wishes and ensured we had the best night ever. DJ Paul Cordts really knows how to direct a crowd. I only wish we had taken a photo with him; he really made our night the best night ever! Paul was an absolute life saver. There was some slight miscommunication at the reception and he handled it like an absolute professional. My wedding could not have gone better. It was smooth and ran perfectly. He gave us all the queues, when to walk, where to stand, and had the best selection of music. We forgot to send him a setlist of Hispanic music my family wanted but he was able to pull some greats hits for us to dance to. He did everything to pull my wedding together that I could not have done on my own. 100/10, will always recommend Paul to anyone. Absolutely love him.

Paul absolutely ROCKED!
It's approximately 1 week after our wedding day. Now that all the chaos has died down, I wanted to sit down and give some feedback about Paul and his services.
We contracted Paul for DJ services at the Castle McCulloch. He provided an absolutely excellent experience for us.
My wife is a 7th and 8th grade teacher and she's typically tied up during business hours, which means that yours truly got to do the bulk of the wedding planning and coordination. I have a new appreciation for the multitasking skills that the average woman has. Men don't have that! I was getting everything done, but I was remarkably anxious about everything. There were a hundred different things that could go wrong.
Paul customized an experience for us. He consulted with me prior to the wedding, and he gave me some tips for making the overall experience better. And I thought they were great tips! Additionally - on the day of - Paul really set me at ease. He was very personable and very professional. He really went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. I would even go so far as to say that he made us feel like family.
I don't say that lightly.
It was such an important day and I really want to thank Paul for his huge role in making it happen. Our guests loved the music.
I highly recommend his services. And again, I want to thank him for all of his wonderful work on our big day.

DJ Paul was amazing! We had a few hiccups with our wedding (it's going to happen no matter what you do to prepare!) and he was able to help us and our family keep going. We were running behind from all the picture taking and DJ Paul played an extra half hour to ensure that we had plenty of time to dance and celebrate with our family. A perfect evening
Paul was very professional and thoughtful. Our reception was a huge hit and many friends said it was the most fun they’ve had in a long time. A beautiful dress, good food and an entertaining DJ are the magic 3 to have a successful wedding and Paul helped check that last item. What a night!!
Paul was AMAZING to work with. I was pretty frazzled during wedding week and hadn’t sent in what was needed for the ceremony and reception…Paul was very patient and guided me through til the end! He honored all our cultural requests for line dancing! Everyone danced all night and had a blast! I would definitely recommend him for any event!!

Best DJ in Town!!!
I met Paul at a bridal show and he was so personable and had the best personality and ideas for keeping my wedding running smoothly. He was so much fun to work with. I gave very little direction as to music except for the songs for the ceremony and a few important ones during the reception. He was able to read the guests and play the perfect music for everyone. The layout of my venue was a little strange and he made suggestions to help get the crowd involved and the night went smoothly. I was able to ask for songs during the evening that I didn’t plan for ahead of time and he was able to accommodate all of my requests and the changing timelines. The wedding was perfect and Paul definitely was a key part in making that happen for me! We could not be happier!

You have to book with Paul!
Paul was our savior at our wedding. He was so much more than our DJ on our special day. Our venue coordinator was running behind and Paul helped keep the wedding moving smoothly. Everyone had a great time on the dance floor and he played a great mix that our parents and friends enjoyed. He was such a pleasure to work with and we are so grateful to him.

Best money I spent on the wedding. Did a great job as DJ but also jumped in and helped out with little things like pinning the flowers on groomsmen to timing when the wedding party walks out. I highly recommend.

Awesome DJ and coordinator!
Paul was a fantastic DJ and MC! We had a small wedding party and he was able to coordinate the ceremony as well as the flow into the reception and the dancing for the rest of the night. He did an amazing job and we were really happy he was there to help with coordinating as well playing some awesome jams!

Best wedding dj ever!
Paul was seriously the absolute BEST DJ we could have ever asked for to DJ our wedding back in August! Not only was he incredibly professional, but he has the best personality and he was so much fun. He was also super communicative throughout the days leading up to the wedding day, and he made sure that every detail of the ceremony and reception were covered. He even made a special mix for my father-daughter dance, and it was a hit! He was amazing and he played all of the music we wanted to hear, and he also added in songs that he knew would be a huge hit with the crowd! Our guests really loved him and we still receive compliments about how great he was to this day. We love DJ Paul Cordts!!!!

