  DJ Geeta is amazing! We had a fusion wedding (Indian and American) and she was excellent with keeping the party going. She kept both sides entertained with her choice of music. She was very involved and personable with the whole experience. She made time to meet up with me in person to discuss about the event and put her all into making it an amazing experience for us and the guests. Very professional and flexible! 10/10 recommend!

  Anvesha & Yash Wedding - May 2022

  DJ Geeta was the first vendor we finalized for our wedding. She added a personalized touch to our reception party, baraat & main ceremony. Geeta and her team was very professional, responsive, and delivered an exceptional service on our big day. We highly recommend her services to all those couples who wish to add an x-factor to their wedding day!
  
  Her team proactively set up the (mobile) baraat setup on time and she had a a quality sound system onboard. The playlist for the baraat consisted of some great songs to dance on. Her team also provided a separate setup during the main ceremony for the priest, and of course the reception party setup was outstanding. Her planning tool 'detailed checklist' put us at ease as we planned everything remotely from the Michigan.
  
  She provided recommendations on ceremony timings, entry music for our parents and bridal party & overall playlist for the dancefloor to ensure a perfect balance for our Indian and western guests. All our guests commended DJ Geeta for her music. We are very grateful to have her as our DJ on our wedding day!

  Truly Memorable

  DJ Geeta is a pleasure to work with!! She was accomodating, flexible, resourceful and collaborative in planning our wedding. Geeta not only managed the music aspect but also worked with us on the lighting as well as getting us a LED dance floor close to the wedding date. She did a great job of managing the music for the dance performances, our first dance as well as providing the background track for bagpipes! Geeta knows how to rock a party and keep people on their feet!! I would highly recommend DJ Geeta!!!

  Look No Further Than DJ Geeta - Mehta/Mathur Wedding

  Let's be honest, it's stressful planning a wedding. Managing vendors to make your special day perfect is tiring. We are so lucky we hired DJ Geeta who kept our Indian wedding party going the entire time. She started the day with our Baraat where she played all the hits while keeping everyone hype as our family and friends danced down the street. Her music selection for our ceremony was perfect. For our reception, she was so open to our requests and played all the songs we wanted. All of our friends and family couldn't stop raving about how much fun they had. We couldn't have chosen a better DJ and Emcee for our wedding and would strongly recommend her to anyone.

  Absolutely Amazing!

  We hired DJ Geeta for a fusion Indian wedding (I am Indian and my now husband is white). From the first correspondence with Geeta she was very responsive and accommodating. We hired her for DJ services and also uplighting. She did an amazing job of setting our barn venue up with uplighting. We had our ceremony and reception in the same place but with the uplighting it transformed the barn into a totally different space for the reception. In regarding to her DJing she was absolutely amazing! We wanted a mix of bhangra/bollywood, country songs and pop songs and she did a fantastic job of mixing the music so they dance floor was always full. Most of our guests are not used to bhangra/bollywood music but she picked perfect songs that everybody was dancing. We had multiple guests come up to us after the wedding and states they have never danced that much at a wedding before. Our reception was on the longer end (5 hours) but she set the mood perfectly for each part of the reception. She even worked with my sister who surprised us with a dance any my husband and I knew nothing about it. DJ Geeta was an pleasure to work with during the planning process and 100% was one of the reasons why are wedding turned out amazing. I highly recommend DJ Geeta for anybody planning a wedding, you won't regret it!

Not only was she professional, responsive, and went above and beyond her expected role, she helped set the energy for the entire day -- from the baraat, to the ceremony, and all the dancing. From day one, she put us at ease as we planned everything remotely from the midwest. She provided helpful recommendations on music and timing to ensure a well-planned out celebration that perfectly fused our Hindu and western cultures, and she even put us in touch with a few other vendors we ended up hiring. She was worth every penny.

  Best DJ Ever--especially for cross-cultural weddings!

  Simply put, DJ Geeta is phenomenal! Throughout our reception, she was attentive to our requests but also knew exactly how to read the crowd and play just the right song at just the right time.

  I am left with no amount of words that would suffice DJ Geetha's warmth, flexibility, her ability to blend into your culture is just incredible. I have been meaning to write this review since the night of my wedding reception but was caught up, but I have to hold out a WARM BIG HUGE HUG OF THANK YOU and gratitude to DJ Geetha for her patience and such amazing positive energy. Music was phenomenal, her ability to satisfy requests from all ages was so impressive. We had THE BEST RECEPTION PARTY - so much Gratitude to DJ Geetha!   DJ and lights for two days Indian wedding ceremony with musical night

  What an amazing person Geeta is!! And she’s awesome at her job, she actually knows what she’s doing. LOVED working with her, simply loved it!! We felt like she was part of our family. I definitely vouch for her and can’t recommend her enough. She goes above and beyond to make sure that your event turns out perfect!

  It was such a pleasure working with DJ Geeta! She was very professional and responded promptly whenever I had a question or concern. She definitely played a great selection of songs including new and old, Hindi/Punjabi/English— exactly what we had requested. In addition, I had requested help to mix some songs together for our first dance and not only did she agree to help, she persisted with so much effort and patience to get it just right for what we wanted (thank you!!!)
  
  I would highly recommend her to friends and family and would definitely hire her again for upcoming social events!

