We decided to go with Dakota for our DJ & Photo Booth for our wedding in September and it was one of the best decisions we could have made! They worked seamlessly with our other vendors and truly helped make our day flawless! He helped make our timeline & thank god for that! Lol! 100/10 recommend! Easy to work with & sincerely a great human! -

We couldn’t get off the dance floor!!
Dakota offered exceptional entertainment services & we couldn’t have asked for a better day! My husband and I have had guests reach out to us asking for Dakota’s details so they could book for their 2025 wedding. The song selection got everyone from our grandparents to our daughter (pictured below) on the dance floor! -

Wonderful experience
Dakota was fabulous! He helped us work through every aspect of our reception, and helped as navigate through all the the fanfare on the day of our wedding. He was punctual, personable and fun! I wouldn’t recommend another individual over him! -

If you’re looking for a 3-in-one vendor, look no further! Dakota was our officiant, DJ, and the hookup with our Photo Booth. Originally, I found him by attending a friend's wedding, and when I didn’t leave the dance floor all night (literally) I just knew that I had to have him for our wedding that upcoming year. Fast forward to our wedding day…. AMAZING. The ceremony was smooth and orderly. Announcements and organizational skills; are phenomenal! The dance floor was packed all night long!! I even crowd-surfed my own wedding! 1000000/10 recommend -

I was recommended Dakota Jones entertainment by a friend and Dakota did not disappoint! He was there every step of the way to answer any questions I had. We did not have a wedding planner so Dakota was able to come to rehearsal and direct the entire thing as we chose him to be our officiant too! His song choices for the reception were perfect and we received so many compliments from our guests about Dakota! I 100% recommend going through Dakota Jones Entertainment for DJ and officiant services. He was amazing! -

Hiring Dakota was the best decision! He was our DJ for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. We had beautiful uplighting, a custom monogram, and danced on a cloud. Dakota listened to everything we wanted for our wedding day, kept the whole day running and smoothly, and our guests had a wonderful time. We have received many compliments from our guests on the DJ services provided by Dakota. He knows how to feel out a room and knows just what to do to keep people having fun. We highly recommend his services! -

Reception was the party of our dreams!
From the very start Dakota was professional, friendly, funny, flexible, and made everything so easy. It was such a pleasure working with him, and Mike who ran the photo booth. The reception was the party of our dreams. The music was phenomenal. The bridal party entrances were perfect. People were dancing all night. The dancing on a cloud was so cool and all our guests loved it. The uplighting, monogram, and photo strip were beautiful. Dakota made it clear from the start that I, as the bride, was 100% in charge and could either hand pick all the music or he could handle or for me. I could decide what I wanted to participate in or not (I.e. the garter toss, etc.) He stepped up fending off song requests from guests that were not previously approved by me, and if guests wanted to do something (the circle the groom breaks into after the bridal dance) that I originally said I didn’t want, he made a point to come out to the dance floor and check with me first. He exceeded our expectations and we will appreciate it forever. Our guests have been posting their photo booth strips on Facebook and can’t stop raving about what a good time they had and how great Dakota and Mike were. We can’t wait to get the rest of the photo booth digital files. A+++++ -

DJ Dakota and his partner were recommended to me and my fiancé when we were seeking out a reasonably priced DJ. We also needed an officiant. After doing some searching we quickly realized that DJ Dakota‘s package price was very affordable and set up a meeting with him. His personality is awesome he’s organized experienced and attentive. We were sold during our first conversation. We hired DJ Dakota to be our officiant DJ with uplighting and photo booth. Everything exceeded our expectations and the photo booth was a hit. Five stars for everything, DJ Dakota and his partner are awesome! -

Dakota was amazing! We made multiple changes to our wedding and he was so adaptable. Our wedding venue was small, but the dance floor was still lit all night long thanks to Dakota! The photo booth was a great addition too, every guest had so much fun! I was so upset when the night had to end. -

Dakota was amazing to work with throughout the entire wedding planning process. He was very responsive to all our questions and concerns and we were able to have 3 total meetings with him to confirm all our details. We initially hired him as our DJ and to provide a photo booth at our reception. Throughout our planning process, Dakota also became ordained and we then hired him to perform our ceremony. The ceremony was short, sweet, and to the point, we felt it encompassed our relationship well and was exactly what we were looking for. He allowed us to work with his ceremony script and personalize it to our specifications, it couldn't have been more perfect. The photo booth was a huge hit at our reception and Mike was a pleasure to work with as well. Our dancefloor was packed all night and he was willing to change our plans at a moments notice based on how we were feeling throughout the night. Our ceremony was beautiful and our reception was so much fun all thanks to Dakota and Mike! -

