Amazing DJ experience

I was so stressed about picking the right DJ from my wedding while planning. Casey made the process seamless from start to finish. Even from our initial consultation we felt great about his energy and expertise in being the emcee for a wedding event. The online planner was very useful and helped to plan out little details I hadn’t even thought of while planning the wedding timeline. Throughout the whole night he was helping run through the timeline on schedule and make sure things were happening the way they were supposed to. The mic setup we had for our outdoor ceremony went perfectly. I had heard lots of brides on different pages talk about how at their weddings their DJ (from another company) had played the wrong songs/didn’t follow their requests. The whole night I was hearing songs from our list we gave him as well as the appropriate filler music for moments we hadn’t picked out music for. The entire night he had a crowd of people dancing around him and he really knew how to keep the energy up. Even at the end of the night after our last dance (while everyone was outside lined up for our send off) he came over to see if we needed anything and actually grabbed my husbands stuff so he could do the send off hands free of his phone/jacket. He really took care of all the little things in between. Look no further, this is the best DJ for your event! Thank you Casey!

Perfect Wedding with the Perfect DJ

We worked exclusively with DJ Casey throughout the process. We went with them because they had great reviews, were affordable, and were the only company that could ensure the person we talked to and "interviewed" would be the DJ/MC at our wedding. Casey was so cool and chill throughout the planning process and then did a absolute perfect job on our wedding day. From the ceremony to cocktail hour to reception he was awesome on the mic and keeping the flow going while also hitting all our requests. Highly recommend booking DJ Guy and requesting Casey.

Amazing!!!!!!!!!

Not enough words to express how happy we were with Casey and Mike from the DJ Guy. Simply amazing!! Played an amazing variety and made sure he included songs we wanted. Casey made the evening so awesome and honestly we let him do his thing and it was a bright spot on our wedding day!! If I could give 100 stars I would. You would be doing yourself a disservice by not choosing them for any event.

Best part of our wedding!

Casey from DJ Guy was the hit of our wedding. Throughout the whole planning process, he was available for calls and emails, and easily made any changes that we requested. He provided speakers and microphones for our outdoor ceremony, which worked flawlessly. The walkout music he provided for the speeches were big hits, and he was excellent about ad-libbing introductions for everyone. During the reception, everybody was on the dance floor the entire time, as the music easily flowed with the vibe of our group. Casey even joined the dance floor to lead the cupid shuffle! Highly recommend using DJ Guy for any wedding or event!

Absolutely Fantastic !!

Casey was our DJ at my son William‘s wedding on July 11. I know the bride and groom will be leaving a review when they get back from their honeymoon, but I wanted to add my own just to let people know how fantastic Casey is! He was hands-down the best DJ I’ve ever encountered at any event I’ve attended in my entire 62 years. Knowledgeable, friendly, focused, organized, fun, caring, professional - Casey was all of these things and many many more! His communication both before and during the event were top-notch, he stuck to the playlist he put together with input from the couple in advance, the dance floor was never empty and people raved about how good the music was. I simply cannot praise him or recommend him highly enough - hire DJ guy, and Casey specifically, and you will not be disappointed with the fun and flawless event they provide!

If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would!

If you are reading reviews and considering DJ Guy for your event I would 100% go with them, you won't regret it! We had Casey as our DJ for our wedding recently and honestly, he really made the whole event really special.

First, before the wedding he was great at communication and answering all of our questions/requests, so it was nice not to have to worry about lack of communication. He also graciously accommodated last minute requests and changes to the plan. The company itself has really great online forms that had some questions we hadn't even thought about, which was also helpful. In addition, they have a great playlist maker so we could add songs we absolutely wanted to hear as well as songs we definitely did not want to be played.

For the actual event itself, he coordinated really well with our wedding coordinator and was amazing at announcing everything so our guests knew what was going on and ensured each part of our wedding started on time. On top of that, he also would come up to us to check if we were ready for the first dance, speeches, and things like that which was really helpful as we were often too busy to pay attention to time. The biggest thing that our guests raved about was how good he was at being a DJ with the music he chose to play and the timing of songs. The music for dinner was great, and he even added personal touches with music to introduce everyone giving speeches. Then, when it came time to dance, he played great songs in a way that kept everyone (even people who don't dance) wanting to be on the dance floor all night.

