Ramin is the absolute man. We hired him as our DJ for our wedding after experiencing his magic at a few other weddings we have attended. We were not prepared for how incredibly helpful he was in not just ensuring we had a great entertainment experience, but also by assisting with planning and overall timeline preparation. He really thought of things that we never would have thought of on our own, which is a testament to his experience running all types of events and care he knows to give to his not-event-planner clients.
Ramin did a beautiful job with our ceremony music, creating the perfect ambiance for both the cocktail hour and dinner reception, and getting all of our must-plays and energy going on the dance floor. Not only was the music incredible, but so was his set up and lighting. Our only regret was not making the dance floor part of the wedding longer since we were having so much fun! Throughout the entire event, you felt his presence as appropriate, while making the day really about us. We loved working with Ramin and would recommend him to anyone looking for wedding entertainment.

Ramin went above and beyond his role of DJ/Emcee for us - we are SO thankful for him. He gave us honest advice and really looked out for us as we planned our wedding from the beginning. We trusted him immediately after our first conversation. He is also extremely responsive - much more than other vendors in the industry, and he is always there to answer questions. Coming to our wedding weekend, which was a fusion Indian wedding, Ramin put extra time and effort into researching the cultural aspects of our wedding to ensure he catered his service to our events. On top of all of this, he is detail-oriented, knows how to read a room, and is such a hype man with crazy good energy. Our dance floor was POPPING thanks to him. He even planned a "bottle service" surprise for us o the reception dance floor, which blew us and our guests away. We absolutely love Ramin and would recommend him wholeheartedly to everyone!!!! -

My company, Honey & Lavender Events, had the pleasure of working with DJ Mova for a Summer Nights private party. The theme was Tulum after Dark, and Ramin provided the best soundtrack for the entire night! Guests were nonstop dancing the whole time, and had the best time dancing to house music. Ramin even stayed an extra hour to keep the vibes going! In the weeks leading up to the event, the planning and coordination were seamless. Ramin was responsive, professional, and even came out to the venue to talk through technical logistics and the setup beforehand to ensure a successful night, which goes above and beyond customer service! If you’re looking for a sign to hire DJ Mova for your wedding….. consider this it. We could not have asked for a better DJ for our wedding. From the very beginning, he was professional, responsive, and so easy to work with. He seriously took the time to get to know my husband and I during wedding planning and was there to help with anything we needed. He took so much time to understand our music preferences and played the perfect songs to keep the dance floor alive all night. He truly read our crowd and played the right tunes to keep everyone happy and dancing! I should also mention his DJ booth is PERFECTION and he even uploaded a photo from our ceremony to have on his DJ booth when guests entered our reception. Our guests were wowed!!! So many of our guests told us how much fun they had at our wedding, and that’s in large part thanks to DJ Mova. DJ Mova had been a DJ at 2 weddings we attended and knew he had to DJ ours too. With a 300+ wedding of Greeks/Italians he knew how to keep the party GOING till 1:00 am.. from air cannons, to fire buttons, and day of edit of our day on his screen. You will not be disappointed in your party vibe. DJ MOVA IS THE BEST and we can't thank him enough for making our day that much more special. -

Best DJ Ever!
Could not have made a better decision than hiring DJ Mova! He is so thorough and worked with us even though we were super busy with a newborn and never had anything done (lol). We did the CO2 package and it was a huge hit. Everything from the mixes, to the lighting, to the announcements he made and helping with the sound were perfect. We had SO MANY of our guests comment it was the best dj they’ve seen at a wedding. He even customized the artwork on the dj booth with our name and then added a picture he took from the ceremony himself so it was already up for reception! 10/10 recommend :) -

Truly the highlight of our wedding
You can stop your search. You have found your DJ. I cannot begin to express how important Ramin was to our wedding.. not only was he the most complemented vendor of our entire evening but people are still talking about how much fun they had and how they literally didn’t leave the dance floor. He somehow catered to our full audience of guests while still staying close to my requested vibe / inspo playlists. But don’t be confused - he is not a typical DJ and didn’t just hit play and let the night roll. He was live mixing - on the spot- making sure any song he was going to drop in next was going to be well received by the crowd. And he didn’t miss. Aside from the most professional experience, including hours of calls and conversations about the venue, setup, timeline, moments we wanted highlighted, etc. I seriously felt like Ramin spent half the time just wanted to truly get to know us, he honestly became a friend. He made us feel like he cared about us and making our night special and made us feel so loved on our wedding and all the days leading up to it. 🤍 -

