Fun Celebration
DJ Gil Blake was a pleasure to work with in planning our son's wedding. He was very organized and helpful from the start. The music at the ceremony was perfect. At the reception, his music and energy helped make the event a fun celebration with a full dance floor the whole night! I highly recommend DJ Gil. -

Gil is awesome!
I am so very happy with Gil! He is everything I was looking for in a DJ, and it was important to me to have a bilingual DJ as most of my family only speaks Spanish. Our wedding day was amazing, Gil handled last minute changes with ease, made great suggestions with songs and engaged with the guests. I definitely recommend you hire Gil. I will hire him again if I am ever in need of a DJ! Thank you Gil. -

DJ Gil Blake was wonderful! He provided our DJ and Emcee services for our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. DJ Gil Blake and his assistant Jaci were thoughtful. kind and fun. He seamlessly incorporated our requests with additional music, keeping everyone well-entertained. Our wedding had specific challenges (postponement and rescheduling due to a natural disaster) but this was handled with flexibility and compassion so our day ended up being perfect. I highly recommend DJ Gil Blake! -

DJ Gil made our wedding so much fun! He played just the right music to keep everyone on the dance floor the entire time. Best DJ For Wedding
DJ Gil went above and beyond to make our special day amazing. With the light display, fog machine and great music playing he had our wedding dance floor on fire all night. He played all of our playlists and did a great job and was very organized. He even handle 360 photo booth rental. Definitely Reccomend! -

My wife and I had an unusual situation where we found out we could finance the wedding 4 months before the wedding day. As a result we had to fly into turbo planning mode and do in 4 months what many couple do in 12 or more. DJ Gil was key in helping us accomplish this. Gil was professional, prompt, polite, and accommodating. When we went to him to hire him for the wedding (based on raving reviews from many friends), we only had a date. Gil was very accommodating, helping us to get the details set up with him and then just get him the rest of the information later on. Gil even suggested an officiant, that we ended up using, and it made our wedding memorable. Gil took time to learn what type of music we liked, how we wanted our reception to go, and he meticulously prepared every detail on his end, so that we had no hiccups whatsoever.
We had attendees from 1 years old to 84 and everyone was impressed with our wedding. My wife's 80 year old Grandmother said it was the most fun wedding she had ever been to, and she has been to quite a few in her 80 years of life. This compliment was very much an attribute to Gil's services.
There are two major DJ's in town that battle for the "top spot" for DJ's. Gil is one and the other, whose name I won't mention, is actually a family member. I decided to go with Gil, despite the other DJ being family, and I did NOT regret my decision. You will not be disappointed with the services Gil provides. -

Excellent DJ
Gil did a fantastic job for a surprise birthday party for my wife. His music selection was excellent, his sound system very professional and he was fun, flexible and responsive. I would highly recommend him for any event. -

DJ Gil Blake went above and beyond at our wedding. Not only did they DJ for me, they helped me so much at my ceremony as well with lineup and much much more. They did more than just DJ. We are so blessed to have had them there with us on our special day. I highly recommend them. They even matched their outfits with our theme which was super cute! I can go on and on about how great they were. My guests couldn't stop talking about how great the DJ was. It is definitely a night we will always remember. We were so lucky to have DJ Gil being the DJ at our wedding at Bali Hi on Captiva island. Looking back to the planning of the wedding I want to say that booking him was the best decision in the whole process. He was highly professional and at every time very responsive and extremely flexible. He arrived way ahead of time to set up his DJ booth which was really nicely decorated and which he illuminated in our wedding colors as a lovely surprise for us. My wife said it transformed the whole space. From the beginning on he read the crowd like I haven't seen at any wedding before, he made sure all our favorites were played and was also responsive to guest wishes without ever interrupting the flow. From beginning to the end the dance floor was packed and everyone had a blast. For group dances he even joined the crowd and showed my German friends in the wedding how to dance the steps. Just amazing!
He also did a wonderful job with the announcements and made sure that everybody knew what was happening without ever creating the feeling of having an interruption. It just completely showed his whole DJ style - extremely professional, proactive and outgoing but never too pushy - just the perfect combination for every event.
We received so many compliments for our wonderful DJ - the event was over a month ago and it is the first thing people point out as a highlight of our wedding. He went above and beyond with his wife to make sure that we had the time of our life. And he even acted as our cab driver at the end of the night to drive us around the corner into our hotel without any questions asked!
We would book him again for no matter what event or party!
DJ Gil Blake, you made our wedding! Thank you!

