I truly cannot say enough amazing things about DJ Dayoh! From the very beginning, he was so intentional about getting to know us and the type of music we love. We had multiple meetings leading up to the wedding so he could really understand our vibe. He even provided a detailed template for us to fill out with all the key songs: first dance, father-daughter, mother-son, bridal entrance, cake cutting, champagne tower, and our last song, which made the whole process feel organized and stress-free.
On the wedding night, his energy was infectious. He kept the momentum going all night long and read the crowd perfectly. We had guests ranging from 4 years old to 80 years old, and somehow he managed to cater to every age group seamlessly. The dance floor was NEVER empty.
By the end of the night, our guests were having so much fun that they literally jumped into the pool in their wedding attire, and DJ Dayoh jumped in with us! It was one of those unforgettable, once-in-a-lifetime moments, and he truly set the tone for the entire evening.
If you’re looking for a DJ who brings energy, professionalism, and knows how to create a party you’ll never forget, he’s your person. -

Michael was incredible. He met with us before to understand our vibe and we discussed in detail what type of music we wanted for all parts of the wedding day - ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, reception. After that meeting, we never had to worry about music or sound again. It was a first class service and everything was seamless and perfectly executed. He played the perfect songs at the perfect times as well as handled all of the introductions for speeches. The music was better than I could have imagined- we were having so much fun we even asked him to stay longer to continue the party and he was flexible and allowed us to add on to his hours. We can not recommend DJ Dayoh enough, to this day everyone talks about how amazing our DJ was. Thank you Michael! -

We loved working with DJ Dayoh! He kept the energy high, the dance floor full, and made our wedding in Turks and Caicos so much fun. Not only is a great DJ, but was wonderful to work with when planning a destination wedding - excellent communication and great suggestions. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for an amazing DJ! -

We absolutely loved working with Michael for our wedding at The Palms! After reading reviews from other guests and seeing pictures of weddings he worked, we knew right away we wanted to have him at our wedding. From start to finish he was SO easy to work with, super friendly and responsive. He also has so much experience and knows the island in and out that he was able to give really good recommendations. We originally had Michael doing our ceremony, dinner and reception but when our cocktail hour musician failed to show, Michael jumped right in without question! It was so seamless, our guests had no idea anything even went wrong.
His set was amazing - fun and upbeat which was exactly what we had discussed - we were on the dance floor all night! Our only complaint about the entire wedding was that we wished it could have been longer so we could keep dancing! He really knows how to keep the party going. 10/10 recommend!! -

Amazing!
Just got married on 3/16/24 in Turks & Caicos along with 70 guests (from NYC & CT) and DJ Dayoh DID HIS THING!!! Every guest was up dancing! We had an awesome reception thanks to DJ Dayoh's talent and skills! A great time was had by all!!! My legs still hurt from dancing all night long! THANK YOU DJ Dayoh for helping to make my wedding a huge success!!! -

Phenomenal!
DJ Dayoh was amazing! He read the crowd amazingly and kept everyone dancing all night long! One of the most important things for our wedding was for the guests to be dancing and having a good time. He certainly delivered! Everyone talked about the music and how much fun the night was. Thank you DJ Dayoh! -

I always use to judge weddings I attended by the cocktail hour. If someone had a crappy cocktail hour meant the wedding wasn’t gonna be a good one. I got married 1/11/2020 at the palms in TCI. Everything prior to the actual reception was a disaster. It poured on and off the entire day. We were able to get in the ceremony on the beach , but after that arrangements had to be made to put the cocktail hour and party indoors. Cocktail was a disaster. All my stations and displays were no where to be seen, people were getting charged at the bar at first because of miscommunication. Very embarrassing.
After the disaster of a cocktail hour people went into the ballroom for the reception. Thank god for DJ dayoh. Everyone seemed to forget about the disaster that happened prior. All my guests were on the dance floor all night. I can honestly say that the party turned out phenomenal... way beyond my expectations. He read the crowd so well! Everyone was coming up to me saying how great the DJ was and how much fun they were having.
I will no longer Judge a party by the cocktail hour. I can’t believe how quickly people were able to forget about my awful
Festivities prior.
Dj dayoh made my night! I cannot recommend him enough! I have been harassing him to let me write a review because I couldn’t get over how awesome he made my wedding! -

DJ Dayoh listened to what we wanted for our wedding and made the evening! Weddings are all about the music and people dancing. We did that all night long, it was perfect, could not have asked for anything more. -

