KVN Events Nailed It!
We interviewed multiple DJs, and from the very beginning, we knew Kevin was the right choice. He’s a lifelong musician who truly understands music, crowd control, and how to throw an unforgettable party.
Kevin was a tremendous help from day one, easing our stress and taking so much off our shoulders during the planning process. He came fully prepared for every part of the day - the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and reception, each in different areas of the venue with separate setups. There were a lot of moving parts, but Kevin handled it all flawlessly.
Everything ran seamlessly, and there wasn’t a single issue the entire night. Kevin, you absolutely nailed it, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Thank you for helping make our wedding day extra special!

Best dj for your wedding
From our first conversation, KVN Events made planning with them a breeze. DJ Kvntz stayed in touch throughout the entire process and answered every question we threw at him, which took a lot of stress off our shoulders. On the big day, he read the room perfectly and played tracks that got our guests dancing from start to finish. The energy on the dance floor was electric, and we heard compliment after compliment about the music selection. We loved working with him so much that we're already planning to book him again for future celebrations. If you want a DJ who actually listens and delivers, KVN Events is the way to go.

Wonderful DJ!!
Kevin had an incredible personality, he worked with our officiant and us to deliver everything we wanted. I gave him suggestions for our playlist and he filled in our blanks beautifully. Keeping the dance floor going
Kevin sure knew how to keep the dance floor alive all night. From setting the tone as guests arrive, getting the crowd pumped up as we were introduced as husband and wife, getting everyone all ages out on the dance floor and everything in between, it was everything we wanted and more. As the bride I most definitely stayed on the dance floor the whole night. He knew how to read the room and kept everyone wondering what he would play next. His responsiveness and professionalism helped made wedding planning so smooth. We would absolutely choose Kevin again for another event and you should to.

Couldn't be happier
Dj KVN was excellent. His positivity and ability to roll with any changes or hiccups made our wedding day perfect. He was professional, and on time. Coordinated with the other wedding staff easily. And most of all kept our music a perfect combination of personal favorites, and intentional choices to bring the crowd in. We are extremely proud to have had him at our wedding.
I don't know if it's common practice, but his website wedding planner was very helpful for choosing songs for every possible thing. From cake cutting songs, to grand entrance songs, exit songs, it was really fun to sit and choose all the different things in the days leading up to the wedding. And KVN nailed them all.

Great Vibe!
Kevin was amazing! He brought my thoughts to life and helped give my wedding day the movie moments I wanted. The ceremony music timing was spot on as well as the reception entrances, and the guests loved the dance music choices. We danced until we couldn’t! He had a great energy, was super helpful and made sure we got what we wanted. Timing was perfect! Plus I followed his fun bread reviews on instagram, where he happened to review one of the breads from our wedding night. A cute fun moment that made my night! Worth checking out lol. I would recommend Kevin to any bride looking for good vibes and a fun filled night of dancing! I barely left the dance floor!

Exceptional DJ!
Kevin DJ'd our wedding in the Berkshires and did an EXCEPTIONAL job! He was on time, professional, and had the dance floor groovin the whole night. We had MANY people comment on how great the music was during the night and afterwards! His equipment is top notch, even offering white speakers that matched our aesthetic better. We had a large outdoor venue and the music sounded amazing. His transitions between songs were great and he had a great pulse and when to let a song play out vs on to the next. We had also had a few unique cultural aspects to our wedding that we asked him to help MC and he did so without any hesitation and executed flawlessly. His website is user friendly, he's generous with meeting times, very experienced and keeps you on track, and overall a very warm and nice guy! book with KVN!!! You won't regret it!
DJ KVN brought the heat to our wedding this month at Quonquont Farms! Working with Kevin was easy and comfortable. From the first call I felt like I was chatting with an old friend. He took our playlists and ran them and kept the party GOING. Multiple people told us how fun our wedding was and a huge part of that is due to Kevin.
When we had a slight switch from a casual entrance to more of a grand entrance Kevin didn't even flinch and handled it with ease. His technical capabilities are second to none and made the event flow effortlessly from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception.

Excellent Experience
Kevin was a fantastic DJ for our wedding. First of all, he is a friendly person and fun to work with. Second, he responded rapidly to all of our emails, which helped alleviate stress especially during our wedding week because we knew we could count on him to respond quickly to emails and requests. For example, we were indecisive about what we wanted our first dance song to be. We asked Kevin to customize a song for us (crop out portions of a song, cut together others, and slow down the beat). He did so within the hour we requested it and we were able to iterate once on that to get the perfect rendition of what we were looking for. Lastly, the sound quality and execution was excellent for all necessary portions of the wedding, including speeches, vows, and dance floor music.
In addition to working with Kevin, the guitarist he hired for our cocktail hour and ceremony was fantastic.
Can't recommend working with Kevin enough!

