DJ Henry was very accommodating and honest throughout the whole process! He was able to do everything we had asked to make our wedding all we wanted and more. We received endless compliments about the atmosphere and the incredible music! We would recommend him to anyone who wants to have a blast!!!

Amazing DJ

DJ Henry GQ is the best DJ around! He was the DJ for our wedding on August 2019 at the Bayfront Convention Center. He is professional, fun, and truly cares about making your day special! He was able to customize our package to exactly what we wanted. He provided beautiful up lighting, a customized name display on the wall, and a great selection of music. The music he picked was exactly what we wanted. Our dance floor was packed the entire reception! We received nothing but positive comments about Henry from our guests.
Book him!! You seriously won't regret it!!

Great experience!

DJ Henry brought our wedding to life! He was spunky, energetic, knowledgeable, and had the capability to read a crowd! We had a fun entrance and Henry was all for it! We have him specifics to saw (roasting) all of our bridal team! It was HILARIOUS! He didn’t hesitate, he was all in! It was something people always mention when speaking of our big day. Henry helped us in choosing our music selections- his knowledge is impeccable in all genres!
He was hands down the BEST choice for our wedding and we can’t wait to have him at other event.

Wonderful wedding DJ!

Henry did an awesome job at our wedding everyone was dancing from the start till the end! I also recommend the mirror photo booth that was a big hug with everyone and he prints and extra copy for for you and created a wedding album! It was a perfect day and we loved every bit of it

A wonderful DJ. Had the guests up and dancing all night!

Henry was a wonderful DJ. Very professional, he was very attentive to what people wanted to dance to. Kept the dance floor full all evening. Couldn't have asked for a better DJ. I'd give him an A+++

Henry was amazing!

From start to finish Henry was amazing! He is professional and extremely thorough. He was so responsive anytime I had a question and thought of things I didn’t even consider. I received compliments throughout the whole wedding on how great the music was, he kept us dancing all night and played a great mix of songs including some fun throwbacks from my high school days! He made my wedding day so special and I’m forever thankful! I would highly recommend him, he is my opinion the best in the business!

He is fun, easy to get along with. He answered all of our questions. We did not feel pressured at all! We knew we were getting the best!

Dj Henry was a little under the weather the day of our wedding, but he still showed up and did what he promised to do. I wouldn’t of even realized if he had not let me know. His energy and enthusiasm is contagious and he really brings everyone together on the dance floor. Your DJ is going to be the absolute most important expense of your wedding reception. They aren’t just there to play music, it is so much more. They run the entire reception while still entertaining your guests from start time to end time. We could not be happier with our choice, Dj Henry GQ truly made our wedding night so much more special!

"The most fun I've had at a wedding"

I booked Henry for my wedding solely based on a referral and reviews and I'm so glad I did. I had extremely high expectations and he met all of them. I wanted a fun, upbeat reception with a packed dancefloor and that is what I got. We were able to sit down with him beforehand and hand pick our music "style", from the pre-ceremony music and cocktail hour to the dinner music and reception playlist. I was even complimented on the dinner music (I picked the 80's playlist and it was awesome). Days later, people are still talking about the music and saying it was the "most fun" they've ever had at a wedding. If the music is important to you, I 100% recommend Henry to be your DJ- you will be so happy you did!!

We highly recommend Henry!! He kept us in the loop the whole time, was responsive whenever we had a question, and made our day perfect from beginning to end. He had the guests out on the dance floor all night long!

Henry is amazing!!! The dancefloor was packed and he always kept the party going. I don't know why someone wouldn't have him as their DJ.

Also recommend the Selfie Mirror; a great alterative from the traditional photobooth. It was a hit!

Henry outperformed our expectations! He did an exceptional job with keeping the night flowing smoothly and kept everything very organized. His attention to detail was fantastic. My wife and I were the most impressed by his ability to keep everyone's attention on us while we did all the activities throughout the night! Awesome DJ and and awesome person. Cannot say enough about Henry! He emailed back right away and went above and beyond for our wedding! When our venue was struggling to get food out in a timely manner, Henry was excellent at helping to move the process along and keep all the guests entertained. We could not have asked for a better DJ for our wedding! The photo booth, updated lights & DJ stand, up lighting and Henry’s energy was more than what we expected. Thank you, Henry!!!