Finally, he also brought a pop-up photobooth that our guests had a ton of fun with and added some great photos to our wedding. It was small enough that we could fit it in our space and it was easy for guests to use (even older relatives). So all in all, I would highly recommend DJ Guy for your wedding or event! It will be the best decision you can make. Thanks again Casey!

DJ Guy for Wedding

We worked with Casey from DJ Guy and it was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! The planning process was super easy and Casey was so flexible with all of the changes we made throughout the process. During the wedding, Casey did an absolutely wonderful job with making playlists based off of a certain vibe we wanted. He played great music all night and the dance floor was never empty! Would recommend DJ Guy to anyone!

Hire DJ Guy!!

We could not be happier with DJ Guy's services for our wedding! He played a great mix of songs that please grandmas, friends, and toddlers, without resorting to cliche wedding classics. He had guests up and dancing the whole time (not usually a dancing kind of crowd), listened to and understood what we were looking for, and best of all, we didn't have to do a thing. I feel like we managed him less than any other vendor- he knew exactly what to do and did it beautifully. Thank you!

Very professional, very talented!

He played the perfect amount of songs from our lists with just the right balance of playing some others to fit the vibe of the dance floor. The one on one zoom session beforehand was perfect so we could iron out details, as we live out of state. We also got the halo booth included in our booking! Couldn’t recommend DJ guy enough:) very affordable for a reliable and skilled company.

Best Wedding DJ

We used DJ Guy for our wedding in Beaver Creek, CO. They traveled all the way from Denver. They gave us a photo booth, which was a hit at the wedding. Our DJ Archie was amazing and kept the guests dancing all night. I cannot recommend them enough!

Made our wedding a success

I just have to say that choosing DJ Guy was absolutely the best decision of our wedding. Mike was such a breeze to communicate with, and we loved the online planning software. The planning software was our backbone for the entire ceremony and reception plan and was extremely helpful. The DJ for our wedding was David. David knocked our event out of the park, and my husband and I are so grateful to him. We were going to have an outdoor ceremony but it started hailing right before everything was about to start and he jumped right in and quarterbacked the transition to an indoor ceremony without blinking. My husband and him worked together effortlessly and the transition was complete within minutes. For the rest of the wedding he led the charge keeping everything flowing on schedule and prepping the toast makers. It’s also important to include that he was right on time to set up, and was so kind. Beyond that, we wanted a country heavy playlist with lots of pop hits and oldies rock mixed in. He did an absolutely fantastic job of keeping everyone dancing even with the wide mix of music and the even wider mix of musical tastes of our guests while accommodating requests per our wishes. We had countless people tell us it was the “best wedding ever” and I think a huge part of it was because of David and DJ Guy.

The BOMB!!!!

Can't say enough great about having The DJ Guy at our wedding. Casey truly made the night special by executing our playlist to a T, and he was a hit with all of our guests!! The client platorm is easily accessible and helps customize your experience as a customer (plus it's super straightforward and easy to use). The consultation prior helped us clarify what kind of vibe we wanted and Casey met all of our requests to play censored music throughout the night. We had A BLAST. Thank you so much!

We didn't want the party to stop!

Almost 6 months later, and our friends and family are still raving about how great our DJ was through DJ Guy! Guests of all ages were on the dance floor the entire time and only wanted the party to go longer!

The DJ Guy was absolutely amazing - from start to finish. I had the pleasure of attending a wedding a few years they were DJing and it was awesome. I was very excited they were available for our wedding and they did not disappoint! Casey is hands down the best! 1000/10 would recommend. He has great energy and really gets the guests moving. All of our guests loved him. He really made it a party! Mike, the owner, is great as well! He was so responsive, up front, and really easy to work with. Worth every dollar, but did not blow the budget. Do not hesitate! Book them now!

DO not hire anyone else but the DJ Guys !!

DJ Guys were amazing from the start to the finish. Mike was attentive to our needs, wants and special requests. Our DJ, Casey was amazing. He was outgoing, fun and so flexible. He played all of the songs that we picked and handled any special request. The guests loved him and we could not have asked for a better fit for our wedding and our personalities. Highly recommend the DJ Guys !!