An Incredible DJ Who Surpassed All Expectations
Kevin from KVN Events was absolutely incredible — we couldn’t have asked for a better DJ for our wedding! From our very first conversations, he was responsive, professional, and genuinely excited to help us craft the perfect soundtrack for our day.
Kevin went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. He not only nailed the party and kept the dance floor alive all night long (our guests couldn’t stop talking about him!), but he also handled the smaller, easy-to-overlook details with total professionalism. For example, during our processional the timing ran longer than expected, and Kevin seamlessly looped the track on the fly without anyone noticing. That level of attentiveness gave us so much peace of mind.
One thing we especially appreciated: Kevin struck the perfect balance with volume. We asked him to keep the energy high on the dance floor, but to also make sure guests could still have meaningful conversations outside of it. He achieved that balance beautifully — the dance floor was electric, but people who wanted to chat could do so comfortably.
He completely respected our play and do-not-play lists, while also taking the playlists and suggestions we shared and elevating them with his own expertise. The result was a flow of music that felt natural, fun, and perfectly “us.”
Throughout the entire process, Kevin was punctual, professional, and brought a great energy that carried through to the wedding day itself. We can’t recommend Kevin and KVN Events highly enough — if you want a DJ who is talented, professional, and truly cares about making your day perfect, Kevin is the one to book!

Kept the Dancefloor Packed!
We are beyond happy we were able to work with Kevin for our wedding on 06/20/25! He was kind, communicative, professional and inquisitive from the beginning. He had a smile on his face the whole time! He did a phenomenal job at listening to the 'vibe' we were going for - choosing both songs that we requested to hear while also choosing songs that everybody knew and loved. Our reception was everything we hoped it would be as we loved every song - and the dance floor was packed all night! And almost as important, he was so good about listening to the songs we didn't want, so there was never a dull moment for us.
He also was so accommodating; working with me on doing a last-minute voice-over recording to play before the ceremony. It ended up being one of our, and our guests, most memorable moments of the day and I'm so thankful he was so willing to help make it happen!
We would work with Kevin again without a second thought! He was such a big part in making our big day so memorable!

DJ KVN made the Dipersia Wedding one to remember!
DJ KVN was phenomenal to work with. His booking process was straight forward and easy to navigate. He made sure each phase of the wedding and celebration was to our liking. We chose a good amount of songs we wanted to hear and trusted DJ KVN to fill in the rest of the air time by "reading the room" and he did a great job understanding what people were dancing to. Our guests raved about the variety of songs played throughout the night. The up-lighting really added a fun dance floor vibe that kept the party going. DJ KVN is also super friendly - one of the nicest guys we've met. 11/10 would recommend.

While we were searching for a DJ. Our venue for our wedding The Boylston Room gave us a list of DJs and on that list was KVN events. We contacted Kevin and we are very thankful we did! Kevin went above and beyond to make our special day memorable. He listen to all of our ideas and was more than helpful. He’s very professional and gave us a great price on the Jack and Jill and the wedding. Our guests at the Jack and Jill and Wedding were very impressed with the music. We also added a Photo Booth at the last minute and was very accommodating. It was a hit with our guests and the kids at the wedding loved it. Amazing DJ!
Our experience with Kevin (DJ Kvntz) was excellent. Kevin was easy to work with, responsive and communicative from the start and all the way to the end. He was extremely organized and on top of everything leading up to and on the wedding day - he knew who needed to be 'mic'd up' and when, song transitions for the ceremony and other parts of the day, and how to introduce the wedding party. Phenomenal DJ, Immaculate Vibes
One of the best decisions we made for our wedding was choosing vendors who are great people with passion, care, and great energy. DJ Kevin is all of the above - the vibes were immaculate.
My husband is a musician so music was one of the most important aspects of the wedding for him and DJ Kevin met his high standards. Leading up to the wedding, Kevin was informative, communicative, and has the type of personality that helps melt the stress away (and I couldn't have appreciated that more in the last week before the wedding!). He was also adaptable without judgement which is sometimes in short supply in the wedding industry but goes a long, long way in my book.
For the wedding, we created playlists for the different sections of the wedding, and Kevin knew just how to make our vision come to life --playing the right songs at just the right time and helping the wedding flow seamlessly. He also helped curate the perfect mood for dancing with his light design, and his new Photo Booth add on gave our guests an endless source of enjoyment when they needed to catch their breath off the dance floor. (And even more enjoyment for us when we got to see all the pictures and gifs people took after the wedding!). And if all that wasn't enough already, he even volunteered to take pictures during our sparkler exit and captured one of my favorite pictures of the whole day!
If I ever needed to plan a big event again in the future, the choice for DJ is already made.