We had such a great experience with DJ Dayoh for our wedding in Turks and Caicos. We are a very laid back couple but also love a good time and DJ Dayoh captured that vibe perfectly. From start to finish, we had a blast. Every guest at our wedding was dancing until we had to shut the place down. The transitions were perfect from start to finish, and he picked up on our cues without us even needing to say a peep. Just spent the evening dancing the best night of our lives away without a single worry or complaint. Nicest guy ever in addition to all of his great work. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. DJ DayOh was on time, professional, full of energy and made our reception a blast. He played the perfect songs at the right times so the dance floor was never empty!
He keep the reception going on time and as planned!
He was very organized on pre-wedding planning and was very responsive in emails. From the moment we met DJ DayOh he put our minds at ease.
We highly recommend adding the lighting package, this added a special touch to the reception and made the photos look amazing!
We were so lucky to have him as our DJ.
He is truly the best DJ! We would absolutely recommend DJ DayOh to anyone. -

I don’t even know where to begin to express how amazing DJ Dayoh is. We had our dream destination wedding in Turks on 12/1/2018 (at the pelican restaurant at the royal West Indies resort) and coming from New York we had high expectations and DJ Dayoh blew them out of the water! Everyone including all the older guests never stopped dancing the whole night and ended with the entire wedding jumping into the pool. We met with DJ Dayoh last January as we began our planning process and he was so sweet, easy to work with and had great recommendations. He then suggested we meet right beofre the wedding and we walked through everything step by step. Not only is he super professional, but he’s so personable, fun and has such a talent at reading the crowd and feeling the vibe so he knows just what to play. Two weeks later family and friends are still taking about how amazing the music was and how they have never seen such an electric dance floor. We want to thank DJ Dayoh from the bottom of our hearts for helping make our dream wedding come true. We are already talking about going back next year for an anniversary trip with everyone and we will 100% be calling DJ Dayoh. -

Eden Sent on 05/11/2017DJ Dayoh is UNBELIEVABLE... I truly can't sing his praises enough. He was reason my wedding was such a fun party!! He kept the energy high, kept everyone on the dance floor... and carried out the evening exactly as we had asked.
In addition to that, he was hilarious and fun to work with! He took the time to meet with me the day before my wedding to make sure we had everything lined up perfectly, and was kind and made me feel at ease. I would recommend him to everyone getting married anywhere, and also for any party or event! I'll with you good luck though.. because he's likely hard to book with such immense talent... Thank you Michael for our amazing wedding!!!

I am a firm believer that good music is the most important part of a wedding. It's necessary to make sure everyone is having a good time and the energy level stays high. Dj dayoh did an amazing job he created he perfect atmosphere for our big day. He was great to work with leading up to the wedding. Very professional and responsive. He did his best to find a few unique songs for me and even did some editing to a song to make it work for us! We really appreciated the extra energy and fun Dj dayoh added to our party! He was out on the dance floor with us and helped make sure everyone had a great time! I wish I could relive our reception every day ?? Thanks Dj dayoh! Hope to visit turks and see you soon!

We were very happy with his work! After filling out his extensive questionnaire via email, he met with us a couple days before to get an idea of who we were as a couple and to go over our music interests and needs together. He did an amazing job at playing our wide range of songs (old and new songs) while keeping the energy going the whole time. His transitions were fun and we had many compliments from our guests. Our dance floor was packed the entire wedding!!! You can tell that he really loves what he does and we 100% recommend him! -

Holly Sent on 06/14/2017Supposedly DJ Dayoh is an awesome DJ, but we wouldn't know as he backed out of our commitment a few weeks prior to the event. I was SUPER excited to have him for a DJ and even tried to book him in Sep 2016 for our wedding on 5/20/2017 but he made me wait while he reached out to the wedding coordinator he primarily works with to see if she had a gig lined up. I waited and was even willing to work with the 2nd DJ he was trying to bring into the country in time for my wedding. I didn't like the idea of banking on the other DJ getting a work permit, so I booked with DJ William John to ensure we had music for the wedding. By Jan 2017, I reach out to DJ Dayoh to book him for our Welcome Party on 5/19/17. He agreed, confirmed with my wedding coordinator, and I paid a 50% deposit... we were SO pumped to have him. Roughly 3-4 weeks before my wedding, he emails me to inform me he had another event to do on 5/19/17, a wedding for a friend. He cancelled with me, gave me a few other options that were not feasible, including that I could get my refund when I arrived on Provo. Seriously? I told Dayoh that I had no intentions on carving out time for him during my wedding/honeymoon vacation to receive my refund. He was unable to process the refund correctly so I took a small hit ($14) on the transaction via PayPal. No big deal.
Fortunately, DJ William John was able to accommodate us and had his assistant dj at our Welcome Party. We ended up extending our Welcome Party 2 hours to 4 hours and the next day we booked him for 5 hours totaling 9 hours for the weekend. DJ William John played EVERYTHING we requested. I gave him a detailed list and that is exactly what he used. My guests danced all night from the 1st song to the last. I think you would be extremely happy with DJ William John. I am sure DJ Dayoh does a good job but I would make sure to book him through a wedding coordinator so they can hold him accountable.