Look no further!
Hiring DJ Mova was absolutely on the list of top decisions for our wedding reception. From the start, Ramin was organized and amazing to work with. He was communicative and noticeably invested in giving us exactly what we were looking for. It was evident that he takes pride in the quality of his work, and that immediately made us comfortable.
In the initial stages of wedding planning, my husband Nicholas and I thought we would hire live music. Dancing is really something we love, and we have been to weddings with empty dance floors which is what we wanted to avoid.
After we picked our dream venue, the only drawback (or so we thought at the time) was no space for a live band. I did extensive research to pick an exceptional DJ, and Ramin was that plus more.
The guests are still talking about the music, and how much fun they had on the dance floor. Not only was his song choices (with minimal guidance) PERFECT, so many people praised him on how good he was at reading the room, and also knowing when to turn things up vs down.
From the youngest guests to the oldest, Ramin kept every single guest engaged, happy, and dancing. We could not recommend him more! -

DJ Mova was a dream to work with! Incredibly organized in the lead up to our event and was able to pivot given some last minute changes to our space. But more than the logistics, DJ Mova helped set the tone for our beautiful wedding in so many ways. His setup was perfect for our outdoor ceremony, everyone could hear our vows clearly. There are moments I remember from the reception thinking - this is the perfect song for this moment. DJ Mova also created remixes of our favorite songs to make sure we could fit in all the things we wanted to hear during what was an abbreviated dance-hour. He did a fantastic job!!! He completely redefined what we thought a DJ does at a wedding and can't recommend him enough. -

When planning my wedding I've consistently been told "Make sure your vendors are good, they can make or break the event". That advice could not be more accurate. My wedding was an utter dream in large part due to Ramin. He was professional, organized and fun (what more can you ask from a DJ). He did well at the little things from reading the room to having a very legitimate set up, he was nothing short of extraordinary. At the end of my wedding several friends were so impressed that they asked for his contact info for their upcoming weddings and events. If he is available the night of your event, I cannot stress this enough BOOK HIM! You will be very happy with the decision. -

We chose DJ Mova as our DJ for our wedding in October 2024. Ramin far exceeded our expectations. From start to finish, we were so impressed by his professionalism and how detail-oriented he was. From the jump, he was polite, engaging, and the ultimate professional, always making sure to have us know/feel that he understands and embraces the importance of the wedding day (or night).
Not only did he HEAR us on the vibe we wanted for our wedding night, he matched and exceeded it. He made sure to take notice on the special MUST-PLAYS & DO-NOTS, his lighting, equipment, and emceeing were elite, and he came with great, smart, original ideas and suggestions to add the perfect touches to the night.
Our guests stayed on the dance floor the whole time and he read the room so well - everyone raved about how fun it was. He also was extremely knowledgeable and professional with us and our wedding planner team, and everything ran super smooth.
Can’t say enough about this guy and our awesome experience with him. He’s fresh, contemporary, and progressive for a landscape often filled with archaic. And don’t get me started on his unique and super cool DJ booth!
Bottom line - the music, dancing and vibe were a priority for us at our wedding, and Mova knocked it out of the park. Wish I could run it back soon.

