Long distance wedding planning made easy!!
Where do I start? Seriously? Me and my fiancé had to separate due to me (the groom) having to relocate to Texas permanently due to my job transferring. During this period we were struggling to plan our wedding that we had set a date for (Jan 2025). We were 6 months away from our wedding and were becoming incredibly frustrated trying to look for vendors. I worked long hours and so did my now wife so we legitimately had no time to plan or research anything! So, desperate to find someone who could potentially do an 'all-in-one' type wedding planning/coordinating service, I hoped onto Thumbtack (which I knew very little about) to find someone. First person who pops up is Jackie! I give her a call and right off the bat I knew I was working with someone who was motivated to get the job done! During this initial call she laid out a plan for DJ service and photo-booth but when I mentioned I was desperate to find a reputable caterer, bartender, and photographer she put me at ease by saying she knew people and would start making calls. Literally within a few days she had a caterer, photographer and a chef(caterer) lined up for us. Not only that but she negotiated their initial prices to meet our budget!!! (which was limited). After she lined up all vendors she worked with us to set up a comfortable payment plan that would work for us and the vendors. All throughout the planning process she was in constant communication with us with any updates or questions. She was always available to pickup our call or text us back (even during late hours of the night!). A month before our wedding we had a video conference call with her to go over an itinerary of what the day of the wedding would look like and any last minute details. She was always very professional and understanding of our situation - always willing to work with us and our needs. The day of the wedding went off without any issues! She handled the DJ and MC-ing to a tee and everyone enjoyed the music and was dancing. If there were any song requests she would play them on demand! The chef she provided was amazing! Everyone loved the food and the bartender was terrific; making all the drinks that people wanted. The photographers took amazing shots/videos of the entire day with high quality equipment! Needless to say we had an amazing time and our wedding day was amazing! In conclusion, Jackie was literally an angel from heaven for us! She made everything happen and was the nicest and friendliest person we have ever worked with before. We are happy to call her a friend and look forward to working with her for future events! So, if you are desperate to find an 'all-in-one' wedding planner/coordinator/DJ/MC/vendor-finder Jackie is your girl!!! Thank you soooooo much for helping us with our big day! We will forever be indebted to you for all that you did for us! Thank you so much!! Hire Jackie if you want the best!! -

The best choice we made for our wedding
Dj Jackie J made our whole event possible. She was very responsive, professional and made the whole vibe for our wedding. We added a photo booth and her bartender Rob who was fantastic as well. We highly recommend her for not only Dj services but all her vendors and services as well. -

The best choice we made for our DJ and entire wedding!!
DJ Jackie J was WAY more than advertised!! She was with us every step of the way from when we booked her. She not only helped create the dream playlist and vibe at our wedding, she created a whole event with her added services.
We ended up using her as our wedding planner, day of coordinator , DJ / MC , Photo Booth and lighting package . She helped us EVERY step of the way and was always available and very responsive to our request. Would highly recommend all her services and packages, she helped us save money and create an unforgettable wedding. Thanks again Jackie!!

When I first got in contact with DJ Jackie J, my fiancée and I were so stressed trying to plan our own wedding. DJ Jackie J not only agreed to be our amazing entertainment, but also brought her outstanding Photo Booth, and helped us Plan and coordinate our ENTIRE WEDDING. DJ Jackie J knows what it takes, she has an amazing team of vendors (catering, bar staff, day of coordinators, photo/video team, and even more connections in the wedding industry. DJ Jackie J helped us to customize all our playlists. We had the opportunity to customize our ceremony music, our cocktail hour, our reception playlists, and even our special moments like our first dance. Our entire wedding went so smooth and Jackie was our full wedding planner up until the day of & then her *day of Coordinators* took over and executed everything we needed. Jackie Morphed into our amazing DJ for the evening and set up all her lighting and dance floor lighting. Our indoor ballroom was TRANSFORMED into a beautiful reception space and her DJing brought so much fun energy and excitement to our dancefloor. I honestly have never had so much fun at a wedding. My wife and I are SO incredibly grateful for DJ Jackie J & her entire 'Jackie J. Productions LLC' staff. If you're looking for a one stop shop to help get all the important parts of your wedding planned, contact Jackie J. You can knock off DJ/MC, lighting, Planning and coordinating, Photo Booth or 360 video booth, bartenders, catering & photo/video. We loved working with Tony our videographer & his partner. Our food was delicious, our bartender Rob absolutely killed it. Thank you Jackie! We will be referring you and your team to all our friends!

We had an entire wedding booked. Our venue canceled on us last minute, and had to cancel everything.
Every other vendor returned our deposits, except for DJ Jackie, who was also the only vendor to charge us a 50% deposit ahead of time.
From the very beginning DJ jackie tried to upsell us as much as she could, and the reason is that she charges a 50% deposit that is non refundable. Even if zero services are rendered, or you go through a situation that is out of your control.