Dakota did a fantastic job on our wedding. Extremely thorough and experienced, he provides confidence every step of the way to ensure your special day is exactly that.
With years of experience, he was able to make recommendations to us as we prepped for our wedding, as well as the day of. Even as our wedding had some unexpected turns (as most do) Dakota was able to easily adapt and ensure a flawless experience for our guests. We would recommend him for any wedding. -

I wouldn’t recommend anyone else but Dakota!!! Dakota was our DJ and our officiant. The ceremony was absolutely perfect along with the script he wrote. We wanted our ceremony right to the point but special as well and he did just that. Dakota was great at catching the vibes of my guests all night. He knew exactly when to play the songs that he did.Mike worked the photo booth and was a lot of fun as well. If I could rate Dakota 10+ stars I would!! Thank you again!!!!

I first experienced DJ Dakota Jones at a friends wedding, and I knew immediately that I wanted to use his services when it was my turn. He makes the whole experience perfect. Everything that I wanted for my wedding he provided, he helped turn my wedding music visions into reality, from the ceremony entrance, and exit to the reception entrances and first dances, everything was exactly how I wanted it. He does offer photo booths and up lighting as well. He is a one stop shop. We even had a dew engaged friends, ask about him at our wedding, of course I gave him a 5 star recommendation, and I am sure I will be seeing him at their wedding. Do yourself a favor and hire him if you are looking for the best DJ for your special occasions. -

I found Dakota last minute since our DJ ghosted us and he was very responsive to messages even at 1130 at night 😂 Dakota was very professional from start to finish. I made a last minute crazy request with my ceremony music and he delivered!! Dakota kept the dance floor going for everyone. We had a blast at our wedding thanks to Dakota! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a wedding DJ!! -

As many weddings, my wedding was affected by the current pandemic & had to cancel our destination wedding! I reached out to Dakota to officiate our very small ceremony on June 6th & he was AMAZING! We virtually streamed our wedding ceremony & he made sure to move the microphone over to the phone so we were able to hear my mom's virtual reading! I can't recommend Dakota enough! Original wedding was 6/13/20, I’m sure you know where this is going. From the first message sent to Meeting him to the last conversation we had, Dakota was professional, knowledgeable and EXTREMELY understanding of our situation pre and post covid. We needed a Dj that could read a room and know which song to play. We needed a Dj that could play both English and Spanish music. Our venue highly recommended Dakota and after reading his superb reviews here and on FB we booked him in January 2020. He walked us through every aspect of our wedding, gave us excellent ideas on dances, themes and songs. Due to covid19 we had to postpone our wedding and sadly Dakota was not available on our new date. Within a week of postponing we got our money back! I can’t tell you how sadden we are we couldn’t use him for our new date. But I’m hoping this review will reassure new couples of his excellent service! Book Dakota you will not be disappointed! -

Dakota was a fabulous DJ for our very special day! He was more than a DJ and made sure to be as attentive as possible with all our requests. Dakota is very professional and offers some great ideas and advice. The uplighting and monogram were exactly what we expected! He has many options for his clients and is always there is you have any questions. Also, Mike was awesome with the photo booth and interacted with our guests. He made sure to keep up the energy and make sure everything ran smoothly. As a team, Dakota and Mike were absolutely amazing to work with. If you a looking to hire a DJ for your wedding, choose DJ Dakota Jones! From the beginning, he made sure that he understood exactly the atmosphere that Mike and I wanted to create with the music. He was able to find all the songs we wanted for the ceremony and reception, even those that seemed like not-your-typical wedding songs! Dakota was flexible and understanding with our lack of knowledge of uplighting (lol) and even let us make the final decision the day of the wedding. He was great to get along with, and made it easy to organize the play list for the evening. When we asked him to do something different for the father-daughter dance, he nailed it - and the crowd loved it! Everyone had a great time and the dance floor had the scuff marks to prove it! -

Dakota was the best DJ. He created the perfect soundtrack to the best day of my husband and I’s lives. The music and light setup he provided created an ideal setting for this magical celebration. He worked extremely hard with us to make sure we had what we wanted. If we wanted a specific song, had any questions, or had any last minutes changes, he was extremely accommodating. Thoughout the whole planning process, he was a joy to work with and at the end it is like he is a part of our family now. Dakota really cares about the couples he works with and wants to make it the best for the couple. I would recommend Dakota highly to anyone who is having a wedding. -