Paul was recommended to us by our venue and I am so glad we went with him! He helped me make the timeline of our music flow perfect from guest seating at the ceremony to final song of the night. He was helpful, kind, funny, and a lot of fun overall! He helped do whatever was needed behind the scenes with our other vendors as well, if he had time to do so. I can’t say enough about DJ Paul Cordts. He made my special day run flawless!! He made the proceed extremely easy from the day signed the contract 9 months before my special day to the Big Day. He was very prompt with emails/ texts! His playlist followed all my requests and he even mashed two songs together for my First Dance. The day of the wedding, the officiant had to change the pathway I walked for the ceremony an hour before it started. Imagine my panic upstairs. Paul came upstairs and Drew me a picture of where I should enter to make sure I understood and completely put me at ease. He also made sure to provide cues during my walk so I knew when to start, when to pause, and he made sure my
Dress train was perfect when going down the aisle. Come cake cutting time, my husband and I quickly realized we never assigned anyone for cake cutting or got cake plates. Paul stepped up and cut the cake and found plates in the venue for me. The dance floor stayed busy with his amazing skills. He played all the wedding classics and everyone had a great time. He even gave me and my new husband a private last dance that we never even thought to do. Once the wedding started, we never got another moment alone, so they final dance meant a lot. Confident and Flexible DJ
DJ Paul was a pleasure to work with. We learned from the wedding planning experience that the DJ is closely connected to the schedule as they make most of the announcements. Paul did a great job taking the lead and made sure things ran on time. Photos took longer than expected, and he had great advice on how to adjust the day so that we could have our toasts and first dance completed before our photographer had to leave.
Our guest count was small, but even after people left for the night, we all still had fun dancing to the music Paul played. By the end of the night, there was just close family left, and Paul was able to adjust and play music by request. We sang showtunes to our hearts' content. It was marvelous!
Outside of being a good DJ, Paul seems to be a cool, genuine, good person. We are happy that we got to work with him.

I can not recommend DJ Paul Cordts enough!! He was so easy to work with, understood our style and played everything we wanted. Our wedding guests gave us so many compliments. So much of our personalities came out through the music and it made it so personal and our guest definitely mentioned it. DJ Paul is the best! He helped create the most dynamic vibe at our daughter's wedding. The dance floor was crowded and the pictures are amazing of our guests dancing and having the best time. He amazingly read the crowd and played music that engaged all of our guests. So many of our friends told us that we had the best DJ and reception ever... and we feel DJ Paul deserves the credit for such a memorable and fun reception. DJ Paul was awesome! I was "referred" by my sister and BIL who used him at their wedding which I attended. The atmosphere and music for them was wonderful and my wife and I knew we wanted to use him once we got engaged (and got the verbal 5 star recommendation from my sister).
Paul was easy to work with and helped us have the reception of our dreams - the dance floor was packed all night! The combination of songs played was perfect and all pieces of the wedding that involved Paul went off seamlessly (ceremony & reception music and audio). My wife and I would highly recommend!

So much fun and great to work with!
We booked Paul because he was recommended to us by our friends who used him for their wedding. We also spoke to him at a few bridal showcases before we booked and thought he would be a good fit for us. Planning with him was pretty simple, he just asked for a document to be filled out, then called us about a week out from our wedding and went over everything to make sure he had the right versions of songs. Day of he was great! He read the vibe of the guests well and had a good mix of songs. At one point he jumped off the dj station and made us do a conga line with bride and groom leading. I can’t wait to get the pictures back solely for the ones taken of that. He improvised well for when a grand exit took place that we hadn’t planned ahead of time. Overall he’s a great guy and he was awesome for our wedding, so we would definitely recommend him!

Paul Cordts was awesome. We had our wedding at Castle McCollouch. Not only was he our DJ but also coordinator. He bustled the brides dress and even operated a video recorder for my grandma to see from away. He is a friendly guy and we really appreciate everything he did for us. Music was great. Amazing Night
Paul was amazing, he kept everyone on the dance floor all night long. A great mix of new music with classic wedding songs. He did a great job making sure all the songs we wanted to be played happened and kept everything on track with announcements for special events at the right time. The uplighting package was also totally worth it and made a big difference throughout the night. He also helped a lot with our first dance and announcing the wedding party. He would be a great addition to any wedding.