Best night ever!
Working with DJ Kevin was one of the absolute highlights of our wedding! From the start, he was extremely communicative and immediately understood our vision. He answered our many questions and had fantastic advice. But perhaps most importantly, he was beyond incredible on the actual wedding day. The dance floor was full the entire night, he played every song on our must-play list — interspersing them at absolutely perfect times throughout the evening — and truly made sure that it was the best night of our lives. Kevin DJ’d our reception on 9/30 and we are so happy we found him! When booking a DJ it’s super hard to know if they will be good or not, but after talking to Kevin I knew he’d be great! Kevin did such a great job at our wedding. Made our perfect night even more perfect.
When it came to finding a DJ, I had one thing that was non negotiable, and that was getting them to play what I requested. Absolutely amazing
Kevin was absolutely amazing in every aspect. He was great at reading the room during our wedding reception, switching up between fast songs, slow songs, and dancing songs, based on what was going on at the time. He read the emotion of the room perfectly and when I left it up to him to pick a final song for us at the end of the night, based on our general music request list and the vibe of the whole day, he absolutely nailed his choice! I couldn’t be any happier and I highly recommend him for an DJ needs

Wild Wednesday Wedding
Kevin was fantastic to work with from start to finish! He was available to answer any questions we had leading up to our wedding, and had us complete a very thorough questionnaire in order to customize the night to our taste. Once our special day finally came and we got to meet Kevin in person, he continued to be a delight to work with! Very friendly and approachable, so guests had the best time dancing all night long! We also opted for the add-on fog machine for our first dance, which was so surreal and breathtaking (Kevin made sure this went off without a hitch and the placement was perfect). We cannot thank him enough for keeping the energy up all night and making our wedding day simply perfect!

I've known Kevin for a few years after working together on several weddings (i'm a former videographer). When it was time for my wedding I knew Kevin was my guy. He is incredibly communicative, informative and professional. He took my custom mix and added his own flair and timing throughout the night. I loved how he mic'd me and the officiant up so our guests could hear everything happening. The reception lighting and custom lettering he displayed on the dance floor was a nice touch. Super friendly and classy guy. Highly recommend KVN events for any event. 10/10

We Love DJ Kevin!
Kevin not only set the tone for our reception, but was incredibly responsive, professional, so positive, and so kindly kept us on track with our planning needs leading up to our wedding day. His package included an acoustic guitarist who was able to play our unique song choices (LOTR and Princess Bride Soundtracks). Kevin captured the vibe of the night seamlessly - from an elegant reception dinner to gradually more modern music that kept people dancing all night. He even played a special Polka song for our Polish family :) We received many compliments from guests on music, specifically. We could not recommend Kevin more highly for your wedding or other event!

Perfect DJ for our wedding
After reading reviews about Kevin and seeing that he was within my budget, I was excited to hire him, and he did not disappoint.
Here are some specifics during planning that attribute to my 5 star review:
*His pricing was very reasonable
*The deposit to secure his services was only a small portion of the overall price which gave me peace of mind (after having to cancel 3 previous weddings due to covid)
*He was extremely patient with me when i was slow to reply to emails
*His details sheet was thorough but also i didn't have specifics for some of the information and he wad super easy to talk through with it.
*Our final call the week of the wedding was the first time I actually spoke on the phone with him and he was so friendly and laid back and had some great suggestions for things we were stumped on.
*My last name is kind of hard to pronounce and Kevin made it a priority to get it right, had to practice saying it with him a few times but he nailed it!!! This just shows he really cares and is personable.
The day of-
Kevin did an outstanding job! The music flowed perfectly during the ceremony (honestly i didn't hear music when I was walking down the aisle but that was due to me being in shock haha). Everyone really enjoyed the music during cocktail hour which was modern instrumentals, although i was taking pictures so I wasn't present. I had a smaller wedding (50 people) and honestly we didn't have a whole lot of dancers but the people who WERE on the dance floor including me, can say that he did a phenomenal job reading our energy and playing great music so we could party. It was so much fun and all I can say is great things about Kevin and his services.

The best DJ we could ask for!
Kevin was so responsive and professional leading up to our big day. He provided the sound for our ceremony and worked with us on coordinating everything until it was time for dancing. When we noticed one side of our long table couldn't quite hear the string quartet we planned for dinner, Kevin quickly made sure speakers toward the other end of the table were playing similar music for our guests within maybe 2 minutes - incredible! Our dance music was everything we asked for and Kevin's positivity made even the most stressful moments a breeze. Thank you for making our day so wonderful!