The Best DJ!
We couldn't have asked for a better DJ for our wedding than DJ Mova. Before our wedding he took so much time to get to know us as a couple, get a feel for our guests, understand the environment we wanted to create and learn about our music preferences. As soon as the dance floor opened, it was full the entire night! Since our wedding, I have heard from ten or more guests (of all ages) that DJ Mova was the best DJ they've ever heard at a wedding. -

Absolutely incredible wedding DJ! From our first meeting with DJ MOVA, his professionalism and how he talked through the most specific details that you wouldn’t ever think about and planning the flow, the transitions, reading the crowd and the guests age groups - he goes the extra mile to plan and make adjustments as needed throughout the night so he will ask a lot of questions. We go off that call and said he could be our wedding planner and our DJ. His knowledge and experience shines through each meeting. Wedding planning is stressful but working with him made us feel so much better after each conversation. And then the day of the wedding came and we had people flooding the dance floor all the way through the end - all of his music was spot on! His vibes, the lighting and the DJ stand with our logo was beautiful! I know it was my wedding but I haven’t ever heard so many compliments about how fun a wedding was- dance floor was lit!! The following day I had texts from all my guests that their calves hurt from dancing and jumping all night. Not all vendors are great but soooo thankful for DJ Mova - he carried the vibes of celebration, awesome music and fun through the entire evening. Highly recommend. If you want guests to remember a the most epic fun event/wedding night - book him before someone else does. Thanks so much!! -

We got married on 9/29 and found Ramin on instagram. The minute we met with him, we had such a great feeling and immediately agreed to have him DJ our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. It was the best decision we made for our entire wedding. The attention to detail and the care he shows, he truly wants to make your day special and it obvious from the first meeting. He worked with us for almost a year and gave us so many important tips about other parts of our wedding and even created our entire wedding timeline with us from ceremony to end. When he arrived, I felt such a sense of relief because I knew everything would go smoothly from then on. He pays attention to the guests and which songs are keeping people on the dance floor and our wedding was a BLAST. Everyone raved about him and for good reason. We found DJ Mova by doing our own research and then found out he dj'd a friend's wedding to which they had great things to say about DJ Mova. We didn't have a wedding planner, but he was definitely our most organized vendor we used. He was very thorough with his planning and preparation. He reviewed the full time and was very detailed about how each item was going to go. Yes, you'll probably invest more time pre-event on planning calls with him, which were fun, and we were very confident on how the night would go. DJ Mova understood what kind of music we wanted and bought into it because it wasn't any of the cliché wedding songs. He was also very helpful in making sure our audio for our outdoor ceremony was all good because that was something we kind of forgot the venue didn't supply.
Our event was black tie optional and the look of his set up is top notch. The best wedding dj booth set up I have seen. It's very sleek and classy. It was easy for him to put our custom monogram on his booth. The CO2 cannons were a huge hit that I'd highly recommend doing. He helped keep the energy going all night with little things like giving the bridal party a quick "pep talk" to get them excited for being introduced for reception. He is an all around great DJ, emcee, and planner. You can tell he takes a lot of pride in his work and making sure your wedding night is everything you want it to be.

DJ MOVA is hands down the BEST DJ there is. We had so many of our guests during and after the wedding tell us he did an incredible job and that he was the best DJ they had ever experienced at a wedding. Our guests were on the dance floor the entire time. Even elder family members that had planned to leave early ended up staying the whole night because they had so much fun on the dance floor. Ramin went above and beyond what our expectations were when we hired him even turning into an impromptu wedding planner always making sure we had a drink in our hand! We had 2 long meetings with him before our wedding going over our whole timeline and thorough details of how we wanted our day to go. He was so responsive and easy to work with. If you don’t want your guests incessantly coming up to you during and after the event, texting and calling you about how amazing your DJ was, no need to read any further. It has been 1 week since our wedding and we’re still getting feedback about DJ Mova.
Let me tell you that DJ Mova did more than just impress us, he blew every single person at our wedding away. People of all ages were on their feet dancing.
After talking to him in our first meeting, we knew we chose the right person. Working with him made us trust him immediately with a very important milestone. We didn’t have a shadow of a doubt that he was going to nail it. Every time we mentioned him, we could not stop singing his praises.
DJ Mova set a very high standard for all of our vendors. If they weren’t as organized, responsive or passionate for their craft as he was, doubt crept in and we would look for someone else.
He has a gift for this profession. He is innately good at what he does. People couldn’t believe how amazing the transitions were, amazing songs tracked back to back. We couldn’t stop people from creeping up to the dance floor!! They didn’t even finish their meal. I could go on and on.
Not only did he bring the music, he made our room look incredible with his lighting. AND (if that’s not enough) he custom made the front of his booth for us (see picture below). Again, I can go on and on. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else but DJ Mova for any and all events.
Seriously, we thank YOU, DJ Mova, for making our wedding so incredible. Keep doing what you are doing because honestly, you are one of a kind.