Outstanding

Mike and Archie are both very friendly people, great to work with, and very responsive and knowledgeable in terms of event coordination. Archie was our dj on the day of our wedding. He offered a lot of good suggestions in terms of music choices and overall flow of the wedding. He’s also a great speaker (and knows when to speak) which is obviously extremely important for a wedding. Guests also enjoyed his new QR code song request approach. I’ve been DJing myself for 6 years-my standards are high and I was not let down. Mike and Archie and both true professionals and I will recommend their services to friends in the future.

DJ Q absolutely crushed it!

DJ Q absolutely exceeded our expectations. He took to heart everything we highlighted as important and didn’t miss any of the special songs or transitions that we discussed beforehand. The dance floor was packed all night and Q was reading exactly what the crowd wanted to hear. We also asked DJ Guy to pair us with someone who could play MC and be a hype-man and we got it all with Q. I really can’t say enough about our experience and how much better the night was because the DJ crushed it.

I had such an easy time communicating with Mike originally who helped set me up with our DJ Casey. The website they use to insert your songs in was so user friendly and fun to work with. When we met Casey he was extremely easy going and you can tell that he knew exactly what to do. He helped our wedding party for the ceremony and was very accommodating throughout the whole time he was there. I really really enjoyed having him be our DJ and I highly recommend using DJ guy... Especially Casey!

My go to DJ for every event!

Mike and his team of DJs are fantastic! I am a planner and had a wedding on April 9 at The St. Vrain. Not only were people singing DURING dinner but the dance floor was full all night! There wasn't a dull moment! They really know how to keep the party going thanks Mike and David!

They do the work!

The DJ did a perfect job. Wouldn't have asked for anything to change. The best part, we only gave them a handful of music we wanted. They did the rest, including improvising during the best man's speech to play a star wars song on theme with the speech given.

Hire the DJ Guys!!!

DJ Guy was a preferred vendor at our original wedding venue - venue changed due to COVID, but DJ Guy was extremely accommodating and made the move to our new venue with us. They were awesome to work with! From the initial intro meeting, through the planning process, and the delivery day of, everyone did a great job and made us feel prepared and excited. The music was excellent and they did a wonderful job of reading the room / playing songs to get everyone (and keep them) on the dance floor. I would highly recommend DJ Guy to anyone. 10/10!!!

You need to hire payton as your dj!

This review is LONG overdue! I hired Payton from DJ Guy for my October 2020 wedding. As you could imagine, we went through plenty of changes due to covid, including a venue change. Payton and Mike (the owner) were super flexible and were always 100% on board to be the DJ for our wedding, no matter the changes we had to make. I worked a prior wedding where Payton was the DJ and he was incredible. I grabbed his card and knew I needed him at our wedding! To say I am beyond happy we hired him doesn't even do it justice!!!

Payton was very professional throughout the whole process and his communication was very timely! He attended our vendor walkthrough and ensured us his equipment would work as long as he had a good power source where our ceremony & reception were. On our wedding day, he was incredible! He coordinated with our other vendors and made sure we stuck to our timeline as much as possible, while still giving us grace and letting us soak in every moment. He was no where near an overbearing DJ, which is exactly what we wanted!! He entertained our guests all night with amazing music and great commentary for our cake cutting, bouquet & garter tosses, etc. He even joined us out on the dance floor for a few songs!!

Payton and Mike even asked us if we would like to rent their brand new Party Truck, which is a firetruck they've converted into a DJ booth/Photo booth. How could we pass that up?! It was a HIT with our guests!! We have the most amazing photos our guests took inside the Party Truck as keepsakes we will always look back on. Talk about something our guests will never forget :)

I know this review is long, but it really just scratches the surface of the experience we had with Payton, Mike, and the whole DJ Guy team. 5 stars simply are not enough! IF YOU NEED A DJ, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND BOOK DJ GUY!!!!!!!!!!! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!

DJ Guy is the best1

Payton and the rest of the DJ Guy staff members are absolutely the best. Through the whole process, they were incredibly kind, helpful, and so excited about our wedding! Everything is thoughtfully planned and they ask a lot of questions to make sure that we had everything thought through and were planning things exactly how we wanted. When we had to change our date, venues, and other plans due to COVID-19, they were very accommodating and supportive. At our wedding, Payton and Q were energetic, were involved and detailed to make sure everything went smoothly, had guests dancing the whole night, and overall were just so much fun!! We are so happy with everything DJ Guy did for us and couldn't recommend them more!

DJ Guy was the best!