From the beginning of the process, Henry was very easy to work with! My wife and I had met with a few DJ's prior to meeting with him, and afterwards, the choice to go with Henry was incredibly easy.

Henry met with us extensively again before the wedding to go over all the small details for the day of the reception. He was receptive to our ideas, and he gave us good advice.

At the reception, he kept things moving and he kept a strong energy throughout the entire night. The dance floor was packed, the music choices were great and he did a really good job of keeping the party going all the way through the last song. My wife and I would highly recommend Henry GQ!

Henry does an amazing job! Gets everyone on the floor dancing and makes you wedding day perfect! We had numerous guests come up and compliment on what a wonderful job he was doing. His selfie mirror was a huge hit and his staff working it were professional and fun! We would highly recommend him to anyone needing a dj.

We had an amazing experience with DJ Henry. The photo booth was an absolute hit and I could not recommend that enough - it was truly a game changer and people had a blast using it. We got the album of all the photos that were taken and it's the coolest thing going! I got numerous compliments after the wedding that DJ Henry played the best music they have ever heard at a wedding and he catered to the varying crowds perfectly. Choose this guy and his team or you're making a mistake :)

We cannot speak highly enough of DJ Henry GQ. Henry was a pleasure to work with. He has been doing this for a while and you can tell he is passionate about ensuring that you and your guests have the best time possible. From his wealth of experience he had many thoughtful suggestions that we had not considered, and he was never pushy or condescending. All of his suggestions were quite helpful and made our reception run smoothly the whole time, with no dull moments or dead spots. He actually suggested us playing a shoe game and the crowd absolutely loved it! He was also familiar with the venue of both our ceremony and reception, Nick’s Place. We could not be more impressed with the beautiful songs he chose for our guests to arrive to. DJ Henry kept the dance floor filled all night, which is exactly what we dreamt our wedding would be like! We decided to also reserve the GQ Selfie Mirror Photo Booth for our big day. We could not be more happy with our decision. Henry even had a caricature made for it for us and it was so fun and we absolutely loved it. We actually decided against a guest book, hoping to encourage our guests to use the photo booth, and it did-the photo book will make us laugh for years to come. All in all it was a flawless night. DJ Henry was professional from the time we contacted him to get a quote to the end of our reception. You absolutely get what you pay for when it comes tp DJ Henry GQ.

i can’t say enough good things about DJ Henry GQ and his staff. My wedding yesterday was absolutely perfect. Henry got me through the day and kept everyone dancing the entire night. The weather was beautiful and even battling the beautiful weather (lots of people wanted to be outside) he STILL kept people inside sweating their asses off dancing! The most compliments I received about my wedding was regarding Henry and what an amazing DJ he is! He is very professional and genuinely cares about YOU and YOUR WEDDING! I would recommend him over the competition ANY DAY. If you’re looking for a DJ...THIS IS YOUR GUY!!! But call quickly because he books FAST!!!

Initially, we were hesitant to hire a DJ for our wedding, as we wanted a simple affair I work in performance event planning and was wary of hiring a "bad" DJ. However, DJ Henry came highly recommended to us so we met with him and decided instantly, upon meeting him, to hire him. He is truly invested in getting to know the couple's music tastes and style before the ceremony to make sure we were pleased with the playlist he was selecting. He asked us lots of questions and gave us long lists of songs to either circle or cross out--so he could determine our style. He even gauged from us how best to make wedding announcements, with such attention to style, nuance and details to ensure we were pleased on our big day. He spends hours outside of the actual wedding, planning the perfect playlist for each segment of the wedding, from the ceremony, to cocktail hour, to dinner, to the amazing dance party! He met us several times before our wedding, and came to the venue with us to figure out best place to set up and get an idea of how the evening would flow. Most importantly and most memorably, his energy and charisma are so infectious. Everybody loved him--all ages, all backgrounds. One guest even said afterwards, "That DJ couldn't do more to make sure everybody was having a great time!" The dance floor was packed. We ended up asking him to extend the evening we were all having so much fun. He has a great sense of humor, a lovable personality, great stage presence and MC'ing abilities, and is so kindhearted. We now consider him a friend. I highly recommend DJ Henry. Thank you, Henry!!