More than I could have asked for.
Paul was great! We had to reschedule several times due to COVID and he was very understanding. We also had some last minute changes that we had to do a few days before but Paul was fantastic and made sure to accommodate all the changes. He listened to what our music preferences were and HE DELIVERED. People were dancing for hours and it was so much fun! Paul also provided lighting for the dance floor and it was so beautiful. I was so stressed out about the wedding and whether people would dance and have a good time. Everything was fantastic and I couldn’t have asked for better service!

Music to my ears!
Paul was a recommended DJ at our wedding venue and he has more than earned that recommendation! He perfectly mixed my husbands and my music choices for the ceremony and was able to seamlessly work our favorite artists into the reception for a night that will be remembered for years to come. Extremely Detailed and Engaging DJ
Paul is absolutely amazing!! We were so impressed with how smoothly our reception went and how he engaged our guests. We only spoke with Paul a couple of times, but he was so detailed and ensured nothing was left out of our special day. Love Paul!!!
Love love love DJ Paul Cordts. He is the absolute best. My family is also Greek so coordinating the Greek music to be played during the reception of my wedding was seamless. There were guest on the dance floor the entire night. He also coordinated with Bert Reed Photography to get one of my absolute favorite dances/pictures of the night with my husband. I cannot thank Paul enough for being the absolute best DJ. He goes above and beyond and is not just any dj.

The absolute BEST vendor choice for your wedding!!!
My husband and I couldn’t have asked for a better DJ than DJ Paul Cordts for our wedding. He genuinely cared about making our day as special as possible. We didn’t have a wedding coordinator and Paul stepped up to the plate and made sure the entire evening ran smoothly. He also gets along GREAT with other vendors and he actually helped us get a special photo on the other side of our venue because he has such a great relationship with the people there. He also constantly checked in with us throughout the night to make sure everything was going as we imagined. His light package also gave such a romantic, dreamy atmosphere to our reception. He knows what he’s doing. I don’t know what we would have done without him! You can trust DJ Paul Cordts with not only being an amazing DJ for your wedding or event, but also just being an awesome person to have around on that special day!

More than a DJ!
Hiring Paul was probably the best decision I made after saying "yes". As a meticulous planner, I DIY'ed most of the wedding, but I knew I didn't want to get caught up in the details during the big event. So when Paul offered to be our day off coordinator as well as our DJ, I was over the moon! He got my bridal party organized, kept everything on schedule, he even bustled my dress when my mom had trouble with it.
But that's just the icing, his skills as a DJ are unmatched. He was amazingly flexible with music choices. Since we got married in Castle McCullough, my husband wanted the ambient music from Skyrim to play while guests arrived. I thought that would be difficult, but Paul just needed a YouTube link and he made it happen. The planning documents he sent helped keep our thoughts and music choices organized, and then he took our picks and ran with it. And I reached out to him with any concerns I had and he handled them with ease. For example, I read that for the father daughter dance, you're supposed to dance for the entire song, and my dad chose a song that was 7 minutes long. Paul gave me a cue to let him know when we were done dancing and he faded out the music so it looked like we timed it perfectly (which also came in handy for my husband who doesn't like to dance).
All my guests have told me our wedding was "elegant and fun" from start to finish, and that's in huge part thanks to Paul.

Great DJ! you get your moneys worth!
Paul is super easy to work with and very personable. He makes everyone feel very comfortable and is quick to step in and help in anyway he can. He even helped pin the boutonnieres to my husband and his best man groomsmens! He even coordinated it for me on the day of the wedding and told everyone when to go and where to be. His DJing is also really great. I gave him a long list of specific songs I wanted and he mixed them perfectly. Can’t say enough great things about him! He’s well worth the money.

My husband and I are so happy we chose Paul to be our DJ for our wedding...He has great energy , an awesome sense of humor and knows how to get everyone moving and on the dance floor! He pretty much directed the evening and we all had a blast. Highly recommend!

We used Paul for our son’s wedding. Paul went over and above to make sure everything went off without a hitch. He coordinated everything with the wedding planner, minister and photographer. DJ Paul Cordts went above and beyond for my wedding. In the event that my caterers didn’t stay to serve the food, he took on the responsibility with no complaints or hesitation! Wonderful experience!
We loved working with DJ Paul! He was referred to us by a friend who had been to two weddings where he was the DJ, and I can see why he was recommended! He pumped up the crowd really well and made sure to get people involved and on the dance floor. He also came with some fun ideas to make certain moments more entertaining, and even helped with the coordination after our wedding coordinator left around 9pm, so we really appreciated him stepping in. 10/10 for DJ Paul!
