The Best DJ East of the Mississippi
Justin was fantastic right from the start, as soon as we did our first meeting we knew he was the perfect fit for our wedding. We live out of state and he was so easy to communicate with and always adapted for a FaceTime or zoom call to make sure we had all our questions answered. Leading up the wedding he led the planning process and made sure we knew exactly what to expect the day of and then went above and beyond on our wedding day even contacting all our vendors before the wedding to make sure everyone was on the same page. From the beginning all we wanted from our wedding was one big party and we got just that. He had people up on the dance floor before dinner was even served and from then on we couldn’t keep people off the dance floor. On top of just playing good music Justin was a fantastic MC all night keeping our guests engaged and making sure our reception flowed perfectly. One of the best things Justin did was recommend we have people up around the floor for our reception entrances which at first we were hesitant but it ended up being one of our favorite parts of the night! While Justin was on the floor as an MC he had an assistant running the DJ booth and I think the only thing all night that could have been improved was some communication between Justin and his assistant - when we did our photo blitz to run around the tables and take pictures with all our guests we had asked the song to be looped so that it didn’t stop playing before we finished all the tables but the song did end and we finished the photos before the song could be restarted, I think the assistant DJ had been in charge of the music during the tables while Justin was announcing to our guests what was happening. Overall we seriously could not have asked for a better DJ/MC and had guests raving about how great he was the entire week following our wedding. Book Justin for your wedding, you won’t regret it!! -

Justin made our wedding perfect! He helped us to plan our lighting, our monogram, our sound for the ceremony, and last but definitely not least, our music for our reception. Everything he did was top-notch! He created an energy in the room that made people want to get up and dance! If planning another event and needing a DJ, I would definitely use Justin! -

Exceptional DJ
Working with Justin for our wedding made our day go seamlessly while being an absolute blast! From the first meeting to the day of, he was organized, professional and really took the time to make sure he got a sense of us as a couple and what we were looking for. He reached out to all of our other vendors to coordinate with everyone and the night could not have gone more smoothly. We gave him some general ideas of music we liked and from that he created a seamless flow from our ceremony to cocktail hour to reception and had the dance floor packed the whole night. We felt strongly that we wanted the music to representative of all the ages present and he couldn't have done a better job incorporating newer songs and classics to keep everyone dancing the night away. We couldn't have been more pleased with our experience and highly recommend Justin to anyone seeking DJ services! He's the best! -

DJ Justin is incredible. We would 100% recommend him for your wedding. He was able to coordinate with all of our vendors, was so organized, and he definitely knows how to keep a dance floor going all night. He also schedules calls with you ahead of time and communicates so that your wedding is everything you dream of and more. Thanks again Justin for such a great night! -

Wow, amazing and perfect are just a few words to describe Justin
You always hear about things going wrong at weddings and no one dancing... that didn't happen at mine. Everything was beyond perfect. Justin went above and beyond. The dance floor was never empty and the music was everyone's favorite part. Justin didn't just play music he really helped get and keep the party going. You don't need to worry about anything. He keeps in contact throughout the process and makes sure you two are on the same page. We are so happy and everyone keeps saying how great a time they had. Justin did an amazing job as the DJ for our wedding! Justin was extremely organized and professional which helped our wedding go off smoothly as he emceed the event. Justin made planning our reception easy, providing song suggestions which fit in with our music taste and gave great advice on the flow and schedule of the night, taking into account all of our wishes. Thanks to Justin our dance floor was packed from the first beat of the night through our last song of the evening. Would highly recommend Justin to anyone looking for a New England wedding DJ!!! -

Now that our wedding day has passed (almost a month and a half ago) and we have settled into a married life, we have finally found the time to review our amazing DJ! We have nothing but blissful memories of our day, and we have Justin to thank for that! He was attentive and professional throughout the whole process, paying special attention to our requests. He had multiple meetings with us before our wedding making us feel secure for our big day. On the day we instantly did not have to worry, it was obvious that Justin has been doing this a long time and knows what he is doing. Everything ran smoothly from ceremony to the last dance. He walked us through out cake cutting, which was super fun! When it came to dancing the floor was PACKED, he was able to blend the music which fitted our crowd of different ages. Not once was there a lull or break in the music. All our guests were so impressed and we were beyond happy with his service. Highly recommend to anyone looking to make their wedding magical, he went above and beyond for us, thank you Justin! -

DJ Justin was the perfect choice for our wedding! Trust me when I say I was shocked to see some of the most unlikely of family members getting up to dance... the whole reception! He made sure everyone had a great time and read the room perfectly throughout the night. He got everyone out of their seats without being at all pushy or cheesy, timed the parent dances perfectly, and was a pleasure to work with during the planning process; professional, but just the right amount of chill we needed at that point in the craziness of wedding planning. He went above and beyond DJ services, helping to coordinate with other vendors, keeping us on schedule, and even sending us a little video montage of the reception that we never expected! It made our day! 100% recommend. -

Jennifer Sent on 08/20/2018From the very first time we talked to Justin over the phone, we knew he was going to be a perfect match for us.
Justin was super organized and on the ball with everything. Anytime we asked him for recommendations or help in some area he was ready with suggestions, helpful documents, etc. Before the wedding we had a sit down to discuss songs that we wanted for each important part of the reception (eg. Entrances, first Dance, cake cutting, etc.), song on the “DO NOT PLAY” list, songs on the “MUST PLAY” list, etc.
At our reception, it was SUPER hot. Like 94° with 100000% humidity. Justin never let the energy fall, played a great mix of music and kept people on the dance floor until the party came to a close. His group shot suggestion is one of our absolute favorites photos of the day, he came prepared with backup microphones, provided the uplighting for us and killed it with the music. Everyone commented on how great he was and my mother was super impressed, too. She said she would absolutely hire him again in the future.

DJ Justin failed to live up to his own hype for us. When we first started working with him to plan the music for our wedding, he proudly told us he was extremely organized and detail-oriented. Our multiple meetings with him bolstered our confidence in his abilities. What we got on the day of, however, was anything but organized.
Despite us giving him the title of and the link to the song we wanted played for the processional, the song that played as my wife walked down the aisle could not have been more different than what we intended. We sent Justin a slow, beautiful, orchestral piece. What played instead was a dark, foreboding, techno song that was never linked or mentioned in ANY of our correspondence. The fact that this was not caught seconds after he started the music tells us that he had never listened to the original song we had sent, and had zero understanding of the intended tone of our ceremony going in.
Not only that, but during wedding party introductions, he mispronounced or otherwise mixed up 5 out of the 15 names, completely disrespecting our loved ones. This was after we had given him a detailed pronunciation guide weeks in advance AND he had double checked with the wedding party mere minutes beforehand. Our wedding party told us that while Justin brought a pen and paper while double checking with them, they did not actually see him write down any notes.
Despite this, the night was not all bad. The dance playlist had some great mixing, with a decent blend of our personal tastes and more widely recognized songs, and Justin was flexible and responsive to when we spontaneously needed to skip songs or wedding guests had requests. Ultimately, however, we cannot in good conscience recommend Justin. You only get one chance to walk down the aisle, and we lost ours to an overconfident and disappointing DJ.