My husband and I chose DJ Henry for our wedding after going to our friend's wedding and seeing how perfectly everything was orchestrating and how awesome the music was. It was the best decision we made because I can honestly say our wedding went so smoothly, and the rehearsal was a blast. A newly engaged couple might not realize it, but the DJ plays a huge part in ensuring the timeframe of the rehearsal goes right...and ours went perfectly with Henry's orchestrating. In addition, the dance floor was packed literally the entire time! People who I didn't think would dance were even dancing. We are still getting compliments 4 weeks after the wedding about how great the DJ was. Another really important factor that my husband and I really appreciated about Henry was the planning process. He took the time to meet with us two weeks before our wedding to ensure that all the songs we wanted to be played would be played. He even made suggestions to us on a song to walk out too because my husband and I had no idea what we should pick. He was so attentive to detail, and it's evident how experienced he is. Well worth every single penny.

Looking at photos of our wedding reception has really made me realize (not that I didn't already) how important it was to go with not only a good DJ, but a professional. Henry had people on our dance floor ALL night long, everyone from our one year old nephew to our 85 year old grandparents. He knew exactly what songs to play to get our guests out there! We told Henry in our initial meeting that we wanted our reception to be a party, and he more than delivered!

One thing that I didn't put much thought into was how Henry would dictate the flow and vibe of our reception. He didn't just play music that had every guest on their feet, but he was a damn good entertainer! I had sooo many guests come up to me that night or the days following saying how good of a job he did and that he truly made the party! He got everyone excited when our wedding party was announced, he put a personal touch to each separate event that night that made it soo much more than just the cutting of the cake or the Father/Daughter dance but a performance!

While choosing wedding vendors, the DJ is THE most important one you're going to look at. The DJ is the main factor between guests sitting at their tables all night or on the floor and moving around. Your DJ is an investment into the fun of your wedding and with Henry you will not be disappointed!

If you are looking for a DJ that will throw the best party of your life, there is no doubt that you must go with Henry. When we first met with Henry, he immediately impressed us. First of all, he has a great DJ voice and while talking to us about the reception, he imitated different ways that he could announce things and gave examples of how he moves through the events for the night. He knew what he was talking about, was organized with what needed to be done and was very easy to contact. We had some requests that he had not done before, but he was very willing to make it work and do what we had in mind for our special day. Our wedding day was the best day of our lives and he is a HUGE reason why. He was so upbeat and fun, but at the same time extremely professional. He kept the party moving and the dance floor was full the entire night. SO many of our guests complimented us on our choice and raved about how fun it was. You will absolutely not be disappointed! Henry is a great DJ for a very reasonable price!

Awesome service! Neal was the DJ for our event, but Henry worked with me from the time I first requested info up until our big day. They worked with the venue to get the perfect set up for the reception. Everyone at the wedding was raving about the music and had an amazing time!! They know how to run the show and keep things moving!

My husband and I worked with DJ Henry GQ for our uplighting for our wedding reception. DJ Henry was responsive, simple to work with, and had the lighting up and taken down right on time the day of our wedding! We heard many compliments on how the uplighting "made the room!" We are so happy we were able to work with DJ Henry and would do so again if given the chance!

DJ Henry GQ was wonderful from the start of the planning process to the end of our reception!! We had an outdoor country wedding and our reception ran so smoothly because of his attentiveness! DJ Henry GQ was the highlight of my wedding. I couldn't have asked for a more organized, personable, and entertaining DJ. The only thing I asked Henry to do was to keep people dancing all night.. DJ Henry GQ was amazing! My husband and I have very different taste in music, and somehow he managed to please everyone on the dance floor, including us! My husband and I were so happy with the incredible service DJ Henry provided us for our wedding day. He was there well before our ceremony to set up for the outside ceremony and inside reception. He played great music for the cocktail and dinner hour as well as upbeat dance songs to get the dance floor going. The flow of the evening was perfect thanks to him keeping a good schedule. The uplighting he provided absolutely made our reception room! It's totally worth the extra money. I did a surprise father daughter dance and the lighting made it even better. He was punctual and responded quickly to any questions/concerns I had. If we could do it over again we would absolutely choose him as our DJ. Great service, great music, great flow and he was worth every penny.