He makes a PARTY!
Ramin is incredible. At an unbelievable value, he brings your ideas to life. He made our wedding a dance party which is exactly what I wanted!! He also threw in a few little touches during quieter moments like dinner that made us smile or gave us a good laugh. He has many packages to choose from — we loved the lights and personalized DJ booth. He was incredible at reading the room, leading religious/cultural dances, and generally being an amazing part of our team. Of all our vendors, Ramin was one of our absolute favorites. -

Personal Attention, Awesome Party
DJ Mova (Ramin) is a fantastic person, and just an all-around awesome dude. Very easy to get along with, and always a great conversation. From our intro calls to developing our playlists in the few weeks before the wedding, he always paid careful attention to our likes, or do/do nots, and everything in-between. We could always see his passion for making our day as special as possible. We always felt like we were in good hands with Ramin. At the wedding, he did a great job reading the vibes of the room, and working with any requests that came in. And can we talk about the personalized DJ booth screen!?! Amazing. He kept the party going, and even brought out some special created mixes and mash-ups. I've had multiple friends tell me that they have started following DJ Mova to bookmark him for their own future weddings... not to mention the hype he gives and displays on his socials. Ramin was everything that we could've asked for in a DJ, definitely go with him - and get the personalized screen! -

Your DJ can honestly make or break your wedding day. You don't realize how big of a part they play until you attend a wedding with a bad one... so when we started our search we had high expectations, but after our first exchanges with Ramin we knew was perfect for the job! He is friendly, organized, has high attention to detail and you can tell his passion for music and his job. Plus he has a very impressive resume so we knew we could trust him to bring the party. He spends hours ahead of your event getting to know you as a couple, your wedding vibes, learning more about your guests, and most importantly ensuring everything is perfect for your big day. His customizable booth set up and uplighting options are amazing and really adds something special to your reception. Plus he has fun add-ons, like the CO2 cannons, that my husband says was one of the best parts of the whole day. He was professional, reliable, on time for set up, and overall worked seamlessly with our planner and other vendors. And most importantly our dance floor was packed all night long - which is exactly what we wanted. Admittedly, I was a bridezilla about one aspect of my wedding - THE DJ. And omg did Ramin aka DJ Mova deliver past my highest expectation.
Not only did Ramin patiently spend wayyy to many hours on FaceTime with us (my fault, I’m sorry!) truly getting to understand our taste, but on our wedding day he perfectly curated a set that our guests are stilll raving about.
He allowed us to have as much input as we wanted - which in my case, I planned my wedding in my head based on soundtracks so I sent playlists for every part of our wedding - but he truly understood our vibe and elevated our input to a place that perfectly mirrored and incorporated what we wanted but with an added insane level of professionalism that was more than we could’ve dreamed of! Whether you’re like me and want wayyy to much input, or you want to put the music fully in your DJs hands, Ramin feels the energy of the crowd and will perfectly deliver.
Ramin connected us and coordinated with our photobooth (which was incredible - hello glam booth!), and lighting, as well as provided graphics and AN EPIC CO2 CANNON - that made our wedding come to life in all the best ways.

Here are some of the things that make DJ Mova incredible:
1. Ramin is incredibly detail oriented and it shows. From the very beginning, it was a series of simple questionnaires and in depth meetings where he wanted to know about the wedding so that he could prepare appropriately.
2. He's the gold standard of DJs. I've seen a lot of DJs who play what they want to play. But Ramin is super observant and takes into account not just the information we provided ahead of time, but also what is working on the floor. He's not going to just play music, he plays what gets people moving and having fun.
3. Ramin isn't going to sit there and play a spotify playlist - he's a genius. I asked him for a special request to mash up Amish Paradise (Weird Al) and Popstar (Drake) and it was everything I could have ever dreamed of and more. This guy can make it happen.
4. He has every accessory you would want from a DJ. The uplighting was beautiful and it completely changed our venue. His speakers were flawless. He's even got a CO2 cannon!
5. If you need any proof how fun he was, I burned 4500 calories in three hours of nonstop dancing. (See picture attached)
If you are lucky enough to have your wedding at a time that he's available, DO IT. There's no better choice and I've had numerous friends come up to me and express how fantastic he was. Our wedding was a 10/10 and I owe so much of that to his professionalism and excellence. -