He did an incredible job and I couldn’t stress more how much I would recommend him for anyone looking to hire a DJ for their wedding. Every aspect of the wedding was perfect from a music/sound perspective. It was sweet and emotional when needed, and lively and fun to finish the night. I don’t think I’ve ever seen as high of a percentage of wedding guests dancing at the end of the night and loving every minute of it. There were 106 people attending our wedding and 75-80 must have been dancing and a big reason was because of our DJ.

Awesome experience
Kevin was a recommended vendor for our wedding venue. We hired him without hearing any of his work but he was so clear with communication and responsiveness and catered to all our requests. We gave him a bunch of songs to play throughout the wedding and also a number of areas where he had creative freedom -- he knocked each moment out of the park. Didn't miss a cue, played great music at a good volume, and also took care of our lighting and set up.
We had live musicians play at our ceremony and they were super impressed with Kevin's skills in setting up and mixing. He had awesome energy, reviewed people's names to make sure he was pronouncing everything correctly, and made the day so simple and special for me and my new husband.

Our experience with DJ KVNTZ was flawless. Everything we discussed during our meeting a few days before our wedding was completed with no issues. He has a great feel for weddings and we enjoyed the suggestions he made for us when we didn't have our own ideas. He helped to round out the day perfectly.
He was prompt the day of and was setting up when we arrived for our photos earlier in the day. He was on top of everything which was great as it left us to enjoy the day. All our song requests were included and he understood our feel for the day. His setup, projection, and lighting made our reception look awesome! He had us feeling like we were in college again with the playlist and the dance floor was packed. We've since had people tell us how much they enjoyed DJ KVNTZ and the dance party that ensued. Nailed my crazy requests!
Kevin was great! Very personable, professional, and responsive. He had all the equipment I needed (wireless microphones for outside ceremony, microphone for inside speeches, lights, etc), and most importantly, was able to amazingly cater to all my music requests. These requests ranged from 60s - 2000s, Bing Crosby, Portuguese Dance music, bluegrass, disco, and even Karaoke!!! He made sure to talk to me beforehand to make sure he had all my must-haves and myself and the guests had an amazing time.

Amazing throughout our wedding day
Our wedding was on 10/15/20, and DJ KVNTZ was provided to us with an inclusive package from our venue. Our confidence in our venue picking our vendors was absolutely affirmed with this choice in DJ. The planning process leading up to the big day was super easy. I was able to make a playlist for the entire reception which DJ KVNTZ mixed flawlessly. Our guests had a great time dancing (spaced out), even during covid. Our special songs for our ceremony and first dances were timed perfectly. And even before the ceremony began when my dad came to the bridal suite before walking me down the aisle, he commented on how the pre- ceremony music was really great. All of the different lighting included was also stunning. DJ KVNTZ is incredibly friendly, professional and approachable and we are so, so thankful he was a part of our flawless day!

Covid Cancellation
Our wedding party was unfortunately postponed indefinitely due to Covid-19...so we were not able to get to experience Kevin's skills/talents as planned. Kevin was absolutely amazing to work with, both leading up to and on our big day! I have recieved so many compliments from our guests on him and his wife. His wife worked seamlessly behind the scenes with me on the day of to make sure my wedding party was lined up and gave kevin the signals to start (and she was SO sweet!). He made adjustments to our play list on the spot, seamlessly. He was also able to slow down our first dance song, as it was a little fast to dance to and no one but my husband and I noticed. He also provided an amazing light display that he allowed us to customize and EVERYONE pointed it out to me and expressed how in love with it they were. A DJ can make or break a reception and kevin kept everyone dancing until the very last song. I honestly couldn't reccomend him more!!

This is the DJ you want for your wedding!
We used Kevin for our wedding and Jack and Jill. He was so easy to contact and was very quick to respond. His prices are extremely reasonable, especially for the experience you'll receive. We got so many compliments on the music and Kevin was great about taking requests, while still making sure the music was to our taste. He allowed us to share our Spotify playlist with him and played almost all of the songs we had on there. Even our wedding coordinator complimented him for how smoothly our ceremony went and how well everyone could hear us. I would absolutely recommend!