  Excellent MC & DJ Services - Virginia Wedding

  DJ Geeta served as our MC and DJ for our wedding festivities in Richmond, Virginia. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. Geeta was always professional, organized, flexible, and approachable. She worked very closely with our families and wedding coordinator to make sure our schedules and entrances were well planned out ahead of time. She also seamlessly made last minute changes as they came up. DJ Geeta’s music selection was great, as she has a good pulse on the latest American and Indian songs. It was also clear she had a lot of experience performing at South Asian weddings, particularly her awareness of the audience’s sensibilities. The cost for her services was reasonable. I would highly recommend going with DJ Geeta for wedding MC and DJ services.

The perfect songs came on at the right time and she kept the party going with good music choices.   We love DJ Geeta! She came highly recommended by both of our wedding planners so we knew we had to have her at our wedding. When we first emailed her, she was in India yet still took the time to give us a call and answer any questions we had. I was blown away by that and she continued to go above and beyond throughout the wedding planning process. We had a fusion wedding (I'm American, my husband is Indian) and I was a bit nervous about combining our two cultures when it came to music during the reception. She did an amazing job making sure everyone stayed out on the dance floor, regardless of what type of music was playing and she really listened to our preferences.   We love DJ Geeta! She came highly recommended by both of our wedding planners so we knew we had to have her at our wedding. When we first emailed her, she was in India yet still took the time to give us a call and answer any questions we had. I was blown away by that and she continued to go above and beyond throughout the wedding planning process. We had a fusion wedding (I'm American, my husband is Indian) and I was a bit nervous about combining our two cultures when it came to music during the reception. She did an amazing job making sure everyone stayed out on the dance floor, regardless of what type of music was playing and she really listened to our preferences.   and then u helped us get Dolly on board...
  u continued to take such an interest that everything goes well at our wedding and gave us great ideas ..
  Also I love the small touches that you provided ..for example u packed up the leftover lunch for us ...which was not part of your job description at all but the fact that you did it made you feel like family ...
  I think we got much more than DJ services when we worked with you ...

  We decided to bring DJ Geeta on for our reception after speaking with several different DJs in several different states. She was prompt and professional from Day 1. When we first reached out to her, she was oversees for business. She reached out to us letting us know that she’ll contact us as soon as she got back in the country - which she did. She gave us an extremely reasonably price for a long weekend reception. We also requested uplighting from her and she gave us a great deal on those as well! She agreed to play for additional time slots that we had worked out with the hotel. She reached out to us well in advance to make sure we had the music we wanted. She had detailed forms for us to fill out so that she didn’t miss any details. Even when we slacked off, she made sure we were on track. We continued to request things like projectors and music cuts, and she worked with us on every step of the way.
  
  For the day of our event, she worked with our decorator (of course she reached out to the decorator well beforehand) to make sure that the uprights were spread out accordingly. On the day of our event, when our wedding coordinator wasn’t present, DJ Geeta helped us with all the glitches, lighting, props, decoration, tracking down staff and all the other frustration to make sure we weren’t overwhelmed.
  
  Now let’s get to her music. She rocked the house. Every single one of our guests (and we had about 400) raved about her. She made sure we had a blast. She played the music we requested and took it from there based on the crowd’s energy. She catered to all the age groups that were present and rocked our reception until well past midnight! In short, we would HIGHLY recommend DJ Geeta for any of your events! She will make sure you and your guests have the best time possible.

  It's been six months since our wedding and my guests STILL talk about what a great time they had at the reception, all thanks to DJ Geeta! She was a fantastic DJ and emcee, she kept our guests moving, and all in all she went above and beyond her role.
  
  After a long Skype session in which we talked about my vision for the wedding I knew immediately that DJ Geeta was who I wanted to hire. I was doing a distance wedding and she was recommended to me by my wedding planner, and I'm so thankful for that recommendation. DJ Geeta is friendly, knowledgeable, and a real joy to get to know! She knew we had some "must play" songs, and she asked us to create and share a Spotify playlist with her to get a sense of our musical tastes. This was a great idea, one that my husband and I greatly appreciated. Not only did she play our must have songs, but the other music she chose to include throughout the night was a perfect compliment to our style.
  
  Her coordination with our wedding planner to create and execute the timeline for the ceremony and reception was spot on, and she was able to keep all the guests on schedule. I was really impressed with how she was able to read the mood of the guests, and she was able to transition from songs in such a way that really demonstrated a good flow, such as playing songs from a similar genre instead of jumping randomly from Frank Sinatra to Sir Mix-a-lot. Additionally, she knew we had lots of children at the wedding and offered to bring glow sticks! In addition to the extra lighting she brought, these glow sticks were a HUGE success with all of our guests, young and old alike, and really demonstrates the attention to detail that DJ Geeta provides.

  DJ Geeta was the perfect choice for our wedding events. We were so pleased with her work during every part of the wedding. From the start, the entire team was very professional, efficient and top of their game. The DJ had everyone dancing and enjoying themselves during the baraat. The music selection for the entire wedding was amazing and the guests praised every second of it. DJ Geeta had everyone dancing at our reception, and no one left the dance floor for a second. She was also our MC and we loved how she got everyone in our bridal party pumped up. Thank you DJ Geeta for being so amazing and for making our wedding ceremony and reception such a fun event, that people are still talking about it.