Guys. I get it, everyone wants to save money during the wedding... We felt the same. But spending money for a QUALITY DJ is the best move you can make. DJ MOVA was the absolute best. Best remixes, best uplighting, best service and communication. Like literally, NO ONE left the dance floor for our 2.5 hours of dancing. If that's the type of memories you want to leave with your guests then this guy is your man.

We could not have asked for a better DJ than Ramin. Every single step of the process felt easy and like we were the only couple he was working with. Ramin is the BEST vendor! He spends so much time getting to know you before-hand and helped give us advice on other vendors. He was so organized and made it incredibly easy to give a ~vibe~ for him to go off of. He has incredible edits, a great presence, and even supplies his own custom sign on the booth. Our friends and family have told us countless times that he is THE most fun wedding DJ they have ever encountered! If you're still questioning on what DJ to go with for your wedding, please read our experience and you will question no longer! After reading so many amazing reviews that he had already received, we knew we had to contact him! From the moment we first spoke with Ramin (DJ Mova), it felt like we were talking to our best friend. He was so kind and personable, you could tell that he truly cared about our special day and wanted to make it the best day of our lives. This is what first sold us on him and I have no doubt you will have the same experience. From start to finish, he was incredibly professional. He was always organized and extremely responsive whenever we needed him! We will always remember one of the meetings where we spent OVER 3 HOURS on Skype just talking about our wedding. He was giving us music recommendations, helped us with our wedding party introductions, and even showed us beautiful photo recommendations for our wedding venue! While I can't promise you a 3 hour meeting will always happen, it shows how much he is truly invested and cares about you. He will sit down with you and learn exactly what you are looking for and will do his absolute best to make this happen. The best part for my wife and I is that we knew we could trust him! We barely gave him any song recommendations because we knew he would match our vibe. 3 days later, we still have people contacting us letting us know “how amazing our DJ was” and that “he was the best DJ they had ever seen at a wedding!”. We had multiple video calls to discuss what we're looking for and where he should just take over and do his thing. His booth is next-level and you can get it customized to your liking (ask him about it). The best experience!
DJ Mova did a phenomenal job, from start to finish! My father passed away a year ago, he honored him in the most touching way, that left everyone in the room with tears. He had played a video in the background playing while my sister and I did our “father daughter dance”. The video was a clip from my father and sister dancing at her wedding.

As someone who grew up Greek-American, I have been to hundreds of weddings. DJ Mova is hands down the best DJ I’ve seen in action. My wife and I had an over 300 person Big Fat Greek wedding on October 2 and DJ Mova kept the energy at a supreme level all night. From the second the dancing portion of our wedding reception began to the end of the party, he kept the dance floor full and managed to keep it that way for over six hours. The guests loved him and he knew how to get the room hyped. We gave him minimal instructions as to our music taste and he took it from there. Our wedding day was incredible and it wouldn’t have been that way without DJ Mova. He was very easy to work with, organized, responsive, and a true professional. The best time ever
DJ Mova was the absolute best DJ ever! First, he got every song and cue absolutely perfect for the ceremony and reception! He played the perfect songs at the perfect time, it was AMAZING! He is an extremely professional vendor to work with. He communicates well and on time and is extremely thorough and great at planning. Our wedding day was a breeze thanks to him and our other vendors. I asked for a specific edit when I walked down the aisle and not only did he play just what I requested but it ended perfectly! Our guests did not stop asking about him and his services! For my father/daughter dance, he timed our song perfectly with my dad’s speech, it gave me chills and our guests raved about it! I have nothing but amazing things to say about him. I danced all night and the music kept the dance floor hopping! To top it off, our photographer edited a few photos during dinner and DJ Mova was able to display them on his screen on his booth! Amazing! Everyone was blown away! 10/10 and 5 stars! We have been to a ton of weddings, international and local, and DJ Mova hands down is the best DJ we have ever heard. I know this seems biased, but all of our guests- different age ranges have not stopped complimenting us on how fun the reception was. Not only was he entertaining, but his professionalism blew us away. We met multiple times prior to our big day and he was so prepared and made my our meetings so efficient. Easiest decision you'll make - hire DJ Mova!
We hired Ramin for our wedding after attending a friend's wedding he was the DJ for. Hiring Ramin was the easiest decision we made throughout our planning process. He was extremely flexible when we had to postpone our wedding due to Covid and again when we decided to change our venue. Ramin made our planning process personal by checking in and offering his help in any way possible. Our wedding was unique in that it was on residential property and the hottest day of the summer. Ramin came prepared to set up accordingly and prepared for the weather. Our ceremony went smoothly along with the transition to cocktail hour. We shared with Ramin that we wanted our wedding/reception to feel like one big party with the music played and he did just that. Every single person at our wedding was dancing, singing, and having the best time. We received SO many compliments about Ramin and our friends are still talking about him! We hope to be able to experience another wedding in the future with Ramin as the DJ! -