Can’t say enough good things about DJ KVNTZ!! We were a challenging couple as my husband is African and we wanted to incorporate African music into the reception. Kevin went above and beyond from conferencing with us about exactly what we wanted to accepting African CDs and going through the music himself. His performance at the wedding was exceptional, super professional and friendly, excellent at reading the crowd, flexible to our wishes, and kept the party going from beginning to end. We keep hearing from all of our guests how awesome the music was and how ours was the most fun wedding they’ve ever been to. It truly would not have been possible without DJ KVNTZ. I recommend him so highly 5 stars!!!!

Amazing DJ!!
DJ KVNTZ was a rock star!!! My fiance and I had originally booked with a different DJ, who ended up not being available suddenly, and Kevin came to the rescue. I messaged on Wedding Wire that I was looking for a DJ in a pinch, and Kevin was very quick to respond. He was easy to work with, always available whenever we had a question, and understood our vibe after just a short conversation. At the wedding, we needed set ups in a variety of places, and he knocked it out of the park for each spot. Super professional, really well organized, and a wonderful person to have set the correct mood for each part of your event. We really cannot recommend him enough!

Amazing wedding DJ!
Kevin was helpful with our song choices and listened to our requests. He completely understood the vibe we wanted and was easy going about last minute choices. My guests couldn’t stop talking about what a great job he did. Music was very important to us at our wedding and he killed it! His wife Lisa was also super helpful and sweet. We used DJKVNTZ for our 30th class reunion in November. Hiring him was a breeze. He responded to my inquiry right away and worked with us about how we wanted our venue to go. We discussed our playlist & music genre. DJKVNTZ was there setting up before the reunion committee even arrived. He is very professional, has a wide array of music to work with, is reasonably priced and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a DJ for their event.

Winter wedding
Kevin was our DJ for our wedding last night. He was set up to play music in the church for our ceremony and then at our reception. He was very professional, very organized and kept the party going all night! He was so good with our two children playing songs that they requested and helping them feel included and part of the party! I would recommend Kevin for any event needing a DJ! He is very reasonable priced, has many options of packages to include different items and is easy to talk to, to come up with the best plan for your event.

DJ KVNTZ was our DJ for our wedding on 9/29/18. He was AMAZING. He listened to what we talked about at meetings to know what the music vibe that both me and my guests wanted. He also took requests throughout the night from guests which helped to keep everyone on the dance floor and hear songs that all the guests wanted. I would highly recommend him for any future events!

Kevin was really great from the start, very quick to respond not just when initially booking but throughout the entire process. He provided us with a song guideline so that we knew exactly what key moments we would need to choose songs for which was extremely helpful for us too. When we didn’t know what songs to choose he gave us some suggestoons that fit perfectly for our venue. Kevin was really great through the whole process and had everyone out on the dance floor for hours. We gave him a couple of general artists and songs that we liked and he made a playlist based off of it for our jack and Jill party. During the party he made note of what was a big hit and what wasn’t in accordance with our audience which was just above and beyond. On wedding day there wasn’t a single song that nobody dance too, the playlist was a huge hit! I’ve been to other weddings that didn’t hire a quality DJ and it definitely makes or breaks the amount of people that dance and how long they dance for. If you’re looking for your guests to dance all night with you Kevin is the right vendor for you. He’s friendly, talented, and makes the process stress free. Kevin was the best and least stressful DJ I’ve ever worked with. (I used to throw golf tournament charities). He was great about what we wanted and didn’t want and even worked around other musicians we wanted to play as well. He did all the sound and lights and everyone said how great s DJ he was during te entire reception. If you want a DJ who’s competent and talented, look no farther than Kevin! You will not be disappointed! You can tell from our pure joy in the picture what an absolute blast we had!

I hired Kevin to DJ my best friend's wedding. Kevin was great to work with leading up to the wedding and on the day-of. He showed up on time to set up and looked very professional. He worked with the venue to make announcements and help the flow of the evening. The dance floor was full the whole time, and the lighting looked great. Very pleased with his services!

It was an absolute pleasure working with Kevin. We hired him for both our Jack and Jill and our wedding. Working with DJ Kevin was a fantastic experience! He was responsive, thoughtful, and professional in all ways. He replied to every email I sent within an hour, so I always knew what was going on! He was really receptive to my (extensive!) list of suggestions. On the night of the event he arrived on time and set up quickly and easily. Really, I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Kevin. Two notes: I used Kevin for my 20th college reunion, not a wedding, but I think all of these comments apply equally to any kind of event. Second, I was totally behind on planning, yet Kevin was incredibly accommodating. He deserves an extra star for that! A friend initially recommended DJ Kevin to me--and I am glad she did!

Dj Kevin was great! Very professional and responsive throughout the whole process. I do wish the songs were mixed a little more, I did mention I wanted it to be more like a club atmosphere remixing etc. But over it was a fun night!