We used DJ Guy on 8/8/2020 for our outdoor Ranch Wedding! They set up for our ceremony and reception! They did a fantastic job the entire day!! We got to use their online forms to pick everything we wanted for songs we wanted to be played for the entire day!! DJ Guy even busted a few dance moves and helped start out the dance songs like cupid shuffle and electric slide!! We also had a photo booth in which we got to keep all of the photos ourselves and the guests took through the day!! DJ Guy even kept playing after the "last song" because I (the bride) missed it!! DJ Guy was the best!

Great music that kept the party going all night

DJ Guy was a preferred vendor for our venue, and was also another recommendation from our caterer. We were able to coordinate with Peyton, who did such a great job answering our questions and getting a good feel for the kind of music we wanted on our day. They gave us access to our portal where we were able to fill out all of the important details of the day, and specific songs we wanted to play. The consultation a couple of weeks before the wedding went over everything we had in the portal, and what songs were a must play.
Peyton was the DJ for the day of, and he did such a wonderful job. He played the songs on our must play list, and played all of the correct songs during the night (sadly I have seen so many other DJ's at weddings get the first dance song incorrect). Peyton was able to read the room and gave us everything we could have wanted and more! He was a great emcee and let us and the guests know what was coming up next. Equipment was great and everything worked well!

We had such a great experience with DJ Guy!!

Through our consultations with Payton, we felt really great in selecting their team for our wedding and he did such a great job in explaining everything and their processes. He made us feel super comfortable and we really enjoyed meeting with him. The price was their services was great for our budget, and the service provided was incredible.

Jordan (our DJ) was OFF THE HOOK!! To start, he looked so put together and ready for the day which was great. To kick off the reception, he even said a few words!! And it was absolutely welcomed... he was not an "excessive talker" which we did not want for our wedding day. Instead he said some really lovely and welcoming words to us and to our guests - even our guests made comments about how great he was! He could read the room really well and was playing all the jams. Our crowd had so much fun, and SO many people came up to my husband and I saying how great our DJ was! This vendor was an important one for us, and he just absolutely crushed it!!!

SERIOUSLY THE BEST!! We could not have asked for a better DJ for our wedding! Payton was quick to help assist with last minute logistical changes due to weather, executed our ceremony music perfectly and kept the dance floor lively all night. The Halo Booth is an absolute MUST - the photos are so funny and truly captured the essence of our special day. The DJ booth setup is clean, minimal and very professional looking. Perfect for any setting. They even brought a disco ball which worked great for our outdoor reception once the sun went down. All in all, we have nothing but great things to say and have received rave reviews from all of our wedding guests. Highly recommend! 10/10!!!

Payton was awesome!

We met Payton at a vendor night at our venue and thought he was a great guy with an awesome energy and requested him to be the DJ at our wedding. DJ Guy came highly recommended and definitely earned every bit of that recommendation. They were consummate professionals, and really made things go smoothly the day of. They were great with communication, having multiple pre-wedding consultations and a very comprehensive set of online planning tools. Day of the DJs on site were excellent, having everything down to the letter, and checking in several times throughout the evening to make sure that everything was to our liking. Excellent Service, Met all our needs and hopes

DJ Guys provided a great experience for our wedding reception. Leading up to the wedding the team was attentive and got to know us and what we hoped for in our DJ. The day of our DJ was checking in and set a great tone for the party. He was able to connect with our guests and we all had a blast. The dance floor was never empty!! We debated on doing a playlist, but selecting DJ Guys for our wedding reception was one of the best decisions we made. Can't recommend them enough!

