Dj Josh Hall was great, played music the guests liked and was flexible when we very last minute asked him to do our ceremony. He was kind and friendly and listened to our song requests. He is reasonably priced and we would hire him again for more future events. -

If you are looking for a DJ who will keep the energy up and get your guests dancing then hire DJ Josh Hall! My husband and I got married in October and leading up to the day my husband kept asking me if I was okay that he didn’t plan to dance at our wedding except for the first dance— knowing my husband does not like to dance I was totally okay with it! But when the music started and DJ Josh Hall got the party started my non dancing husband was out there on the dance floor! Josh kept the energy up for the whole night! I got calls from our guests days later saying how much fun they had and what a great DJ we hired!!
Things to know:
- Josh will give you access to an app so that you can add songs you like and you don’t like
- he’s works very well with live musicians; we had a family member play guitar and Josh was available to communicate with him to work out all details.
- Josh is very professional!
- Very affordable! -

Josh was an amazing DJ!! We had an issue with a DJ that we had booked and we then found Josh only five days prior to our wedding. From the beginning he was on top of everything and he made the entire process extremely smooth and pain-free for us to deal with. Anytime we had a question or anything he was there to make sure that we were helped out. I would highly recommend him for any event. He’s not only friendly but he’s very professional and easy to work with. Thank you!! -

He was very good. He kept us all on track the whole night and his timing was perfect.
There were many moments during the ceremony where he could have easily been off on the music. Such as my walking music since he couldn't see me however he was right on with that.
My husband's mom decided she didnt want to dance to the whole song and ended It randomly but Josh caught it right away and ended the song.
He played so many good songs and I didnt even give him a play list. I gave him a large list of artists and some other basic info like year range and no explicit music and my guests were floored. They loved it souch an entire table row of family kept asking what the playlist was. Little did they know it was all DJ pick.
I would choose Josh for any of my events and will recommend him for my two friends who's weddings will be coming up in the next year.
For an event from 3 pm to 9pm he charged $850. Now my guests left early due to cold temperatures so we had him pack up at 8 instead. He offered to refund for the time unused. He was so good we refused the refund and tipped him additional. He was worth it.
Also to those thinking not getting a DJ, just do it. It gets boring for your guests and Josh makes sure they dont get bored. -

DJ Josh was great! During planning, he responded very promptly. He listened to what kind of music we wanted, and he delivered. His set up was very professional looking. He was very open to requests during the event. He did a great job!! We would highly recommend DJ Josh! -

Winery wedding
DJ Josh was so great to work with for our wedding! Very responsive & savvy in the industry. We provided a pre-wedding timeline with specific songs/genre and the music was perfect! Josh would check in throughout the reception to ensure we were prepared for the next event (cake cutting, bouquet/garter toss etc) and everything worked out just as planned! It was a beautiful day; I would absolutely recommend DJ Josh!! -

Josh Hall entertained my 40th birthday in Granite Bay. I never met him prior and only spoke to him on phone. I gave him a list of eccentric music I wanted and I have to say, he was fantastic! My guests old and young said my DJ was amazing. My party was hopping! If you want a fun, exciting party hire Josh Hall, he MC's and everything. He has a good read on the crowd when to turn music up or down, his lights were fun and is good directing the crowd. His services is what made our party! He makes the perfect DJ. He can fit any occasion. This guy knows his music too. He came early and was very reliable, that is a plus!