My husband and I highly recommend DJ Henry GQ to any couple looking to have a fantastic time at their reception! DJ Henry is incredibly professional and experienced at what he does. We loved the music he played and our guests could not stop commenting on how great the up-lighting was at the reception venue. DJ Henry gave us a sense of confidence in that he would make sure the wedding reception timeline went flawlessly. We did not have to think at all at the reception, which was amazing! My husband and I were able to walk around and greet our guests all the while DJ Henry kept us on schedule. We could not be more pleased with the type of service we received from DJ Henry GQ. While the cost of professional dj services can be pricey, we believe you get what you pay for! DJ Henry GQ is worth every penny! He went above and beyond to ensure our guests (and us) had a great time!

Henry is not only very personable on the mic, but also all around. He kept the dancefloor packed, and smiles on everyone's face. Pick this DJ!

The personal attention, flare, style, and professionalism Henry brought to our wedding and reception was second to NONE! So thankful that our path led us to him and that he was available to orchestrate our big day!!! We cannot give a higher recommendation!!!

I was just married on October 12, 2013 and DJ Henry GQ was AWESOME! From the first meeting my husband, Jake, and I had with him, we knew he was the perfect fit for us. Henry takes the time to figure out what kind of reception you want and works hard to make sure your dream becomes a reality. My father passed away almost 2 years ago, and I was dreading the time during the reception for the "father/daughter dance". Henry was so sensitive about the issue and spoke beautifully before I began to dance with my brother. Everything flowed nicely because Henry was on the mic and keeping things going. As far as the dancing... A+! Henry played every song I wanted and kept the party going! All of my friends are still talking about how amazing the reception was and that they've never had so much fun at a wedding. I'd recommend DJ Henry GQ to anyone!

Henry is awesome at what he does. Best wedding DJ hands down. He was very professional and did everything we wanted. Everyone at the wedding continued to say what great music he played and how he kept everything going smooth. We let him pick out the music knowing what great things we heard about him.I put it in his hands and he made my wedding day perfect..thanks again !

Henry was great and helped out last minute! my husband knew him from the good ol' Kings Rook Club days, and he made our reception a success when our first dj cancelled.

Henry did a great job working with us during the planning process and accommodating both our location and wedding desires. He is very personable, engaging, and takes the time to get to know you. In terms of the wedding itself, he did a great job getting the attendees excited, picked some great songs, and made it a memorable event for everyone. I'd definitely recommend Henry for anyone looking for a one-of-a-kind DJ.

DJ Henry was perfect! He listened to each of our styles and blended them perfectly. He created a fun atmosphere which had a reception so much fun. Everyone from their teens to 60s danced the night away. I would HIGHLY recommend him. He creates a party and great time. I'm so thankful for him. He listened to my Husband and I needs and created the perfect reception. It was so much fun! Every guest talked about how they truly enjoyed themselves! Do your self a favor and Book with Dj Henry!

DJ Henry definitely knows how to get the crowd on the dance floor. He worked with us to create a mash up for our entrance song and got EVERYONE out on the dance floor. Our guests still say how fun our wedding was and it was all thanks to DJ Henry and his experience and expertise.

My husband and I live in North Carolina, so planning our Erie, PA wedding from hundreds of miles away was not always easy. In the months leading up to our wedding, we emailed with Henry back and forth several times and he was always open to our ideas. Because of the distance we met with Henry only once in person. However, at the meeting, Henry came with lots of questions, listened to what we had envisioned for our day, but he also gave us suggestions. We could tell in this meeting that he takes his career seriously and genuinely cares about his clients.

To say that we are pleased with DJ Henry GQ's services on our wedding day would be an understatement. DJ Henry GQ is highly professional. He pays attention to detail and most importantly is organized. When my husband and I arrived with our bridal party at our reception venue, Henry was ready for us and immediately began giving our bridal party directions on how to proceed for the night. This was refreshing to know that the things that may overwhelm a bride and groom on their day-- entrances, first dance, dance with parents, speeches, cutting of the cake, etc.-- were handled beautifully by Henry. Everything went smoothly and we received several compliments about the overall organization of our wedding!

We also received compliments from our wedding guests about how Henry amped up our guests yet never "stole the spotlight" from the bride and groom like so many other DJs tend to do. This could not be more true. Another great quality that Henry possesses is his knack for feeling out the crowd and knowing when to switch up the music. There was never a dull moment on our dance floor, and everyone had an amazing time (especially us)!

Henry really knows how to keep the party going and all your guests having a great time! He is very organized and accomadating. So glad we chose him for our reception! Would recommend to anyone looking to make their event memorable