HIRE THE DJ GUYS!! We had so much fun at our wedding and everything went to smoothly! I will add that we used them for our outdoor ceremony on top of Dercum Mountain in Keystone, CO and for our reception!
My husband and I filled out all of the forms/songs that we wanted played during the precessional, processional, and recessional, and for the reception. It was very organized! We even had a teleconference the week before the wedding to confirm all of the songs/order of events to make sure everything ran smoothly the day of, which it did! We walked with Mike and Payton during the planning process but David Graham was our DJ during the wedding. Everyone was so friendly and professional through all of the emails and even the day of! ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!! Our DJ was Payton and he did a fantastic job. He MC'ed our entire event including announcing the toasts, the first dances, the cake cutting... even releasing the tables for dinner and announcing the arrival of the shuttles each hour! DJ Guy guy was terrific! We used them for our wedding and the whole process from our initial meeting to the end went so smooth and took a lot of stress off of us. They were so professional every step of the way and always available to answer questions or provide suggestions. Their website was super easy to select music and provide a feel for our wedding. The online planning tool was phenomenal - easy to use and so many choices. They accommodated our unusual requests and jammed some standards as well. James was a perfect DJ/MC for our wedding! He took the time to chat with us and familiarize himself with our needs and went above and beyond with a few other little touches (like coming out on the dance floor to teaching me the Wobble). We were referred to DJ Guy by our venue but quickly realized it was the same company my sister and brother in law used the previous year. We requested James because we were impressed with his skills at their wedding and are certainly happy we got him for our day! My sister in law and her husband were in our wedding party, and James played the song from their first dance for them. I thought that was the sweetest thing! The DJ guy was an awesome service. He read the room, everyone had a great time! My only minor issue was our songs had no edits. So we went the full 3 minutes plus on our first dance. We had to give a few queues in terms of music. But we had a blast!

We had DJ Guy DJ our ceremony and reception on March 19, 2017. We ABSOLUTELY loved our DJ, James Avery. Many guest said he was the best DJ they have ever seen and we couldn't agree more. We hired DJ Guy for our wedding ceremony and reception and they did an outstanding job. By far, they were my favorite vendor to work with. Hosting a wedding is always a balance between enjoying your party and hosting your party. Working with DJ made it 10X easier to enjoy our party! Their online planning tools and audio library made it easy for us to get exactly what we wanted. They are endlessly thoughtful in their work remembering every little detail. They were professional, early (not even on time, early!), responsive, and cost competitive. I shopped around and got prices for 5 different DJ companies, DJ Guy beat all of the bids by at least 30%!!! Looking back, the best wedding vendors were the ones I could just forget about. On my wedding day I didn't have to spend anytime thinking about the DJ (e.g. "When is the DJ going to arrive to set up? Is the DJ going to introduce the toasts on time?") because they have their act together! Instead, I got to enjoy my wedding and celebrate with my family and friends! I would hire them again in a heartbeat, I would recommend them to any and everyone.

DJ Guy was great to work with! Their online planning system made it simple and convenient to add songs we wanted played, as well as those we did not. They were also willing to meet with us before the event to discuss details.
The day of, James was our DJ. Our guests commented on how impressed they were with the variety of music that was played, most of which we let James choose (aside from our formal dance songs). James kept our guests on the dance floor all night long and had EVERYONE out of their seats and dancing a few times! Throughout the night, James was sure to check in with the bride and groom to make sure they were happy and to let them know the timeline. Both my husband and I and our guests are still talking about the music that was played at our reception!

Words cannot express the gratitude my new wife and I have for DJ Guy, notably Kevin. We met with Kevin for our initial consultation and hit it off, he was full of knowledge and open to creating the perfect day for us. Their equipment is outstanding! The sound quality was awesome and it definitely made a party at the reception. Now to Kevin, he ended up being the DJ for our ceremony and reception which was nothing short of outstanding. He was all we could have imagined. Prompt, friendly, independent (he coordinated all the cues with the staff at the hotel which made it easy for my wife and I to spend time with our family and friends). My parents were skeptical about a DJ because we were having an older crowd (while we had a wide range of ages the majority were probably in their 30-'50's) and nobody in our family are big dancers. My fiancé thought we could just use an ipod of our favorite music rather than depending on someone else but I really wanted a DJ. After careful consideration I chose DJ Guy. My parents, my now husband and all our guests RAVED about how wonderful they did and we're so glad we used them.