Amazing DJ and so easy to work with
DJ Gil Blake is one of the best DJs in the business. I would recommend him to not only anyone living in Florida, but to the destination wedding brides like me. I spoke with Gil over the phone and via email and he made everything so easy and made me feel very trusting in him. He delivered 1000% and made my wedding special and perfect. Words cannot describe how pleased my husband and I were with DJ Gil and Jaci services at our wedding. If you are looking for a DJ and MC for your wedding look no further, they are the DJ company for you. From the moment we met them at the studio and DJ Gil showed us weddings he has done, all the equipment he had available, and their whole presentation, we were like where do we sign, and let me tell you we were NOT disappointed in the slightest.
DJ Gil and Jaci made sure to have everything perfect that we wanted on our wedding day. He made sure the schedule we had laid out stayed within the time frames, and if we wanted something changed he made it happen. For our first dance we asked him to deliver a little bit of an introduction and he did it in such a way that made it that much more special. He also respected our wishes on songs to play or not. The music choices had everyone on the dance floor at one point or another.
My family and friends could not stop talking about how our reception was one of the best ones they have been too. I accredit that to not only our venue but a huge part to DJ Gil and Jaci. We highly, highly recommend GST PRO DJ Production for any event. They will be a main reason it is the best time for you and your guest. -

My daughters wedding would not have been all it was with out Dj. Gil and his team. They went over above and beyond in everything… there talent and professionalism along with there heart for wanting to be a part of everything made each and every moment so very special… Special events like a wedding happen once in a lifetime and there is no better place to put your trust then Dj. We got so lucky with Gil. From the time we met several months ahead of our wedding until after the wedding wrapped up and the guests went home, we could not have been happier with our decision to hire Gil. My husband and I could not have been happier! The music was perfect.... picked to suit each aspect of our wedding reception from dinner to dancing to everything in between (grand entrance, bouquet toss, garter toss, etc.). Every single guest had a marvelous time and DJ Gil and his wife made sure of it! Also, the uplighting and gobo made the venue look amazing! I would highly reccommend DJ Gil's services! -

Service: DJ - 5 Hours, 10 Uplights
DJ Gil was fantastic from start to finish. When we were interviewing DJs he stood out for his responsiveness and patience answering all of our questions. One thing that really stood out to us was that he made an awesome effort to come visit us during Thanksgiving weekend when we were in town to visit our wedding venue. He didn't have to do that but being from out of town, we really appreciated that he wanted to get to know us even though our wedding was still a couple of months away.
A couple of months after we booked him to DJ we decided we wanted uplights. He made the process of changing the contract very easy and there were no hiccups.
In the weeks leading up to the wedding we filled out the forms that helped him prepare for the wedding. The process was super easy and we could tell he actually took time to read what we wrote and was very prepared the day of the wedding.
At the wedding DJ Gil was super in both his emcee responsibilities and the DJing. He met with us briefly just to check in on the order of everything and although we had some last minute changes, he accommodated us and didn't add any stress to the process.
Most importantly, DJ Gil put on an AMAZING party. When my wife and I were looking for DJs we were apprehensive because out wedding was going to be very racially and culturally diverse. DJ Gil played an array of music from Jamaican reggae to country western that had everyone on the floor for the majority of the night. Our guests raved to us how much fun they had and it was largely due to how DJ Gil got the party going. Just a couple of days before the wedding my family from Jamaica told me about a new reggae song that they just had to hear and I emailed him and he was able to get it and play the song, which was one of the highlights of the night!
You will be very pleased with DJ Gil! -

DJ Blake was amazing!! The best DJ I've hired for an event. He gets back to you immediately and is very professional. He can get any music you want and has a huge selection! He truly made our wedding day so special and was even flexible when there were ceremony changes due to the weather. DJ Blake and his wife were so nice on the wedding day and I would definitely have them host an event for us again! They had everyone out on the dance floor! Thanks again for celebrating with us, I had so much fun! An unforgettable experience!

Everyone knows that your selection in a DJ can make or break a function. DJ Gil was AWESOME! His professionalism is beyond measures. He was more than accomodating with the music selection and requests. There was not one song that he did not have, and we went back into the vault. I will use DJ Gil again and again. -