Ramin (DJ Mova) was so kind and easy to work with! He was very responsive to texts and answered all our wedding day questions. He even met with us in person before the wedding to make sure he had our preferred music. He made us feel completely comfortable with the whole process.
He’s so professional and very talented! We just had our wedding on Saturday and it was PERFECT! He provided mics/sound equipment for the officiant to use during the ceremony. He’s great working with your other vendors-officiant, videographer, planner, etc.
We got so many compliments on the day, but especially about how fun the reception was and the excellent music! That’s all thanks to DJ Mova!
My husband and I were the first couple to use his new DJ booth with built-in screen! Ramin was able to put our names and wedding date on it! So cool!! We got so many compliments on it!

I cannot recommend DJ MOVA enough. He managed to keep the dance floor completely full and high energy even in the heart of Covid. The amount of people who said that the DJ made the party is insane. He also pays close attention to detail regarding the wedding timeline and worked with my coordinator to make sure we hit all the important events while still leaving plenty of time for dancing. DJ Mova knocked it out of the park!
After speaking with him and a few other vendors it was clear that he was the obvious choice for us. Over the phone he was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, professional, and you can tell right away that he's passionate and loves what he does. We met with him in person at some point before our wedding to talk music and timeline. Thank goodness he was available when we rescheduled and pushed our wedding out five months because we're not sure anyone would've been able to fill his shoes.
It doesn't matter how involved you want to be with your music selection, he's got you. We created a Spotify playlist of suggestions and he produced an incredible mix for the day of. On top of all of this he's also an awesome emcee. Announcements, pumping up the crowd, announcing entrances and pronouncing people's names correctly - he cares!
We're not planning on getting married again (LOL) but if we were, we would choose him again hands down. Very genuine and very good at what he does.

Our DJ made our night unforgettable!
Ramin took so much care of us on our wedding day. Leading up to the wedding the planning process was stress free and he allowed me to make the day so memorable. He accommodated all of my untraditional request and NAILED IT. Not every day do you have a Bride and Groom asking to leave the recessional to the song “Walk It Out”.
Ramin nailed it! Our friend and family we on the dance floor for three hours straight. We requested an upbeat vibe with Latin American music Infused within. He did such a great job.

My husband and I had an awesome experience with DJ Mova. We planned a wedding in a month and during the pandemic and DJ Mova was so flexible and accommodating through the whole process. I didn’t have much time to plan my wedding and I was short on time so I didn’t give him too much to work with other then a few songs I liked. He took it and ran with it and came up with the best music for our dinner and last minute reception. I said there wasn’t going to be much dancing because of covid but by the end of the night people were dancing and he just adapted and made it a blast for everyone. He had a great variety of music. I gave him a timeline and he followed it to a T! All around we just had an awesome experience with DJ Mova and I would highly recommend for your wedding or other events. I will definitely use him again if I ever need a DJ.