I loved the online planning tool so we could customize as much of the music choices as we wanted and leave the rest to them. We used them for the ceremony as well and the online tool was a big help in getting ideas and picking out what was right for us. My husband's daughter sang during our ceremony and had her own music for that which they were happy to use. When we had our consultation James listened and took notes about all my concerns (ie. older group and not being dancers and not wanting them pressured to dance like some weddings I have been at, we chose a more intimate venue and I didn't want it to be so loud nobody could hear each other talking, I also asked about some up-lighting which he gladly demonstrated and we added to our package.) We ended up having James on the day of the wedding - he was superb. So attentive to us, accommodated the shift in timing on some things last minute without trouble or complaint. Played everything we had on our list (including a special song that made my sister and I tear up while we were sequestered away getting ready). Much to everyone's surprise we had a LOT of people get up and dance. I noticed a lot of chair dancing going on of those who didn't as well. We got lots of compliments about the music and James. He had such a positive and great attitude. The volume and the music selections he made were spot on and kept the party going all night. Great company! Great communication- at all hours it seems. Great process to get things set up and organized for the reception. I was so happy with their suggestions for lighting-- which turned out awesome too!!! Their online planner makes things so easy- definately make time to use the online song list- it is awesome. Our DJ was awesome too! He did a GREAT job even though i gave him a last minute list of songs --- he had people dancing all night! I would use the DJ Guy again -they were one of the vendors I used for my big day that did not let me down-- they came through 100%

DJ Guy did a great job at our wedding last year. I forget the name of our exact DJ, but he was great with engaging the crowd and making sure every one had a great time.

We had James A. and he was fantastic. He played all of our requests and filled in with great music that kept the vibe joyous and people dancing. He was courteous and flexible and very supportive and accomodating of our requests. I highly recommend.

We hired DJ Guy for our wedding (second marriage), in which we had guests from 20 to 80 years old. We explained that we were looking for someone that could really read the crowd and help out. (Grandma doesn't want to hear Ludacris and the teens don't want Lawrence Welk!) Our DJ Zack did a FANTASTIC JOB keeping all our guests happy and hoppin' on the dance floor. We received many compliments about Zack's play choices and heard feedback like, "that's the best song", "that's my jam", "that was our special song at our wedding". This meant that our guests felt included in the celebration, versus just watching us have fun. Our goal was to blend families and have fun that night - both we achived with DJ Guy's help.

Being in the wedding business I see these guys in action regularly and knew immediately that I would want them to be a part of my own wedding as well! Casey had our dance floor packed all night and people are still talking about what an amazing time they had! Thanks so much crew!

DJ Guy did an outstanding job providing the music and announcements for our recent wedding. They were an essential part of the day, going with flow of the wedding and judging the crowd so that our guests were dancing all night. We were particularly impressed how they included our 10 year old grandson in the event. He was the only child at our reception and our DJ, Kevin had him lead everyone in several dances, including the Chicken Dance and the Cha Cha slide. We had many compliments from our guests that it was the best wedding they have ever been to, and Brian and I couldn't agree more. Thank You Kevin and all of the DJ Team for making our wedding day an event we will never forget!

Loved everything about DJ Guy! Great company that kept in touch with us through email keeping us on schedule and ready for the big day! My favorite part though was how involved thwy wanted my husband and I to be on the wedding day. They touched base with us several times before and during the reception to make sure they were doing exactly what we wanted! I definitely recommend them to any bride and groom in the area!

I loved working with the DJ Guys. They did an amazing job going with the flow for my wedding. They made sure that everyone had fun and judged the crowd so well to make sure people stayed on the dance floor. They truly helped run my wedding and make it special. The DJ Guy was a great choice for our wedding. The DJ was wonderful. He checked in with us to make sure things were going well in a way that didn't feel like he was interrupting us ever. He moved the reception along and was fun and engaging the whole night. We didn't put a ton of requests on the online planning tool which actually worked out great. He read the crowd and kept the party going with a great mix of music that pleased everyone especially us! I have already recommended them to a friend getting married this summer and would recommend them to anyone looking for a wedding DJ that's hassle free!

There really is no other option that compares to DJ guy.They offer the best services for the best price. They were so incredibly accommodating to me, even though I changed my mind about four thousand times. The DJ was so much fun and he worked hard to speak to the crowd (my crowd was lame, we still had a blast!)

Ryan Deverant from DJ Guy did an amazing job at our wedding reception on 11/15/14. He moved the reception along with perfect timing and zero mistakes. His music selection was exactly what we wanted, and he had a great announcer voice for our grand entrance. What was probably the most important was that when the dance floor started to look as though it was empting out, he played the perfect interactive song to get everyone back up and dancing.

The online planning tool that is used by DJ Guy is awesome. The system is very user friendly, and makes entering your details straight forward and easy to do on your own time. The management team was very friendly, responsive, and again, easy to work with. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone in need of a DJ.

We hired The DJ Guy to work in tandem with our band (see Mr. J & The Smooth Expressions for a GREAT band). Our DJ Casey provided music during our ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner, as well as filling in when the band took breaks so we could keep the energy going. Casey was a true professional and great at what he does, managing the announcements and music with good energy, and without delving into "cheesy" territory (c'mon, we've all seen it before and this was our greatest fear in choosing a DJ.) Kevin helped us plan the whole process, and the hour we took sitting in his office alleviated any DJ jitters as he took us step by step through our song lists, documenting along the way with professional software. We left that meeting feeling very confident in our choice of DJ, and Casey followed through with his flawless work on our big day. Thank you, DJ Guy!

DJ Guy was the perfect choice for our late August wedding. The owner was incredibly professional, nice, and easy to work with. The DJ he picked for our event did an excellent job; from his music choices to announcements, he was professional and fun. I really appreciated that he tested his equipment and our electricity before the event, and when he realized we didn't have enough power, he quickly got a generator, and everything went off without a hitch! I would highly recommend DJ Guy to anyone needing an excellent DJ service for any event!

We hired DJ Guy because they had a good price but we were a little bit nervous since we didn't get to meet our DJ until a week or two before the wedding. We were assigned James as our DJ and he was amazing! We told him we wanted our wedding to be a modern party and he did a great job! I would definitely recommend James!

We were SO pleased with DJ Guy!! Everyone we worked with was amazing; they were so responsive to inquiries and met our budget, so worth the value! I had a surprise song for my groom and they were able to keep it a secret from my husband until the perfect time at the reception! They got to know us as a couple in our meeting, and paired us with a DJ that met our style perfectly! He was genuine and everyone LOVED him! He was so much fun and kept the evening going according to schedule perfectly. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING VENDOR! My husband & I were so impressed and thrilled with the service we got. From our initial consultation to our final consultation the DJ Guy was extremely professional and fun to work with. The DJ who "worked" our wedding was GREAT! He checked in with us, without ever interrupting us, he did an excellent job of keeping the timeline of our reception moving at a fun pace. We heard all the songs we requested, he added in a great selection to mix with our requests, and nothing ever seemed rushed or forced as far as introducing toasts, special dances, cake cutting, etc. I would refer DJ Guy Professional Disk Jockeys to any one & everyone who wants reliable, professional, and great entertainment at their event. (Not to mention a good price compared to others in the industry!

So happy that we found the DJ Guy. They were recommended by our Venue and couldn't be more happy with our decision. Their website is very helpful as you can submit payment online and submit any song request as well. We met with Kevin and he helped us plan out an amazing event. Our DJ, Ryan, was very attentive in making sure I got everything I needed. He followed our silly dance instructions to a tee and it was a hit. He got the crowd pumped up and up dancing. You need a DJ for your wedding, I would recommend them hands down. Thank you so much to Kevin, Ryan and the whole the staff at the DJ Guy.

Planning with DJ Guy was simple. They had some great online tools to use for us and our guests and the DJ we had for our wedding was wonderful. He played music we loved, was friendly, helpful, and made the reception fun and easy. I'd recommend them to anyone. I had absolutely no problems. When I called I usually had to leave a message, but they were always very prompt in a call back.

We used DJ Guy for our wedding this August and was blown away. From the start, Kevin, was very easy to get ahold of and always answered my questions in a timely manner, which is hard to find with other venues. During our final consulation, all questions were answered and Kevin went above and beyond to make my husband and I feel comfortable about our event. Donovan, our DJ, was AMAZING! I cannot express how wonderful he was. He helped make the wedding what it was. He was energetic, kind and even gave the guests a Wobble tutorial. My guests are still raving about how amazing he was. If you are looking for a wedding DJ, I highly recommend using DJ Guy. They are professional and dependable. Maybe more expensive than the other companies, but worth the price 100%!!

My husband and I play in a band and originally we wanted a band for our wedding however, due to the specifics of our venue it would have been very expensive and really not practical to have a live band so we started looking for DJ's. We ended up choosing DJ Guy and I'm so glad we did. The entire staff was very easy to work with and listened to what we wanted and didn't want. The DJ that played our wedding kept the crowd engaged and was able to make suggestions that we would never have thought of that made the event even better than we imagined. Overall fantastic job by the entire staff at DJ Guy, two thumbs up!
